  1. Why do you make it so difficult to make a comment to corporate?

    I visit #0477 often since it is right in my neighborhood.

    Within the last two weeks:
    They did not have olives for martinis
    They did not have martini glasses
    They did not have flatbread for flatbread appetizer
    They did not have napkins.

    Is this good management?


  3. I love TGIF especially in the Wilow Grove Mall.
    There is an seating alcove right near the front door. In that area there are two very large panes of windows. Right next to that is the doorway. The one pane of glass is a hazardous because someone could walk right throught it. I believe that some type of advertisement should be placed on the glass to prevent and accident.   4. I visited the Leesburg, Virginia TGIF store and they removed the touch screen gaming machines. It boring, the TV is only on something interesting 20 percent of the time and if your by yourself or friends these nothing to do. Please put back the games.

  5. I was at the TGIF in Chicago near Midway Airpot. As I sat there trying to eat, 3 guys surrounded me asking me for money. All three were talking, distracting me and then bolted when they saw the Mgr come by. During this incident, my iPhone was stolen and all the Mgr could say was "They know they are not suppose to do things like that especially in the restaurant". REALLY?? They should do that anywhere, in or out of the restaurant. Those phones are expensive and theft is a could be a felony. Mgr even stated they probably stole it so they could sell it. No urgency to go after them as they were surrounding a customer. Makes me feel like maybe this Mgr was in on it or it happens so often maybe feels it's just not worth dong anything about it because they can't stop it.

  6. I was just there @ the block in orange, ca, on august 2, 2012 around 10:30pm with my friend mario and they denied giving him alcohol because they thought his passport was fake. He asked the waiter to speak with the manager and he was saying he denied him because he was missing stamp on his passport. My friend tells him to look @ the first page showing him a stamp and the manager keeps saying its missing a stamp and making a scene about it. The manager @ the tgi fridays location @ the block in orange california is a racist and has poor customer service. He did not think of a solution nor offer us to stay . He seemed to come to our table with his mind set on denying my friend and I service . I am going to be calling corporate tomorrow so this does not happen again to a future paying customer.

  8. it's complete bs that Fridays started out being a unique place to dine and now it has turned into every other boring restaurant. All the employees used to be able to dress to their own sense of style as long as they didnt drastically alter their uniform and now everyone looks the same. I am a regular bar customer at the fridays in Garland Texas and they always have a wonderful staff but things in there change so often with what they are allowed to wear or do or how they can act that its getting ridiculous. We used to love it when the staff would get off work and be able to sit down and have a beer with us but now they aren't even allowed to eat in their own restaurant. Why is this company trying to control their staff when they arent even clocked in? I still go into this Fridays at least once a week however i am not going in for the food or the drinks i go in for the service i receive while being there. Im not sure how the employees manage to stay so positive while working in a place that considers everyone the same and punishes the entire staff for one persons wrong doings but somehow they do. We love our Fridays bartenders even though they stay working for a company who doesnt care about them. Maybe corporate should ask they employees what would make people want to come into their restaurant instead of constantly switching out management and directors thinking this will somehow have a positive effect on the way people dine.

  9. Good afternoon,

    I am writing to issue a formal complaint for the quality of service my family and I received at your establishment during our visit Friday, August 24, 2012. This was a 16th Birthday celebration with a party of 15 guests. Our server Darius was extremely rude, the food was slow, many orders did not arrive at all (appetizers and entrees), no drinks were refilled or removed from the table unless we flagged him down and we were extremely unsatisfied with our service.

    The total party was 15, however, the bill was split 3 ways. EVERY ticket was incorrect. We had to contact the Manager on Duty (who refused to give his name, however, he is the Store Manager at the Friday's in Columbia, MD) In the end the Manager ended up removing several items from the bill, however, that only caused more confusion. As late meals and appetizers were removed, other items remained full price instead of being removed with the 3 for $16.99. This was a horrible experience. We each received three different bills, each one higher than the next.

    The worst was from our server Darius! After going back and forth to the manager about the bills being incorrect and poor service, we requested that the tip be removed from the bill. All in all there was a total gratuity tip of almost $40 that we did not feel our server deserved. When the Manager told Darius that there would be no tip, Darius then sat against the wall and said the following: "Ya'll came in this M***F****r, ya'll don't gotta tip me its whatever. Do what the f**k you do." He said this in front of the entire party- including our children. We have Security officers there that night to back up all that I have written. We were there quite some time trying to figure out the bill and have something done about Darius' behavior. The manager simply said "He said that?" and that we would have to contact corporate as this is not his store. He did NOTHING about the situation and REFUSED to give his information. None of the servers knew the manager's name and we were given a card that had absolutely no information on it and told to follow up!

