  2. I had a terrible experience with the location nearest my home. My husband went in on lunch break to get fitted for his tux and the sales Rep placed the order. Which we couldn't use our coupon because it was on sale for $200 for the day... $40 off was all my coupon was for. So then we called to get his measurements and the guy had wrote down the jacket size incorrectly. He had 36 instead of 46. This was a Thursday. Big difference on a special order! The tux wad supposed to be in the following Tuesday. It didn't come in until Thursday, a week later and 2 days before the wedding. They didn't open it or show him any items, just sent him home. I asked him to check it and sure enough they ordered a bow tie whick we specifically said we did not want!! Then was told Friday (day before wedding) they might be able to have it by Saturday and hopefully by the time it started. The woman at the store kept saying there was no problem.. I disagreed and she just kept saying it over and over. Finally she ordered it and said she would bring it to him. I was not happy with the service or lack of concern. Plus your policy on items being ordered for a rush includes a charge... where is the compensation for their carelessness and disregard of the customer? Never again will we go back there!!

  3. I had an experience that is totally unacceptable. Went to the Hyannis Ma store on Monday April 30th to purchase a suit for a wedding, was fitted and told to return May 8th for pick up,on that day they told me that the suit had yet to be altered that i needed to wait 90-120 minutes, after explaining that was unacceptable they agreed to deliver the suit to me the next day,May 9th,thinking everything would be ok I agreed. On the next day I tried the suit on, I could not button the pants, the legs where too short and the coat had been altered to small. i called the store and was told I could bring it in on Saturday and they could re alter the suit, but the wedding is Saturday and that does not work for me, and was told that there was nothing they could further do to help me, so I called the 1 800 # spoke with a person who basically said im out of luck, he did try to get me a 50 dollar store credit, but I told him I needed the suit for Saturday the 12th, he said there is nothing he could do and when I asked about a full refund, said he couldnt guarantee that, put me on hold and hung up. What a way to do business

  5. Most of the suit descriptions on menswarehouse.com are completely incorrect and misleading. Also any time one tries to leave a negative review for one of the suits it is immediately removed from the website. All of menswarehouse.com is designed to lie to, deceive, and ripoff the consumer.

  6. Every time I visit the store at 9445 hwy 6 N, the customer service I receive from the sales associates is great however when I interact with the African American female manager she's rude, has a nasty disposition, and she's not customer service friendly. It seems like she doesn’t want my business or wants me in the store. She never speaks and has a unfriendly look on her face. I walked into the store the other day and she just looked at me and turned away! Wow great customer service, I will never spend another dime in that store!

  8. The manager by the name of Omar Sheriff at the Forest Hills, Queens, NY location was not only rude but had no idea what he was talking about. Not only did he lie to my face but spoke dirt about me infront of customers and staff as soon as I walked out of the store. Corporate should really look into having this gentleman step down from his position. I would never shop at Men's warehouse again.

  9. My son went to the Bayside, NY Mens Warehouse for a suit. He is short and portly. I saw on the website that they had suits on sale. He went in and was greeted by a salesman. The salesman helped him with a suit. My son had a budget of $200. The suit the saleman gave him was $500. My son asked if there was anyother suit that might accommodate his budget. The salesman told him "No Way". My son then asked if he had a $300 suit. Again, the salesman said, "No Way". In you next commercial, please inform the public that your store is for the 1%, not the 99%. You do not have suits for the average working person that does not wear a suit everyday. Your prices are exhorbitant and your employees need a lesson in accommodation and salemanship.

The in store mwh.crdit card would have given you and your son more pruchase power sir. If by chance and only by chance if you purchased something..
Please return to any of the stores and we'll return from crdit card (yours) or cash (yours) and we'll return for the mwh crdit card instead so your'll get the purchaseing promise. Which is for every $500 you'll recv. $50 bucks in mail. when able.

  10. I had a very bad experience with the Mens Warehouse in the Peabody MA store near me...All of the 10 tuxes that were ordered for our wedding parents and all the parents were wrong...Not one of the tuxes was measured or ordered right, no ones tux fit...My brother wears a size 32 waste and they ordered him a size 40 waste really who does that...The ring bearers tux was ordered all wrong sizes and was not even ready until the morning of the wedding. Everyone elses tux was ordered in the wrong size, and the grooms tux's pants were one leg shorter than the other and it was very noticable. I called and complained and all the manager whos name is Goerge did was argue with me the whole time on the phone...Im sorry but I work with the public everyday and our main goal is to make the customer happy and his customer service was terrible, thats not how a manager should take care of customers...I will never recommend Mens Wearhouse to anyone ever!

