  1. I visited your store on June 28, 2013 and I had a difficult time shopping due to the temperature in your store. The store located in the Westfield Broward Mall in Plantation, FL. It was so hot it made it very uncomfortable to shop. I went to your store with the intention of making purchases for my niece, but because of the extreme heat in the store we eventually left. There were many customers leaving the store due to the heat. The air conditioning is not working in your store and you are losing customers because of that. I was in that same store last month and the air conditioning wasn't working. I look forward to returning to your store when the system is fixed. Sincerely, Heated and Unwilling to Purchase

  2. i shop at your store in woodbrige mall nj pretty often but today i had a terrible experience with the customer service provided by the manager i got a pair of pants in august which got ripped off the very first day i wore them i was out of the country on my vacation when i got back it was more than 22 days and the manager would not do anything for me she said ahe would have taken thme back if they were not ripped off but why would i bring it back if they were not ripped off after knowing the return policy and all and not only this she said she hear this kind of stuff all the time?? excuse me ?? she did not even know that theres a corporate number ?? like how could you be a manager when you dont even know the corporate or cusomer service number i asked her to call from the store she said you can only email them which is not true if you are not willing to help your customers i think you are not eligible for the manager position if your hands are tied up then why are you even there??

  3. The store manager at westfield broward mall in plantation FL is rachet and distasteful. She is very nasty and unpleasant to her customers. I have contacted the corporate head quarters in regards to her rude behavior. I really hope love culture decides to replace her. She is defiantly bringing the company down. I believe she thinks that she owns the store itself; because when I asked for the DM's number she replied " this is my store, what is it you need?!" Disgusting!!!!!!! Make some changes soon, or you guys will lose lots of customers!

  4. Providence Place Mall sucks. Its like they have a bunch of ghetto kids working with no respect or class. You can not find anyone whos working or tell them apart from whos shopping then you ask for help and they look at you like your speaking another language. The store manager and the DM have very nasty attitudes. Please replace!!!!! Better off shopping at Forever.

  5. Love culture is a dead end position. I been work there 8 months and within this time my store has lost 6 employees and now we are operating without a store manager or co- manager with 4 sales associates putting in their two weeks notice. Our DM refuses to premote within our store so none of the assistant managers can take any open positions and sales associates aren't allowed to move to manager . I'm really trying to hang in there because the job market isn't that great but I really need answers on why we can't premote within the company.

  6. I'm sick of the store manager in the Norfolk store I don't know why you all brought her back but she is very rude to customers and a employee I haven't seen the employee much which makes me a believe theres a problem because before she came back to the store I always go to that employee for help and a incident happen for believe there's more between the two I hope you can fix the situation but I don't like when people belittle somebody in front of customers that's very unprofessional or talk behind the employees back too another customer or with another manager in front of employees I will not shop if that continues poor customer service

  7. The store at the St. Louis Galleria Mall is horrible. From the other comments and lack of reply thereto, maybe there is no point to mine. I will just go with my first mind, and not patronize any of your store anywhere, anymore. I need to let all my family and friends know of the lack of respect and total complete incumbency to customer service and the upholding of the Love Culture name, mission and brand.

  8. Horrible company. They pay their employees cheap, but expect them to do much more than their competitors. Clothes are cheap, and they have no loyalty. It's a wonder they have closed the majority of the stores in southern California. They ran a horrible business.
