  1. I am writing to express my disturbance over a Dodge commercial I saw on Up With Chris where a father is picking up his daughter and her friends. At the end of the commercial the caughter is punching her dad in the arm because he is making eyes at the black friend in the backseat. Are you aware of how many thousands or more young women are molested by their girlfriends fathers each year!!! This ad is disgusting, degrading and should be taken down immediately.

I hve an 04 chrysler crossfire never had acident kept in a garage recently took my car in because it would just shut off on me like when Im stopped at the light took the car into the dealership they kept my car for a month charged me for parts I didnt nee and the day after I get the car it stall on me again in the middle of traffic.....someone please help called corp. They will asist. With the car but not the owner she has to catch public trans. To wk.

  5. my mother bought a new dodge pick up in 2008 with a lifetime warranty on the drive train ,she had cancer at the time but knew the truck would be in our family for along time,my brother drove the truck all the time ,taking her t o the doctor and on vacations before she died ,well after she died we wanted to keep the truck so we put the truck in my brothers name ,well dodge will no longer honar the warrantybecause they fell he is the second owner ,well crysler was dead and the taxpayers saved the life ,my mom dies and the stop the warranty ,how fair is that ,dolores a burns would not be very happy with dodge

  6. I have a Dodge Durango 2004 5.7 motor with
    A hemi and it only has 80,000 mile it threw a
    Rod last week. I read online where there is
    A problem with this motor I think the motor
    should be looked into why this happens for no
    reason the oil has been changed on time. It's
    a bad motor they are putting in these 2004.
    Something has got to be done about this problem
    I will never own another Dodge!!!!!

  7. I have a 2001 Dodge Ram 3500 van with only a 143,000 miles. My chassis/frame is rusted out where the steering-box attaches and is non-repairable thus making it inoperable. Chrysler will not do anything about it. They will not back their product. I have a Toyota Tacoma — there was a recall because of chassis rust/rot (same) and they bought them back from their customers and made good on it.

    1. I know what you mean. Westpoint in Yukon, Ok did me the same way. I bought a Town and Country van and they put the items that needed fixed in writing and then wouldn't honor the agreement. I will never own another Chrysler vehicle. People need ot stop buying the Chrysler product when they have dealerships that are story tellers and crooks. You are right it shows Chrysler products and their dealerships are a big joke.
      People ought to get smart and stop buying their vehicles so hopefully they will go out of business and they government shouldn't bail crooks out of jams. If you buy anything from Westpoint in Yukon, Ok after reading this, then you get what you deserve when they story to you and cheat you.

  12. To Whom It May Concern,I have a huge issue with the my chrysler 300C! We are currently stationed in germany and my husband is currently deployed:( My car is the shop waiting on a transmission! It has been 5 month now and I've been given the run around! I've called corporate and they hung up on me:( The guy i spoke to said that he can't help because i was overseas! Sorry but Chrysler is chrysler and you havemy money! The international representative that they have never answers her phone nor responds to her messages! All I'm asking for is my car to be fixed or provide me a rental car! My car is under warranty and it's not my fault that part is on back order! HELP PLEASE!

  14. we have 2 chryslers one being a pt cruiser 2001, however the chrysler franchise in stockport UK cannot do anything right, the so called mechanics have no idea what and how to do to there vehicles(pt)and also not releasing codes to independent garages.. the only good part is the customer liason part!!
    Now the good part- i took my 97 Grand Voyager to an independent and they did a brilliant job fixed what was needed and running great!!! ,pt been back twice and now going back again as they still not got it right even after £1500..or in US dollars $2328.15 !!!!! NOT IMPRESSED WITH CHRYSLER AFTERCARE!! PT CRUISERS ARE LOVELY RETRO'S JUST AFTERCARE BY CHRYSLER A JOKE!

I AM wriing this because midway dodge sold me a service contract. not once did any one go out to my car to read the milage or did any mechanic inspect my car. now my car has had a mishap with my front end and do to the discrepency of the correct milage and the fact no one inspected my car the chrysler group has cancled my service contract and will not repair my car they are telling me it is because it was a pre excisting condition. how would anyone know this if no one bothered to inspecty my car. pryor to selling me a sservice contract. this is not my fault and they should repair my car . any advice from anyone opn how i should handle this

