  1. Get your Gluten Free Menu organized....your staff at the Jason's Northlake in Tucker, GA is very confused, as am I, about the options. I was charged $6.41 on Saturday and $8.76 on Wednesday. I am not even sure I received gluten free wrap on Saturday

  2. At this time only one store is located in Shreveport, La. Located on Line Avenue. Great people that work there. With the addition of more business on Youree Drive (Eastgate), Jasons Deli considered adding another store in this area?

  3. A credit card thief works in the Denton, TX location. On June 13, 2013 I ordered food from there. My food was delivered promptly. 15 minutes later, the Jason's Deli called saying my card had not gone through and could I verify my info. They had my name, my phone number, the last digits of my card number, and the expiration date. They wanted to verify the security code. Like an idiot, I gave it to her. A couple hours later, my bank calls me saying my card is being used all over town by someone that is not me. It had to be the girl from Jason's Deli who stole the number. She knew to the penny what the order amount was, my card's last 4 digits and the expiration. Avoid this location.

  7. I love the food at Jason's Deli however it is very unfortunate that racist individuals are allowed to work for this company. I sat down at Jason's Deli on Mockingbird in Dallas Texas and witnessed a manager by the name of Ashley acting very rude toward the Hispanic workers. I than tested her and asked for a menu and was given a very disgusted look. I asked her name and she told me Ashley and informed me with great force that she is the manager as if having that title entitles her to treat people with such disrespect. I will never eat at this establishment again and will tell all of my friends and family not to eat here. Something has to be done......

  8. So. I worked for Jason's Deli for almost six years. Started as a driver and worked my way into management. They flew me out to Texas for a new manager seminar where they told us many a relationship and marriage had been found among co-workers. Cool right? Wel, I was a new manager opening a new store last year. I as always in friendly snd nice with the people who work under me. We had two guys who were moving so they had to quit and were having people over that night. So being the nice guy manager, I went over there to day good bye and thank them for their hard work. Now, in our manager contract it states that we are not allowed to hang out with employees while off the clock. Thinking they were not employed anymore,I went. On my way out other employees were showing up. When I got back grom my Christmas vacation, I got a call from my GM. He asked me to come up tp the to talk. When I got there, he had my termination form printed out for me to sign. I asked why, he told me "for hanging out with employees off the clock that the two guys were still technically still employed". So I signed the psper. What I want to know is how my GM sent alcohol on a delivery and he still has a job. How a 1A was dating his delco girl, then married her still has a job. And how a assistant delco manager who have herself more hours than she was actually there still has a job. And I'm getting fired for dumb s#it. I just don't get it. Thanks for the almost best six years of my life.

  10. Senior Discount Discontinued? Was told today at my local Jason's that the discount for seniors has been discontinued. This is most unfortunate, as we and many of our senior friends in the DFW area organizations have enjoyed and supported Jason's for many years. Word will circulate very quickly that this is the case, and unfortunately, many seniors will no longer be willing to support your establishment.

  11. You need to open a restaurant in the Elmhurst / Bensenville, IL area....prime spot on York and Grand....we have to travel to either Oakbrook or Park Ridge to get Jason's deli and we eat there about 2 times a week. We also use the Park Ridge location for catering for business lunches - this would be another great asset of having you close by.

Spoke with someone named Gretchen who did nothing but defend the offender. she is one of th most unprofessional people I have ever spoken with! Needless to say, we're done with Jason's deli. Regardless which number you call-- she answers, which tells me she is a part of management.

  15. I placed an online order at the Omaha, NE location. I PAID online so I'd just go and pick up in store.

When I got there, this black girl was like oh you gotta pay again. This was obviously a dumb attempt to get me to sign the receipt that has the TIP line. I didn't tip because it was a pick up order.

A week later I check my credit card and I see $5 extra charge. I call Discover and they tell me the original order was $11 something and then $5 added. SHE TIPPED HERSELF $5.

I wrote to their headquarters a number of times and never heard back. Then I googled their headquarters address... hahahaha oh wow. It's some rundown dumpster area. Seriously. Go google their headquarters and use street view, you will see what I mean.

