  1. I have been a loyal NAPA customer for almost 40 years, but up here in Port Townsend Washington, we have a running joke...Napa, the wrong part, Guaranteed!!! Followed by: I wish I had a commercial account, so I could have the wrong parts delivered!!! I finally finished working on my rig, after getting 4 wrong parts in a row. This verges on the ridiculous, as I drive a common vehicle. I expect to get an error once in a while, but not this. From now on I will bring my old part in for comparison, rather than trust the store to give me the correct part.
    Perhaps you should institute a policy of : The right part, or it's free!!!
    I have always done business with NAPA just for the quality of your parts, but now that a new parts house has opened in my area, I may change my shopping habits. It would be no big deal other than the delay involved, but each trip to town is about $7 bucks in gas for me...On this project alone I have burned up about $28 dollars in gas. If you consider the waste of my time, the cost goes up considerably.

    1. I HAD a commercial account. I got charged a 5 percent restock fee on cores (like you have a choice to not by the core with the part) and defective parts. I proved to the store owner that I would order something on their prolink system and the price would go up as much as 50 percent over night. We started calling it The Crapa store and switched suppliers.

  2. Went to NAPA in McDonald Pennsylvania today to get a part for our vehicle. It was all I could do to walk to the desk to get the part due to the cigarette smoke gagging me! It is a law in the state of PA no smoking in a public business. This is unfair for those with COPD and actually a health issue! At least put a sign on the door warning of the smoking, NOT have a freaking sign "No smoking"!!!

  3. I AM A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS. JUST RECENTLY YOU ARE SPONSERING APRODUCT CALLED "Z-MAX" ON TV THAT SAYS IT SOAKS INTO METAL. IT DOES NOT! I PUT Z-MAX INTO A RACESS ON MY HOT ENGINE BLOCK. IT DID NOT SOAK INTO THE METAL IT JUST STAYED THERE. AFTER 24 HOURS IT WAS STILL THERE IN THE SAME AMOUNT. YOUR SPONSERING THIS PRODUCT ON TV IS A TOTL LIE.     1. I've assembled many engines using Zmax I have seen it work.I don't know how much you used or how much you expected to soak in.It makes my parts slick after preheating.I think Zmax derived from Speedway motors formerly known as Speedway cocktail racers used it succesfully.

  4. I used Napa for many years, but have been increasingly dissapointed in the parts and service lately. The running joke around here is "NAPA= Not All Parts Available". That is, unless you want to use the "premium" line at 3x the cost for the same Chinese junk. It just so happens that the cheaper line is never available. I have compared prices between other parts stores and Napa and, really, the difference is ridiculous! Our local Media Napa is run by a stingy, shrewd man who does nothing at all to help out the little guy. I will never ever use Napa again for ANYTHING. I also would not recommend that anyone waste ther money there.

  5. I am a shop owner located in Albuquerque, NM and NAPA is by far the worst car parts distributor I have ever dealt with! How can one store have such horrible employees? The phone rings anywhere from 15-20 rings then they put you on hold every single time and to make matters worse i am less then a 5 minute drive from your store and they can never get here to deliver parts in a reasonable time, quickest delivery I have had with NAPA was 52 minutes and they couldn't even tell me where the driver was or if the driver had even left. I will no longer sell NAPA parts and will highly advise my customers to use anyone else but NAPA.!!!

Why is it when you are an employee for Napa , when you have been Done wrong by a store manager, and go to your own human resources person, it get swept under the rug", Now I have the big decision, do I got to Corporate, and hope they listen, or do I get a lawyer?, I think either way I am going to lose my job. I work for them very hard, but can I get anybody to stand up with me? Im going to try!!!

  8. I am a local shop owner in Hawley PA, and I refuse to use our local NAPA store do to the very rude store manager and a few of the employees that work for her. Many times I have walked into the store hearing her talking about one of her employees to another calling them retards or worse. I have spoken to other shop owners and many will not even order parts from the Hawley store do to her attitude. Why is it that someone who treats employees and customers with such little respect stays a store manager? I feel the corparation should do a suprise visit and act like a customer an or ask local shop owners why they go elsewhere for parts.

