We have been frequent customers at the Franklin Road outback in Lebanon, Tennessee. We spend a lot of money. Every time we go, and the quality has just gone down and down. We order to go, so we don’t even realize how bad the situation is till we get home. Not sure what is going on but the last three meals we purchased, which are usually on a Friday, were cooked well done. I always order medium rare, but that is not what I have gotten the last three or four times. Hard to get my husband to Return to your restaurant because he’s angry at how much money goes down the drain when we have a hard time eating a well-done steak or ribeye.

Worst service ever! Stopped in Outback Steakhouse in Waynesboro, VA 2/18/24. We truly had the worst service ever. Waited over an hour and a half for a steak that came out like shoe leather. Waited more time to get another one cooked. Long story short, we were as patient as we could be for as long as we could be, but after being in the restaurant for over two hours, and never got any food that was worth eating. we got up to leave and stood waiting for our bill… I addressed the very immature manager ( Sarah Ritenour) who at this point had not been very helpful. I finally told her that with the lengthy of time waiting and the quality of food, we shouldn’t even have a bill but we couldn’t even seem to get that. This girl had the nerve to turn it around on us and ask us to leave!!! We had been trying to eat and leave she and her staff were the reason we were there so long. She was the most unprofessional I’ve ever seen. I think she was embarrassed because other customers were listening and she was trying to save face. I have posted a review everywhere I can find. We are not one to complain but this was over-the-top bad service. This girl should not be in a management position she has no idea how to handle it. Worst experience we’ve ever had.

OutBack - Dirty Restaurant In Clermont

We eat at your Outback on Rt 50 Clermont at least once to two times per week. On this past Sunday, we were greatly DISAPPOINTED. The floors were exceptionally dirty with paper and foodstuff laying all over. The tabletop we ate at was sticky and had wet liquid stains on it. The server was exceptionally unprofessional – took the order & delivered it and NEVER returned until he gave us our check. Is this a new standard, lack of training, or lack of managerial over look, or just don’t care? However, the food was extremely good as always. It may be worth your time to review this situation.

I ordered rib eye. So called medium well, it was closer to raw and I paid $40.00 for that what a rip. Got raw meat not medium well it was way past terrible. Outback Main Office - Worst Christmas Eve Dinner Ever at Miami at the Mills

My family had reservations for a party of 5 at Outback in Miami at the Mills Drive location. The store was fairly slow, got seated on time, and took 20 min to be greeted. Bread and water followed after we asked for it. Drinks took like 20 minutes and ordered food immediately after drinks seeing that everything was taking so long. Bloomin Onion came 40 min after ordering and the food we ordered at around 8:00 pm arrived at around 8:50 pm-9:00 pm. Ordered 3 small Filets, (not Filets at all (gave us a different steak and so well done that, couldn’t even chew) … Ordered one rack of Ribs, and how did they not have BBQ sauce for them ??????, they were dry, no sauce and burnt practically. The last meal ordered was a combo meal, steak, and shrimp. It too, was horrible. The waitress tried to communicate how the kitchen was backed up, but that was after the food took almost an hour. The manager came by and gave us the Bloomin onion on the house, BIG DEAL. The meal was almost 200.00 with a tip. What a waste of time and money. We often eat at Outback in many locations, but I think the worst was just the disregard by the waitress and manager for not having a good meal at all. Next time won’t spend that kind of money there. Communication during these crazy COVID times should be communicated… for example, we are short-staffed, food is taking a while, and we have no BBQ sauce. not a good experience at all.
