  5. This is the worst place to come and have anything done to your car or truck. they never rotate your tires when you pay for them to I will never come back to ntb again.

  6. I had tire rotation at the Marshallton DE location on 8/29/13. The following day I heard noises while driving the vehicle. Another mechanic showed me that every lug on each wheel was loose--some loose enough to remove by hand.
    The manager's excuse was that they had substitute staff that day. Patronize NTB at your own risk!

    1. Just had the same bad experience with these people like you did. They damage my wife's car security lug nuts and I can remove the rest by hand. Now the rear right tire nuts won't come out and they refuse to remove them using the excuse that my tire is damaged. I just wanted the lock nuts removed and take all responsibility for the tire but they know that if they try to remove the lock nuts they will break and they don't want to take that responsibility. NEVER AGAIN NTB :P

  7. NTB in Kansas City is the worst place that I have ever done business! They lie and put equipment in your car without asking; and defective equipment as well! Don't waste your time with these guys.

  8. NTB in Nashville TN is a joke. They tried to repair my VW bug and after weeks of back and forth, the repair at the VW dealership came to a whopping 3300.00. The tech there had me come back and take pictures the repair was so bad, it should have cost 50.00 and was a simple job. NTB denied my claim saying it was normal wear and tear. Do not ever ever go there!!!

  9. Yo they must be going out of business in # ntb beltsville M.D. the service maneger charged $187 extra. After I paid 889.00 for tires and alignment. Keep in mind I can get an alignment for 60-80 elswere, his expert explanation to me. is to tell me that he charged me extra because he had to remove the tie rod end just to put it back on to align the car . So I ask him what is his protocol when aligning isn't moving the tie rod by spinning it in or out how u fix the problem? He told me no. To me a U.S. MARINE Engineer. He is a lier! And drives up prophets by nickkling and dimeing.the customers with bogus claims. Them the customer service is some bull shit. Give jobs to the people who do what they are sopost to do with some level of integrity and honesty.

  10. Dec. 19, 2013 took my car at 9:30 a.m. to get an oil change ONLY called at 12:30p.m. and it's still gonna b another 45 minutes before it's ready. But they said only one person was ahead of me. Service means absolutely NOTHING to this company. If I have to drive an hour to get my oil changed they won't b doing it.

  11. I really hope this gets to the right people. I am a single mom with 4 kids. Today I noticed my tire was flat. It is a Sunday so I.know much won't be open. I stopped at ntb and they had been closed for at least 20 minutes. But the 2 guys who were there stayed after and fixed it for me. They were wonderful. I would like to thank them and make sure they get recognized for this. I appreciated this so much. Thank you ntb.I wouldn't had been able to drive in the snow to work with a donut. Ronda Kelly.   12. cant believe i called their store was put on hold for an hour and a half,
    so i got on the chat line to ask the same question for tire pricing
    on the buy 2 get 2 free, and informed them that this was going to be
    a cheap fix for me, that i would be buying 5 expensive tires in 4 months
    only for them to say sorry we cant help you with your question
    of pricing of tires, even after i told them i was still on hold with the store

  13. They lied to me about tire prices at the Bridgeport, WV store. When I drove 40 miles to
    purchase four tires, in order to do the purchase deal I had to pay for a one year
    Wheel Alignment program. I was embarrassed because I had several friends with me wanting
    to also purchase tires. My new NTB credit card has been destroyed. Never again.

  14. All of there locations suck....especially their Willow Grove Pennsylvania location. Their "MANAGER" as they call him is an IDIOT who knows NOTHING about a car.....I asked him something and he said I gots take asks my mans that's, lets me pits yous paperwork OBER heres. And no I'm spelling the way he speaks. WTF.....The place from hell

I went to NTB to purchase 4 Yokahama Tires and have them installed, well after 2hours they finish the installation of the tires, I pay them, go to my car and discover that they have installed the wrong tiers, they install Sumiitomo tires. So I tell them that I did not request Sumitomo tires, I requested Yokahama tires, they finally finish installing the correct tires.

    Then he tells me that he can not change the bill of material, so I have a bill of material for tires that I do not have, he says that he will have to contact Corporate HQ in order to get me the correct BOM.

    I then find that they have not put the custom chrome valve stem caps instead they have put some mismatched plastic valve stem caps on my car, and I never got my custom chrome valve stem caps. I will give him a week before I start legal proceeding.
