  1. Your store in Hollywood Fl. has supervisors and area managers that are horrible and have no compasion for humans. My son was training for a shift supervisor but was suddenly not on the schedule to work. They would not answer his calls or call him back to explain. What way is this to treat anyone. We are going to get in contact with the BBB and other agenceies if you don't do something. We feel the supervisor which was a lady of another race only wanted her race to work there. You need to do something about this and soon!!!

  3. Hello: I have been a fan of Boston Market since you first opened about 20 yrs ago on Wake Forest Rd here in Raleigh. At that time the restaurant was really well kept and the staff was truly wonderful and friendly. As years went on the Boston Market we knew began to disappear and was not as clean as before.''We decided to once again give it a try. The food is still very good, but the restaurant needs to be better taken care of. When we sit in a booth we can feel the springs which are most uncomfortable. I think you really need to consider new booths that are comfortable for your customers.

It would be to your benefit to consider your customers comfort while in your restaurant.
    Thank you much.

  4. After 5 phone calls, I have finally been able to place a pick up order for 1/2 chicken, meat only. Twice I was told by the call center that they cannot place the order because it doesn't appear on their pop up screen. 3rd time I was connected to a non working number by Boston Market call center. 4 th time picking the store option I was put on hold, no one ever came back to phone, 5th time manager picked up and told me they are busy, "I SHOULD HAVE PLACED THE ORDER WITH CALL CENTER" hello....when I tried to explain why I couldn't she started arguing with me!!! Boston Market customer service - there is none. The Hollywood FL store is dirty, the staff has no idea what they are doing, and I have seen the manager get into fights with several customers. I will not be going back to BM again. I suggest a corporate intervention is needed!

  6. I ordered a Thanksgiving dinner for 12 0n the Mon. before Thanksgiving...I called rather than go online ...when the call ended,I made sure that they had all pertinent info.....name,phone no,time order was to be picked up ect....when the person went to pick up the order on Thanksgiving morning, they had no record of the order. On top of this, this day was the 7th anniversary of my husband's death...our day was ruined!

  7. It is apparent as a corporation your failing, you neglect to take notice that companies go under one customer at a time. The consistency of complaints posted on this and other similar sites make it clear the management is more focused on bonuses than promoting this company's success. You have a 1.3 star rating wake up!!! What poorly trained managers don't know is statistically only 1 in 10 unsatisfied customers ever complains, typically 1 out of 500 unsatisfied customers takes the time to post their complaint not including social sites.
We have visited your store in East Orlando, Alafaya Trail and Lk Underhill, many times, after tonight no more, never again. The why doesn't matter; another Boston Market customer ( we are 4) lost down the probverbial drain of unhappy customers. Know East Orlando district area needs better management.

  8. i am a frequent patron at the Boston Market in plantation, fl, the management staff is rude and disrespectful to the employees, especially Tricia the store manager, i haven't not yet seen her every speak to her employees with respect, she belittle them in front of customers, i constant hear her screaming to smile but she carries a frown on her face. i am a professional in this business and a happy staff brings revenue because they will refer their families and friends to patronized the store, but this revolving door that the store manager created is making you lose money, i don't understand how this woman became manager , the store is very dysfunctional, she puts unrealistic goals on her employees to achieve within the time span of there work hours, i witness many occasions that she dismissed and employee because he or she wasn't smiling but yet never took into effect that she wasn't smiling, so she should have been dismissed too. i find it very hard to patronize this establishment any longer. this is food for thought customer service is always genuine when employees are happy.

  11. Boston Market #1667, on 17s in Mahwah is horrible! I purchased a pot pie at the drive thru and you know the saying, you ALWAYS get screwed at the drive thru, well I DID. The pot pie was burned on the bottom, the crust was burned around the edges AND I nearly choked to death on a bone!!!! Will NEVER go again! It was also very dry inside. KFC's pot pies beat yours any day!!!

  14. I wasn't feeling good this evening, so my husband went to the Sterling Hts Boston Market to pick up some dinner. All I wanted was a pot pie. He said the place was crowded and there were about 6 people in line ahead of him. He knew I really wanted a pot pie, so he waited
After 15 minutes in line, it was his turn. There was one pot pie left. A nice young woman started his order, and boxed the pot pie for my husband. (For My Husband!!!) Then as he was giving his dinner order, a young man came from the back of the kitchen, took the pot pie boxed for us and told my husband he would have to wait 15 minutes (more) for another pot pie. The young man was filling an online order (for people not actually standing in the restaurant yet!!!!!), and thought it was funny my husband was getting upset!!
My husband who is German, French and Irish, Asked him to repeat that again, because he couldn't believe it. The man again said, "Online orders come before people in the place first". Well..... my husband told him what to do with the pot pie and left. VERY DISAPPPOINTED THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A THING OF THE PAST!!!!!! So you put aside food for people not even here and make those standing in front of you wait?!?!?!??!? Shame on you Boston Market.