  11. Nick, a Ass. Manager at the Gresham Station MW in Gresham, OR, was very rude to me, lied to me, wasn't helpful, and said his co-worker Megan has only been there a couple of months and doesn't know what she was doing, tells me that they need help over there with personnel. He through his co-worker under the bus for nothing, and made himself sound stupid and very unprofessional! Then I spoke to the manager after Megan called me back as I requested, telling her what happened, she didn't know what to say, pasted me along to the manager David, who said it was to late to pull my order from there store and would not be charged a rush fee, a rush fee for what?? Then I called the Clackamas Store and got the help I needed instantly, no back talk, no rudeness, no lies! They said it was no problem to change my order to there store and ordered initially what I had called in the first place to order before I was treated like a second class citizen. So I pulled my order from there store and will necer use that location again! If anyone lives in OR and wants a good MW DO NOT go to the Gresham Station MW. Drive 15 extra minutes to Clackamas. They have class! and excellent customer service! Nick in Gresham should be fired, an Ass. Manager talking to customers 17 days before the wedding like your stupid and don't deserve respect, I hope he learned his lesson after they lost my business because of him!

  17. The store in quakertown,pa is horrible! The managers there are so rude and disrespectful. There is a women melody and a man ken that are managers.i witnessed them speak horribly about one of their employees right in the middle of the store, and they were not so quite! I couldn't believe the things they were saying. Im sure the employee could hear them too..it happened a few times as i was in the store for quite sometime shopping around. The employee would ask if something was correct or for help and the two managers were smart speaking back as.if the employee was stupid or a burden for asking questions. At mens Wearhouse they talk how they are a team and that store did not act as that. Everyone was talking about one another and not so friendly to other customers. They should clean house and bring in people who know how to.act in the work world. I will never go there again.

I have purchased most of my clothes from Mens Wearhouse and I have to say that they need to stop importing their shirts from Indonesia! You would think that the high prices we pay for their clothing they could at least provide American made clothes! they would definitely last long! I had purchased a couple dress shirts from them before whore out way to soon so I went back to the Hillsboro OR. store and showed them. I told them that I wasn't happy with the length of time before the shirts started wearing out. The manager hassled with me for awhile befor he finally said to go and pick out another shirt for free. I also purchased two more shirts at the same time at $59.00 a whack and guess what, all three of the shirts started ripping and wearing out way to soon. I called the manager at the Hillsboro, OR. store and told them about my issue regarding the shirts. I told him I wouldn't be back to buy anymore shirts from mens wearhouse anymore and he said that was fine because he isn't going to replace them for free anymore! WOW, are you kidding!! They replaced one shirt once when it whore out to early. I'm not trying to get free clothes my concern is when you spend $50.00 to $60.00 dollars for a shirt I would expect the shirt to last longer than three months. STOP WASTING YOUR MONEY AT MENS WEARHOUSE! a Walmart shirt will last you ten times longer and it will only cost you maybe $10 to 15 dollars!!!!

  19. I got married over the weekend with mens wearhouse in Coon Rapids, MN. 8 tuxes in all and we had suspenders with missing plastic teeth making them unusable, suspenders with rust on them when we moved the metal adjuster pieces, shirts with the 3 bottom buttons missing making them unsuable, cufflings compltely missing, cupplings with missing jewels or jewels that fell out, a vest with a button that fell off during pictures. When we returned our tuxes and tried to express our mishaps we were told "you are good to go". I will be looking elsewhere and directing friends elsewhere in the future as I am the first in my group to get married.

  20. I recently walked into your Springfield, PA store for the first time in about two years. The difference in service was noticeable at that point. My past experiences with this store was that multiple employees were trying to help you at once. Not this time. There was 3 enmployees talking to each other, and it seems like I was a bother because I broke up their conversation. After about 20 mins walking around your store, someone finally approached me to see if I needed help. I informed him that I had a specific suit in mind that I saw on your website that was for sale. He informed there on the spot that the store didn't have it. He proceeded to measure my shoulders and that was all. He went to the computer found the suit at another store, and said he would ship it to this store after I paid. I asked him how he knew my waist size, he proceeded to tell me that I'm somewere between a. 40 & 46. Never once did he measure. He was more interested in getting me out the door. Which I was glad to do, even though I wanted to pick up a few dress shirts. I bought the shirts at Macy's down the street because I didn't want to be a bother.

5 minutes before my brother's wedding, my pants split wide open...I was the best man...the top button of my brothers vest, fell off... We had another member in our party, in his pants ripped.. Plus my shoe strings broke....the pastor gave me a stapler, I had to go to a back room...take the pants off, turn them inside out and staple them back together. ..