  10. What the hell has happened to NAPA ? It has become an absolute toilet. Corporate, wake up and clean house at Wolf Rd Warehouse. Theft, counter girls screwing bosses. Manager afraid of sexual harassment suits. A paint rep that knows nothing. Paint manager can't do anything. Employees telling managers what to do ! People being banned from shopping there. WTF are you doing Corporate. You idiots are opening yourselves up for a major lawsuit. Drug use rampant. Counter customers ignored. I, for one, are done with you. Art said no big deal. Take your 50 grand a year elsewhere! 30 + year customer. And I will tell everyone ! Oh, this is just the tip of the iceberg.

  11. The store lost our crank shaft, cannot order the correct parts, and when they are correct the bill was $100 more than quoted. Tried to call the Headquaters AND ALL YOU GET IS A MESSAGE STATING "ARE YOU STILL TEHRE?", BUT NOTHING ELSE ...NO PERSON OR PUSH BUTTON DIRECTIONS TO FOLLOW.Very upset that such a good store is now frustrating and has total lack of knowledge of cars to the point that the one worker said "I dont know anything about engines and the guys here don't know anything either". This worker informed me that they had to contact a co-worker in a store about 50 miles away for some advice and even thoughh I gave her the item number to order it from another NAPA is was still wrong. I will NOT recommend NAPA to anyone!

  14. We are a commercail account a continue to recieve wrong parts and old cores when we order! Most of the time we have to call and remind them to deliver the parts. Last part was ordered 11:30am and didnt receive our part until 4:30 in the afternoon. Michigan

  15. I went to NAPA on Orange Ave in Orlando this morning for some professional help. I was greeted with the most uncaring and condescending individual I have ever met at a NAPA. My experience was disheartening, I finally turned and walked out. It will be hard for me to ever go to NAPA again.

  16. I am in eastern Kentucky, which qualifies me as a hick from the hills of far eastern Kentucky. Here in my little town of Louisa we have a NAPA franchise owner who is becoming very underhanded and unethical, at least in my opinion. He has 2 competitors here, Advance Auto and Auto Zone. A week ago this guy actually filed a complaint with the corporate people of Advance about our local store. I saw the complaint and it is totally without merit. This guy must be loosing his common sense, or sense of fair play. If he can't compete in the business, he should get out of the business. What this joker has done may very well cost someone a job at the Advance store. I also understand that if he does not have a particular part in stock (and he does not stock much at all), he will run to the competition and buy it, then put that part in his own packaging. Very unethical and probably illegal.

    You don't run down or bad mouth your competition, you beat them by offering better service and products. This fool has lost sight of that.

  18. Visited your store in Lemoore ca today to get intake manifold bolts for a 350 GM engine. The person at the counter said he needed the old bolt to compare with the new one, Holly Crap!!!!! I did not see that coming! It was amazing to see his butt not even move from his stool.
    If this is customer service I'm shocked that you are still in business!!!! I will never enter your store again! Thanks for your help....

  19. The owner of the business that does your resets out of Oregon is very rude and disrespectful. He treats his employees awful!! I know so may of your area managers don't like him yet you continue to use him. I am sure there are other people out there that can do just as good a job if not better and treat people a heck of a lot better!!!!!

  20. I also have used NAPA for over 30 years, and the problem does not exist with just the stores. I buy premium parts for the Lifetime Warranty and yes; I paid a PREMIUM PRICE which was expected. I took a pair of brake rotors back due to the warping which caused excessive shuttering when applied. The store owner replaced them without a problem, and no questions asked! I was advised some time later that NAPA had refused to warranty the rotors back to the store; their excuse was there were some scratches on the surface similar to running metal to metal. This is not the case as the same pads were used again. I hate the store owner had to eat the cost, but NAPA does not care. Several owners in this area have complained at meetings to no avail.

  21. Nice job of fixing the 2013 NASCAR Cup Race NAPA. Now everytime fans see that NAPA car in a race they will all be thinking about how NAPA fixed/rigged NASCAR races. How much did you pay NASCAR to not suspend the entire team for a year. You ruined auto racing, done shopping at NAPA.

  23. I haven't shopped at napa for many years and I dont like micheal waltrip. Napa is sponsoring a cheater. They should have dropped him after the first daytona race where they got caught cheating putting jet fuel in there car just to be able qualify for daytona. Since they have had many fines for cheating little things only until last saturdays race cheating again changing the outcome of the race. If Napa keeps with micheal the cheater they will go down with him at some point as I see not many shops use their parts anymore napa is a dieing company and refuses to change good luck napa

    1. I have used the local Napa for 30 years. Their expertise and knowledge have always been most helpful. The few problems I have experienced were resolved promptly and with a smile. Looking forward to many more years of patronage. Also while disappointed with MWR I feel they haven't done anything that all teams have done forever. It would be a shame if Napa dropped sponsorship.