    Shady business. Avoid.

  16. Just called Jason's Deli @ the Road to Six Flags store in ARLINGTON, TX to ask if they currently serve Beef Stew. (It's VERY cold here tonight!) The young lady was very nice, however, she advised Jason's NO LONGER GIVES a DISCOUNT to SENIORS !!!! Are you frickin' kidding me ? The Black-eyed Pea has a Senior Menu with LOWER PRICES, LUBY'S Cafeteria has a SENIOR Menu, Schlotsky's gives SENIORS a 10% discount as do NUMEROUS other restaurant establishment !!! WHATABURGER gives a FREE Drink to SENIORS with their meal. I've loved Jason's Deli since the mid 80's, however, if the owners of Jason's Deli is so "money-hungry" & greedy they can't give SENIORS SOME TYPE of DISCOUNT, I WILL be taking my business elsewhere !! Furthermore, I WILL tell ALL my SENIOR associates & friends to do the same. I'll bet Jason's Deli doesn't even give MILITARY RETIREES/PERSONNEL discounts either !!! This company must be owned by either "foreigners" or members of the GREEDY Corporate World. I guess Jason's would rather make more money "up front" while NOT realizing how many THOUSANDS of $$$$$ they willlose from all the SENIORS who will NO LONGER patronize their business !!! It's NOT so much about the money as it is THE PRINCIPAL OF THE THING !!!!! SHAME on JASON'S DELI !!!!!!!

  17. Today I was at the jasons deli located at the Presbyterian hospital in dallas. My wife and I were sitting at one of the interior tables adjacent to a row of small boots. While eating our meal, a customer came in and placed a large computer scree on on of the small booth tables an then proceed to expand the size of her table by adding two extra tables into the adjacent isle space and up against where my wife and I were seated. when I objected to being crowed out while I was eating, I was basicly told to kiss off.

As a result, I was forced to move my food to another table. I don't believe that the blockage of access isles in a crowded restaurant meets Dallas fire codes, and tables adjacent to access isles should be expanded into such access isles, creating an access hazard much less rudely disturbing customers who are already eating there self-serve meal. As a jasons deli customer, that spent good money for a meal, I do not like such treatment. The next row of tables in front of us had five empty two-place tabl that could have accommodated the lage computer screen and the rude customer could have waited for the Jason deli cleanup people to clean off the the dirty tables.

When I am eating a meal, I should not have to move to another table to accommodate an inconsiderate customer with a 32" diagonal computer screen.

  18. How rude is it for your 1A to just have accidentally forgotten to send payroll off just in time for the holidays. I mean really? Im sure it has to deal with meeting the stores % goals as to why it was late. If my paycheck is missing hours then we'll def know it was meant to show goals met for the store. I really dont care. The managers are out for themselves. Jason's deli is not family oriented. They do not care about their employees. They could careless if you are hurting. As long as the management gets their bonus. Im looking for another job always bc of the way I get treated by this company. Promises always broken. Always being lied to in my face. Was told one time by 1a that she hates liars but yet she'll lie to you in a heartbeat

  19. Our Mah Jongg and Dominoes groups have enjoyed meeting, eating and having few game sessions at Jason's Deli. We have never occupied any table space if the space was needed for other customers. Management has always appreciated our business and been very cordial with us.

However, this week we were told that someone named O'Boyle at corporate issued an edict that we were not allowed to continue doing so. I am told Mr. O'Boyle said that what we were doing was not in keeping with the "family atmosphere" promoted by Corporate. This would seem to indicate that the rest of the community is not welcome at Jason's.

Of course this will affect our community's opinion of Jason's. We will miss the times we have spent there.