So on Sunday April 21 2013..I returned my tux...I tell this guy..he says " o wow, really " he never apologize he wasn't sympathetic to the situation and it seems like he didn't care at all...I asked how was he going to make this right and he said there is nothing that he is going to-do. .. he didn't even offer a coupon...

  23. Mens wearhouse is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I started as a customer at their West Palm Beach location, took all the groomsment to be fitted and the groom aswell. A couple weeks later, the manager Angel called and said that the grooms tux was in t be fitted ( because he was buying it rather than renting). We drove the hour trip and arrived at the store. When we arrived, someone different was at the counter than we had orginally dealt with and said he didn't know that there was a suit for someone in the back. When he finally found it, it was WAY TOO BIG!
The associate said that it would have to be reordered in a different size and that it would be in again in another week (not worrying too much at this point because we were still 3 months from the wedding). We waited a week, no call...another week, still no call...after 3 weeks if waiting, the manager calls to ask why my groom never came in to try on the tux that had come in 3 weeks earlier! when we told him we did , he scrambled to find a reason that there was confusion and said he would call right back, it' been 2 months and he stil hasn't called.
After all that hassle, we deceiced to try the mens wearhouse closer to home, because all of our groomsmens had placed orders and been fitted so we didnt want to drag them through that again.
Instead my groom and I drove to the location closer to us, had him refitted and had a new order put in.Since we were stil 2 months out at this point, we figured all would be corrected and we would be on our way....so WRONG!!!!
Two weeks again at the 30 day mark til the wedding, I asked my groom to call and see if the suit had come in, they said not yet (the Jensen Beach, Fl store) and told him it should be in 2 weeks before the wedding so he would have time to be tailored if needed.
Now we are two weeks from my wedding and he has NO TUX!!! They never placed an order for him and it is a complete disaster...I don't know how this company stays in business, but I will be reporting them to the better business bureau right after I write this.

  24. I went to the Fayetteville, Ga store to pick up my son's tuxedo. I told the salesgirl, Amber, that I had come to pick up my son's prom tuxedo. She asked me why didn't I bring him with me in a disgusted tone of voice. I asked if they had measured him. She said yes but the tux may not fit, etc. (Last year he did not go with me to pick it up.) Then I asked her what the 8 different charges were for on the receipt. (He reserved it by himself) $206.40 She was really irate then. She went down the list rapidly. The only thing that I heard was pocket something.( Not square or hankie) I asked what that was and she looked at me like I was supposed to know. She does not need to be in customer service if she doesn't know how to treat people. So much for the $40 off coupon. The $40 was added back in additional charges plus.

There were 15 people waiting to try on their tux with a 45 minute wait. The store staff handled it well and were pleasant. I had a little problem with the vest and tie but the store manager went above and beyond and she was able to fix everything. Great Customer Service which is something you do not find anymore.