  16. My name is Stacy and I have been a customer of. Chrysler Jeep since 1999
    Well I bought a 2013 Jeep Laredo Cherokee from Riverdale Jeep in the Bronx. I started experiencing trouble 6 months after I bought the Jeep with Lesd than 3, 000 miles. First the signal light socket went out. I took it back to Riverdale Jeep in which in which they had to order the part mind you I don't live in the Bronx so I costed me a day of work. Then I saw started hearing a squeaking noise back in February I took it to Manhattan Jeep because that was closer for me to get to. They told me they checked the Jeep and they didn't hear the noise. Well as soon as I picked it up I heard the noise again. I took it back they took it out for a road test again still they claim they didn't hear the noise. They told me that to do further testing I would have to authorize them to keep my car overnight to do an overnight inspection drive which would put 100 miles on my car. I authorized it hoping they would hear the soynd. Long beholf they still was not unable to duplicate the noise. When I went to pick the car up as doon as they brought my car down I heard the noise the manager of the service dept told me some bull about it being the brakes I told him my car is too new to be making any kind of noise. So finally I got them to hear the sound now mind you I work 2 jobs and because of this issue running back and forth I was not able to go to my 2nd job. I didnt get no compensation or anything for all this inconvenience. They finally was able to duplicate the noise in which they told me it was the backing plate ok I thought everything was fine i went to pick the car up and it drove fine for 2 days after the 2 days the noise was back. I called Manhattan Jeep told them the noise was back and they told me to bring it in again on Saturday. Another inconvenience I brought it in and spoke with Shawn the manager he heard the noise and took the car upstairs then 5 minutes later he came back to tell me my car was ready he said they adjusted it again he said if I hear it again he would order me a new backing plate. I felt with all this he should have done that from the beginning because my car is new not even 6 months old. Well they ordered the part I brought the car in on Tuesday they fixed that part now they tell me one of my bearings was bad at this point im very upset because I feel they are not doing their job because they should have checked the car over now I had to bring the car back today for them to put the bearing on after they put the bearing on now the ABS sensor light is on and they had to order that part at this point I am very upset I have to keep going back and forth worth this car I am starting to wonder did they sell me a lemon cause there is no way in the hell my car should be having all these issues. They don't even give you a car to drive while they try to figure out what is going on. I even called Chrysler And they are no help all the case worker Brandon does is follow up with an email. At this point I am very very upset and annoyed and when this lease is up chrysler can kiss my ass I am going to take my business to Honda or acura at lwast I know honda is a very good car and my business would be appreciated. See jeep got paid already im paying the bank but they don't ever have to worry about me again they can kiss my ass Manhattan Jeep and Riverdale as well

I’m in tears right now; I had so much stress with my 2004 crossfire through the years, the expense of taking care of this car was totally unexpected, now I just paid the car off and dealership said it’s going to cost 3,000 to put a new computer in 800 for a tune up and the cars is worth less than 2,500 . I know this means nothing to anyone their but my heart is broken. I guess that what I get for loving something too much the other question is why am i writing this when no one ever read it or give a care

  19. Since Chrysler is led by an Italian and owned in part by Fiat an Italian company, I am going to cross all Chrysler products off my list for purchase. This is due to the injustice being done by the Italian court to Amanda Knox. A major company as large as Fiat should be able to have influence on the politically motivated courts there.

    I will extend this to any products that come from Italy and will be postponing indefinitely our trip there. Is this fair to the companies, hell no but seems to be the only way given our governments lack of action to protect a citizen from a prosecution that is as flawed as any I have ever heard of.

    Moral is if ever questioned lawyer up right away. Police too often once they zero in upon an easy case solution become oblivious to any other possibility. The McDonald case in the sixties in the US is a prime example. They bend the evidence to make it fit their theory.

