    4. they billed my credit card $300.00 for what they said my 8 year old grandson charged! Without the card or a password! They use deceptive and fraudulant trade practices. I am going to file a suit in small claims court.

    5. I had an xbox gift card for my son that we couldn't get it to work as our region was wrong. Finally after numerous calls to the store where we purchased it from and to xbox on line and by phone, we finally had a wonderful , patient lady tonight by the name of Talisha ( sorry if I spelt it incorrectly!) who walked me thru the change needed to correct this problem. I can't thank her enough. To the Microsoft Executives-you have a great employee in her. Thanks again Customer in Ontario

I called to ask why my live was cancelled the rep changed her story twice even when I have proof that I should have it then when I asked to speak to the supervisor he refused to speak to me and the rep sighed on the phone when I asked to speak to him again and hung up on me. Makes you wonder about Xbox

    1. I have ben targeted by enforcement on xbox but they let kids break policy all the tile but I can't curse or talk trash. It's forcing religion or a way of standard one me. I will join a class a lawsuit can we get more and do something I get a communications ban every two weeks

    2. In 2010 xbox signed a vip.contract stating no live interrupted service as long as I never mod. Hack. Or tamper with service of any kind. When the old ceos of xbox retire on the new one from 360 these new ceoe violated my contract I am targeted by enforcement m you can't appeal any decisions. There are a militarized Black ops unite of xbox and are held to no authority. And over abuse use of power it has to stop .so Microsoft stop it or I promise you that contract on me ill use against you

  6. You get the run around when you call to try and cancel. They pass you from one person to the other. When you call the corporate office, they will not transfer you to anyone if you do not have a specific name. Probably the most terrible customer service I have ever dealt with

  7. Took almost 2 years of services for something I did not subscribe too..It was an add-on and they said I had to cancel before the 30 day trial.. A BIG RIP OFF COMPANY

Hi my name is Corey working I have an idea something I want you to add to xbox you should have another button to the console with a chip in it to transmit the signal to the Xbox controller that will make the controller continuously vibrate until you turn it on thus making it easy to find it when you lose it

  13. gammer x, I want to know why my profile works everyother day when I give these jerks money to play on xbox live. My mom can get on with her profile with no problem, but if I sign in she cant play. I just called about this issue for the 2nd time in a week, and they pass you from one person to another and all you get is i dont know. I got that for 2 stright hours both times I worked in customer service before and always tried to help my customers. Remember lose business lose jobs. Supervisor told me tech are the same as repersenitves I told them I should get refunded for the payment and got told we cant do that. They want to say that its my system or internet when every thing else works fine. Xbox corprate get a clue train your reps, thought about getting a one but now i think ill get a super nintendo will work better and if you dont want to lose your costumers train your reps how to treat their customers or lose their job there are plenty of people willing to do the job right.

We the consumers spend our hard earned money to help make them rich and they treat us like were idiots! I'm done with xbox, put out a system which they knew had issues in the first place! But didn't care!!!!

  16. Anyone sueing Xbox? You are stealing from people regularly and there seems to be no way out. My son can't cancel old accounts because he doesn't know the passwords. Has already tried setting up new ones as well so he can cancel these accounts with no luck. He works full time and can't even keep food on his table for his daughter but xbox just keeps pulling money from his account. Thanks for all your help customer service. Apparently you work for no one.

  17. My fience's 6 year old downloaded $70 worth of games without permission or understanding that it cost money. While he was trying to put his 3 year old down for a nap. The representative was rude and they will not refund the money how is that possible on the child is not 18 and legally allowed to make purchases?

  19. I've been a valued customer with xbox since the orginal xbox console which was a long time ago and I've been a live member since those days as well a GOLD member. I was recently ban for supposedly playing and streaming pre release content. Giving the servers are not up for Destiny Until Sept 8th 2014 that is impossible. I was ban on Sept 6th. I was also was but on the lifetime ban list for communications. Meaning I can not join live parties or send messages or speak to anyone for that matter. I am annoyed and very aggravated I can't believe how I am being treated because of a troll on my twitch livestream reporting 100 times. This is what happens when you give gold members the right to enforce policies and rules. My gt is Choke Artiste I hope my acvount becomes unban prior to the destiny release or I will be making a huge stink with the microsoft corporation with my attorneys!

