  1. I purchased a pair of green Nike shoes on Monday, July 23rd. On Sunday, July 29th, my grandson noticed that one of the shoes seemed lower when walking. I returned to Footaction in Jackson, Tennessee that day and the manager was really nice. He assisted me in trading the shoes for a pair just like them. However they did not have his size so had to order them. I told him someone may pick them up for me. He did not tell me they had to have the receipt to pick them up. The store called on Monday night, August 7th. I told them that someone would be picking them up for me. Again I was not told that whoever picked them up needed the receipt. On Tuesday, August 8th I called to tell them someone was coming to pick them up and they said not without the receipt. I do not live in Jackson and told them I could not get up there and could call me whenever the person to pick them up arrived there and I would give them permission. I was told they could not do that. Now I have to make an extra trip up there to pick up the shoes. Your staff should have informed me that a receipt was needed. My 3 sons went to Oakwood Mall in Gretna La to stand in line to get tickets for the New Jordans i was told when i dropped them that there school id's would be find and that they would be able to get the tickets with them after they stood in line for 8 hours once they got to the tables where the tickets were being issued they were told they needed state id's or drivers license and was not giving the tickets in just sad because footlocker and footaction is owned by the same company and the associate at footlocker took the school id but the one at footaction didnt needless to say my sons did not get the shoes because by the time i made it to the mall all tickets were gone this is sad because me and my husband try our hardest to egt our kids everything they want for christmas and these shoes they had been talking about them since June and because one of your reps refused to give them a ticket after 8 hours is absurb and i spend alot of money between footlocker and footaction and to have this happen has me really upset just to know if it was not for your rep they would have them i'm not stoping here with my complaint i'm also going to the BBB and footaction website to complain mind you my son's are 17 15 and 13 this should not have happened if you guys were not going to take school id's than none of your stores should have taken them and it should have been annoucend one the tickets started being issued.   3. Ingred in Tallahassee fl governers square mall was the worst experience I have ever encountered buying shoes. The other foot action employees turned their name tagsaroung so that I could not read there names. I have talked to headquarters in NY. And they are looking into they're side of the story. I am extreamly displeased with the ignorence of the workers and the company. I would never buy, nor recommend anyone else to shop their. Again her name was Ingred.   4. I have never experienced a problem there. You are probably one of those people who think it's ok to wear shoes for a few weeks, get short on cash, and try to bring the shoes back and get your money back. I shop there very often and, and I always receive exceptional customer service, from the manager to all sales associates. I recommend everyone to shop there!

I recently went into a footaction in Macon Mall in Georgia to eneter my name into a raffle for some sneakers that were coming out I wasnt even able put my name dwn before the Associate tells me " O your size is already gone bro"! and he starts laughing and the sneakers werent set to release for another couple of days. That is bad customer service , they say the customer is to come first well not in this case. I was highly upset and felt mocked...

I recently walked into a footaction in the Macon Mall in bibb county Georgia to sign up for a raffle for a sneaker that was coming out and before I could even put my name dwn on a ticket, an associate laughing told me " yeah yo size is already gone bro"! But how could that be if the shoe is set to release a couple of days futher this week... I felt mocked as he grinned as I walked away. This was poor customer service in retail I thought the customer came first not in this case how does your Business expect to keep customers who wanna buy products to be loyal if associate or the store refuses or does not have the demanded products..

  7. Today is monday sept 23 at7:45 i went to the regency store in jacksonville fl. Foot action and i baught a pair of nike shoes about a week ago and wore them once and for some reason one shoe wasnt comfortable at all seemed like a factory defect and the two gentlemen who were on that night were real racist and rude toward my son and i ive always shop for yeats at foot action and foot locker as well but after tonight i might never return to foot action ever again and i will file a report with the bbb my email is prrsopranos1972@gmail.com im very disapointed after what happened tonight

  8. Footaction in Greensboro Nc Four Seasons Mall called me for winning a raffle told me to pick up between 8am-5pm went at 3 & they didn't have any. Its a shame how much peolpe go through to try to get the shoe but everyone in the store holdin shoes for theyself & friends.