    6. Just want to say I think you are wrong in not standing behind MWR. Everyone deserves a second chance. They are not the first ones to try this, they are just the first ones to be punished. You had a really good spokes person for you. I'm just sad that you did not have the gumpson to stand behind the good men that worked so hard for you. I personally will not buy parts at you store again. If you can't stand behind your team then you surly can't stand behind your parts. You made a big mistake can you own up to it?   24. I am on on my 4th AC from you within 14 months. West Escondido Auto, In Escondido, CA has replace 4. You see what I'm saying 4th AC in 14 months. I use my car for a living but that is like someone replacing an AC every year for 4 Years!!!!!!!!!!!! Are these made in China? I have spent over $3000.00 just on the AC. The last one was out of warranty by 5000 miles. I need someone that has some kind of authority to contact me RIGHT AWAY!!!!

Michael Waltrip is the best thing that ever happened to NAPA. This and the fact that here in Douglasville, Ga. at the NAPA parts store, you can never get anyone to wait on you when you go in, are the reasons I never intend to buy another NAPA part!!!

Maybe now you can take that $18 million you wasted in NASCAR and invest it in infrastructure - replace your worn out keyboards, hire enough people to actually man the store, revamp your buggy software, get some stores big enough to hold and organize the stock, hire drivers that are smarter than a walnut - just some suggestions. I believe that all things are cyclic, but NAPA is clearly on the down-swing. The sooner you realize it, the sooner you can fix it, and the sooner you can be back on top.

  34. I went into the napa store to get a core charge back for two axils for my dads truck which was $24.00. He had put them in about two weeks earlier and threw the boxes away, i still had the reciepts not to mention that the napa axils that he had taken out were less than a year old. when i got to the counter the salesman said napa had a policy that if i did not have the box to put the axils in they could not give me back my core charge, things like this are why i quit with napa years ago and now so has my dad. I have been using advanced auto and have had no problems like this.

    1. Had a similar issue. While working as an Asst. Mgr. a wholesale customer brought back a new axle for credit. The splines were damaged from them trying to get it to fit. They said it took them 30 minutes to figure out it was the wrong axle. And they call themselves mechanics. What a joke! I told them they "may not get full credit due to the damage". All hell broke loose and the DM got a call. I was following protocol, but was wrong (apparently) for doing so. After that, I pretty much gave the store away if the customer asked.

Bought a clutch kit @ $450.00 or so from NAPA in East Wilton MAINE 2 years ago for the reason that they told me it was lifetime warranty, A place in Skowhegan offered the same warrenty, But seeing they were closer and i use them for my shop i got it there. Now the clutch is going and i call. Now they tell me there was no warranty. Nice company NOT to buy from again. pass this along to warn others.......... This must be the "NAPA KNOW HOW"

  36. I have worked for NAPA (but not anymore) for 4 years. I worked my way up to Manager of a local store. NAPA's "rules" are a double-sided sword. You try to protect the interest, but by the way, the customer comes first. Fine, let's just give the store away. After being relieved due to "things not getting done", I watched the sales after the other manager took over. The numbers were lower than mine were!!! How asinine to think low sales are the fault of the manager. YOU CAN'T DRAG PEOPLE IN AND FORCE THEM TO MAKE PURCHASES! Maybe someday some thick headed whoever will get that through their head. But, then again, maybe not! I was continuously told how important I was to the company. However, when I moved on, none of those people wished me good luck or thanked me for my service. I'd call that TWO-FACED! I like NAPA's parts, but will NEVER buy a light bulb there. 60% GP!! Are you kidding me? I'll gladly go elsewhere and save money because guess what... they're made by the same company! Thank you, NAPA, for the lessons learned and don't worry about the knife in my back. I'll get it out.