    Hello my name is Arthur Patterson and I am a consumer, my complaint is with Larson Dodge and Jeep of Puyallup, WA. In 2008 I purchased a new Dodge Truck from Rairdon's Dodge of Monroe WA. On March the 5th this year after I had called Larson Dodge and told them about my truck the Service Manager Keith Hurst set me up with an appointment to bring it in for them to take a look at it based on what I had told them about the vehicle. As I was driving it to them it just quite. SO I had it toad to their location. Once there Keith called me and said the engine had seized up, he also said the rob broke and mess up the pistol an block. A couple of days and it was suggested that I ran the truck without oil in it. I told Keith that I changed the oil when it was suppose to be changed, then it was suggested that I did not change the oil as the owners manual said to do. I told Keith that I did change the oil at the 3000 mile mark and also at the 6000 mile mark. I also told Keith that the truck had just over 13000 miles on it and then he said well that was why the engine seized up was because I did not drive it enough so that the inner parts could be properly lubed. I said what are you people trying to do, find away not to honor my power Tran warranty. Keith said they was going to take photo's of the engine to send off to Chrysler for them to make a decision. About two weeks later I received a call from Keith and he said that Chrysler was not going to do the repairs on my vehicle. I asked him why since I have a extended Power Tran Warranty, I was told that they had found a defected hose clamp that was not under any warranty. I went to see him about this issue he said he had thought Chrysler would have done the repairs since I did have the warranty. Keith gave me a phone to call to explain my case to them, it was the Customer Assistance hotline, I spoke to Vicky who was my case worker and I explain to her what had happened and she gave a case number, she said she would contact the dealer and she would get back with me. Keith told that he would go to bat for me when Vicky called him. A few days later I heard from Vicky and she said that based on what the dealer said they would not repair my truck. I ask her why not if I had a warranty on my truck, she said the clamp was not covered on the warranty. I went back to talk to Keith and I was told by him that he only told here what was found from their inspection. I tried many times to talk with Vicky but she was in a meeting, she was away from her desk, or she was out of the office so I spoke to Pamela who said she would review my case and will get back to me. Pamela did get back to me and said the decision was final they (Chrysler) was not going to repair my truck. I ask Pamela could I speak to her supervisor and I was told no that my case was closed and there was no one I could talk to concerning this issue.

    First of all, the UAW was founded in May 1935, Obama was not even a twinkling in his mother's eye, nor was his mother's mother a twinkling in her eye. This is why there are some companies now hiring a boat load of part-timers and changing the titles of full-time worker's current position to pay them less money. Obviously, you never worked or had to deal with any part of society that has and is dealing with it. Now you get over that and use to it!!

  22. I have a HUGE complaint. I have 1997 Chrysler Town & Country van, yeah its old but rides like a cadillac anyway, lately is has an issue where it would have us somewhere stranded, it would start then cut off, start then cutoff, start give it gas it still cut off, sometimes let it sit for awhile and it will start right up and ready to go,and sometimes not and or we have had it towed home once and got it in the driveway and it starts up just fine. Well it has been getting worst, so my husband (who doesn't like to listen) decides we need to take it to the dealership cause they will find the problem and fix it, so he thought. WELL the dealership replaced a couple sensors and charged us $750, so we get the van back and it does fine for about 2weeks and it does the same exact thing we took it in for in the begining. I got stranded again called my husband, he called the dealership, they agreed to pay for the towing cause they had suppositly fixed the problem, The dealership claim the machine isn't finding anything wrong (of course not cause it's starting up like it should) and now they want us to pay the towing and still the van isn't fixed cause it's going to strand me somewhere again. Ok so I go to pick it up few days later, GUESS WHAT, it won't stay started for the dealership!! Now they see what we've been saying. Now they are saying it's gonna cost us additinal $600 plus the towing. Y'ALL I'not paying them $600 plus nothing!!! cause they didn't fix it in the beginning, they replaced something that was already working and had they fixed it right the 1st time, there would have been no need to have it towed there. We have been going back and forth all week with the dealership and, I have been trying to contact Corporate about this issue, cause seems to me, they just took our $$$, the van isn't fixed and still they want more$$$. They better do something cause I'm about to get all the BIG people who mean somethng involved. Is this not a rip off or what? I am so PISSED with THEM!!! What would you do?

  23. hey anyone there?!!!!!!!!! single mom here trying to take care of two young boys here(one with autism, requires daily services!:) my problem is with my 2007 dodge magnum. drove fine yesterday evening......woke up to go to therapy and the car started fine but the darn thing is stuck in park. so i called carmax cause thats where i bought the car. the guy there told me about a possible recall and suggested i call a dodge dealership. so i did. that gettleman told me no recall? about $500-$700 to fix. that it was a result of assembly problems with the shifter. a little pink plastic peice! that is broken......and because of your crappy work, no one wants to take responsibility for i now still have to make a car payment each month and keep up my insurence for a car that i can not afford to fix! and should be part of the recall(believe its recall k39!:) being a parent of a child with a disability requires certain ameneties!((I NEED MY CAR PLEASE HELP!!!!:)

  24. anyone out there?! single mom with two young boys, one with autism!!!(he requires daily services:) my problem is with my 2007 dodge magnum. starts fine, drove fine yesterday........this morning stuck in park! so i call carmax cause thats where i bought the car. that guy told me about apossible recall and suggested i call a dodge dealership. so i did. that gettleman told me no recall and $500-$700 to fix.that the problem is in the assembly of the shifter. a little pink plastic peice thats broken and needs to be replaced. i cried!!! then got online to start building a case.....did some research found out that plastic peice only cost $31? complained to the national highway patrol amintrastion, crysler and was told all i could do was complain cause of when my car was made is why it is not covered by the open recall. even though my car is having the exact same problem. even though, my family NEEDS that car!!! even though i have to continue to make payments on the car and keep insurence, and that might open an investigation?!!! all cause of crappy assembly.........please please please help asap!!!!

