  1. Tired of wrong orders, cold fries, forgotten items etc. Olean, new york store. Tonite was the last straw, literally. I orderd hand cut fries, large. What i got was luke warm bits and pieces. Only three qwaryers full. It was more like a small order. Ordered salad also. Asked for extra nut topping. Was told ok. Nothing there. I ordered ketchup for fries, nothing. Ordered large frosty, it looked like spoiled milk when it seperates. No spoon for frosty. No fork for salad. Only one straw for large coke. No straw for frosty.tomatoes in salad were limp and tasted like last weeks garbage. Limp lettuce, old and worn out. When i called to complain the so called manager, dawn was the same person who took my money. She sai no time to talk because she was short handed and doing the work of twelve people. The one good thing was the chili. As usual always good. In the past when i ordered salad which included chili when i got home there was no chili. Outside before i ordered there was a sign that said download the info from the fry package for a chance to win $1000,000. I recieved a plain fry package with nothing to download. Manager dawn said the needed to order those. What a joke wendies is.

    1. Ok..you ordered 'hand cut fries'? What did you expect, the person behind the counter to actually take a potato and hand cut it just for you? Wow. Only 1 straw with a large drink..how many do you need, 5?
      Understand this, these crew members make minimum wage, not even enough to support themselves on. They're usually under staffed or have a few slow/newbie crew members. You expect perfection every time you drive your fat ass up to a window and order food? Give these kids a break and go eat somewhere else...better yet, go to the store, buy food, take it home and MAKE IT YOURSELF and quit sounding like a self-important whining baby. With everything going on in the world today, you really have to bitch about the condition of your lettuce????????ARRGGGGGGG. No wonder the country is going to hell in a hand basket.

    2. If we stopped buying Wendy's food. Then the people making minimum wage would be without a job. Do you agree or not. I work hard for my salary and when I send it I want good hot fast food.

    3. Agreed that they are probably understaffed, and definitely underpaid, but I have to agree.. When I go to order food, I want what I ordered in the bag, when I get home! My daughter works for Wendy's, and I know that she works very hard.

    I have tired this store 3 times and this past week is my last. Ordered a cobb salad and recieved a salad no meat. Went back for the meat and when I recieved it was four small pieces. The salad was soggy, water on the bottom of the bowl. The crew is very slow with zero personality they need training bad. Everyone has an off night but this has to be the worse service I have ever had. When I worked in fast food if we made a mistake we always compensated the customer for the mistake. I don't know how the place stays in business.

  3. I am a Wendy die hard one customer. I am writing a simple request that please, change your bread..it taste awful like sour and some bitter taste. I have no more appetite once taste that first bite. Thanks.

  4. Do you or do you not offer a senior citizen's discount? I see on the web it is 10% but the Wendy's here says there is no senior discount? What's the scoop?

  5. I went to this Wendy's store down town Wichita and their drivethru service is awful. Can they upgrade their customer service? And do a better job of being polite? I will not go to their store again!!!

  8. Dirty! Rude! Bad Attitude!I understand that most of your workers are not getting paid very much. BUT, the store #00001222 is just too much to take!Person at the cash register taking my order was leaning against the wall the whole time she took our order. No greeting, no thank you. After taking the order she pushed herself away from the wall and walked just fine so she wasn't leaning because she was in pain. Maybe you just need to take away the job that she doesn't seem to want.After that a young man in a Wendy's uniform sat on the railing leading up to the register for 5 minutes laughing and joking with the leaning person. If you want to know what is wrong with your stores you really don't have to look far.

  9. I visited the Wendy's in Oroville, CA on Oro Dam Blvd. I was there to have lunch. I was extremely appalled at what I was forced to watch.. One of the Supervisors was verbally assulting one of the employees. She completely belittled this women by yelling at her in front of the customers and all of the other employees, right on the front line. I can understand if an employee has done something wrong and needs to be disiplined, but to do it right in front of the customers and other employees is just despicable!! This Supervisor should have had the respect for the customers and the employee, to have asked her to step into the office. Someone higher in the chain of command needs to address this issue!! I was so disgusted by what I experienced; I walked out of the restaurant! I will never attempted to eat there again.