"I'm a actual Employee as today 05/19/15" Drivers only get $2 JD keeps 3 of the delivery charge, sometimes Drivers need to drive over 30 miles "Depends on the city" and they still get $2 and JD still keep $3... This isn't fare to Drivers, I already spoke to my managers but they always say Nothing we can do about it, "Corporations Rules" I personally think this isn't fare for Drivers, sucks for them gas is over $3.30 now but yet they are held to high expectation and what do they get back? no raises, less pay, what really makes me mad is the fact that managers that I know bring their families and friends and they get free food, no one told me "I seen it" we my own eyes.. Not sure how much longer I'm going to last here, to bad I thought this was a good company to work for!

  22. really hope some current or former JDeli owners, can respond. I really don't understand this fee($5). The drivers (I've known a few of this company) are using their own cars. I admit when it started, I was sorely tempted to stop tipping or tip lower, but I quickly ascertained that the driver doesn't get the fee and just began complaining to the owners of the fee.I've pretty much quit getting delivery because of the fee. I don't understand levying it and it makes me irritated to pay it, so I just pick it up now. I feel sad for the drivers because they live off the tip and this corporation is keeping more then half of it, it it=s not fare for the drivers...
Can someone explain why this fee exists if it's not going to the drivers? Drivers should get the delivery fee and the tip too....

A white gentlemen walked in he spoke" hello sir how are you doing today. I ask was I not going to be served. I call the store manger Shawn who made the excuse for him saying it was a simple mistake.I ask the store manager what was their policy of serving black and he said they serve them and 80% of their employees are black why tell me about who work for your company.

  25. I will miss the salad bar at Jason's Deli on I 10th in San Antonio. I just ate there and while getting a refill on tea, the bus guy cleaned off my table and threw my food away. I still had crackers, granola and nuts on a plate which I intended to eat. He offered to get me another salad bowl but I declined. Instead I asked for a to go container in which I put some nuts and granola. All of a sudden all hell broke loose with the manager. She began talking very loudly in front of the whole restaurant questioning whether I had bought a salad and telling me that they don't allow take out. I tried several times to explain what had happened to my food but she kept repeating the same thing like a trained parrot. I don't think she had any skills other than to repeat a few phrases that she had been taught. Certainly no reasoning skills. I intend to call the corporate office. I was so embarrassed. I eat and spend money there frequently but no longer.

  29. went to Jason Deli on Sunday, usual go her at least two times a month. My husband and I are seating in a booth and across the counter comes a roach. We were astonished!!!! My hand immediately went up to inform one of the worker to go over to our table. He looked and went to speak with a manager. The worker came back with a couple of napkins and killed the roach directly in front of us. He looked confused and did not know exactly what to say just smiled and walker away. My husband and I stopped eating as soon as the roach was noticed. The manager walked over to the area we were sitting in and never said anything, looking stupid. I asked her to come to the table to be low key and informed the manager that she needed to contact a commercial exterminator, because if there is one there are more. Her response was no we don't they are coming from outside the door in front of the restaurant from the grass because of the rain. I looked at her in amazement...Really did you just say that....If I had notice any roaches coming in this deli, I would have never came in here. My husband immediately told me to get up and we left. We will never go to the establishment again.

