DO YOU CARE ABOUT CONNECTICUT AND THE INNOCENT CHILDREN WHO WERE SLAUGHTERED..GUESS NOT..MORE IMPORTANT TODAY I SEE THAT U SELL PAJAMAS...WOW...IGNORANT PEOPLE YOU ARE..DON'T THINK I EVER WANT TO BUY FROM QVC ANYMORE..WHY..MAKE U RICH??? SO THAT'S WHAT QVC STAND FOR ..SICKOS..THAT'S WHAT U ARE.   2. I've been a very loyal customer of QVC for over the past 16 years & purchased thousands upon thousands of dollars in items... I've turned countless numbers of family, friends & co-workers your way to purchases their needs, especially when short of cash & easy pay is available... I only state these FACTS to show the gravity of my past loyalty, but your current actions of cancelling my furniture order without notification and rude CS personnel (I've spoken to a total of six) who are dismissive is totally unacceptable!!! I too work in the field of CS, but the difference is I ALWAYS TAKE OWNERSHIP of my customer's issues to the point of resolution and make sure to ALWAYS return calls... Now my loyalty has reversed and just as I once praised QVC to family and friends, well you know what reverse mean!!!
    NO COMPANY IS EVER TO BIG TO FAIL!!!

  3. I have left a number of messages for a return call, my account has been closed because I didn't receive an order, Is that my fault?????? I have been a big qvc customer from day one...... and I cant get it reopened, they say send a letter to corportate office I have sent two letters, with no response..... so disappointed in QVC.....

    This is the worst company I have ever ordered from it’s from disappoints to frustrations and ultimately bewilderment. I purchased a Bose system last year in which UPS left it at my door step and it was stolen, because of that ordeal I decided not to order anything else until recently didn’t have much money and I wanted to flex my payments. I purchased a MacBook Pro laptop and a Samsung Galaxy tablet for my significant one, my payments processed and debited from my account. The representative assured me everything was fine and I should receive them within 3-7 business days. The following day I was told they cancelled my order and closed my account because they couldn’t reach me by phone therefore I provided an alternate contact including my fiancés telephone number….they did not contact me, I called customer services several times in which they did not or could not give me a valid explanation. I contacted corporate in which I was not able to speak to anyone at all…eventually someone called me and told me to expect a phone call from someone else in corporate. The Samsung galaxy Tablet that was shipped in which I have been tracking reached all the way to Raleigh 45 mins from my house and was intercepted and returned to the warehouse still have not received my refund for the merchandise. This is not the way a customer supposed to be treated, and I’m furious…there’s no justice here

  5. is in very disppointment with qvc...they cancelled my order just cause of card, i been with them for few months and didnt have no PROBLEM and ordered another items and they decided to CANCEL my ORDER and NEVER RETURNED MY REFUND AND THE COST THAT THEY TOOKK OUT OF MY CARD AND NEVER SHIPPED MY ITEM AND NEVER CALL ME BACK for weeks... THEY ARE RIPPED OFF!

  6. Corporate office or someone in charge !

    I called your call center today to inquire about a Dooney and Burke handbag on 5 easy pay , it was more than I wanted to pay so I told the female (Tiffney) that (I DID NOT WANT THE BAG) the total with tax was $402.51, she placed the order and charged my credit card for that full amount, the only reason I found out about this today is because I found another bag I wanted to purchase and the 5 easy pay would be around $44.00 , that cust-service rep- (Carolyn) said my card on file declined , so I gave her my husband's card thing something was wrong with my card (same account), she said both cards declined , told her to hold this order and I would call my bank and call right back.
    I called my back to find out Tiffney had run my card on file ending with 9420 for the $402.51!
    I called qvc back spoke to James who said he was sorry but they did run my card for the $402.51, he had me talk to a supervisor Crystal C. in your Texas call center she said she will send this over to your Fin-Dept , but she said not only did Tiffney place an order for 1 bag @ $402.51 she ordered 4 ( what is wrong with your people) my spouse was in the room when I told her I did not want the bag and why did she place an order when I was checking the price on easy pay! This happened the last time I ordered , I demand a refund I have called your corp-office number and just get voice mail , I will never order from QVC again , HOW DOES QVC PLAN TO FIX THIS, MY PHONE NUMBER IS 352-341-1002 I WANT SOMEONE TO CARE ABOUT HOW MY PROBLEM!