So 4 xbobx one later from the store because my system broke will not play games and xbox one want to charge me $ 400 for a new system and that will take 6-8 weeks to get or I can pay $ 50 to get a new one in 5 days. There are to many issue with the system and xbox is just making money off a broke system they put out. How is this fair

I am refuring to popcan nine whos gt xbox has dicided to suspend after I have accumulated 3000 in transaction over 8 years of loyal consumer I want it back or I will have to go public and I have ways to be bad pr I have given ample amount of time and effort and forums are a joke need takin down can't get help there that's why I am finding all posable ways to get Microsoft attenchen I am not putting one more cent into another account until I get my profile and gamer tag back in working order Microsoft is loosing 1200 a year from me if not more that's just in average what I spend in games and dlc

    I have had an x box from the day they came out and now with x box 360 went to buy black ops 3 only to find out it is on line only you have to get x box 1 to get full game with multiple player with campaign version un real they would so that to the people that spent million on the 360 version to give them the funding to make the x box 1

The people whow TORE the console apart made the indicator fall off! Customer Service said they wanted to find me resolution, but could offer nothing! What a joke!

  34. I traded in my ps4 that I owned for 2 years, for an xbox one because I heard so many good things about it. I have now had the console for about 7 months, and the disc drive no longer reads the disc. In order to get it repaired or receive a new console, I was told it will take almost a month. No shipping fees are waved, no compensation for the TWO newly purchased video games, or fair settlement of any means has taken place. This is very frustrating, and not a good look for the microsoft corporation. After researching the issue online, it looks like many other users have experienced the same defects. Xbox is going downhill, many people may be afraid to purchase these consoles in the near future.

  36. made several calls trying to get a controller replaced. First rep sounded like she was chomping on gum and was RUDE! the controller was a Christmas gift but purchased on dec 6. it just randomly turns off. b/c it was over 90 days, nothing could be done eventhough it didn't arrive until the dec 15 and used until dec 25. cant believe a huge company as this wants to argue with customers over an issue as this. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

  38. Xbox live security and account recovery is garbage. So much fun being put on hold for 15min then they hung up on me. It wouldn't be so bad but the fact is its my account got hacked 4 months ago and didn't do it right the first time so going through the whole process again.

  40. I find it very repulsive that I have had to call in numerous times, email numerous times to receive a refund. This has now been going on 30+ days. It doesnt take 60 days for a refund to post. Your customer service representatives are very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I should not have to continue wasting my time (hours at that) to deal with this nonsense. The hold time is ridiculous and let me not state the amount of times that I have been hung up on because no one knows what they are doing. Not sure of whom I'd need to speak with next, but I would guess filing a complaint with the BBB is the best option since there is no way to receive any help going right to the source.

  44. My son's xbox was hacked. Xbox won't do anything to help. I spent 4 hours on with them, and nothing. They can't find his usertag or account on THEIR side of the system, but it is me that has to pay for it. They declined to help us. Declined? Then you say I can go on and look at my subscription and transaction history in the next sentence, but my account is wiped on THEIR side of the system. I can't log on to look at my account!!!!!! How do you propose that I do that very thing? I now have 3 charges that hit my card for items that I didn't buy, while I was on the phone with xbox live telling them that our usertag has an email that isn't ours. We never got anything noting that I had "changed" my email on my usertag. And my usertag is wiped off their system. I have pictures of the user tag from my side of the system, that supposedly doesn't exist. I have pictures of games that are under that usertag too. I can't believe that when we now have to create a brand new account that we will now lose all those games I purchased. I can't believe that they won't even give him those games again under a new usertag and xbox live account. I'd love to fill out your survey! I can't believe that you don't stand by and make a loyal customer whole when they have purchased tons of games and systems. This has to be the most frustrating thing ever! All they keep saying is we can't find that usertag, can't find that account, can't find your credit card being used. Really, deny deny deny is all they say! Beyond pissed, especially this all happened on my son's birthday. Great way to end his birthday in tears because his xbox was hacked and they wouldn't help him not even a little!

  45. I spent an hour tonight (11/10/2016) on the phone with Kirsten trying to get a billing issue resolved. Kirsten was trying to get a supervisor to assist but they said I had to wait another 30 minutes. At that point (11:25pm EST) I told Kirsten that this was TOTALLY unacceptable and I want the supervisor to call me back when I'm available - 10am EST. I will also be calling the Corporate office first thing tomorrow to file a formal complaint with my case #. Let's hope the supervisor calls me first...

  46. I recently sent in an Xbox One S that quit working called customer service and tech suggested that the built in surge protector had burned up do to the fact I had plugged it into another surge protector apparently it is best to plugged in to the electric socket directly.
    I was sent shipping label to return for repair or replacement. I unplugged the Xbox from the TV and placed in original box and shipping box, Xbox was returned within one week wrapped in bubble wrap and a note that reported the Xbox had been tampered with or Serial Number altered which voided warranty. Which I had done nothing to this Xbox at all. The fact that it was returned in other packaging makes me wonder if this is my original Xbox at all? I wonder if the Techs are trained to void the warranty so as they send letter refusing to repair or replace unit.
    I am contacting corporate today for some type of resolution. I am spitting mad.