  39. Two visits, a tow, over 2,000 dollars in debt and? My car sits in a second shop, towed by NAPA (that makes two tows) to see what "happened". What happened? I trusted the Belen, NM Napa repair center. The car was okayed and okayed and broke down and broke down. Each time I left the shop it broke down. Now it sits in the second shop with a blown turbo and a "probably" blown engine. It was supposed to have front end work...then? It was supposed to have an oil light issue..then? smoke billowing out of the tailpipe. It was NOT doing this BEFORE the visits. The regional manager and her supervisor's answer? Boy you sure have bad luck. He share displeasure at reporting this to the BBB. The shop owner "volunteered" to look a the broken car AT MY EXPENSE...hell of a way to get return business...NEVER TRUST NAPA, their work or the management.

  40. I've been "contacting" NAPA regarding two visits, nearly two thousand dollars spent at the Belen, NM center. Within hours of each visit my car broke down. The car had to be towed by NAPA. They refuse to look at the car...that's a lie, they said they'd look at it in their "spare time". I contacted the local/area manager who told me that it was "just your bad luck" when I told him this story. NAPA towed the car to yet another shop who originally said the engine was gone, then the turbo was blown. NAPA then washed their hands of this situation. The second garage? Then drove the car to my place despite what two VW dealerships and two foreign auto shops said should be done, DO NOT DRIVE the car. I've repeatedly have filed complaints with corporate, I've complained to the BBB in two states, I've called and left msgs with corporate over the last month. My latest FB posting -to their site- finally got a reply asking that we talk about the matter. They have my phone number AND email address, I told them to call...8 hours later? NOTHING. NAPA hasn't been just an automotive store while growing up, it's been THE automotive store. NOW? I'm two grand poorer, I've tapped out ways to get to and from work, I'm having to buy another car assuming TWO car loans just so I can get to and from work. AND NAPA's managers and corporate make all sorts of promises while my car? is now a piece of lawn furniture.

It's been 6 weeks and nothing from NAPA about how a car that was taken in for a front end alignment and an oil light that went on/off need two more trips to the Belen, NM shop AND another mechanic to tell me my turbo has been blown NOT by the NAPA mechanics who NEVER mentioned my turbo, a turbo that gave me NO problems until AFTER the NAPA Belen, NM store got hold of it a but it's not NAPA's fault it's, and I'm quoting the NAPA regional manager, "that's just your bad luck".. My BAD LUCK is going to NAPA in the first place. BBB complaints, Facebook complaints, I'm ordered to call corporate , I've called, texted, emailed and? NOTHING...I will complain and post and post and complain until NAPA does right...but first I'm sure someone will have to teach them because they don't have a clue.

  43. they tried to tell me a computer questionnaire determined if I'm good enough to drive a parts truck for them.I have plenty plenty plenty experience. But they think that they can smash my self esteem lower than it already is. I've been looking for a job for a year and I find a simple parts truck driver job and it is the biggest pain in the ass! since I didn't answer the questions as they like, it hid my application from everyone so they didn't even see it or look it over.I called them and I gave them a piece of my mind. Also the hub office in Middletown Connecticut. They need to change their ways quick. I am in the process of emailing them my complaints as we speak.

  44. I've took my car for front end work at a NAPA center...had it towed back to the shop...then when I got it smoke billowed out the back? Was told the "turbo" was blown. Fought and fought and fighting and fighting. One manager told me "that's just your bad luck". NEVER had turbo problems before. 3 months has passed. Two months into it an "email identity" told me about a warranty...hmmm 2 months of calls and complaints and NO ONE mentioned a warranty! NOW, don't get all emotional on me....I pay for the tow, I pay for the diagnostics and if, If, IF they agree they might, maybe, could be, wanna bet they don't..pay for the car. I don't know what else they did to the car...a new car was purchased, paying on two cars and NAPA? NAPA has done nothing but kick the matter up the food chain...life long NAPA customer...not any more....

  45. Spoke to my 3rd person at corporate yesterday. Warranty this warranty that. NAPA pays NOTHING. I pay for the tow, the diagnostics, the repairs and then submit a request to NAPA that they CONSIDER paying for all this. Because? THEIR mechanic blew the turbo out on my car. They towed my car to a second shop who told them my turbo was blown. Corporate tells me I have to have a second opinion? Their own DM sent the car to a second garage to get a second opinion, without corporate's knowledge. NAPA has no intention of doing anything but lying and doing the bullshit shuffle....

