  1. WARNING ! Don't sign that waiver. I had just over 119,000 miles on my 2007 Avalanche. I took my Avalanche to the dealer for a transmission oil change. The dealer had me sign a waiver because my tranny was over 100,000 miles. And something could possibly go wrong. That way the dealership is not responsible. Well to me the. $200. That I paid to the dealership meant more to them then the cost it's costing me now to rebuild my transmission after only 2,000 more miles. It's now costing me $2600. I guess the dealer figure I go back to them so they can sell me a new transmission. I had to barrow half of the money for my truck to be repaired. I need my truck. In my opinion,Waivers hurt customers. Don't do the job if you know something can really go wrong. Ed Mores Chevrolet and it's Corporate office, you don't gain customer satisfaction having customers waive their rights not knowing that it's highly possible that your vehicle has a better chance braking down. Especially if you taking it in for routine maintenance.

  2. WARNING!!!!! Ed Morse dealerships like to forgue bank documents when you purchase a veihcle. When its brought to there attention they willl do nothing to correct it. Have contacted dealership twice and have been told the coorperate office will contact me in a couple day which they have not. Guess I should go and get the other vehicle I have a contact on with the forged documents since no one will correct the problem. Not a dealership you can trust!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. They rush me through a sale without telling me anything I really needed to know only to find out the something was wrong after all.
On 3/17/16 I brought my car into be serviced for a headlight. As I was waiting, I looked around and saw a used Prius V I was interested in. I just wanted to know what my payments would be. I had to test drive it, before he would even talk to me. Delroy Carter not only was treating me like an idiot, he didn't go through the car with me. I owned two Prius's so that didn't bother me but his demeanor did. I made a deal and drove to certified car home only to find that the XM radio didn't work. This was a new model (2010) then i was used to so I had to come back for some instructions since he never offered to ask or bother to take any extra time with me.Today, I brought the car to get the XM (Which I pay a subscription for) to get fixed. After waiting for 2 hours I find out, I'll have to wait a month for it to be fixed due to there warrenty, In my opinion, I don't know why they would let a car go out in the first place, that is CERTIFIED, not knowing the radio of all things don't work. My morning was wasted and the month of paying for XM is wasted also. They rush me through a sale without telling me anything I really needed to know only to find out the something was wrong after all.
