The store in Leawood, KS off 119th is wonderful!! All the employees are so very kind & caring. It is because of them & their service I return repeatedly. Please reward these wonderful people for their cordial, caring service. :) Frenna Dodd
I think that Charming Charlie Managers need better training for their employees. I know someone that works at one of your stores and the Managers are bullying this employee about personal issues and demanding they talk about their personal issues to them. I believe that is a violation of the privacy act. I understand if they need to talk to them about attitude or to cheer up but they do NOT need to demand what is going on in their personal life. I think you should really get a hold of your Indiana Managers and make sure they have the proper training to handle their employees. How can they have good customer service if the employee is so upset she can not even talk the Customers that are coming in. Please take care of this issue. Concerned Customer !
The Tucson, AZ store is horrible. Management has their favorites they all hang out outside of work and of course during work they gather in the back and chit chat and won't answer when you call for back up. Then they scold me telling me I am being "to nice" to the customers and that's why the line is getting backed up. I don't recommend this store to anyone.
Also the store in Tucson, AZ accuse black people of stealing. They are racist. A lawsuit waiting to happen.
Love the store in downtown SLC. What a fun atmosphere and the people who work there are great. The woman who is the manager (funky hair) makes the experience awesome with her peronalized touch. I live by one of the stores and work by the other store but prefer to go to the store at the Gateway. If you are every in SLC - check out the CC at Gateway!!

I am an African American female who visited two different Charming Charlie Stores. Both times I was followed. I was not asked if I needed help at either location.
I live in Stockton, Calif. I love your store.. Is it really necessary to have the music so loud? I have discrestionary income to spend, but your store makes me want to get in and get out.. TURN IT DOWN!!
Former employee of Charming Charlie and I somehow got lost in the system Andy pay checks have been screwed up for two months. I'm still waiting on my last check. I was a asked to work the Monday before Christmas and I didn't not show up. Why should I clock hours when I'm not getting paid. The corporate office nor the store managers are helpful. No updates and no answers. I'm reporting Charming Charlie to the local depart of labor office.
I returned items at a Charming Charlie in Rivercity in Jacksonville, Fl. because the online website messed up on my 5th order. The GM said she is gonna limit the amount of my returns. I had a receipt and she said that doesn't matter and she has the right to refuse service to anyone and even the right to have me removed from the store. I asked for her name 3 times and she finally gave her name to me. I then asked for a written statement and she said she wouldn't give me one and would have corporate send me one. I called corporate on Feb 6th, Feb 10th, Feb12th and even went to another Charming Charlie and left my number for the GM at the Avenues Mall in Jacksonville,Fl. She was very polite and sweet and said she would turn it over to headquarters and they still haven't called me back. I am a disabled vet who spends $600 to $1000 a month every time I go to the VA hospital Or clinic in Fl. from Ga. Its hard for me to travel but now I have to drive further to a Charming Charlie because of the GM in Rivercity making me cry and insulting me in front of customers. I really wish corporate will call me back. Its been well over 24 to 48 hours. I love the store but I would hate for them to lose my business
I am a former employee at Charming Charlie's in Gretna La. during Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. The manager constantly screamed at us when customers were in the store. I was let go because of workforce reduction. They do not give pink slips and when u need verification of employment u have to go to 'the work number' ???? No help there. Unbelievable. This is just for business to verify with a code. This company is strewn together by thread. Very unprofessional. I will never make another purchase from them in this lifetime !!!!!!!!

I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN THE CHARMING CHARLIE HERE IN SMITHFIELD RI. I GO TO CHARMING CHARLIE IN ARIZONA ALOT WE GO THERE TWICE A YEAR WHEN WE ARE IN AZ. I HAVE BEEN TO THE ONE HERE IN RI TWICE NOW AND THEY ARE SO COLD THEY DONT SAY HELLO THEY DONT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE YOU ARE THERE NOT ONE GIRL ASKED IF THEY CAN HELP OR EVEN SAID HELLO. The store in Stonestown Galleria in San Francisco has a male store Manager named Daniel who,likes to harass employees. I've seen it done, this is not a place for a guy to be working if he harasses the ladies. Time to go else where Daniel
Just a suggestion . . . some women are bigger-boned and your bracelets fit a bit too tightly. Can you make some that are a little larger so they fit more comfortably around our wrists? Otherwise, I love your jewelry!
I am writing to let you know my experience at Charming Charlies in Guilford, CT. I started there pre-opening 2015, and worked till Christmas. Jennifer Cerrone was amazing as a manager and as a worker. She made that store special. Now, 2016, September. I wanted to work for the holidays for Jen. She was and is the best, I hear about this MINDY, and how she is treating Jen. You had a wonderful employee who really cared about your company and the people who worked for her, and you FIRED her! What type of company ARE YOU? So, I quit. No Jen, No Me. I would also like to say that I have been a successful business person and owned by own business, so I am not a fly by night. My staff was always treated with respect. It was a known fact: If you came to work for me, you would probably never leave. Not so for this company. BIG MISTAKE getting rid of Jennifer.