Footaction workers in new york are all scamers, the big bosses in the store hold the very limited shoes for there buddies to pick up so they can make profits off them while people who really want the shoes are out of luck. the air jordans1 23ny was giving out today an i seen one person wit 12 pairs, i kid you not (PROOF I HAVE THE PHOTO). according to the policy of the release it was 1 pair per person. its been countless amount of time where Ive been out of sneakers that are already hard to get because of this raffling policy, but to see 1 person with 12 pair of sneakers that their just going to sell anyway is beyond disappointing.

  10. I also experience the same thing at the westland mall Hialeah, Florida
    how long is your company going to keep up with this.
    The Maher of the Mall is in with selling tickets to people that want the sneaker.
    and let their buddy's cut line even if they just got there. It sickening to see how they play game's and act if they own the stores. I will never but again until some thing is done about this. People every where are given you the complaints and still nothing is being done.
    This raffle thing is just not working.
    Some smart CEO. Needed to come up with a better system. Where the manager stop being such scammers.

  11. I'm complaining about that manger Paul at the foot action in Pembroke lakes ,Florida
    this guy really thinks he's the owner of that store. He cause me of staying in the store for 2hrs. Which he said he saw me in the camera and that he didn't want me there again or he would have to call security. I didn't spend two hrs. There and ijhad bought something.
    This guy a jerk and i really don't care much to go there and spend my money.
    plenty of places that would like to take my money. And Paul is the worst manager ever ever one say so not only me.

I was shopping a couple weeks ago at foot action in Bay Plaza and this extremely tall guy with an accent was very rude to me and come to find out he was the manager his name tag said Marvin and he smell like weed. I asked for a pair of sneakers when he brought them to me I change my mind ask for a different pair and he was mumbling foul language

  13. I drove all the way frm Waco,Tx to San Antonio just 2 put in a raffle ticket for the Yezzy 750.Rented a car & took 6 of my closes friends, so my odds of winning would be greater. Results: NO CALL!To top it off,an associate said today (Dec 19th),that all shoes that wasn't claim goes back to corporate. I've never heard of that,usually they resell them on a first come, first serve basis. ..I go out of my way to spend money with only FootAction & this company doesn't put any thought in the buying process for sincere customers who has not the opportunity to purchase a limited shoe like this in there respected CITIES. ..Got the money 2 buy,thats not the issue;its availablity of selling location, according to the demographics of popularity.Then again, it could be political, due to the limited amount in quantity- YEAH RIGHT!     1. Listen People. All is needed, for you to call your local District Attorney to notify them of how your local store is Price gouging on shoes. It is illegal, it is a felony (it means to extort) and their DM knows that. More importantly, their District manager as well as their store manager is receiving a collection of monies from the purchase of those shoes being sold. So, its really not a scam until you notify the correct authorities.

  14. Customer service stinks. I cannot get through and I've called 5 times. I ordered shoes 3 days ago and have yet to be sent a confirmation number or anything at all. They took my money but that's all and so upset .

    Naked women on t-shirts directly next to kid's shoe section, really classy. Assistant manager was clueless about why that location was chosen to display porn.
    My children were not with me, thank God. Low rent atmosphere, choose another shoe store.

  16. ABOUT A MONTH AGO, MY GIRLFRIEND AND I VISITED THE MACON, GA STORE. WE WERE VISITING. THERE WAS A AFRICAN AMERICAN GUY THERE WITH LONG HAIR AT THE RACK. AS WE APPROACHED HIM HE WAS ON HIS PHONE. HE LOOKED AT US AND SAID HOLD ON A MINUTE SILENTLY. A FEMALE ENERED THE STORE THAT WAS OBVIOUSLY RECOGNIZABLE TO HIM SO HE WENT TO SPEAK WITH HER. AND FOR A WHILE WE WAITED UNTIL WE JUST TO HELL WITH IT. I THINK HIS NAME TAG HAD OSCAR IN IT WE DIDNT THINK TO ASK FOR A MANAGER BECAUSE HE SEEMED LIKE HE WAS THE ONLY ON IN THE STORE AT THE TIME. MY SON AND I RETURNED A PAIR OF SHOES FOR ANOTHER, WHEN WE GOT THE CASHIER TO DO THE XCHANGE THE TWO CASHIER LOOK AT THE SHOES INSIDE OUT, I TOLD THEM THAT MY SON DID NOT WEAR THE SHOES THEY WERE TRYING TO TELL ME HE DID, I TOLD THESE NCIS INVESTIGATORS THAT DID NOT, I WAS REALY PISSED OFF WITH THESE TOO. I HAD MY RECEIPT. I THESE HOW FOOT ACTION TREATS THERE CUSTOMERS.