  30. To whom it may concern:
Although I am not acquainted with corporate rules about bathroom safety because your corporate line directed me to customer service, I know what it means to value the human over the corporation.
Having stated that position, I feel as though one of your west Texas trademark Jason’s Deli franchise has proven to value the safety of individuals over corporate industrialization. My personal experience on the third of January, in the early evening brought this to my attention when I was leaving the larger of the two restroom stalls of the ladies restroom.
To be short, I went in with a relative to order from the “pick-up” area, waited for a bit, placed my order, and walked from the “pick-up” area, to the “cooler”, to the “ladies restroom.”
When I was in the ladies restroom, I checked both stalls before entering, (mind you the powder room fits right into the stalls so it was safe to notice nobody was there alongside me). However, while I was in the stall, I heard the voice of a woman. I wasn’t exactly sure where she was, but as I was fully dressed and ready to leave the stall I started to hear the voice of what sounded like a child. My judgement then led me to believe that the woman was changing the child, and at that point I dreaded leaving the stall because it seemed to potentially be awkward for me, as I’ve never changed a child. I heard the lady telling her child “It’s not an accident when you’re saying, [“oh no”].” (Anonymous mother, child)
However, I danced from one, foot side to side, braved the situation, and gently opened the door to make my way out, so as to avoid the situation. (This is where the franchise needs to resort to finding enough courage to show women and children humanity, and mostly importantly prove a value). When I opened the door, I thankfully opened it gently and just enough for me to slide through sideways, with a purse no longer than eight inches, or wider than three and a half. The lady on the other side of the door was a rather small women, and that is all that I saw without directly looking. I tried to wash my hands quickly and barely slide through the door, because the two of them would have been in plain view.
Moreover, I want it to be clear that the situation could have been much different for someone, anyone; especially a person, like myself who was nearly startled by encountering a mother using a changing station. What nearly happened could have been life changing, because there is not enough space to share the area, and I am not even large enough to size. The person on the other side of the changing station could have been much larger, knocked down, and severely injured, elderly, even. What is more, is the fact that in the process the impact from somebody opening the door with even a slight amount of intention could cause the hands of the mother to harm an innocent child.
I am writing not only because it is morally remiss to wait for the worst of the collisions to impact us in a way that makes us want to revise our blue-prints so that we can feel warm and fuzzy inside, I am writing because this is a potential human interest story on your hands. At what point do you value the sanctity of life, because for me, women and children being able to walk out of the doors of your franchise is more important than the fact that my napkins were recycled, or my vegetables were all natural, or your MSG free appeal.

Quite frankly, these are my feelings: I can grow my own garden, and at this point would rather raise my own cattle, hormone-free, open ranged, from organic foods, non-GMO, and end "Monsanto."

Okay I date one of the employees. I normally wait for him to get off work considering he closes most nights and we live an hour and fifteen minutes away and we are barely making it buy because he just started getting paid $9 and I only make 9.25. I have been helping clean Delco since September to help since I am waiting and nothing has ever been said until December. They themselves (GM and Manager) have asked him to ask me to leave even though I was a customer Everytime I stay late. Granted I may only be able to buy a cookie or drink or something small but a customer none the less. The manager even asked me to apply and I did to have a second job. I didn't hear anything back at all, but that's okay because I have a job already. I just want to know what to do.

  32. My name is Timothy Baysinger I am a correctional officer for the state of Texas on 1/21/17 at the location of 1772 Texas 351 Abilene, Tx 79601 at roughly 715 pm I had entered into that location to talk to my girlfriend to loan me her phone so I could contact someone because I locked my keys and cell phone in my car. I was met by angry glares by the woman working the dining room and management. Along with an attitude. I asked to see my girlfriend to see if I could speak to her for a moment as I had to pick her up from her closing shift anyhow. She stormed off to get her..during which time managers were on the front line and began to talk bad about me (mind you I am still in complete in uniform)during which time as I was lining out a way to get my car unlocked when I personally heard the manager state how I was a "piece of shit".. and if the store manager was there he would have already call the cops and have me arrested for what I do not know as I was being kind and professional as I was still in uniform .. After all the disrespect I received, my girlfriend later was approached by customers, as to how I was treated. As well as had people on the front line threaten to come out there to fight me.. My girlfriend had a talk with the store manager and the manager who was on shift at approximately 430 pm where at that point in time said she was lying and I never came in and she didn't have any proof what was said.. Also said that they had her shift covered for the day and keeps saying she quit.. Which is not the case.. the people on the line are trying to state that I was not there.. I was confronted by the dining room worker outside when she stepped out and exchanged word with me.. at this point my girlfriend is unable to return to work over them lying and collaborating a story. I would like video cameras pulled and the issue resolved.. As We are NOT lying and I don't appreciate being treated that way while in uniform.. I did not confront anybody about this but if this is how you and the managers treat a state employee no matter what department I work for This is unacceptable in my eyes as I had done nothing to any employee to deserve that treatment and when my girlfriend confronts them about it as she was witnessed to everything and I had to return to work today and was going to give them an opportunity to fix it by just saying sorry to me and not raise a fuss she was treated with less than professional attitude.