    I have pictures of both Darius, our server, and the Manager on Duty for that evening. It is proof that we were there with them, and that they were both involved. Our party paid approximately $160 for the entire meal and we are shocked at the level of service received from the wait staff as well as management!

    I am requesting at the very least a credit for my family to come back to your establishment and receive the quality food and service we deserve!
    I wish to be contacted IMMEDIATELY about this situation. Neither Darius nor the manager on duty for that night deserves to work in this business.

  10. Tgi Fridays store number 223 (fort Myers , fl) bell tower shoppes. this was the worst dinning experience of my life. The staff was not friendly, the stuck my family and i in the furthest corner in the store. the sevrvice was slow. ok for the meal........ First my margarita tasted like nothing but salt. the appetizers were dry. my husband ordered the salmon and i had the steak. It tasted like they cooked them side by side. my sons fries tasted like dirt and the shrimp was over done. just a horrible meal all around. we spent almost 100 dollars on food that made our stomaches turn. I'm sorry to say that my family and i will NEVER eat at another Tgi Friday's ever again. Thanks!!!!!!!

    ON the night of October 13, 2012 We dined at this facility and were seated next to people that we knew. we requested to be seated next to the people we knew once the table was cleaned off merely for social purposes. at the end of our dining experience the table of patrons that we were seated next to and conversed with walked out without paying for their food. We payed our bill BUT were prohibited from leaving until we payed their bill as well. we were harassed by the police officer on duty (badge #3003) and harrassed by the manager and hostess (in a very unproffesional and rude manner) on duty as well. We were FORCED to pay $46.96 for a seperate check on a seperate table or we would be arrested. This unfortunately spoiled my husbands dinig experience on his birthday and we will NEVER visit this location again. I trust that you will repremand these workers so that no one else will ever have a dinig experience like ours again, and we will definitely spread the word that this facility is not a welcoming and comforting place to dine being as though we were basically robbed of our money simply for knowing patrons that were dining there before we even arrived and were not part of our party. We will be seeking legal action to be reimbursed for monies lost/stolen by TGI FRIDAYS and PG County Police.

  12. my husband and i had burgers at the Hobart In. store...they were flavorless and pre-packaged......they had no taste and the texture was wet.......Steak and Shake is way better..the server was very nice, but the food was way below need to go back...


  14. There was a TGIF here in Reno, Nv. Then it was shut down and turned into a Cheeseburger paradise. That shut down shortly. Now Reno is getting flooded with commercials for TGIF and we don't even have one. That really sucks, we truly enjoyed the food here in Reno. The parking lot was never empty.

  16. The airport location in San Antonio has servers selling drugs to each other. The computer systems don't send all orders to the kitchen and sometimes freeze up completely causing long waits to receive food or even to pay a check. The restaurant shuts down every time it rains. So many servers have quit recently that the ones remaining work double shifts. All these issues were reported to corporate and we ignored because it is a franchise.

  17. went to the naperville ill location off rt 59 at around 4pm. the waitress took our drink and
    food order at the same time. the drinks were delivered and that is were the service stopped. we
    waited 25 minutes before the nachos came and they were cold. 15 minutes later my wife went to
    find the waitress so our dinner would not be cold. the manager came over and said sorry for
    the cold nachos. the dinner came but the waitress was nowhere to be found anymore . her name
    was Caitlin. this was to be a special dinner for my wife and i, and she did a great job f*cking
    it up. we even had to pay for our food at the front where they greet you. an experience we want
    to forget. after visiting tgi fridays since 1981, we are done . no more. you lost us as loyal

