  1. I just saw your new commercial with the phrase no nuckey tonight and I am mortified. Your advertisement people Doug really low for that one. Shame on them and you for using it.

    Sincerely

  2. I think your commercial with the phrase no nookie is extremely offensive and ask respectively that it be removed. I wont be going to Jack-in-the-box while that is running through my mind.
    Thank you,

    2. I think the commercial with nonookie on the scrabble board is really funny no where does it say tonight or any word spoken. All my friends really enjoy it to.

  3. I think you should send someone from your corporate office to explain the "no nookie" phrase to all the children that are watching tv at the times your run this very distasteful commercial. I will not go to Jack in the Box and will request that my family and friends do not go either.
    What are you thinking?

  4. My son was eating at the JITB on June 16, 2013 at approx. 2:30, his girlfriend left to look in the store next door and he remained in JITB. He left to get his girlfriend because she lost her phone the night before and when he came out his truck was towed. He asked the manager at JITB to give him a receipt to show that he ate there with the time he ate there and she refused. He called a cab for 20.00 and went to JJ towing and paid 193.00 to get his truck. His truck was towed at 2:50 and he picked up his truck at 4:09. I live in Houston and called the manager at JITB, MARI, and she told me that the tow truck driver comes into the JITB every hour and demands that the patrons tell him which car they are driving, he also knocks on the bathroom doors and demands the information. If you do not answer him then your car is towed. She said my son was not present when the tow truck driver came in. She was in complete support of this shady practice. She gave my son a note saying that he ate there but was not present when the tow truck driver came in. I reported this incident to the police and spoke with a detective that said he was not aware that driver actually went into the store but he does know that they pay a spotter to sit in the parking lot and watch for people to leave the JITB. I called J J towing and spoke to J J. He said his tow was justified and when I tried to get more information and explain what happened he hung up on me when I asked him if it was legal for his driver to go into the JITB. I called him back and asked if he hung up on me on purpose and he said yes, he does not have to listen to me and he hung up again and again. He was rude and would not give me any information or listen to me. This towing company has several similar complaints on Yelp, Google Reviews, and Insider Pages going back years. They left a mom and her two children stranded and they left a person that stopped at the JITB after surgery to eat and stretch her legs per her doctors orders stranded. They did this to someone that was in the bathroom that decided not to answer this strange man. They pick on women and young adults. They act like predators and stalkers. Look on the review pages to read about their shady practices. I want them to be fined for being rude and unhelpful. I want my sons money back (he is 18) They need to stop this practice. Your policy is legal but the problem is HOW IT IS IMPLEMENTED AND BY WHOm IT IS IMPLEMENTED. From the cases I cited I can tell you not one person would have left the parking lot if you had a sign posted inside your JITB informing all patrons of your practice. Not one person parked in your lot and left their car there to run errands they were all patrons with reasonable explanations about why they left the parking lot. You need to post a sign that tells the truth: This JITB has hired JJ towing to tow vehicles from this parking lot. A tow truck drive will enter this store at random times and ask all patrons to point out their vehicles, even if you are in the bathroom. If you do not respond to them in person they will tow your car in 5+ minutes and you will pay 193.30 to get your vehicle back. It also costs approx. 20.00 for a cab. They also have hired spotters to watch the parking lot so if you leave the parking lot they immediately call the tow truck drives and you will be towed." If you allow your stores to operate this way then you are in support of them. If you truly have family values then this would not happen. You should be ashamed of yourself for treating people like this.

  5. You want to glorify being buzzed on marijuana with your new commercial for munchie meals, ok. Then our Bible Belt congregation will see to it the sales of all Dfw metro jack in the box resturants drop 75 %. What a moronic ad campaign munchie meals, no nookie. I guess you don't need family business anymore. By the way we've got 20000 coming each Sunday. They will get the word out! See ya!

  6. August 6,2014 AUSTIN Texas,JITB MANAGER said a racial slur and accused me of trying to get free food, when a previous visit was horrible and I called to complain. I was told by the head manager to bring my receipt and he would replace the order which I did. So when I got there the manager i talked to was there and was a complete ass about this matter. The out come is too horrific to finish. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. JACK in the Box. IS THE NEW HELL ON EARTH.