December 26th Mt Carroll > I just want to commend Rob at the Mt Carroll store for the outstanding job he did in helping me get back on the road after a serpentine belt broke on our 2008 ford taurus x seeing that all repair shops & dealers were closed due to the Christmas holiday, I talked to Rob at 6:00pm the day after Christmas as he was ready to close up shop he ordered the belt that nite from Chicago and was at the Mt Carroll shop by 7:30am . was on the road again by 9:00 am. Rob went beyond he duties to help a customer in distress,I think Rob should be recognized for actions. Thanks Rob for a job well done. Tom from Oak lawn Il

I seen a blonde female from local Napa parked in a non parking spot talking to a few males. Maybe they should focus more on hiring people who want to work and not pickup the opposite sex and maybe parts would be right and they would get more business from not being late. Just saying,

I am extremely qualified to represent your organization and need to return to work as quickly as possible after being laid off in February. This may be why I see your jobs posted over and over.   49. Had the local NAPA shop "fix" my car here in Valencia Co., NM. They blew out the turbo...after weeks of complaining the area "manager" in Colorado told me "that's just your bad luck". That's a direct quote. I'm out? My entire car...I'm still paying on that car, paid the bill and? had to go out and buy another car. I'm going broke because of NAPA. I've been up and down the corporate ladder and thought I had found a sympathetic person in Atlanta. BUT Colorado manager...well..that's just my bad luck. NAPA, never again and I've been successful in diverting a number of people away from this company.

  50. My son, a student at Morehouse College had to have car towed to this location because car would shut off without reason, and wouldn't go into reverse. After spending $800 cash for a new manifold gasket, my son picked the car up and the same problems persisted. Mechanic/Manager RJ said it still needed a oxygen sensor. However he told myself and son to drop off car at garage and leave key in mailbox and he would test drive car and rectify problem. For 2 weeks we tried to get in contact with RJ and NAPA with no response. We called his cell phone, sent text messages,everything...and now the shop number is disconnected. Finally we had to report car stolen with the Atlanta Police Department. So now we're out $800 with no car and incompetent service. I sincerely hope NAPA'S National Office is aware how their franchises are being operated. I just want my son's car back and the repairs done that we've paid for!

  52. I have emailed NAPA HQ in Atlanta twice about their rewards program. NO RESPONSE. The on-line site says to enter the activation code from your receipt. If there isn't a code, see your local store. My local store couldn't answer my questions. I simply want an activation code! But guess what? After this latest episode, I believe I will be taking my business elsewhere. I worked for NAPA for 4 years. Boy were my eyes opened! They are NOT a family oriented company. They move people around like furniture. No wonder the wholesale customers stay confused! Hey NAPA, if you're going to run a promotion, at least have the balls to make sure everything is in place BEFORE implementing the program. Educate your people BEFORE implementing the program! I'll be sure to tell all my friends my story and hopefully they, too, will take their business elsewhere. And, by the way, you can afford to lower your profit margin on your headlight bulbs!

My shop was a Napa Truck Center, but I have had to remove my shop from affiliation due to Napa not honoring their warranties and their slimy sales rep. stocking over $117,000 worth of USELESS car parts and accessories in 10 days then refusing to take the unnecessary products back nearly bankrupting my shop. Napa is nothing more than a corporate thief.

  56. I've been a loyal customer for awhile. Well this young man delivered my parts from simi valley Napa and he was so rude he was cussing ect. He had someone on the radio talking like he was driving and talking he was very in professional I'm very disapointed. I spend a lot of money at Napa for my business and to have that it's just upsetting.

  58. Been a customer for 30-35 years and have spent a sizable amount of money at many stores in many cities including my home town of Jenison Mich. I bought a standard style Grease gun Model # 715-1237
    approx. 4-5 years ago berfore retireing, put a cartridge in it, never used it once,never built pressure up in its head once..... Since retireing, I wanted to use it yesterday, and could not get it to work. They know me at my NAPA store but will make it work for me. So I bring it to them and they say its bad grease in it (Valvoline ) and wont pump,or pressure the grease. I explained, I dont have a sales slip and bought it from (then) store mgr (John). Then they said after putting a new cartridge in it that it must be the diaphram went bad from the grease that was in it." Must be we cant store Valvoline grease in them"? Uhm! So they could tell it was brand new, it wasnt the old Valvoline grease's problem because they put the NAPA grease off the shelf in the new 715-1237 and it worked.?????
    So, if it wasnt the grease , it was the diaphram on the plunger, that sat in grease for them years,and now is no good......can I expect the same with the new one? Or is it the policy of NAPA for me to take the grease gun apart ,clean it and store the Plunger w/diaphram in the box it came in, throw the cartridge of grease out I just bought? I surely hope not. The store kept the one that was bad so they could throw it away??? Or warranty it and put the replacement one on the shelf to sell?? I think I need some justification for the money I spent for this latest gun. Seriously? (Bad Grease) ???