I would really like to see a rendering of the 69-70 Daytona Charger or the Superbird in modern day technology and body style. Also you need to bring back the Hemi Cuda and give it some horse power.If chevy can do it so can you.

On 10 10 2013 I bought a jeep wrangler and it worked great on Sunday but Monday morning I went to start it to go to work and it didn't start it has been at the dealership all week I have not been able to drive it for a week but I still have to pay for it I AM NOT HAPPY I want my jeep back and I want it to start in the morning.

  30. 1998 jeep cherokee lorado, Can you please point me in the right direction, or just tell me where i can purchase a CPU (computer) for this 1998 jeep? I have spent way to much money trying to fix the stalling/ being stranded/ towing/ different mechs. I've changed about every sensor/ exhaust including cad,/ fuel pump, etc,etc, I'm runnig out of money,not making it to work doesn't help either, I believe the littler friggen gremlim is in the computer power sourse pin solder joint (This causes intermittent,and low voltage readings and gives false input to computer, Hence all the money spent on mechanics changing sensors, and the problem not fixed, I've seen alot of Jeeps sitting sitting on the side of the road, and heard alot of stories about the same problem I have, and its endless on the internet, Same senerio for many, There really should be a recall on the CPU, All I'm asking is WHEREI CAN BUY ONE, 1998 Jeep Cherokee Lorado 6cyl,4.0 thank you,Bob

  34. I purchased a 2012 Jeep Liberty brand new. I had an Explorer Limited with 109,000 miles and drive back and forth from Northern California to Southern California and thought it might break down on a desolate part of the highway so I bought a Jeep. In 1988 I owned a Jeep Limited that was just awesome. I did not know when I purchased my Liberty it was no longer owned by Jeep.

    I went to one dealer here in Tracy California who couldn't give me the time of day so I drove 60 miles to purchase the car. No one at that dealership told me there was roadside/tow service for 5 years or 100K. I still can't program the radio.

    Now having owned the car for less than 2 years it has been in the shop for Air bag light (needed new computer), clock 2 times couldn't keep time, new part had to be ordered, head rest recall, low air light for tires. Don't know what they did for that and to top it off I had to get the car towed, again not knowing I had tow service I paid 75.00 to get it 5 miles to the dealer only to find out my key deprogramed and had to be reprogramed. All of these issues are electrical issues. I believe this is more than three electrical issues and the car should be considered a lemon under the lemon law and my money returned. I want to return the car. Chrysler service is horrid. The sales people at my local dealer and the service people could care less. Won't pay for two or rental car and I caused all of these issues how? I only wanted to be sure I was safe from breakdowns when I purchased this car and I have been far from it. DO NOT BUY A JEEP LIBERTY....even the running boards they charged me to install are useless.

  35. I just bought a 2014 Jeep Cherroke from a dealer in Silsbee Texas THE car did not come with a spare tire. NO one told me that till after I had bought it. A week or so later when I went looking for it we were going on a trip. I called the dealer and they directed me to jeep I called jeep they directed me to the dealer. I had to buy a tire 125.00 a jack $135 a handle $40 a socket $30 and rim $93 and a plqacwe to put all this a tray $10 I was told new cars didn't come with spares Is this true am I this out of touch ?????

  36. I bought a new 2014 jeep Cherokee on Nov 7, 2014 on Nov 8 a bear hit me and busted the radiator, grill, bumper, sensors on the bumper, etc. Had it towed to a Chrysler dealer on Nov 11. And believe it or not today in February 19, 2014 and I still have not got my jeep back. CHRYSLER DOES NOT HAVE THE PARTS. Does anyone know what I can do about this!!!!!

  38. I ordered a new Ram Promaster on Dec 12, 2013. Today is March 1, 2014 and still no vehicle. I went to the dealership today and my order is still in C status or (Tentative schedule)! Which means I was told my vehicle would arrive in app 6 weeks and it hasn't even been started after 11 weeks! I am getting zero answers from the dealership and I have requested my deposit back...which they said they won't do! Now they are trying to push a vehicle on their lot that has extras I would have to remove...but pay for! This was to be my first non-GM purchase and I was looking forward to receiving this van...BUT, I am starting to regret it! So...if anyone from Chrysler reads this look up VON # 30444002 ordered by S60637A on 12-11-2013 at 7:58pm and let me know what is going on or give me my $8000.00 back!