    OMG! What a "customer service" nightmare.

    Long story short(and its a long mess)!!! My bank alerted me the week of June 3rd/2016, someone was trying to use my credit card at a Foot Action here in Waldorf MD for an amount that seemed strange for my spending habits! Thank you Bank!! I hadn't realized my card had slipped out of my pouch.
    Foot Action ALLOWED these thieves to use my card without Identification and had not my bank caught it they would have gotten away with an over $600.00 purchase.
    Fast forward after over 10 calls to that "customer service" center
    several emails, going to the store to get more info, etc over a month!!! I finally reached the District Manager who said "she couldn't" discuss their policies with me for credit card usuage.
    WHAT?! That's a question a consumer can ask any given time...
    Anyway, after much back and forth she agreed to review the video they had of the culprits, All I asked her to do was review it and call me back and answer: Did your employees follow proper protocol for credit card transactions in my case. She called back to say she has reviewed the tape and is not at liberty to discuss any disciplinary measures, if ther be any of there employees....Again...What?! Who asked that?
    I have never seen such a disconnect from the top tier of management in my life. By the way, I haven't nor do I ever plan on being a customer to any of these chains.
    Oh, and I called that corporate number above and after 10 prompts I got to a message that said they are not available for me thank you and goodbye and dial tone! OMG! I am writing this to draw the attention of SOMEBODY who does their job at FA, to alert them to the fraudulent behavior going on at this store(police man told me they are known for it)
    and to address the horrific lack of customer service skills all throughout this organization. Horrendous!!

  19. On July 25th I went online to foot action website and placed a order for 3 pair of shoes. The shipping and billing address was different so I made sure to put the correct address for shipping and correct address for billing as I know with most companies if the billing address is not correct the order will not process. I went online later on the 25th realized the billing and shipping was swapped being it was late I opted to call foot action the next morning July 26th. I spoke with a cs rep and explained to her what happened not once blaming foot action although I know I entered the information correctly but I know systems are not 100%, so I asked what could be done one of the items was shipping from a store so she was able to change it to the correct shipping address because the other two pair was shipping from the warehouse she assured me that one a tracking number was available I needed to call back and they would then update the correct shipping address to ups okay fine. I called back later in the day and spoke to another cs rep and his story matched the first young lady so I felt it would be done. On July 27th no email with tracking so I logged in online only to see the items had been shipped so my phone calls begin first cs rep told me the items shipped ups but will be handed over to usps and there is nothing foot action could do at this point. I requested a supervisor she transferred me over to a resolution specialist funny nothing was resolved this lady very rudely told me it's not on them they will do nothing for me and explained how they would get on the first cs specialist because she shouldn't have guaranteed me they could change the shipping then she went to explain fraud so my question to her was since she touched on fraud how did the order go through if the billing information was incorrect from the name on down to the address her response was take that up with the card company when clear I've shopped online for years and if the zip code is one number off I've had purchases decline. She not in her words but she basically said I was fucked and they can't help me. I asked for her supervisor she refused and told me my call wouldn't go past her. I hung up called back and from the start I requested a supervisor will this suppose to be supervisor whom sounded just like the previous resolution specialist listened to me and I stated the previous person "basically said I was fucked not in those words" she chimed in right after I finished that statement and said "well she is right" there is nothing we can do for you. When I told her that they may want to test the online ordering system she argued with me that it is solely my fault and they would do nothing for me. She told me to dispute with my bank. I informed her I will contact corporate and I will not purchase from either of their stores again she wished me luck and now I see why contacting the corporate office is a joke I'm seriously wondering if my call will be returned.

  20. I have a merchandise card I'm trying to use but the footaction in Chattanooga will not let me use it on new releases. I tried to use it on the Jordan retro 1s that released on September 3 and he said I couldn't use it on new releases