I have been trading as a customer for many years. I once had a personal store charge. Now there are credit card charges. This time dated 06/11/2013, I stopped at the Men's Warehouse at 1500 South Willow St. in Manchester, NH03103, a nice sales person named Jesse Cummings waited on me. The store happened to have a 2 for 1 price sale. I received 2 pairs of Lucky jeans, to me nothing special just a light blue & the other one a little darker, & I also bought 2 belts to fit around the jeans, the total price was a wopping $161.99 much more then I ever had to pay for 2 pairs of jeans & 2 of the same belts. Last week I went to the Men's Warehouse once again to see if they had any chino mens trousers. Unfortunately, for me even on the sale rack there were none to be had in my size of 54 or 52/30. Maria helped me this time as Jesse was busy, but Jesse did greet me as did Maria. Both Jesse & Maria are professional people that have greeted me with respect, not knowing me personally. Maria called me yesterday 06/24/2013, she advised me that there are no chino's available in my size in corporate wear
house or where ever you get your chino's, that winter stock is coming in, , then I called her back to ask if there was any more Lucky jeans available left over from the sale of 2 for 1, She said there were 2 jeans left over, so I asked her how much are they she stated $60.00 each which is what I paid on 6/11/2013, I just happened to call the store because I did not want to travel many miles from the other side of Derry, NH to the Mall of NH to Men's Warehouse, the first man that answered, told me that Maria was gone for the day. I could not quite hear his voice, I asked for his name, he said something too quickly for me to hear wearing 2 hearing aids, then he gave me to another man that said he was the manager? He was a wise guy, he told me that the 2 pairs of jeans were designer jeans that the Lucky pair was $119.00 & the other pair was $75.00 or 2 for $150.00/ I told him, what do you think I am wealthy to pay $119.00 or 2 for $150.00? The jeans that were marked at $119.00 were left over from the sale I just purchased on 6/11/13. I told him there are no jeans worth $119.00 to me. Allow me to give you a little back ground on me & my situation. I am a retired Marine with 3 tours in Nam in the 60's. I was a self-employed gentleman businessman for 50 years owning 5 major companies, since 2010, I have retired, not by choice. I lost just about everything after being involved in a tractor trailer accident in which I was forced into bk & losing my home in Derry, NH after paying for 15 years plus my tractor trailer business & 18 vehicles, I am living on a very limited social security. I do not have the kind of money that your store demands I pay for a pair of jeans at $119.00 or even $75.00/ as far as I am concerned ever since the higher costs of utilities have become higher & higher, everything seems to also match higher costs. With the attitude that I received from 2 of your store employees Not Marie or Jesse, I should be given the 2 pairs of trousers for free of charge. I am not a happy person being that this is the only store in New Hampshire that has my size in trousers. & I do not like how I look as your commercial shows! Something has to be done with the other employees & I should receive a letter stating that I should have never been mistreated on the telephone as I was, to pay $119.00 or $75.00 for a pair of jeans, that I was told I would pay %60.00 each. As a previous customer & recent customer, I should receive these jeans for zero owed as a gift from you to me, also seeing that I will be 68 on July 6th of this year, thank you Sincerely Martin H. 37. On June 11, 2013 I visited 1 your Men's Warehouse Store on 1500 South Willow Street in Manchester, New Hampshire 03103. I met Jesse Cummings ( JC205 ) he was great, he found me 2 pairs of Lucky jeans at 2 for 1 sale of $119.00 for 2 pairs. & 2 belts the same color & the same style in black with double belt loops. all at size 54/30 & 56 on the belts. The total cost of all these items was $161.99/ a little high for my taste & budget. Seeing that I can not find any where jeans at my size, I bought them. I went back to the Men's Warehouse last week to ask if they had more jeans or chino's, they only had 50/30 which was cut small & did not fit, I was greeted by Maria which is a very nice beautiful young lady. She also is very knowledgeable like Jesse. Maria advised me that she had no chino's trousers in my size. She would call the company to see if they had any in my size of either 54/30 or 52/30. Maria called me back to advise me that there were no chino's any where. I asked her if she could find me some jeans, she did & told me they are $60.00 each. I just happened to call the store before I took the long ride from Derry, NH to Manchester, NH Mall of NH which for me is a distance. I was told Maria is not working that day, yesterday. I was then told by the first man that answered the phone that there are 2 pairs of jeans waiting for me to pick up, I made sure the prices & was told not what Maria said that were $60.00 but one was $119.00 & the other was $75.00 or 2 for $150.00, I told him that I was told $60 each, he then gave the phone to another man where he told me in a very fresh manner, that the jeans are in fact $119.00 & $75.00. After talking to him being told that I was wrong & being told on the phone that the prices are what is on the ticket, I told him I would get in touch with corporate of the under handed business they are doing there, does your manager know you are over charging? The jeans are left over from the previous sale of 2 pairs for $119.00 not 1 pair for $119.00 that I just previously bought on 6/11/2013. With the disagreement & fresh way who ever the other 2 men working at the Mall of NH Men's Ware House store in Manchester, NH are, they should take lessons from Maria & Jesse on manners & becoming a better sales person. With the stress I was put though, Mr Zimmer should give me the 2 pairs of jeans for free! Allow me to give you some back ground on me. I am a retired Marine a Veteran with 3 tours in Nam back in the 60's. I am also a retired business with 5 businesses. I never gave my customers a hard time either in person especially on the phone. I have always shown respect with everyone I talk to, unless they show me a non-respectful attitude as these 2 men did on the phone. Now being retired from all 5 companies, I have lost everything, my home for 15 years, living at the age of 67 on a very limited social security. I can not afford to pay the higher prices that your sales people want now that the 2 for 1 at $119.00 is over. What do you say to me Mr. Zimmer? & I am not a happy camper & I do not like the way I look, oh by the way the store did not have 4 x fitting shirts in short sleeve when I went there to buy jeans. sincerely Martin H. 1. I didn't read any of the comments until I left mine this evening..We just sat here talking about tag lines and identities that are created by effective advertising..Motel 6...Tom Bodette..We'll leave the light on for ya!! When ever we travel and we do travel a lot..you can almost always find a Motel 6 for an unscheduled stop..Same with Mens Warehouse..what on earth were they thinking? That man was Mens Warehouse..that voice, his look..it made people want to shop there because they thought they were buying from him..he made it personal...Well I wonder too how their advertising choices are working for them now...not good I am sure of that!!