I bought a 2013 200 in August 2013 and discovered the front passenger seat was crooked, after waiting about 2 months the dealer said before he can fix it he needed a corporate rep. to look at and authorize the repair, because the digital image didn't show the defect clearly... He said they only come out quarterly...Well I've been waiting 8 months now....No rep. no repair... So I logged a complaint only to be told been told by a complaint case manager (my case # is 24622713) " Take it back to the dealer for more pictures and wait for a decision on what will be done"...in other words wait another 3+ months for a determination on a fix...Determine what??? The dealer sees it and wants to fix it but can't its corporate policy.... This is the biggest bunch of fuckin bullsit corporate policy I've ever encountered...Its goddamned incompetence to take this long ( it will be 9+ months or more)....This should never fucking happen and should not be allowed to happen, somebody up in corporate should get up off his FAT ASS and make the necessary changes so this doesn't happen...But then again this post will never get to anyone in corporate that could do something anyway...As a result my sister in law at my direction bought a Chevy Impala... My son a 2 daughters are ready now and need new cars...But guess what? They won't be buying a Chrysler...Nor will I in the future....

I Bought a 2012 Jeep Patriot from Waynesville Automotive in March of last year.I have tried numerous times to refinance this vehicle,no one will touch it.I went to try to trade it and a very sweet salesmen told me that there was 12,000 negative eguity on this vehicle. The vehicle that I traded in was a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500. I owed 2500.00 on this truck .I understand the 2500.00 neg equity but were is my 9000.00 at. I was took to the bank.Payed for someone a nice vacation or lined their pockets with a god chunk of change. Don't buy a jeep or anything from Crystler.They will rip you off.

I am a proud Cleveland, Ohio citizen who is appauld over the comments made by Joan Rivers about the girls that were held in captivity in Cleveland for 10 years at the hands of a rapist, murderer and evil sadistic monster. Joan Rivers, shame on you. You have no right to bring this up in your comedy let alone refuse to apologize for your crude remarks. Then to go again and ridicule them even further? By not saying or doing anything, you are condoning Joan Rivers' behavior and remarks. How can you expect anyone support an organization that condones tasteless comments about children who were kidnapped, held captive, raped, and tortured for more than a decade?

    Plus, if you continue your current path, I'm sure your shareholders would be even more outrages as the value of their shares plummet due to the inevitable sales decline.

I have also joined this boycott of Joan Rivers and any product that she endorses. I will not spend any money with any company that allows their spokes people or employees to publicly humiliate victims of brutal crimes ESPECIALLY RAPE!   48. I purchased a 2004 Chrysler Concorde new in 2004. The car was great for the first few years, but now the only problem I am having is that the inner tie rod ends keep wearing out. I have had to replace the left side twice and the right side 3 times within the last 21 months. The car would shake uncontrollably when you reached 55mph. I put new rotors, new brakes and new tires and it still would shake. That is why I carried it to a certified mechanic and he immediately told me that he has had to replace the inner tie rod ends on the 2004 Concorde very often, but he has no idea why that part wears out so fast. This is a very costly problem at $329 a pop! Does anyone else have this problem and how can it be fixed?

  49. I have a 2000 Chevy Venture that I recently took into a Chrysler dealership in Defiance Ohio and they had it for a week. All I wanted done was an oil change and spark plugs replaced. They ended up doing $1500 worth of work. My husband drove it for two days after getting it back and on the second day the engine blew. Never had any problems with the van until then. Come to find out the dealership put parts on upside down and backwards. They also told and charged me for stuff they didn't even do. I am currently seeking a lawyer in helping me. I have put way more money into this than they are willing to reimburse me. Very disappointed and angry.

  51. We bought a 2014 Jeep Patriot in March 2014, and we have had to take it back 4 times so far and getting ready to take it back the 5th time. We have had rubber moldings come off around the driver side door, 4 times, and all they do is keep gluing them back, now the moldings on either side of the windshield and goes up over the roof are coming off. This vehicle doesn't even have 2000 miles on it. They took advantage of us to begin with, when we had no choice but to trade in our 2012 Chrysler 300, that we bought new, with 0% interest and no finance charges, and when we traded it in, it didn't even have 7000 miles on it. We do not go anywhere but to appts., because my husband is disabled, and that is why we had to trade the car in for a vehicle that could hold a series 3 hitch for his lift for a scooter. They really screwed us! We are paying $700.00 a month at 16.9% interest rate! Now we are having all these issues with the Jeep. I wrote Corporate, but haven't heard a word. I feel we deserve a lower payment, and interest rate and/or another new vehicle. We live in SC, and the Service Department told us to try not to park the Jeep in a sunny spot, because that is what is loosening the glue! Can You believe that one!