  7. I used these pans a few times. The time before the last time I used these pans I noticed black spattering on my stove top after cooking. Did not see where is was coming from. This evening, I saw black spatter again, after cooking with one of these pans. Looked on rim of rolled top portion of this pan. There is a black substance dripping from around the whole diameter of this pan! Looks like some kind of a Black Glue or Black Oil. Now I am in a panic because my son ate the food from this pan for dinner!"

  8. The pans I ordered and am referring to are Cooks Essentials pans that I purchased a few weeks ago. No one from QVC is concerned that my son ingested this black substance!

You have placed a curse on yourselves. Your company will go down by your own hands. You won't be so amused by all the complaints against you when your company starts imploding.

  11. People wonder why Amazon is so great...Customer Service! I ordered an item online all was going well. A week later the product still had not arrived in check the status via the tracking number provided, the item was still in transit from the original time frame. Sent an email, received the generic canned answer. Waited three (3) days contacted customer service again, received yet another canned answer to wait for a specific date and if not received to contact them again and that I should be made aware that QVC does not track packages in transit. So now my wait time has elapsed I contact customer service yet a third time via phone this time (45 minute wait) to be told that they can cancel that order and put me on a waitlist since the product is no longer available. My response is cancel the order, cancel the other that I have sitting currently on the waitlist and told the lady I will NEVER EVER SHOP WITH QVC AGAIN. Now back to the original why I like Amazon, first contact with customer service (boom) Done! (boom) We got your back! (boom) We will take care of this, completely painless. That's what I call customer service, no canned answers and product on the way. Again QVC will NEVER EVER get another dime from my pocket.

  12. Qvc is the worst company I have ever dealt with !! I ordered a dooney bag and wallet on easy pay the easy pay amount 86 per month they took that as they should but then turned around and took the full amount 434 on top of the 86 and another 299.20 all in the same day . The email confirmation I got shows 86 dollars total for both itemails . Qvc has taken almost 800 out of my checking account causing numerous returned items and overdraft fees . It was 4 days before I could speak to a manager I kept leaving mestages and no one would call back
    I'm on day 6 with and overdrawn account unable to buy food for my kids gas in my car pay any bills ! Qvc has put my family in a financial hardship and is doing nothing to accommodate the days lost with zero money . They say have refunded the money but i have to send letters to get the overdrafts removed not my fault they are there . Supervisor days she has no idea how this haopened but fixing it . This all took place last Friday and today is Wednesday and I still have no refund and an over drawn account and no way to buy anything !!! I didn't know shopping with qvc could put someone in such a financial hardship and qvc could care the less that I can't put food on my table because of their mistake !!!!

    I purchased a 65" sharp tv 4k ultra hd they charged me for it but my acount is under review what the hell is my account under review if u guys charged me all i want my money or the tv i have called customer service and they said they cant do nothing about so who the hell am i supposed to call does these people know what customer service means wow i am so pissed

  15. I have had positive experiences with QVC in the past however recently I have iHAD A TERRIBLE encounter. I purchased a Ninja system from them however NEVER received it. I realized when going through some boxes that I had an unopened QVC box the label on the outside said Ninja system....when I opened it there was a pressure cooker.....I NEVER ORDERED A PRESSURE COOKER!!!! I called them immediately and was advised I had been billed for the ninja cooker until my cc changed and they've been trying to collect the balance. I explained the above mention situation and was told they would had my accounts over to corporate and they would reach out to me via email....after a few weeks I called QVC again and was told they see where it's been handed over but they would send another update to Corp ....its been a MONTH NOTHING NO RESPONSEAT ALL...first off I don't want this pressure cooker secondly I need to clear up any balances etc....I CANNOT GET ASSISTANCE!
