  3. i was @ ur store in orlando fla location 436 between curry ford and lake marget drive when i walked in it was busy went to counter to seat, was dirty but took a seat anyway food was served without wipping at nor did they put down paper place mate then started looking around & seen fries,meat& water or soft drink on floor i called this to manager and just cut me off & said i dont have time for this then she spook with a co worker and they started talking loud about it and thought is was very funny wtll its not and i have been in bathrooms cleaner than that place and if i go there again and it looks like that i will never eat there ever again

  4. I was at your restaurant this evening with a couple friends, the 8511 Concord Mills BLVD location in Concord, NC. One of the waitresses, Haley, was at the register when I handed her my card and our collective receipt, specifically telling her I was paying for seat four. Without even a look in my direction, she punched in the order, swipped my card, and charged me for all four orders, taking my expendatures from 7.63 to 34.78. When I voiced my complaint and demand of a refund, Drew, one of the managers, attempted only for a moment to help me, and without so much as an apology asked me if "my friends would just pay me back", as if that were easier than just correcting the mistake. As a customer for years of this location, I'm sickened and disgusted by the lack of care I was given. I work at the theater neighboring this location, and it hurts to think that I won't go back because of such carelessness, but maybe something can be done. It'll be a good while till then, in any case.

  5. I worked at the Berkley store for over three years, never had problems with my work until the newest manager was hired. I do prep but help in other areas, she doesn't appreciate anything people do just critisizes and talks down to people.The store is always dirty and she doesn't do anything to help the situation. She said i had a attitude this morning and fired me on the spot. so I left, she's unfair and prejudise in my opinion.

    1. ive worked at stake n shake for awhile problems with me dint start till we got a new general manger who I found out is more then doubling our tips that we say we make I have poof but cant seem to find anyone who cares!!! Also she is changing hours and says we forgot to clock in!! This is a true criminal and one who steals she needs to be thrown in jail and have already filled with the irs and other places!!!

  6. was at your liberty mo store and observed three of the employees smoking pot in the parking lot i only got two names they were angel, and anthony. was friday night about 2 am

  8. I was in your Brunswick Ga location and watched a shift manager mistreating teenage employees. She threatened to slap one young lady. Another time I witnessed an argument between this same lady and another employee. She did slap that employee.

  10. Its a shame when general manager steal money from the safe and blame the other store manager. I know for a fact that the general manager at the store in Morrow Ga. Steak n Shake , Mt Zion blvd. Is stealing. She is low dow duty if anyone get to what she doing she fired them or she give them one day to work... who ever see this from the main office need to do something about it, she taking thestore under.. this use to be the number one store in the district.

  11. I went to your steak n shake store #11 on 9-14-14 at 6:37 am I was amazed how dirty this store was . There where 4 to 5 employes there and the floor looked like it had not be cleaned and some of tables had garbage behind the seats . Also there was one employee that had a large bag of food that he took home there had to be at lest 30-40 dollars of food in it and I never saw him pay

  12. A friend I know works at the location on Tom Hill in Macon, Ga. Some of the management there are very unprofessional, disrespectful to employees, and refuse to treat people like adults. They yell out commands in front of customers to humiliate the employees. I don't think it is fair to the employees. Most have children and need their jobs to make ends meet. Please change the behavior or change management.

  13. me @ my mom go to steak and shake off jimmie dyess pkwy here in augusta ga every friday afternoon.And this store is not out for the customers and to make them happy the lady manager and one of the workers like make up their own rules and even know we eat there we always get our drinks in a to go cup now they tried to stop that blamed the corp office said it was a new rule. We spend right at 20.00or more dollars everytime and always leave a great tip, but if the management there wants to change .we have been going there since they opened but if whats the point if your not out to make the customers happy.

  14. Coming from the midwest,central Illinois....trust me..the Millersville,MD Steak ad Shake does such a disgrace to the Steak and Shake reputation! Poor service and no one cared, nor did any of the employees even notice the disarray of their environment! Waited 40 minutes to get a table ( okay its new), finally a waitress (Shannon) met our table, took our order..no silverware given, had to ask for it. Shannon was to chatty and no concern about what she have been more attentive on...... Food arrived, 37 minutes later, famous fries..dry an Luke warm! Same with the burger! Chocolate milkshake....was Mocha! When Shannon finally brought the bill, she again chatted,and took the bill with our used plates. We waited for her to return, but she didn't.. Could have left without paying...AND SHOULD HAVE! But..went to Register...we told them what we ordered so they coul run a ticket...the pay! Yes, I asked to have my milkshake removed, because of wrong flavor! Really never should have paid for such terrible service. I will wait for my next trip back to the midwest....where I know Steak and Shake will treat me right! As far as the Millersville, MD establishment.....Everyone go to MacDonald's across the street! Save yourself the time and treatment you will receive at the Millersville,MD Steak and Shake! Shannon as well, complained about her manager as well...very entertaining to listen to their own employee's sharing her own opinions!
