  1. My friend and I were almost killed in my 2007 Jeep Compass, due to ETC, lack of excellaration, and hard running engine. I read another man's story, he and his two yr, old baby almost kulled the same way. Jeep dealer needs to do a recall before someone is killed. I will repirt this to Consummer Afairs, and the better Better Business Beural. I still have to pay for this peace of junk. I do not reccomend any buy a Jeep Compass.

  5. You will be getting a formal letter of complain from Sydney Australia. Suttons City Dealerchip are making you look like the most unreliable brand on the Australian market. Their service is terrible.
My 2013 Compas, currently under warranty, is lacking some spare parts for the gear box. After almost three weeks at their service centre I had to call several times only to find out that the spare parts are coming to Australia in two months... Meanwhile I haven't been offered absolutely nothing.
I have been thinking on upgrading to a Wrangler four door but now we are seriously considering a European competitor. I do not feel supported at all as a customer.
If in the next couple of days it is confirmed that to fix my vehicle I have to wait two months I will have no option but review my legsl rights within the Australian laws and regulations for consumers protection.

  7. 9 months after buying a 14 trailhawk and I'm ready to lose my mind. The radio has never worked properly and the technology is just really poor. I've had the car into the dealership every other month and the only reason it hasnt been there every month is because they are so incredibily rude and I cant handle it. This car is a lemon and they dont want to do anything except make promises they have no intention of keeping. I'm contacting attorneys as the 2014 cherokee is a LEMON>

  8. 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee total brake failure. I was driving on interstate 90 doing 70 mph in Cleveland when a warning display notice advised me that the Electronic Braking System needs serviced. So naturally I checked my brakes and I was horrified to find I had no brakes. Thank God I was on open highway and coasted to a stop. Towed to dealer. One would reasonably expect that no vehicle will never ever loose braking control. A complete loss of brakes is simply unacceptable

  11. I have a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the alarm going off randomly at all hours, also the Bluetooth not staying connected. I have had it back to the dealer multiple times like 5 times! and they can't seem to rectify the problem.... I am paying good money every month for this vehicle so my solution was to pull the horn fuse and not have Bluetooth in the car. I use visor mount aftermarket one that works fine !!!

  13. So Jeep announced the Grand Cherokee Trailhawk with optional 20 inch rims... Yet, that option is no where to be found. What it up with that? That was one of the only reasons I would have chosen that over the 4x4 limited... disappointed Jeep... very disappoined

  14. I always wanted a Jeep Wrangler as long as I can remember. When the 4 door came out, I went nuts. A bad thing happened I totaled my Toyota Tundra, not my fault. This was before the 4 door came out. 5 years later after lawyers I received $20,000 for the Tundra, all said and done bought the 2008 total soft top JK 4x4 6sp manual Unlimited rescue green Wrangler. Shouldn't have done it. The drivetrain if not worth it. I go through manifold like water. The doors leak, it was eating oil. and the dealership where I purchased it kept giving me the run around with every problem I had, try this try that. By the time said and done warranty was up. Now that I have done most of the work myself, I seem to just be going through manifolds like water. Until I can afford a new and different engine and exhaust, I guess I have to deal with the piece of *%#@. The only good thing about it is the BODY. It was not worth what I paid for the big down payment and the monthly payments I had.

  15. 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, i have been having suspension issues with this vehicle starting around 2 weeks ago. Jeep dealership in the bronx on Boston road has me driving around with "immediate suspension repair required" popping up on the dash every 2 mins. According to them this is normal. When are you guys gonna take responsibility for selling people faulty vehicles. This truck should have never been on the road. You guys received a bailout and all you've done is sell subpar vehicles. So much for American pride.

  16. 2012 Jeep Liberty, heating issues. Dealer flushed heating core in January 2016, now November 2016 heating issue again. Last heating core flush was 375.00 dollars. The service agent at the dealer told me to replace heating core and parts that operate vent doors could cost up to 1200 dollars. No recall for this issue.