  59. went to napa mayport rd atlantic beach florida to get a alternator for a ford suv..was charged $230 + change that is with the core charges...charge to my credit card and was told that they will return to my credit card $66.00 if we return the alternator that's broken.. the guy said and I quote "bring back the receipt and your credit card and we will put it back ...I kept the receipt coz I was just lending the money to my roommate...I was out of town that weekend and he took back the part and had the personnel put it on his credit card..,my issue is that this person does not have the receipt and the card and they did not to bother to question him... if this is the practice of your store personnel how easy will that be to just charge it on any credit card without questioning....I should have went to advance or because since I gotten the wrong parts for my brakes I never wanted to get back with your store again coz the personnel are rude mostly of the time..

In the past couple years I've stopped in the Fife,Wa.store and both times the staff was RUDE and VERY unhelpful ,not to mention acted like I was unwelcome,like i was an inconvenience to be there.I wanted help this past time with a NAPA brand air tool and have been happy with the tool and proud to tell coworkers about it.!! But now thanks to the store in Fife and the tool broken I'm throwing it in the Garbage along with my business to ANY NAPA store period...!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED and the other Auto parts stores will Welcome my Business I.m sure

  61. Thank you to the Belfast Maine store. In a world where negativity rules I thought you might like to know you are indeed impressing customers.

    On Monday I purchased a part that cost $25 and some change and counted out the cash, a twenty and six ones, but as the parts man took my money into the till, he noted there was only six one dollar bills. Thinking I had miscounted, I gave him another twenty and headed out of the store. What had happened was, the twenty dropped to the floor and it was not until I was gone that the man noticed it, set it in the safe on the off chance I might come back.

    My wife did...and we were shocked when the man was honest and gave us our missing $20 bill back.

    We regret not getting the mans name, but the Belfast Maine Napa store has a customer for life!!

    My wife and I are Christians and admire honesty and integrity. In a negative world filled with people who complain just to get a buck off a part here or there, it is AN HONOR to send this email to you in the hopes that the Napa Corporation can in some way likewise motivate good customer service in some way to this parts man, or to the entire stores employees. If this is NOT something the company can do, then please let me know and I will personally do it, that is how impressed I am with a person who could have pocketed a $20 a bill and instead did the right thing.

    I was thinking along the lines of pizza for the whole crew.

Manager afraid of sexual harassment suits. A paint rep that knows nothing. Paint manager can't do anything. Employees telling managers what to do ! People being banned from shopping there. WTF are you doing Corporate. You idiots are opening yourselves up for a major lawsuit. Drug use rampant. Counter customers ignored. I, for one, are done with you. Art said no big deal.   65. I have been a Columbus OH area NAPA customer for over 40 years. Not anymore, I may go back but only as a last resort. The problem is a steady decline in product quality, and the 10% surcharge at the store over prices advertised online.

  67. I have never been more disrespected at a napa store before. Today visiting the napa store 42 Franklin st, frederick md 21701, i was looking for plugs and wires and the store manager looks at me and laughs in my face saying "you, a little girl, are going to change plugs and wires?... HAHAHAHA WHAT A F**ing joke" i was unable to catch his name as he was not wearing a name tag but was in the napa work shirt and jeans. What does my gender have to do with purchasing plugs and wires!? Then on top of that he tried to charge me $143.78 total price for a Belden 8 cyl. wire kit and 8 ACDelco spark plugs. Stock price for the wiring kit is 24.99 and stock price for each spark plug is 2.49. I needed 8 plugs so before tax it should have been 44.91 and the total i would have paid should have been 47.61. I simply turned around and left and ordered the parts off amazon for 20 bucks.

    1. NAPA motor mounts made in India are defective from the get go. Lasted about an hour after I spent hours replacing. I purchased one through the manufacturer and got my money back plus. I've been "Blacklisted" from my account and I'm planning on filing a complaint with our AG's office in the near future. I contacted corporate today, customer relations, accounts receivable and no one want's to tell me why my account is locked. Also, I've been disconnected about six times today, that I believe were intentional.
