The store in Leawood, KS off 119th is wonderful!! All the employees are so very kind & caring. It is because of them & their service I return repeatedly. Please reward these wonderful people for their cordial, caring service. :) Frenna Dodd
I think that Charming Charlie Managers need better training for their employees. I know someone that works at one of your stores and the Managers are bullying this employee about personal issues and demanding they talk about their personal issues to them. I believe that is a violation of the privacy act. I understand if they need to talk to them about attitude or to cheer up but they do NOT need to demand what is going on in their personal life. I think you should really get a hold of your Indiana Managers and make sure they have the proper training to handle their employees. How can they have good customer service if the employee is so upset she can not even talk the Customers that are coming in. Please take care of this issue. Concerned Customer !
The Tucson, AZ store is horrible. Management has their favorites they all hang out outside of work and of course during work they gather in the back and chit chat and won't answer when you call for back up. Then they scold me telling me I am being "to nice" to the customers and that's why the line is getting backed up. I don't recommend this store to anyone.
Also the store in Tucson, AZ accuse black people of stealing. They are racist. A lawsuit waiting to happen.
Love the store in downtown SLC. What a fun atmosphere and the people who work there are great. The woman who is the manager (funky hair) makes the experience awesome with her peronalized touch. I live by one of the stores and work by the other store but prefer to go to the store at the Gateway. If you are every in SLC - check out the CC at Gateway!!

I am an African American female who visited two different Charming Charlie Stores. Both times I was followed. I was not asked if I needed help at either location.
