  3. To whom it may concern,

This morning I was getting a brake job at the Salisbury, NC store. The manager was very rude. I will not be back!

  4. I would like to give a HUGE THANK YOU to the Tire Kingdom office in Okeechobee, FL. I stopped to help an elderly lady who was about to have a nervous breakdown. She was a widow with no near by family and no money. She had 2 flat tires. I just graduated from college and all I had on me were my Christmas gift cards and was hoping that would be enough to pay for a cheap tire. She had a spare that we changed out for her. I called around to the local automotive tire businesses and no one could help me out financially. Finally John from the Okeechobee Tire Kingdom said stop on by and we will see what we can do. He paid for the tire. Not only were we trying to do a good deed, he topped it off by doing another good deed. By far the best manager at a business I have come across.

So to the manager John at Tire Kingdom I thank you so much for being such a great man. Not only did you make my day, you made that woman's day as well. :)

  5. 1/5/2016 Fraud Alert !!! - Tire Kingdom Sandalfoot Boca Raton FL.
After spent $ 600 and 2 tires .... I have to pump air every other day all over Florida. I went back if they can fix it and they ask me to leave the car few hours unless, if I have CASH will do take a look.... Really ? What a scam .... Dishonest way to do business....

  6. Tallahassee Florida Store, Stay away, they charged my son $427.00 for a $230.00 alternator. Even the store manager agreed it was overpriced. I have been a customer at another store for 12 years and had decent service. Stay away from the Tallahassee store, NO customer service, NO loyalty, just out for a fast buck!!! Go elsewhere

  7. Just would like to let someone know. I was in Florida visiting my Aunt when on the day I was leaving to come back to Ohio, I had a flat tire. I put air in it and hoped that it would hold. The first place I came to was closed for service and I was directed next door to Tire Kingdom. There a very nice man Bret Warner ( Palm Harbor store) said he would check it out. Within 10 minutes he had found a nail in my Tire. He fixed that and checked my other tires and even straightened my headlights for me. He was so nice and Polite and just wanted to give him a pat on the back for treating me the way people should be treated. Also it was all done for less then $25. For my 1200 mile trip home. Thank you again Bret your the best. :)

  8. I took my car to Tire Kingdom on 9/14/2016 for 4 new tires. After installation of the tires I went to get into my car and noticed that the silver trim which goes down the whole side of the car was bent on the driver's door. I brought it to the attention of the mechanic and he went and got the manager. the manager said that it was like that when he checked the size of the tires and moved the car into the bay. I had 3 men gang up on me and tell me that my car was like that and they had me in tears before I left. I know that it was not like that because I had just washed the car that morning before bringing it to them. I also inspect my entire car before I get into it every time ever since I had a hub cap stolen not long ago. My car is a 1997 Executive Series Town Car in mint condition with 60,000 original miles on it. It had one blemish on it from when I bought it from the previous owner who bumped a yellow pillar outside of a convenience store. Now the entire silver trim has to be replaced which will cost more than I paid for the tires. When I spoke with the manager, he stated that he saw that the trim was damaged when he checked the size of the tires and then brought over another mechanic that stated the same thing and he didn't even work on my car. I asked the manager why he didn't bring it to my attention if he saw it and he said he didn't think it was necessary. WTF!!! Not necessary??? I have always bought my tires from Tire Kingdom at the SR 52 store in Hudson, Florida but never again will I go there and I intend to tell everyone that I know not to go there.
