  1. I BOUGHT A PHONE (MOTOROLA TRIUMPH) AND SINCE I PURCHASE THE PHONE I WAS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH IT, I THOUGHT IT WAS ME IN THE BEGINNING BECAUSE I THOUGHT I DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO OPERATED. WELL OVER TIME I BEGAN USING THE PHONE AND GETTING USED TO ITS FEATURE BUT NOTICED MANY FUNCTIONS WERE NOT WORKING PROPERLY LIKE THE PHONE WILL FREEZE, TURN OFF, MAKE CALLS WITHOUT ME PRESSING ANY BUTTONS, TEXT MESSAGE MEMORY FULL WHEN I HAD NO MESSAGES AND ANOTHER LOW ON SPACE 01/05/1980 MESSAGE. I CONTACTED VIRGIN MOBILE OVER THE SUMMER, SPOKE WITH A REP. AND EXPLAINED WHAT WAS GOING ON, THEY TRANSFERED ME TO TECH SUPPORT AND I EXPLAINED THE ISSUES TO THEM TOO. THEY ORDERED A NEW BATTERY AND A NEW PHONE AND TOLD ME TO WAIT FROM 6 TO 8 WEEKS TO RECEIVE THE NEW PHONE BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT ON STOCK. TO MY SURPRISE WHEN I CALLED BACK AFTER 6 WEEKS BECAUSE I DIDN'T RECEIVED MY PHONE THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY CANCELLED THE PHONE ORDER BECAUSE WHEN THEY LOOKED AT MY ACCOUNT THEY SEEN THAT I WAS MAKING PHONE CALLS. I WAS SO UPSET, THEN CALLED AGAIN AND REQUESTED TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR REGARDING THIS MATTER AND BOTH REPRESENTATIVE REFUSED TO TRANSFER ME TO A SUPERVISOR AND HANGED UP THE LINE TWICE ON ME. I BOUGHT THIS PHONE FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES AND HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO USE IT FOR SUCH A PURPOSE SINCE I LOST MANY MESSAGES REQUESTING BUSINESS. NOW MANY OF YOU MIGHT SAY WHY DIDN'T I JUST CANCEL THE SERVICE AND BOUGHT A NEW PHONE?. WELL THE ONLY REASON I DIDN'T GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY IS BECAUSE THE MONTHLY SERVICE I DIDN'T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH, IT WAS MY PHONE AND THE CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE WHO HANDLE MY SITUATION. I AM ABLE TO MAKE CALLS BUT MY PHONE SHOULD WORK AS IT WAS MEANT TO FUNCTION BY MANUFACTURING SPECIFICATIONS AND IT HASN'T DONE THAT SINCE I PURCHASE. I WANT TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH EVERYONE HERE BECAUSE IT IS NOT WORTH PURCHASING A PHONE THAT COST $400 FOR IT NOT TO FUNCTION PROPERLY. IF I HAVE TO RECOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY OF MY 2000 FRIENDS, I WILL NEVER DO THAT BECAUSE I DON'T WANT THEM TO SUFFER THE WAY I HAD.

  2. My husband purchased the Motorola Triumph July 2012 and it is now December 2012 and he is waiting on the 7th replacement of this model. This phone (Triumph) is a waste of money and Virgin Mobile has done everything but the right thing to satisfy us as customers. I have made numerous phone calls to them disputing the crap they put their name on and is selling to the general public. I have contacted the escalations department at Sprint and was not satisfied with them also telling me to purchase a different phone. $257 was paid for the Triumph and havent been able to use it without malfunctions since it was purchased. So while waiting for replacement Triumph, a Venture was purchased (for back up when Triumph malfunctions), they locked and remove the serial number and now he doesnt have that to use either. Virgin Mobile did admit that it was an error place by them and they would investigate the situation....well 3 investigations later....still not able to use the venture and they cancelled the investigations because we activated another phone. I explained that after 2 weeks of not having a phone we had to activate something so the minutes was not wasted but that only got me disconnected..after being on the phone with them for 1 hour and 47 minutes. the only answers that Virgin Mobile have for us is that "we cant send you a different model, we cant give you a refund and we are sorry that you are having problems but i can give you $10 credit". Keep your credit and send me a phone that actually works and let me talk to some one that can fix and satisfy me a paying customer. BUYERS BEWARE THAT THE MOTOROLA TRIUMPH IS A FAULTY PHONE AND VIRGIN MOBILE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER!!!