  10. What ever happened to Dave Thomas Motto, "QUALITY IS OUR RECIPE" I quote, "To us, how many we serve is not important-it's how well we serve each one." WENDYS 1309 N. Hamilton Rd Columbus, Ohio 43230 use to have very good food and if you had a food problem, the management or employees corrected the problem with a apology. Now I don't know who is the manager/supervisor but the food is poor and in great need to be changed before someone gets sick and Wendy gets a suit in court. We were in Wendys July 1st 2013 to try the new TV advertised Almond Berry Salad and a chili/cheese backed potato. I even told the check out clerk that we didn't want any dry burnt potatoes. The potatoes had just enough chili/cheese to cover the dry potato that was scorched. The grilled chicken on the Almond Salad was raw/half cooked. We were tired and hungry so my son a retired chef, put the chicken in the microwave and cooked it so we wouldn't get sick. We ate the food. The Salad was superb. So July 3rd, 2013, we decided to stop and get another Almond Berry Salad. We come home put it together and started eating, and my son about a fourth way thru the salad found a very long hair hooked around the lettuce, he held it up and it was swinging. He threw it out and put the nasty piece in a small container to carry back and show them. We live two minutes from Wendys and was just there, he took the my credit card and the receipt and the container back. All he wanted was a replacement salad. A woman name Mary was the night supervisor and she waited on him and was very arrogant, nasty, smart talking in front of customers. She told my son that she couldn't give him his money back or a salad, he would have to come in on Friday and see the other manager/supervisor. This is absurd. What kind of customer service policy does Wendys promote. Your business at the corner of North Hamilton Rd and Morse Rd. You get customers from Easton to New Albany, you better be careful you don't know who you are serving, could be a Mystery Shopper checking you out. And Six On Your Side is always waiting for a call, waiting on News to make things better. Everyone is not a Supervisor, we have a lot of Stupidvisors and you companys need to retrain your people how to treat customers.There is nothing like good customer relations.   11. Last week I went to the Morganton, NC Wendy's drive thru and ordered a Dave's Hot 'n Juicy 1/2 lb. Double with Cheese - Combo for $6.89 plus tax. When I got home I discovered that I'd been given a Carolina Classic combo. I don't recall what the cost of that is, but I know it's less than the Hot 'n Juicy 1/2 lb. Double with Cheese Combo that I paid for. So....I was disappointed that I didn't get the burger I wanted and that I'd been overcharged. Today, Friday July 12th, I went through the same Wendy's drive thru and after I placed my order for a Son of Baconator Combo for a total of $7.03 I quickly told the clerk about receiving the wrong burger last week and she asked if I'd "called back". I told her no and she said next time I should "call back". I responded, "So you're not going to do anything to try and make it right?" and she said that I should have "called back" but that she'd ask the manager. I drove around to the pick-up window and she indicated that she was going to give me today's order for $7.03 and the correct burger from last week. I wasn't happy with this attempt to right the situation since I live alone and don't have a large enough appetite for that much food and don't care for reheated fast food burgers. So to clarify, I asked "So you're going to give me the burger I ordered last week in addition to today's order?" and she responded yes. Then she said I should have gotten the order number off of the receipt in the bag and called to report the problem the same time it happened. I responded that had I known the procedure I'd have been happy to do that but since I didn't I thought that mentioning it the next time I went would suffice. By this time the clerk is acting somewhat condescending and in a quite haughty tone of voice she looked me in the eyes and said, "Well we can't just go around giving free food away like this!" I was stunned. Based on her accusation and behavior, I could just as justifiably have driven up and said "Your inability to perform your job correctly has inconvenienced me and you stole money from me." BUT.......what a terrible thing to assume something so harsh just as it was VERY wrong of her to accuse me of wanting "free food". She did finally say that I could pay $4.XX and not get the burger I ordered last week. I was so upset by the interaction with this woman that when I arrived home I immediately went into the bag of food to retrieve the receipt so that I could write in and report her insulting and unprofessional behavior. Well folks guess what......no receipt. Nothing. Nada. So I have no number or other information but I know for a fact that I was driving from the place where I placed my order to the pick-up window at 2:30pm, Friday July 12th, based on a phone call I made where I quoted the time. The girl appeared to be between the ages of say 25 and 30 and had long medium brown hair. I would hope that this woman could be reprimanded and receive training in customer relations. Two negative experiences in a row with your store doesn't exactly have me chomping at the bit to return. Thanks for reading this. Mary

  12. I would like to make the corporate office aware that you have a manager at your st. rt. 95 restaurant in mt. Gilead named Tina that is not giving breaks to your employees. I have worked on 3 seperate occasions. 7 hour shifts and not offered a break at all and when I brought it to her attention she says that I should have came to work earlier?? Then when my shift was over she offered another employee (no break either) and myself anything we wanted to eat to take home. This is not the reason I am no longer employeed at Wendy's but now have several workers I am responsible for myself. I often think of how illegal what she is doing is and how she takes total advantage of the kids that are still employees there. Please look into this matter I am sure it is not a reputation you want for your restaurant.

  14. I visited Wendy's at 4105 SW 9th in Des Moines,IA at 9:01pm.. My cashier was Jeremy B.. They had to give my son spicy nuggets because they claimed not to have regular ones.. The fries and the nuggets were so old.. they were brick hard.. My onions that I ordered on the sandwich werent there..nor was the ketchup.. the extra bacon was 1 slice when its suppose to be 3.. I ordered a premium strawberry lemonade and got a regular lemonade.. The burgers were burnt hockey pucks.. I called and spoke to Faith Torode.. she claimed she couldnt find the corporate number and argued with me for 10 mins,, she finally gave me the managers name and just said it was Fred.. The only Fred in the store.. Dave started Wendys with a great concept for good food and friendly fast service.... I know he is rolling in his grave at what it has become.. I am so disappointed.. Even more so .. because my entire eats here at least 2 times a day and now our clients nor our employees will ever go back.

