AAA Customer Service Issue

April 15, 2026! I have an ID card that says it is good until April 15, 2026. Why do you bill me every year for $65.00????? Im paid up until April 15, 2026!! DO NOT BILL ME AGAIN UNTIL AROUND MARCH 2026!! I now understand why I do NOT hear any good comments about AAA. I have been a member since around 2009, but for some odd reason AAA thinks Ive only been a member since 2019. AAA also needs somebody that knows how to do bookkeeping. IM NOT HAPPY!!! Im thinking of just getting rid of AAA. Its just an added expense that I do not use.

AAA Not Dependable

AAA is not dependable! It’s like throwing money out of the window! The following was my attempt to have AAA contact me, as of this writing, no one has contacted me. I just want them to give me a reason to continue to be a client if I can’t depend on them. Where are you corporate, Do you have my information?

“This is my third correspondence, of which I have not had any response to the first two. I have called the Metairie, Louisiana office seven times only to be transferred multiple times, disconnected and all I wanted to do was speak to someone to ask a question or two. My question is “Why should I keep my membership in AAA” if I cannot get assistance when stranded on a dark lonely road with no one coming to my aid until maybe the next morning and if I call again AAA again to resubmit a request for assistance? The representatives I spoke with seemed very courteous and professional however they could not find anyone to come to my aid until maybe the next morning at 11 am. If no one had been able to pick me up and drive me to get what was required to change the tire me, would I have had to spend the night in the vehicle? I am 70 years old and I depended on AAA for the potential times like this, but I had to fend for myself. So again, why should I maintain my membership and why should I not share my experience on Facebook of which my wife has approximately 1800+ Facebook friends? So, if 1800 of those friends had only 100 Facebook friends, that would mean that potentially 180,000 individuals could read about my experience with AAA. If those 180,000 had only 50 Facebook friends each, that would mean that potentially 9,000,000 +/- individuals would see how dependable and concerned AAA is. So, again, WHY?”

AAA Insurance Issue

2 representatives with 2 different answers! My bank statement states I paid AAA Insurance —I called AAA and the Rep stated looks like you paid for AAA Insurance—NOTE: I never had AAA Insurance,

so, the rep stated I will connect you to the Insurance section to get it taken care of——-Well after 45 minutes wait the Rep from AAA Insurance stated that I do not have Insurance with them, but I did pay for a membership. and that sometimes it will show up as either membership or Insurance.

So why didn’t the first rep tell me this–instead of me wasting all this time —All AAA Reps should be on the same page and know it all.

And then I asked if I wanted to cancel my membership, and how do I do it—the Rep stated you can’t cancel, you just don’t renew—– What A Rip-Off

AAA Refused Refund

I joined AAA on 01/02/24 and cancelled membership on 01/03/24 and was told my refund would appear back to my card 5-7 days. around 5 days or so, I received a welcome to AAA letter instead of $75.00. I called back and spoke with a gentleman, why letter, no refund. He claimed no cancellation wasn’t showing and he would immediately cancel the membership and again advised to wait another 5-7 days for refund. On 01/26/24, The young man called to advised, his manager Denied My Refund. I reminded him that my call to him on 01/10/24 was for my refund,he agreed. I also asked to speak with the manager and he said the manager is the one who denied the refund. He also had no telephone for me to call someone in charge or the for the corporate office, etc. I’m 81 years old and unable to throw away $75.00 and I cancelled within less than 24 hours. Your employees failed to cancel on 01/03/24, Don’t penalize for their failure. I have the names of each person I spoke on 01/03/24.

AAA Ad Issue

Your ads! I know you’re trying to be politically correct. But do you really think it’s a good idea to advertise AAA services with a 115 pound woman as a tow truck driver? She shows up I know I’m doing the heavy lifting. You guys are idiots.
