  1. I understand that Lancome has been taken over by Loreal, and that Lancome did NOT test on animals at all. But Loreal does test on one percent of its producet. There is no justification for using animals to promote and make a profit off of products for human consumption. How can you sleep at night knowing you cause animal suffering? I will not buty anymore Lancome produects - I use to buy all my cosmetics from Lancome BECAUSE THEY DID NOT TEST ON ANIMALS. It is simply unconscionale and inhumane. I am a health care policy analyst and I will spread the word of your inhumane practices. Sincerely, Katherine Belinn

I'm a longtime Lancome customer and am so disappointed in the perfume I have used many times my last purchase was on February 24, 2013 which was "lancome miracle" I was so saddended by the lasting aroma. It used to last me a year this time only three months.It was not worth the $70.20 I would like a refund or gift certificate. My name is Rosa purchase #314775802039

  3. Sometimes I feel I am a Lancome Junkie, I use most all your products. But the one I love the most is POEME...I am so upset that you are discontinuing this perfume. It is amazing and I get tons of compliments everytime I wear it...

  4. I have been a lancome user for 14 years. I use your moisturizes, eye cream, cleanser, etc. and the best teint idole ultra 14 hrs foundation which I love the most out of all the foundation out there in the market. I was extremely sad that you discontinued that foundation and I have been shopping over 9 mos to find a closed match but nothing came close at all!!! I don't understand why you took it away when there was nothing wrong with the product and changed the formula of that foundation. the new ultra 24 hours is horrible!! It did not blend well, way too dry, cakey and it disappeared after awhile and it made your face look ugly. I hope you will reconsider to bring back teint idole ultra 14 hrs please please!!! I hope someone would read lancome reviews on ultra 24 hrs online and there were many negative feedbacks about this new product. thank you for your time and reconsideration. where can I order teint idole 14 hrs????

  5. A very long time Lancome customer I truly, truly, truly was upset when I purchased my Lancome Absolue. You advertise Lancome of Paris, however, this product was manufactured in JAPAN!!!!!!!!!!! What a slap in the face to me and this country. I consider this false advertising, and will never ever purchase any Lancome products. I would return all my Lancome products in a heart beat, however, I don't know if I could receive a refund.

  6. Look at L'Oreal's Wikipedia entry under Controversy and Litigation. As has been in the news repeatedly, a number of key executives at Lancome now and over the years are Nazi sympathizers and anti-semitic in their actions toward employees. This helps explain why Lancome (which is owned by L'Oreal) seems incapable of empathy, decency, or care in its relationship to customers as well as animals. No other cosmetics company has this problem. Don't support racists, Nazis, or those who abuse animals!

  7. This is for the corporate big wigs. There is absoulutly no reason to test on animals there are viable alternatives that are much more reliable. Even though you have that masive gift with puchase i will not buy Lancome &Loreal and any other product that is behind the times- Trish Mcevoy doesn't test on animals buy buy. The greatness of a nation and its moral character can be judged by the way its animals are treated MG

  8. I worked with lancome, their products are overpriced, have very poor quality. This company doesnt invest in their beauty advisors, there is no lancome training. at the counter i found managers with no skills, beauty advisors that have no clue in skin care.

  11. Halibery I have been Lancome customer for about 40 years.Twice a year I shop for Lancome volumizer mascara , eyecream, and my favorite parfume. The fabulous fragrarance last for days,it brought me feeling of frashness and confidence. . My last purchase disappointed me, the parfume doesn't last long, I am talking a moments, perhaps the time I apply the parfume, mascara smears allover my face, chanks of mascara foling off my eyelashes, eyes looks messy and inperfect. I am asking for refund, hope you will improve the quality, and I'll be back as Lancome customer.