I had the catalytic converter changed on it and now I am back to the same issue again. This is horrifying. How do you do this to people. That is whay no one wnats an american made car.   54. i went to look at a 2013 dodge journey at university chrysler dodge jeep. anniston, alabama, the journey had a three inch dent on the right rear fender panel on the passenger side. i told them to fix it before i purchase it. And they said they would. This was in July 2014 and when i my wife went to purchase the vehicle about eight days later with check in hand.Guess what the dent was still there. And they told her to go ahead and purchase it and bring it back they will fix it. ( Eight days it take longer than that to fix a dent come on ). No thanks.

  56. This is not a complaint but a suggestion to Chrysler's Jeep Division. Jeep is on a roll, congrats! I have had several over the years. The Grand Cherokee 4X4 straight 6 was my favorite. I switched to Toyota & Nissan because I needed a small 4x4 double cab truck. I,m buying my 6th. in 2016 (Nissan Club Cab 4X4 SV V) Come on guys get with the program & forward to Jeep designer dept. They can have Renderings ready in a month.
    JEEP NEEDS to get back in the truck business.
    Here's where the 4 dr.largest high end Jeep comes in. stretch the wheel base, cut the Jeep off behind the rear door & add the bed in a 5' bed & a 6 1/12 bed to compete with the Nissan Frontier Club Cab & the Double Cab Toyota Tacoma, which both will receive remakes in 2016.   57. Must be the same problem all over, every time I take my car in for service something else goes wrong. Had a 2012 Chrysler 200 had to take it in 3 times for the dash cover to be replaced, in less than a year. Got a 2014 200 convertible (what a mistake) less than 6 months took it back 2 times to have the roof repaired because it wouldn't close, now the rear window defroster and the trunk won't operate. I was told the window needed replacing, that was on Monday at about 8 AM. Said the part would be in later that afternoon, was told it wouldn't be in until Tuesday. well Tuesday got here so I called to see if the part was in and if they had any idea when my car would e ready I had to call 3 times in 3 hours because they never returned my call. On the third call I asked for the Service Manager and he wasn't any help, but left a message for the person I was dealing with to call me. Well finally got a call and was told that the part received was the wrong part. They had to reorder the part from Orlando, about 40 miles away. Well it is now Wednesday and they called and said the part would be here between 1 and 3pm, called 2 times, before someone called me back, part won't be coming in until Friday, seems the part isn't coming from Orlando. Got my car back have to make another appointment for Monday now, hopefully they won't keep it another 3 days. The Service Manager Dave Skinner was no help at all. Think when this is fixed I'll buy any thing but a Chrysler product.. Have to let my friends know too, think they already do though none of them own a Chrysler product and I will be sure to tell them they made the best decision. America's import is acting like the other loser import YUGO

  58. I purchased a 2011 Dodge Nitro (new) that was equipped with serius satellite radio.
    and the service was free for one year. Then They continued to send me letters to turn it back on for 2 months for free. So I did. Then, my AM/FM stations weren't coming through, so I called Serius back and they transferred me to their tech dept and I was told that unfortunately this is rare but does happen and I would have to take my car in to the dealer and have the feature disengaged permanently. Really???
    so I called Chrysler HQ to discuss this issue and was told I was responsible for the diagnostic and any repairs and got NO WHERE with Chrysler! We pay a lot of money for these vehicles and they cannot even help with the diagnostic fee or give me any other options? Needless to say I will NOT purchase another Chrysler vehicle or any vehicle equipped with satellite radio!

  61. I bought a Chrysler Town and Country Van from our local dealership in Titusville, Florida. I paid cash for the vehicle and am very pleased with it. It came with a dvd player, but no headphones or remote, so we went back to the dealership and asked for it and had to wait an hour before anyone would go and get it for us. Then I asked where the window sticker was that came with the vehicle and was told it was in the glove box. We looked in every compartment and the salesman said he did not know what he did with it. We also ordered a spare tire kit at the time we bought the van and were told they would call us when it came in, in about 10days. I called today, over 2 weeks later, and was told it was in. I asked why they had not called me and they said they didn't know. We traded in a 2004 PT Cruiser for this van and have been very pleased with Chrysler, but in the future we will go to another dealership to get our next car. We are not recommending this one to anybody. I'm sorry your corporation has to have people like this working for you. Your cars are great.

