My 2008 A6 3.2 Sline surges and jerks when it is cold. Does anyone have a fix for this problem?
hi, my name is anthony o. i have a 2003 audi a4 1.8t that have a turn signal problem that causing many others like my self time and money to fix the problem, its a problem when signaling right turn the left indicator inside the vehicle would blink intermittently, which is very dangerous to all of our well being from an accident that you as maker could help us with, on audizine.com forum alot of others like my self are having this problem, i personally think for every one safety a recall would avoid risky situations on the road everyday while driving. I have seen even nissan dealership did a recall on 1996 nissan pathfinder for a strut tower where the weld rotted out, my 1997 pathfinder was one that repaired, so many years back nissan would go recall, your audi is 2003 help us all or just have mine taken care of at a dealership, which would sound mean. My email isnycap.rr.com please reply on this unsafe problem with my audi turn signal malfunctioning, thank you anthony
Hello, My daughter took my wife's one year old Audi to change the oil including filter.( INVOICR NUMBER 174139 ) She is from Vietnam and has experiences with motor bikes. When she returned later that day Sept. 10, 2013 she was given a bill for $344.45. I am a 71 year old American vet born in America and have NEVER seen such an overcharge. I worked building cars and trucks for Another American car company for 35 years, I know cars inside and out. Trying to do things correctly I went to the Audi Dealer (INTERNATIONAL IMPORTS LLC AT 8021 159 TH STREET IN TINLEY PARK, IL 60477 ) AND SPOKE WITH A VERY PLESENT MAN BY THE NAME OF GUY THAT IS INCHARGE OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I SAT IN HIS OFFICE AND TOLD HIM OF MY DELIMA IN DETAIL AND PERSENTED TO HIM COPIES OF PRICES AT OTHER REPAIR SHOPS AND TOLD HIM OF AMERICA'S PREMIRE CAR DEALEDS PRICES FOR THE SAME SERVICE HE PROVIDED FOR US. THEY ARE FROM 179 DOLLARS AND LOWER. FOR HIS PART HE DID LISTEN VERY GRATEFULLY BUT NOT MOVED OR CARING THAT WHAT TO ME IS A HUGE OVERCHARGING. HE DID TRY TO REASSURE ME THAT THE AUDI IS A MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE AND BETTER CAR THAN MY OTHER CARS. I QUESTIONED HIM IF THE AUDI IS THAT MUCH BETTER THAN MY CARS WHY DOES IT HAVE TO HAVE SUCH AN EXPENSIVE 15,000 MILES CHECK UP' IT IS STILL A NEW CAR AND A MUCH BETTER BUILT CAR SO IT SHOULD NOT NEED THAT EXPENSIVE OF A CHECK UP. MAKES SENCE TO ME. THIS STORE HAS A $30 DISCOUNT COUPON ON THE INTERNET SITE AND HE WOULD NOT OFFER THAT TO ME. MY BOTTOM LINE IS THAT DUE TO AUDI'S OVERCHARGING FOR THEIR COMPUTER CHECKING MY CAR AT 15,000 MILES IS JUST TO MAKE THEM MONEY. I TOLD MR GUY VERY NICLY THAT I WOULD NEVER BRING MY AUDI TO THEM FOR SERVICE AGAIN AND MOST LIKLY WILL NEVER SIT FOOT INTO AN AUDI DEALER AGAIN. MY FIRST ATTEMPT AT BUYING A FOREIGN CAR AND WE ARE DISAPOINTED. BUYERS BEWARE IS TO BE USED HERE. I WILL REPORT BACK.
Hi, I need some help, actually alot of help. I have a 2002 Audi Quattro A6. I'm having alot of problems with my car. I can't even tell you how much money that I have put into my vehicle. I'm a single Mom and unfortunately money is a luxury that I don't have. I really don't know where to turn. I had it diagnostically tested. I brought it to a local garage and was charged $200 for then to tell me I need about $4000 in work. That's not happening. I just need to get what I really need fixed and that's it. The rest will have to wait. Here goes, the car has a mind of its own. The engine stops randomly while I'm driving. Its crazy, I was on a local busy highway and I had stopped in the left lane because there was some traffic. It decided to stop running. I couldn't get it to start. It was pretty scary, cars were flying up behind me. I had my Mom with me. She is wheelchair bound. The state police had to block the road so the tow truck could pick up my car. And get my Mom to a safe place on the side of the road. The car was towed to my house and it started as soon as it was dropped off the truck. It usually does this unpredictible stopping once a day. Its just random and I never know where its going to happen. Like I said money is pretty much non exsistant for me. I brought my Mom into my house to take care of her until she passes away.Which will probably be very soon. The stress of everything is so over whelming. She doesn't know me anymore. So between caring for her, my car and paying bills from one day to the next my stress level is off the charts. I use my pay from work for my mortgage, oil and the usual day to day necessities. Taking care of her was my choice, its an expensive choice. I just need to figure out whats going on with my car. I don't know what to do. I can't afford a new car. I can't afford much of anything. I just need a vehicle thats not a hazzard for me to drive. Sorry for my rambling!!! I'm sure that someone has had this happen to them. It also has a nasty smell that comes into the car. It smells like something is burning. I need a break. Its just not happening!! HELP!!! Thank You!!! Deanna My email is: Deannallavigne@aol.com
I've had a LOT of issues with my 2006 Audi A4 2.0T Quattro. In less that 90 days, this car has cost me almost $7,000 in repairs. SO MANY people are complaining about the SAME thing and I am right there with them. Instead of wasting my time with the details, I'm curious to know, Has anyone received any type of postive response back from Audi? I can bet NOT. Spread the word - DO NOT BUY and AUDI!!!!
To: Whom it may concern,I came into Audi Bedford in Ohio located at 19400 Rockside Road on Saturday, May 24, 2014 approx. 0800. I dropped my 2008 Audi A4 in for a complete inspection. When I returned the call, I was told that they notice that there was recall on the IMRC MOTOR CRIT CODE 8E and it would be ready in about 30 minutes. He also explained that it should have been done the last time that my car was there and the part must not have been available. I was never told this and I never received a notice indicating this recall. After leaving the shop I noticed there was a burning smell. As soon as I stopped, the car started smoking very bad. I returned to the service area at Audi Bedford. When I pulled in the service area there was no one available. I yelled that my car was smoking and someone came out. A service Representative asked me to turn the engine off as I pulled the release for the hood, when the representative opened the hood; the flames were coming out of engine. The service man went to get water. Meanwhile I had to get my two dogs out of the car, because I was scared that the fire may not be controlled. He came back and poured the bucket of water in the car. After the fire was out we noticed that there was something on the manifold of the engine. Once object was removed out of the car it was identified as a work rag!Another sale representative took the car back to the service area to get checked out. He brought the car back, and told me and he would order the parts and call me when they arrived. He never specified the issues or parts that were going to be repaired or/and replaced. I was very offended that he would suggest that I drive the vehicle after the fire. I was told that there were no cars available for me. Then when I expressed that I did not feel safe in the car. I was asked very rudely for my license and insurance. I was not giving any consideration of the situation and I also never received an apology.
Hello. The tv commercial for Audi cars which is currently on is really strange. Why does the people in it look so sour and angry?why are they playing a soviet union like anthem at the end?
Problems getting information from the dealer. They are being evasive, and have now become extremely belittling.