  19. To start off my night two of my friends accumpanied me to eat dinner at TGIF. Our host was respectful and our server seemed as though she was too. My tables orders weren't very extensive but did consist of no onion on my burger, and also a salad consisting of just lettuce and a side of ranch. When it came time to recieving our food my friends salad was wrong and so was my burger. I can not stand the consistancy of onions, fried or regular, which is why I requested them to be left off even though there was a sauce on the burger which contained onion. Upon recieving my burger completely covered in onions the server did not ask if we needed anything else or showed concern for my burger. So I set it aside til she came back and began to eat my "unlimited" fries since it was monday. Once she came back she noticed my burfer was untouched I told her it had onions on it. She took it to the back and brought it back up seconds later. Opening the burger to my surprise were half the onions just simple scraped off. I didn't even get a new burger! Whem she returned once again to see my displeasure witht the burger I said the onions were still on it. And she l left to get a manager and to push us off on someone else to not have to deal with our table any further. When a woman named victoria came over I was shocked to realize she was a manager at theis establishment for she had no qualifications. She was rude, was quick to blame me a customer for any excuse she could find into why my order was messed up, and also did not show any courtesy towards returning customers which are now no longer. Though only meal was comped there were multiple other thing that were very disgusting. Such as my silverware was fused together by dried food I'm guessing from just throwing ithem in a washing machine and not precleaning them. I also did not get a second helping of fries which I should gotten since my plate was empty and they were screwing up my order. I saw just don't waste your time at theis establishment they are very selfish and inconsiderate.


  21. It appears to be a common thing with TGIFridays to receive complaints, I am here to add mine. Last night my husband and I decided to have dinner at tgi Fridays,(Boynton Beach, Fl). wow, what a mistake! One we wont make again. I ordered the bruschetta chicken dish, which I might add I have had many times before. Usually a delicious dish but last night it was drowned in balsamic glaze,tiny little chunks of tomato and the chicken breast was so thin and small that it was hard. They also gave us garlic bread with the dish in the past , this time no bread and when I asked the waitress what about bread? she replied we don't give garlic bread anymore with the dish, but we have bread sticks that you could have for an additional .99 cents! Really? Pay extra for bread, that should already come with the dish? I don't think so, and whats up with the 8 oz. beer mugs? $4.29 for an 8 oz. beer? What happened to TGI Fridays/ AND PLEASE don't cite the economy! That excuse is used and abused. Bad Management and bad corporate decisions are what is taking this chain to the dumper! What a shame! All good things must come to an end! I guess it really is true that good help is hard to find.

  23. I had been seeing the TGI Friday's commercial all week. They were advertising the 2 for $10 special, with these mouth watering chicken & shrimp skewers. On sunday I visited the oakpark Illinois location anticipating this delicious dish! Only guess what? This dish was not offered on their menu. Imagine my dissapointment! The waitress toldus she hhadn't even seen the commercial. I asked to speak to the manager but he never even came to the table! He just kept sending the waitress back with excuses! I'm never going there again!

    I had no issues or complaints until I was ready to leave. When the waitress came over with my check, I advised her that there was something on there that I did not order nor received. She snatched my check out of my hands and told me she will just take it off. I was so shocked. When she came back to the table, I asked her why would she snatched something so rudely from someone's hands. She then told me if she did snatch it, she didn't mean to. She tried to walk away and I told her to get the manager. When the manager, Jessica, came over, she was just as rude. She then told me I will not speak about her employee in any negative way. I told her I would call corporate and the manager advised me she too would call corporate and let them know I would be calling. I paid for my meal and left the establishment. It was the most humiliating experience I have ever had to deal with.
    Employee's name was Jackie and the manager's name was Jessica.

    So I received a phonecall due to a charge on my american express credit card of 454.00 from a fraud transaction at a girls clothing shop called anthropologie at south beach. My only recent transactions where at tgi fridays twice. So I went over to fridays to see if the manager "Tong" could help me find out the employee who did this as it is highly illegal. Instead of offering to check the cameras or receipts from the date I went there as shown on my bank statement as well as the time. He remained nonchalant and said he can't check any cameras as it "violates the privacy of the servers there" it was extremely RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL from a MANAGER to respond with this type of attitude even stating that the waiter can even take the credit card into the bathroom and he wouldn't know. This is ILLEGAL and horrible service he literally did not care to try to help and acted like it happens all the time. I go alot to this restaurant since I get promotions in the mail. Never again will I return. As TONG the manager is not concerned with credit card fraud ordeals in this restaurant. Location is at (11401 nw 12th st miami fl, at the dolphin mall)

  26. Central Valley, NJ: THIS LOCATION SMELLS LIKE URINE. Wow...where do I start with such a bad meal? My CX and Shrimp dinner looked nothing like the pic in the menu. My CX breast fit in the palm of my hand. Mgr told me 3.5 oz cx serving was corp policy. For $16 !!!!!!! Portions were not even close. I took pics of my own dinner but am disappointed I can't post them here. LISTEN PLEASE!! TGIF SUCKS. Period. Poor menu, poor portions, poor tasting. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER TGIF AGAIN. (In this case, I cannot blame our good server for such poor food.) CEO's do your jobs! I will be damned if I will work 50+ hours a week to give you one more dime of my hard earned money.