  8. I live in Waco Texas I went into the the store in Bellmead and found no one there. Three employees were outside smoking. They came in and served food. While we were there a commode overflowed in the restroom and the same person cooking cleaned up the mess and went back to cooking. I found that all the stores here are the same The people serving and cooking food are also the ones that do all the cleaning. Its a bottom line thing I was told. Then I found out the store on Bosque blvd was closed for 2 days by the health dept. The health dept requires ALL employess to have health dept certificates few do,. They also require that a manager with Safe Serve license always be on the premises when the store is open. This is not always the case as there is only one mananger at each store and the team leaders manage when they are off,. A lot do not have this license. Late nights the stores may be run with only team leaders. I also found that there are no training classes for people in the store. most often they are just placed in a position and left to their own training. If you want to check the health dept scores for you stores here go to McLennan county health district, food inspection scores. When stores get scores like 38 demerits, 44 demerits 33 demerits, 35 demerits 46 demerits something is very wrong because the lower score means no problems were found. If you see more than one inspection in a month that means it took repeated inspections to pass. Check for yourself if you really care about the health of your customers.

  9. This might sound kind of drastic, but this is what I observed while me and my daughter went to your establishment. We ordered our food and were mortified by the nasty floor, and the lady asked if this to go or to dine in. I answered carry out after looking around the place, I wouldn't have let my dog eat there the way it looked. We was offered no receipt to have a survey done, there was no condiments available, and the condiment containers had nasty dried food covering them. The mess had looked to be there all day long. This was around 2pm on Feb 25, and all the tables that were empty (which there was many of) were just plum nasty, also there were no containers for the condiments for customers dining in. Lids for various sized soft drinks were not available, and the goods news was there was plenty of salt. In my opinion, I would have fired all on duty because of the uncleanliness that I saw when I visited. I considered contacting OSHA, but thought maybe you would set things right and do a major cleansing of employees and management on duty . It would be good for you to consider this because I work with thousands of people daily who eat in the area of Johnson Drive and I-35. Would like to be contacted. My name is Mr. G D Holmes and you can contact me at rozahah@yahoo.com.

  10. I was at your Lakewood store yesterday at 4:10PM. I could not remember the name of what the name of your cheese burger with the old style sauce was called.I explained the sauce as "Thousand Inland Dressing" in color. I asked the heavy set Mexican girl (sorry didn't get her name) at the counter what they called this burger. She did not know and what was most upsetting was she didn't seem to care or try to help in finding out.
I asked for the manager. The heavy set Mexican Manager (sorry to anger to get his name) also was not only unhelpful but presented himself just as rudely and did not as much as to show me the different sauces used.
Both employees could only say concerning my description of the cheese burger was. "We don't have "Thousand Inland".
As I left to go somewhere else for my late lunch, I could hear the heavy girl and the manager laughing in the background as I waked out.
I have leaved in Lakewood CA all my life. Even working in this store about 45 years ago. I eaten at this store hundreds of time without any problem purchasing a cheese burger. I'm of Mexican descent.
What kind of customer training are you sending these people too?
Jack in The Box shows that it is making large profits. Maybe they need to use some of those profits on training and better employees.
There is a McDonald's right across the street.
I sure they can help me out with that cheese burger I like.

  11. Tonight is my last trip to Jack in the Box. I've spent a good part of a $20 bill on food, and we would have left hungry because the serving in the containers was not filled to the "fill line." The black female server was the personally nastiest and sneakiest I have ever seen. When I very nicely complained about the low amount of curly fries we were given, YUP!, UP FROM THE PIT OF HELL came that upwardly growing single middle finger, until that snapped on the back of her top teeth so that when she got it to the correct spot, it made that sound just right! POP! I'm real impressed her. I intend to never go there again...not enough $ or apologies to buy me back. Jack, did you search the bottom of the barrel for employees, or did you just dredge the creek for this one??? She has such a colorful personality! I predict there will come a time again, when they will thank God to have a job. With the rage of the food industry employees, Franchisees would do better to send to Japan for mechanization. That should end all this nastiness in attitude, high wages,, and personal cleanliness. Hurray for the soon coming of AUTOMATED PROGRESS! McDonald's closed down 350 restaurants due to these issues. May McDonalds, Jack in Box, and Burger King get smart by FLIPPING THE SWITCH on their naughty, nasty fingers! Oh, dear, where will these entry level geniuses work then; they who procrastinated and rotted their brains NOT DEVELOPING themselves so that they would have time for more TV time NOW. Guess they should have gotten off the couch after their shift, and WENT BACK TO SCHOOL TO MAKE SOMETHING MORE OF THEIR LIVES THAN MAKING AND PASSING FOODSTUFF. Nothing wrong with any of these jobs...just don't STAGNATE THERE!
