Please. If you have to buy parts at Autozone DO NOT LET THE MANAGER ( JAMES MORRIS, i might not have the last name right ) HELP YOU! I CAME IN BECAUSE THE RIVETS THAT CAME WITH THE BRAKE SHOES I GOT WERE MISSING, JAMES MORRIS, WHO IN RETURN PLAYED STUPID AND HE WAS NO HELP IN ANYWAY, SAID THAT HE KNOWS BY EXPERIENCE THEY ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE BOX, I ASKED HIM TO SHOW ME A DIFFERENT BOX BUT BEFORE HE DID THAT, HE TURNED IT UPSIDE DOWN AND TOOK THE RIVETS OUT, LEFT THE BOX ON FRONT OF ME AND LEFT, THEN CAME BACK AND SAID: YOU SEE SIR THERE IS NOTHING ELSE INCLUDED IN THE BOX! WELL JAMES MORRIS I HAVE NEWS FOR YOU (UNIVERSAL TECHNICAL INSTITUTE). ANYWAY I DID NOT WANT TO ARGUE IN FRONT OF MY WIFE SO I TOLD HIM TO CALL ANOTHER STORE, WHICH HE DID BUT HE NEVER DIALED THE STORE NUMBER! SO I SAID JAMES "STOP F*****G AROUND AND DIAL" HE SAID OHH THEY HUNG UP ON ME. HE DIALED THE #. THIS TIME I GOT ON THE PHONE AND YES THE STORE IN 711 S GREENBAY CONFIRMED THAT THE BRAKE SHOES CAME WITH IT. JAMES STILL KEPT PLAYING HIS STUPID GAME AND THEN SAID " I JUST SELL THEM I DON'T MAKE THEM". CAN YOU BELIVE THAT JAMES MORRIS IS A MANAGER AT AUTOZONE. SHAME! ANYWAY please see a picture I posted here of refund receipt, so u know what happened is true. I can't wait for Monday so I can call corporate. Please if you can't avoid this location, look at the name tag, if it says James Morris you are not getting the help you Deserve. Please do call the Autozone Corporate! Thank you
i recently sent someone to autozone for an altenator they told him it was the battery i have special equipment for diagnosing automobile problems i have more than 30 years experience repairing automobiles of all types and when his battery goes dead again u will be replacing his altenator for free this has all been documented and sent to my lawyer in short stick to selling parts and let the mechanics diagnose the problems because i will never buy another part from you or send anyone to you if i live to be a hundred

I just read the story of your Virginia employee who retrieved his personal firearm and returned to the store in time to prevent a robbery and possibly harm to your store manager. The net result of his action was to be fired because it is against your company policy for a employee to have a firearm in the store. I understand it's your store and your job, plus the liability that goes with that. However, the young man involved acted responsibily and within the law. He has also served his country and is a USAF vet. Because of your actions I will no longer purchase any items from your stores and will encourage others to do the same. It's your right to fire him and it is my right to spend my money with your competition.
Instead of firing Devin Mclean you should promote him and make him head of your corporate security. He most probably saved the life of a fellow employee and your response is to fire him? Shame on you!
I will not shop in a place that welcomes robbers by firing heroes that stop them. Please put a sign in the stores stating your policy so the robbers can go were they feel safe. The Vet you fired will do just fine without the shackles of your obtuse management. I declare you Boycotted!
Let me think. An employee acts in a manner that saves fellow employees, saves the company from a possible wrongful death lawsuit and you FIRE him. You do this because you have a zero tolerance for weapons / guns for employees. Why not ban them in the possession of customers? Oh perhaps, because then we would KNOW about your non-sense. Well, now we know. I will now be driving twice the distance to the Advanced Auto parts with my business. Voting my principles with my dollars, just like you do with your policies.
