Infinity Engine Failure

Rated 2.0 out of 5
December 6, 2023

There have been numerous reports of engine failure due to problems in the manufacture. There does not appear to be any consideration for this, and with only 64,400 miles on my 2017 I am greatly disappointed.

The financial impact is serious

.I am reaching out to ask for some help from the manufacturer for this $16,000 repair.

I purchased this auto based on their reputation and supposed quality.

Attention Infinity Extended Warranty

Rated 3.0 out of 5
April 11, 2023

Is there any possible way to get an extended warranty other than a local dealership? No one is returning my calls from Lafayette Infinity. My current warranty is expiring soon. Your website suggesting and giving very good reason to do so, at a local dealer, does not reflect so. At this point I am considering another warranty company, perhaps this may be what your local dealership would prefer. Please reply. Thanks

Infinity Q60 Leaking Fluid

Rated 3.0 out of 5
March 26, 2023

I have an Infiniti Q60, 2018, V341517 which I purchased March of 2021. It was a low-mileage lease return. Since I had purchased five other Infiniti’s in the past I was very pleased with the new purchase. However, after 37156 total miles, I was informed that the Rear Cross Member Bushings was leaking fluid and it was not covered under any warranty. I was very disappointed to find out that it cost me $2397.60 for the repair. The vehicle is very well maintained and in the past two years, I have only driven it a little over eleven miles. I feel that for a vehicle of this type, the repair should never been needed. I purchased, what I thought was an extended warranty but to my surprise it did not cover the repair.

I was wondering if Infiniti can warrant the repair and refund the money I paid?

Thanks for your consideration.

Infinity Not Honoring Service Quote

Rated 3.0 out of 5
July 24, 2023

May I have someone reach out to me regarding our vehicle service quotes? We have been waiting for a week for an update after speaking to a Service Director at the San Antonio Infinity off of I10. We were provided a service quote for our vehicle and the quote was emailed to my husband and now the San Antonio dealership is not honoring what was quoted. Are the fees for each Infinity location different?

Please contact me or advise if this is the correct location to reach someone at corporate. The staff member did not have a phone number or email of where we could escalate our concerns.

Disgusted With Infiniti

Rated 3.0 out of 5
March 7, 2023

I am beyond disgusted with Infiniti. We have been loyal Infiniti customers for over 21 years. I am currently driving my 7th Infinity (lease). I have made numerous attempts to contact Infinti regarding my current lease which expired yesterday. This includes contacting the manager Brandon at our dealership. I have received NO response. Tonight after a lengthy hold and being disconnected several times I spoke with ” Rick” in Texas ” I am the only Rick” He questioned my integrity and spoke in riddles and eventually “gave” me a ” verbal 30-day extension” The conversation and experience with Rick were a nightmare and I will not being doing business with Infinity in the future. Clearly, 21 years of business means nothing. I simply wanted to ability to keep my current care for 2 months while I shop for another or purchase this one. In addition to that, apparently to use a credit card to purchase my current car I will need to go to a deanship and pay the EXTRA upcharges that they sneakily apply to lease purchases that are run through their dealership. This entire experience has given me a completely different opinion of the way Infinity does business. 21 years of loyalty means NOTHING and Infinity is not ethical or fair or honest and your representatives are unprofessional, argumentative, and antagonistic.