  16. My wife and I were in the only Wendys in Caledoina Michigan the other night . Ordered our food when we noticed a lot of food on the floor in the kitchen. It didnt seem to bother the employees < they just kept walking in it. now dont get me wrong, the people where very nice. So we ate and my wife had to use the restroom after a while< when she came back she said the restrooms was in bad shape. Tables were not clean , carpet was in bad shape. I was dissapointed. I always like Wendys and when Im on the road I look for Wendys. This is a good store I just hope they clean it up ..

  17. Wendy's November 17,2013. Bear Delaware. I wanted to submit a positive review for this particular Wendys's site. My daughter and I went to this establishement Saturday and to our amazment it was clean, no foul smells, the service was polite,excellent and the food was hot burgers were great, the bacon which our experiences have been uncooked and 1 slice cut in half was not the case. Thebacon was cook well and the slice(s) were as the Old Wendy's use to provide. We patron Newark University Plaza and Seaford De which provides horrible food and terrible service. We waited in this location heading to Ocean City, MD this summer for over an hour for wrong orders and ill prepared food...horrible. Smyrna, DE has been the best until Saturday. I hope this helps this location....Well Deserved.!

  18. For the pat 8 years, I have passed a Wendy's on the way to work in Stallings, NC. They stopped flying the American flag, and I think it is not very patriotic. I have asked the store manager to put it back up; and I have called into the corporate office several months ago to let them know the store was not flying the flag. They still are not proudly displaying the flag and I refuse to eat there until they do so. If you are proud to do business in America you should be proud to display what we stand for!

Yep, that gives me every right to bitch. If you can’t do the job close the stores and go into another business. Hey Anonymous, you were the first post who replied, take a class on logic and clear thinking before you post your next comments. You call the poster a fat ass and self-important and then go on defending the employees and finish with world problems. You don't know whos fat, the workers are lazy,I could eat at home but sometimes I eat out and pay for it, and world problems have more to do with idiots like you and Obamatrons than anything else. I don't expect perfection but I do expect competence which is lacking in you post. Listen idiot, we expect to get at least what looks somewhat like the picture on the window and expect our order to be close if not exactly right. I mean it’s just burgers and fries right? Or cant these poor under paid kids handle this? We can bitch because we pay for a product that's not even close to what they are falsely advertising.     I am writing to make a comment about the "Senior Drink Size!" They used to give YOU a "Medium Sized Cup" and now they give a "Small Sized Cup!" The differance between the "Medium Cup" and the "Small Cup" is ["EXACTLY 1/3 CUP!"] So what's the differance if you go up ["1 OR 2 TIMES FOR A REFILL ON THE MEDIUM CUP, OR IF YOU GO UP 3 OR 4 TIMES FOR A REFILL ON THE SMALL CUP???"] Many Seniors don't even go up for a refill, or maybe only one. But "REGULAR CUSTOMERS" like we are every day Monday thru Friday at our local Wendy's Restaurant, and spend a lot of money, and time there, we do go up for refills. So, not only for "OUR BENEFIT, BUT FOR ALL CUSTOMERS CONCERNED" it would really be appreciated if you would revert back to the medium cup.

Wendy's in Tallahassee Florida has employees working the colds and Flu, I have a friend that that went to the hospital and was diag. with Flu was put on several medications and note from dr. not to work Wendy's called her the next day wanting to know if she could come in and then again Sunday. She finally went in Monday still weak and sick. Does Wendy's care about their employees and the spreading of germs to hundreds of customers or do they just think about a dollar.

  22. Wendys # 8558 is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. I am embarrassed to admit I worked for Wendys as an assistant manager back in 99. Order is wrong, incomplete, or just poorly made! My experience on 5/1/14 has made me vow never to eat at a Wendys again! Whole crew needs to be retrained or just close this location all together. Paid 13.83 to have my blood pressure go through the roof, and still not get my order right! Manager offered to replace food after I called but will never go back to collect. Sure order would still be wrong. Am spreading this to all I now and come in contact with. How can one location continually get the order wrong? Bad training? Bad management? Both? So disappointed in a company I once admired!

  23. i will never go to wendys again, cashiers are mexican and dont know how to run register or peak english ! after standing at register to get a hamburger for 14 minutes while lady tried to figure out how to ring up the order i gave up and said never mind see u never again ! All i wanted was a hamburger, how tough is that , i guess almost impossible ! Marietta geogia next to the big chicken !

  24. tried to order hamburger at wendys in acworth georgia on baker road and this time it was a young high school worker wh couldnt operate your register either or get order right ! May u need to get old cash registers and use them , because your computersystem is too tough for them to operate ! didnt know it was that tough to sell a burger . these people need to be paid 3.00 aan hour , because thats what they are worth ! too bad good food terrible service !
