For being such a seasoned company, one would think they take customer service seriously. And yet they don't. I had to search for 15 minutes to find a contact number to the corporate offices, since the local office is the one jerking us around on our order. Not to mention, everytime I call the customer service line it instructs me to call at a different time. Hmm, are these numbers even real? Guess I'll find out, as I plan on waiting until someone answers today!
This company is fraudulent. I have attempted to contact this company numerous, the one time I decided to wait on hold until a customer service representative answers, I was hung up on. If I am unable to receive support today, I will be requiring a refund for the monies I have paid out for photos I have yet to receive. If I am told that I will receive my photos on a certain date, I expect to receive those photos on the stated date. I would also expect a phone call if there is going to be a delay. Apparently none o this matters to the company, as they have already accepted my money, and do not follow through with their promises. Do not buy photos from this company. Their only motivation is money, and they do no care about their customers.
The corporate number doesn't even exist. I paid in full plus some for my pictures and the site hasn't been opened since the week I took my pictures. I've tried to contact this site by phone and I went there during the hours of operation. the photographer told me to pickup my pictures by February 7th 2013. That's just what i did for no one to be there or return my numerous amounts of phone calls. Olan mills studios is a fraud. I strongly urge people not to conduct business with them.
I was at your site in walnutport and your photographer was very raid. I have been going there for like give years now. The photographer before this one was very nice to the customers. So I am telling all if my frien ds not to studio.I was very unhappy.And you will lose a lot of business because a lot of customers came in after I showed them my pictures before. I will now take my business to Sears.
id say nnever use olan mills because they will mess up your order an not do anything to help an make you a happy custorm i order 15 different picturs an yet out of all them only 5 of them were right i got pictures i didnt even order an worng sizes of pictures i did order or got wrong size an picturer i will never use this place again it is a joke
Do not purchase the CD it doesn't work u can't print them paid $167 for nothing they will tell it works anywhere not true. Example if u want an 8x10 it cuts the picture in half.
that is because they went out of business. I myself along with many others at over 300 locations were put out of jobs because of lifetouch buying them
I did a portrait package 2 years ago with Olan Mills and they closed and packed up before I could get the photos I paid for. I will never use the company that bought them out as they took the money Olan Mills made and customers of Olan Mills be damned! Nothing like an easy bank roll!
I had the great misfortune of working for Old Man Mills when I was fresh out of the military. Mind you I served from July of 1970 until September of 1984 (and yes I am a combat veteran). I applied for a position as a photographer as I had more than 12 years of experience within the audiovisual field while in service. Instead I was hired into the damn calling center trying to sell portrait packages to the unsuspecting public. On top of that when it was payroll day I was told by the manager that my driver’s license was a forgery along with my social security number. Never in my life was I so humiliated by a so called excellent American employer. I never received my pay check and to this day not one of the upper echelon managers have ever made an effort to apologize to me. because of that I do not recommend your organization to anyone and I will never ask to receive services from your organization. As far as I am concerned I sincerely hope that your organization files bankruptcy in the very near future.
