Still waiting for our meal after 3 hours!

My family was here at the Red Lobster in Chicago 5201 S. Pulaski Rd. We entered at 630pm seated at 6:50pm and it Was after 930pm. We were told there is a 20% upfront. The drinks ordered had no alcohol.. We had to call for the manager who stated she’d been all over the place (but not our area) and could only take something off on the end? When is the end? They close at 11 pm. This is so unacceptable.

Went to the Red Lobster in Forsyth, IL today. The service was terrible. We got our rolls. Then about 30 minutes later we got our salads. Then nothing. About 45 minutes later the manager said our order was lost and she was rushing it through. Another 30 minutes tick by. Apologies. Then finally after another 15 minutes, we got it. But my husband’s order was wrong. Manager attitude now. So after all this, we got $12.00 off. And this was the SECOND TIME this has happened to us. never go back to this one again. The manager needs an attitude adjustment. So disappointed.

Sorry to learn 0647 has a new manager. The previous one was wonderful. Guess we will keep going as long as Felicia is there. She is a great asset to your company. She is always pleasant and proficient. We are not the only ones who go in and ask “Is Felicia working”

I went to the Red Lobster on Rt 22 in Union, I spent 70 dollars for the worst Ultimate Feast ever. The shrimp and the salad were edible. No biscuits, the lobster was old and black, the crab legs were the size of a number two pencils. I waited 1 hour for an empty restaurant to give me that take out slop. How anyone be so insensitive I work hard for my money and spend 70 dollars on a meal for one night to receive scraps. I have the crab legs so I can post pictures side by side of what they advertise and what they actually. DO NOT GO TO RED LOBSTER ON ROUTE 22 IN UNION, NEW JERSEY SERVICE AND FOOD ARE HORRIBLE.
