  1. On June 11, 2012, based upon the guarantee inscribed on the box, I returned my QuickBooks Pro 2012 software for a refund with the original purchase receipt via certified mail return receipt. An Intuit Customer Service Representative instructed me to send the software to; Intuit Returns Department, 112 Hidden Lake Circle, Duncan, South Carolina. The software was received by Intuit at the aforementioned address on June 13, 2012 and signed for by T. Phillips. On Monday, July 9, 2012 at approximately 3:00 p.m. CST, I spoke with no less than five (5) different people after three separate phone calls (due to being disconnected) at 1-888-246-8848 in an effort to ascertain the status of my refund. Finally I got two individuals (Angel and Alex, both female) on the phone together and Alex confirmed that my software had indeed been received. She also indicated it takes four weeks from receipt of the returned product, to process a refund and since we were already in the fourth week I should receive my refund that week. Well last week came and went and no refund and this week is almost overwith and still no refund. That will mean six weeks have elapsed since I returned the software. Can SOMEONE please tell me with some reasonable ASSURANCE when I will received my refund for the returned software.

  2. Yes I am having issues with Intuit as well. Their new QuickBooks online, the Budget vs. Actual report does not pull the correct numbers. I phoned technical support no less than 5 times and have written to them as well. The report is still not working correctly, and there is a notice on their online site that says they will be working on the product on 6/21/2014. This report pulls numbers from previous years in the sales columns and in some of the expense columns as well. They say go in and customize it, well that's grand, but there is no way to save your customized report so that it pulls the right numbers on the Budget vs. Actual report. And when we called, we left two messages, no one ever phoned us back, the next time we called we stayed on hold for about 15 minutes before someone finally answered. ISN'T ALL THIS TECHNOLOGY JUST GRAND.

  3. I have Quicken 2013. It has developed some issues, including printing an old check again and again when I attempt to print a new one. I have been told by tech support that all I have to do is buy Quicken 2014 and all the glitches will magically disappear.

You have GOT to be kidding! Is this Intuit's latest marketing strategy?

    Please advise,

  4. I had to move my QuickBooks 2014 data files into a new computer. I was having a problem with the data earlier but it worked so I didn't call QuickBooks. This data was created using the Quickbook 2014 software. It happened with all my client files. I called Customer Support and got India.

They informed me that I had some data that had errors and it would cost me $400 to get the data corrected. I had a difficult time understanding them. I had to talk to a technician that I considered a sales person rather than a technician. I asked why I had to pay for something the software did. No one could give me an answer. I then talked to a manager that finally gave me a price of $200 to "fix" the data. It took all of 30 minutes to fix it. Great hourly rates!!! I still believe that the "bad data" was created by QuickBooks software and that I shouldn't have paid for it.

With a company that is making so much money, you would think that you could provide quality support and stand behind your products. Also, you would provide support staff that people in the US can understand not housed in a crowded room that you have to decipher the conversation over several other conversations going on in the same room.

By the way, I received a call today from Support that my charge didn't go through. It did, 3 days ago. Good product....Really poor service. I just needed to vent.

  5. Its been 5 months and still no correct import. I am attempted to go from Online to Desktop and your company is now telling me to go to my accountant that costs me 200/hr to get the problem solved. WTH. If you are going to reimburse me for the cost, then fine. Else I need for something to be done immediately. No notes have been updated as I have called 1x weekly and either I get the phone disconnected or I get someone that tells me they are a manager. Please advise on my case #: 5553737 / 5480031 I want to come to your headquarters to speak to someone and get a real resolution.

  8. I upgraded my Mac to the Sierra operating system knowing that I would need to upgrade my version of Quickbooks for mac. I did this & have been on the phone for 2:45 minutes & not only is my problem not resolved I am up to person #9 that i have spoken to & they still have not been able to transfer me to a mac tech to help me. If i was Intuit I would be emabarassed & ashamed by the lack of customer service. Jennifer Hall from Customer service should be embarrassed.