    On July 18, 2014 in Hagerstown, MD; my family and I ordered our dinner andto my surprise we got some extra items with our order. I ordered a club sandwich and when I opened it to add toppins two baby spiders crawled out of it. When the manager came over to our table he offered to bring me another sandwich. Once he returned, my son's order of JD Chicken had hair cooked into the chicken (several strands), and this was discovered in front of the manager. Next, while the manager was still standing in front of our table ants were seen crawling on the table, and the ketchup bottle; (several). This was so nasty and all the manager offered to do was move our table across the isle, and comp our meal. "What meal"? We didn't order and this was just NASTY.

  29. The TGI Friday's in Aurora Co. is a horrible place to work, they treat their employees like they are slaves. They work you to death for hours at a time without any consideration that you might need a break because you been on your feet all day or maybe your just need something to eat. They don't seem to honor Colorado Labor Laws. They don't think employees are worthy for a lunch break or hell even a 10 min break and to top it off when you get ready to leave, when your scheduled to leave, the manager tells you can't leave until she say so. Who the hell is she, she's not your parent! Just your boss.

  30. I think there is funny business going on at Corporate Fridays. Especially at the one in Burleson. I've heard complaints about a lack of money and staff. How can a company as big as Fridays have a lack of money? Every time I pass by that place they seem fairly busy. What's going on?!?

My family and I visited TGIF on wake forest road in Raleigh,NCwhen we got there hostess were standing outside smoking some was actually sitting down on the stairwell leading up to the bar we were seated quite quickly which was not a problem the atmosphere of the facility was dark gloomy dirty the table we sat at was sticky and dirty the lady that took orders was quite knowledgeable but she smelled like smoke. We oordered the Endless apps but the waitress kind of seemed like she was only interested in giving us more apps as you pass by the table it would take about 30minutes or so to bring the appetizers to us,the staff didn't care about the Patrons there they were too busy going out smoking laughing joking amongst themselves in front of the dining hall I feel that at TGIF you all should either walk in as patrons and not let them know that you are coming that way you vould see how yoit facility is being represented. bad neighborhood or it's just not represented because people seem to kind of hang out it just makes it feel like no one really wants to come there to eat on any given day between the hours of 6 and 9 would probably be the best time to visit restaurant on any occasion is probably going to be busy but at the same time you can kind of see how to start when is being ran there was no leadership there management seems to be at least they seem like they didn't kill themselves so for me I won't be visiting TV is anymore and it was one of my favorite restaurants but because of last night's display of lack of leadership lack of caring not really really need to keep it clean I won't be visiting their family any longer my name is Carol L David-Crooms my number is 910-264-3545 my email address is [email protected]

  33. Mother's Day at Friday's started out bad and got progressively worse as the night went on. From a 35 minute wait when we were told no MORE than 20 minutes, getting to a filthy table with drinks spilled on the floor, and having to stand there while they cleaned it up, to never getting all our appetizers, or the sauces that went with them. Had to ask FIVE times for the missing ones, and still NEVER got the sauces! One person in our party didn't get her drink AT ALL. One person's ice was completely melted when he FINALLY got his. Brought the wrong food to one member FOUR TIMES. Everyone else was finished before his even got there. Brought me the wrong food,(i ordered the strawberry fields salad with grilled chicken) then, they CHARGED me $2.49 for the chicken (which they brought me cold in a plate and told me to put it in there myself) was on the back page of the menu for $7.99 INCLUDING the chicken. Called the manager over. He gave me coupons for a free appetizer on a future visit, and took $10 off an OVER $100.00 tab! Could he BE more generous for RUINING my Mother's Day??? The people at the next table where also voicing their displeasure for not getting their food right. Wrote to Corporate, no reply. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO FRIDAY'S??? i've been going to Friday's since there was only one in Maryland and an hour away from my home. I HAVE never HAD A PROBLEM LIKE THIS!! ALL my friends and family give me gift cards for every occasion because they know i go there constantly. Sad to say, i don't think this will be on my list of restaurants anymore. And i will discourage all my friends and family from going there as well.

  34. Wallkill,NY On vacation in NY. Took family to Fridays. We had the best time here. The food and service was fantastic! The servers were friendly and helpful.
    My only problem is that I was billed twice!
    Having a problem getting a refund. On second day of calls instead of enjoying my vacation.
    The manager is trying to get me a refund but corporate isn't being very helpful.
