  2. Good morning,
My husband and I have been dedicated Bonefish customers for 9 years. We have actually passed the location in Crofton to go to your location in Glen Burnie. We attempted the Crofton location today and the bartender was amazing the food and the time it took was horrible. We will continue to drive the 50 minutes to go Glen Burnie to see Marcel and drive past this location everytime!!!!!

  3. I was given a $20 restaurant coupon for dinner at a bonefish grill. One entree was $15.00 and the other was $12.90 The manager of the location in Wellington Fl said that the policy is to deduct the lower amount dinner . What is the purpose of the $20 coupon if the higher priced item is not removed from the bill.? We have dined in several locations and we were most displeased

  5. On 3/20/15 our party of 6 went to Bone fish in Fort Myers and had the worst dining experience of the decade. We had a 6:15 reservation and arrived at 6 and were told it would be 6:15 before we were seated. The waiting area was a mad house and we would have went elsewhere but we were told we would be seated and assumed the crowd was all walk-ins. At 6:30 we were told we would be next. At 7:15 we were finally seated. After deciding to order one of the specials, we were told it had run out. It would have been available at 6:15! The server brought the wrong salad, but we were too hungry to return it. The entree was called dynamite... and we would have needed some because it was so overcooked it was inedible. It was also cold. We ordered the filled doughnuts for dessert and when they came they had the fillings in small bowls. We asked where the injectors were and the server said they also ran out. I believe the root problem was over booking to a point the staff could not handle it. Short term you may make money over booking but when the customers stop coming your overbooking problem will cease.

  6. I have never been more disrespected than at the Bonefish restaurant in N. Dale Mabry in Tampa, Florida. Specifically by the manager! The "people skills" were absent, arrogance was off the charts and finally bringing in personal attacks and information inexcusable. I have contacted the local office and numerous other upper management for a conversation. I can only hope this brings about some change so others will not experience the behavior I encountered.

  7. past diner at your Easton rd facility warminster pa. I called for reservations for a party of 8 for Saturday evening and was advised that you do not accept reservations for large parties. are you in business or not. I will think twice before returning to your restaurants and will advise others concerning this problem.

  8. First time customer. Loveland, co - Jamestown location. I ordered the simplest menu item – Fish&chips.
What I got was some French fries and 3 pieces of fried batter. I cut open each fish portion to find virtually no fish in them. I spoke with the manager and he only offered excuses. He stated they differ slightly so some may have a lot of fish inside and some will have less. All 3 of mine had so little actual fish in them; a cat would not have eaten them. I will NEVER go back or recommend to others. What a waste of my managers $$

  9. my husband and I went to the Bonefish via a gift card..it started out good but ended badly..The waiter was busy servicing other tables mid way thru our dinner..when we were done my husband and I stacked our plates and silverwasre and put them neatly at the end of the table..they sat there for 26 minutes..not even 1 single employee made an attempt to get them. When asked if we wanted dessert my reply was I am afraid it would take too long..the waited really could of cared less..my opinion people always go back to where they are treated fantastic even if they had a bad experience with food..but when they are not..forget it

  10. My husband and I have been eating at the Bonefish in Williamsburg, Va for a few years now. We had reservations and arrived early. While waiting we decided to sit at the Bar for a drink. We were greeted with a bright warm smile and to our surprise an introduction from the bartender named Nick. She asked for our names also. At first I thought she just wanted to know because of our reservation. That was far from the case. She made us feel so welcome that we canceled our reservation and had our dinner at the bar. Our food was taking a long time but Nick was very attentive and kept us informed the entire time. I have to say that it seems every time we eat here it either takes forever or comes out wrong! The only reason we will be back is because of the bartender Nick.

  11. We have eaten at various Bonefish Grill locations for over 10 years. Today's experience at The Villages, FL location was not good. The chef "tried unsuccessfully" to make the Lobster Roll. The sauce (from another dish I'm told) was poor, I had 2 tablespoons of cole slaw & a ton of French fries. Way overpriced for the quality. It will be a long time before we consider returning.

  12. Yesterday on Father's Day we visited the Bone Fish Grill in Colorado Springs on Nevada. It was the worst experience that I've ever had. We've been to numerous Bone Fish in the past due to my husband's service in the military and our relocations. It took 45 minutes for our appetizers and a hour and thirty minutes for our entrees. The manner compensated with a 15% off card but I'd already received this as a Fathers a day promo as a loyalty promo. The service was terrible, the restaurant was not that busy there was no wait to compensate for this horrible service: you all just lost terribly loyal consumers. I guess we will have to resort to Red Lobster or local indigenous seafood restaurants

  13. Ate at the location in Pine Brook, NJ. What in the world are you doing to the restaurant? The atmosphere is cold and uninviting. The charm is no longer there. Might as well eat at a diner or family style restaurant.
Nothing but long style tables up against each other. The food USED to be good but that has also changed.
Will not be returning, I usually ate there every two weeks. The decorator has done a horrible job!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dinner at the bar tonight on West Bay near Indian Rocks. Several employees seem to find the bar, and tender Nicole, the proverbial water cooler. Literally, non-stop chatting, including some things customers should not hear, or even want to hear. Some was about a new staff who needs to be let go. After paying for dinner, asked to speak to manager. Point: chat outside, or maybe the kitchen, but not in front of the customers at the bar. BTW, online email to HQ has been disabled. Hey, Bonefish, be responsible and responsive to your customers!