  62. I just bought a brand new 2014 Dodge Durango less than a month ago. Last night it would not start and left me and my two young children stranded miles from home. The brake could not be pushed down in order to push the start button. Chrysler's road side assistance sent someone out... after over an hour, they show up...not a tow truck, just someone to try and jump start it (even though I told them on the phone that all accessories and other battery functions seem to be fine). So this man tells me it's not the battery and that I need to call Chrysler back and have them send a tow truck. So I do as he suggests and wait another two hours for a tow truck to come out, for them to tell me that they may not be able to tow it because you CANNOT shift into NEUTRAL unless the vehicle is STARTED! So they made me sign a waiver for them to DRAG my brand new vehicle onto the tow truck and basically told me to cross my fingers that it doesn't cause any other issues. Meanwhile, during the two-hour wait for the tow truck to come out, I called the number given to me by Chrysler roadside assistance for the department that would handle a rental vehicle... well the gentleman on the phone tells me they cannot provide a rental vehicle until AFTER it is looked at by their mechanic... since when do mechanics work later than 5 or 6 p.m.?? So now, here I am STRANDED with my two young children with no hope of getting a rental vehicle and no other way home. I even tried renting one out of pocket but all local car rental shops were closed for the day. So upon eventually finding a way home hours later, I get my young children in bed well beyond their bed time. I speak to the mechanic first thing this morning who says "we'll give you a call once we know what's going on with it." This was at 8 a.m. I waited until about noon before I tried calling to check in on the status, mind you, I do not have a secondary vehicle so by now I have cancelled any and all plans for the first half of the day as I am still stranded (at least at home this time) and they have still yet to tell me if I am needing a rental car. Since noon, I have tried calling the mechanic's direct line phone number he gave me to no avail. No answer every time. My children have sporting events this evening (which we already had to cancel/no show for last night) and I still have no vehicle... neither the one I purchased, or a rental, and NO ANSWERS as to ANYTHING going on with my vehicle!! This should NOT be happening on a vehicle I purchased less than one month ago!!!! This should not by Chrysler's method of customer service period!!! My father retired from Chrysler years ago and he is probably rolling in his grave right now at the downright poor customer service and even poorer car quality of them now!! I am so saddened and disappointed that I traded in two of my prior trucks (one being my diseased father's Silverado) for a more "RELIABLE" vehicle!!!

  63. My mother went to her car to go to the grocery store the car WILL NOT SHIFT OUT OF PARK GEAR!!! I have tried to moved it out of gear as well as two tow providers without any luck. I contacted Chrysler on yesterday at 1-800-334-9200. A customer service representation answered the call I explained the issue and told them that two trucks would not move the car because when they the alternative pink release mechanism it still failed to release the car out of the park position.The Chrysler representative proceeded to provide troubleshoot information for the car which was the same exact procedure which had been given to her initially in the call. I requested to speak with a supervisor only to be told I would have to wait 24hrs for a return call. I thought this was such a low standard for Chrysler. I decided to call back to see if I could get different results this time the representative advised me that they have recalled the park stuck issue on some Chrysler 300's but not the 2006 model. The representative said there were other Chrysler manufactured cars that had the same issue and have been recalled. I asked this representative for a supervisor and she was surprisingly able to connect me directly to a supervisor,I was livid at this point because I was previously advised that i would have to wait 24hrs. Once the supervisor came on line it felt like I was at war because of my request to have this matter escalated to a higher level of departmental head. I was yelled at and told Chrsyler was not going to pay for anything because it was not a recall on the Chysler 300 model for the year 2006,but that the 2007 and 2008 model had been recalled for this same issue. The supervisor suggested that I take the car to the dealership and pay out of pocket cost. I am so angry because my mother could have been anywhere standed and she does not drive the car far at all. I made yet another call to customer service in hope that someone would understand and have a higher level look into the issue. The representative assured me that there was no one else above the supervisor for the call center. There is always someone beyond call center level who has the ability to resolve issues,I am unable with Chrysler and the way they have handled the issue with my mother's car. Please feel free to share this complaint on every social media site until my mother is able to have her independence again. This matter should be recalled because every car should go beyond PARK!!!! Concerned daugter who wants her mother happy again!! I have also called this morning only to get the same response.

