  1. August 17th we got to the Resturant and were seated. We immediately asked for Ice water for everyone as it was very hot and well over 100 degrees outside. Please not that no water came until after the Appetizers came out. 2 rolls of bread came out and we asked for more which we never did get.. At this time there were 7 of use and 2 more were on there way. I asked for Desiree the Manager. )She did not come to the table until much later after I went and got her_. We placed thee order for Appetizers. Asked for Water again and finally got it. The Appetizers were suppose to be the Quesadilla with no bacon and mild Chicken wings and my Shrimp on Barbe with no butter or seasonings.

  2. MY COMMENT IS THE STEAK IN A SPECIAL INCLUDEING SOUP, SALAD, AND DESERT, ALSO. THIS WAS AT OUTBACK IN ORANGE CT. THE STEAKS SEEMED TO HAVE BEEN BASTED WITH A FOUL SALAD DRESSING. THE BLOOMIN ONION WAS VERY SALTY AND WAS BURNED ON MANY OF THE TIPS AND WAS SPACED. IT DID NOT LOOK ANYTHING LIKE YOUR ADVERTISEING PICTURE. MY WIFE DOES NOT LIKE COMPLAINING AS SHE WORKED IN FOOD SERVICES HALF OF HER WORKING YEARS. I WILL COMPLAIN BECAUSE I THINK FRANCHISE CEO'S SHOULD GET THIS INFORMATION. THE 6oz STEAK DID NOT TASTE GOOD AT ALL. WE FELT THE RESTAURANT DID NOT WANT US TO COME BACK TO EAT THERE AGAIN. MY WIFE INSISTED WE EAT AND NEVER COME BACK TO OUTBACK FOR A NIGHT OUT AGAIN. SO IF THAT WAS THE INTENTION OF THE OWNER OR MANAGERS THEY GOT THEIR WISH. THE COST WAS $55.00 WITH A $7.00 TIP AS WE BLAME MANAGEMENT AND THE COOK, NO WAY WAS IT A CHEF THAT COOKED OUR STEAKS. (NOT THE WAITRESS) I AM 67 YEARS OLD AND FOR THREE YEARS WAS IN A COOK RESERVE UNIT. I KNOW HOW TO COOK A STEAK. I DID TRY THE OTHER DAY TO SEND AN EMAIL TO YOU BUT, YOUR SYSTEM WAS DOWN. THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING CUSTOMERS TO NOTIFY YOU WHEN THINGS ARE NOT RIGHT. EVEN IF IT IS IN THIS TYPE OF FORMAT. I DID ALSO LEAVE MY PHONE NUMBER WITH OUTBACK PERSONEL AND ASKED THAT OUTBACK CALL ME BACK.

  3. We went to Outback for the 13.99 crab legs a steak special. We ended up with a 110.44 check ( 2 adults one small 9 year old child. It took 45 minutes to get our meal. We have never been so bait and switched when going out to eat dinner. We eat at Outback 4 to 6 times a month ( to include lunches , but NEVER again. There are way to many honest companies out there with good food to go back to Outback and get another bait and switch check. What a shame businesses have come to this.

  4. I REALLY love Outback but the Outback in Inverness, FL has a VERY RUDE server. Get any server but YARA if you want a server without an attitude. Food is amazing!!

  5. Seriously Outback, can't you sell your steaks without bashing another business.Three of us were there spending money on a meal and as a Florist I am disappointed in your tag. . Next time try less negative advertising or remind your marketing group that Flower peeps eat there and do spend money at OutBack too . Stupid way to promote....disappointed in you!

YES THIS IS PATRICIA NASHWINTER WHO WROTE U A MONTH AGO ABOUT ALL THE PROBLEMS WE HAD ON RIVERS AVE ,I WROTE U A LONG LETTER,U WROTE BACK AND SAID U WHERE GOING TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM,AND GET BACK TO ME,YET WE HAVE HEARD NOT A THING.U GOT US FOR ABOUT 165 DALLOR BILL FOR 4 PEOPLE ,MY EMAIL WAS WDAMMETER @YAHOO.COM .I HOPE YOUR STILL GOING TO DO SOME THING ,LIKE I SAID NEVER HEARED BACK FROM U AND WE HAVE NOT GONE BACK,UNTIL WE DO HEAR FROM U ,3 6 TIME A MONTH WE WENT THERE AND WHAT WE GET CRAPED ON,IF U LOOK BACK IT WAS 112 BROWN CT ,SUMMERVILLIE SC 29483...IF WE DONT HEAR BACK FROM U ,THE WORD WILL GET OUT,AND I WILL HAVE SOME ONE CONTACK U .THANK U PATRICIA NASHWINTER.

  7. Since you all decided to incorporate the bar area like the rest of the restaurant-you all have lost a lot us that go there for lunch. My colleagues and I usually go at least 3 times a week but since you started that you have to be seated in the bar and not just walk in is not working for us or any working people. Yesterday we sat for 15 minutes and last week we sat for 10 minutes and there is not enough time to get a seat then get waited on then get food and get back to work in one hour. We work at the college and we are done. While setting there waiting for a table and I might add there was plenty of empty tables around the bar, but people walked in and when told it was a 15-20 minute wait they turned around and left which is what we should have done yesterday but I won't make that mistake again, there is plenty of restaurtants in Ocala, Fl to go to like Red Lobster-Olive Garden-Harry's-Longhorn's-Chili's-Bob Evans and more so we won't be going back to your restaurant. My husband and I used to go to the Outback every Sunday but we will not go be going back after our wait 2 Sunday's ago like I said there is plenty of restaurants in Ocala. Thank you Pat Kalfs .....