I am writing about the Chrysler dealer here in Brookings, Oregon, I have always used Chrysler dealerrships for all of my PT Cruiser's services, This last Friday, I got my oil changed, and realized my car was leaking oil in my car port after, When my husband took it in this morning to find out why it was leaking, they said it was the oil filter gasket, Now weren't they supposed to put a new filter on with the oil change, and when or IF they did did they forget to take the old gasket off? Which could have blown my engine!!! I have never dealt with such unprofessional service by a Chrysler dealer since 2006..And furthermore, If I have any further complications with my vehicle's oil filter or oil pan or oil anything, rest assured I will be knocking on their door!!! and they will fix any problems out of their pocket..Shameful!!! went in for my normal oil change and this is the service I received.! NOT Acceptable.!

  65. In less than a year I have bought two chrysler products. I bought my daughter a dodge dart. In March I bought my wife a Jeep Cherokee.for her birthday. She loved it for the first 2000 miles then the 9 speed transmission started giving problems. We took it back the put a new transmission in it. a few more miles the new transmission doing same thing. It will just stall on you when you are in traffic. Very dangerous. Dealership told me don't know what to do. That they have a couple more with same issue Now Chrysler won't do anything. I called Chrysler they gave me a person to handle my problem. His name was Gartrail. He said he called dealership and they said nothing wrong with Jeep. So I went back down to dealership and asked why they said that. They said Gartral was a liar they told him they didn't know how to fix. Now I have tried to call Chrysler just keep get put on hold for ever.

  67. I have a Jeep Liberty 2012. The drivers side safety belt started to come unbuckled, not unbuckling when you pressed the button and now will not buckle at all. The US has a safety belt laws. I consider this a safety issue. Chrysler considers it a dealer and owners problem. I have been trying to get to the complaints department and they keep saying take it to the dealer. Is anyone else out there having any safety belt issues? I think Chrysler should paid for safety issues.

  68. THE PROBLEM BEGIN IN MAY 2015.THE STEERING BECAME VERY HARD TO TURN I THOUGHT IT WAS JUST THE POWER STEERING FLUID NEEDED AND THEN I NOTED THAT I COULDNT PUT ANY FUILD IN MYSELF. SO FIRST I TOOK IT TO A LOCAL GOODYEAR JUST TO PUT THE FLUID IN FOR ME...THEY CAME BACK AND STATED THAT IT WAS MY RACK AND STEERING. BUT I DIDNT WANT THEM TO WORK ON MY CAR THINKING THAT THEY WAS TRYING TO OVER CHARGE OR RIP ME OFF. SO I TOOK IT TO GWINNETT CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM IN STN MTN GA AND THAT WHERE I GOT RIP OFF. THEY STATED IT WAS MY FLUID PUMP AND IT NEEDED TO BE REPLACE..AND THE PRICE FOR FIXING IT WILL BE A TOTAL OF 1796.00. AFTER THREE DAYS IT WENT BACK TO THE SAME WAY IT WAS WHEN I BOUGHT IT IN THE FIRST TIME..I TOOK IT BACK TO THE DEALER IN STN MTN AND THEY SAID I MUST HAD HIT SOMETHING IN THE ROAD BECAUSE NOW IT MY RACK AND STEERING.. AND IT WILL BE ANOTHER 1097.00..WOW..HOW THEY DIDNT SEE THE PROBLEM THE FIRST TIME. I TRIED TALKING TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND THE HQ. NO ONE WOULD RETURN MY CALLS AND WHEN I DID TALK TO SOMEONE THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND.I WILL NEVER BUY A CHYRSLER OR DODGE EVER!!!!! GOOD YEAR HERE I COME!!!

  70. I am writing in the hopes that coeporate will do something about dealers who fail their customers, especially those that have bought seven vehicles. It seems Hall Chrysler/Jeep in Virginia Beach, Virginia is not going to honor a lifetime warrenty on my 2007 Chrysler 300. The engine siezed this past Thursday 27 August. The dealership says that the warrenty is void because I did not get the required Engine and Powertrain inspection on the 5 year anniversary of the purchase. I had the car in for an oil change and tire rotation in mid-Oct 2012, which was within 60 days of the said inspection. The service dept failed to notify me or better yet do the inspection at that time. I then took the vehicle to Hall Nissan for an oil change in Feb of 2013. It seems that their computers are not equiped to recognize Chrysler warrenties, as it never showed up or they, too, failed to inform me of the inspection. Due to the dealerships neglegence, I now have to spend over $5800 for a new engine, where this should fall on their shoulders for failure to notify me of the inspection. Even my vet notifies me three days ahead of an appointment. If this is customer service, I may never buy another MOPAR product again.