  40. I had the unfortunate displeasure of visiting K&G Fashion Superstore of Wayne, NJ today (6/28/13) and received one of the most horrific experiences of my life. The store's manager, Mr. Terry Reynolds, is a highly "unprofessional condescending" snob whom shouldn't be managing anything except his time while studying for his Anger Management certification. IF anyone is interesting in exactly what my complaint is about please contact K&G corporate headquarters as it will be in receipt of my formal complaint very shortly. I for one will never shop there again and will reach out to 150k+ of my constituents to inform them to also not shop there unless and/or until the store manager formally apologize for his unprofessional behavior or resigns from his position.

This complaint will be disseminated as widely as possible.

I am in the process of filing a formal complaint to your corporate headquarters in hopes that the sort of disrespect that I had the displeasure of experiencing today from Wayne, NJ Super-Store Manager - Terry Reynolds - is never experienced again by any of your customers regardless of their economic, political, or other status.

As a retired 30-year veteran of the US Army, and an active Adjunct Professor at a local County Community College, being disrespected by anyone and especially while shopping at a K&G Fashion Superstore is an abomination.

  41. I am writing to thank Mr. Michael Tokarz of the Men's Wearhouse in Bloomingdale Illinois for his exemplary customer service. I discovered that I had not packed my dress pants for a funeral I was attending and had less than an hour to find something suitable. My wife and I did not know where I could find a pair of pants at the last minute but drove down the street looking for a store that could help me. We saw a UPS truck unloading boxes at the Men's Wearhouse and rushed into the store, which had not yet opened for business that day. Mr. Tokarz was able to find me a well fitting pair of slacks and belt and I was able to make it to the funeral with time to spare. I greatly appreciate the help I received and commend the store and it's manager for the help.

  42. I am writing in total displeasure with the service and attitude of the clerk. Why I am writing this I do not know because I know that nothing will be done. I visited the Champaign, Illinois store just the other day and was amazed that there was not one male employee working in the facility. It was some time before being approached if there was something they could help me with. The sales girl did not even listen to me when I told her my size for pants and indicated that I did not know what I was talking about. Upon selecting 2 pair to try on, I was told that I could not look at any others until she determined what size I needed.

So off to the dressing room I go with no further communication from her and when I returned I informed her that the sizes she gave me which were my sizes were way too small she was put out. She proceeded to tell her boss in front of my girl friend that she did not want to wait on customers and she should have been at the register.

She totally missed a big sale as I wanted to look at a jacket as well. I ended up with 2 shirts and a bottle of cologne that I wanted all for $149.50 and that is with a $40.00 supposed discount. Besides I had rto wait for her to finish another customer that was in the system tying up the register because they had not paid and were undecided on what they wanted. So, another 25 minutes before I could pay. The second register was not working. They have only three girls working there with a lot of customers just walking out because of the lack of service, I should have been one of them. Never again will I go there again.

  43. So how is the new advertising working for ya? Your identity was..that deep voice, well groomed, good looking guy.."Your gonna like the way you look..I guarantee it"...That was Mens Warehouse..It of course is your business. I can only speak as a consumer and a person who has been is sales management and marketing for many years.. the maturity meant stability...too bad for you...I think your company lost out...and it is pretty clear looking at some of the comments here...

  45. I went to the Totowa, Nj location of Men's Warehouse on Friday, 10/18/13. I had to purchase suits for my son and my husband. It was my first time at the location. We walked in anmd it was not overly crowed. A very nice gentleman approched us and told me that his manager would be right with us (he was assisting 2 other gentleman). I heard him yell over to his manager she was a female at the counter - and made her aware that we needed her assistance. She SCREAMED back through the store that she was BUSY and we would need to wait! needless to say 30 minutes later we were still waiting.....We left and I purchased suits elsewhere. I called the Corporate office to complain this morning and a gentleman - told me he was sorry and he would log my complaint. Doubt it......Never again,.....I would think in this day and age and the economy the way it is - they woould value there customers....especially because they are not cheap. it is there loss ....and someone else gain....

  46. I recently rented a Tux from the Snellville Ga. location. The employees were to be commended. THE PRODUCT WAS TERRIBLE I would recommend that if you need to rent anything DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY. The pants waist adjuster would not hold and it had to be pinned, I did not even use the shirt because it had a ring around the collar, the vest was not even a FULL vest it was something you would have rented from a Halloween costume shop and looked worse. When I went to put the handkerchief in the top pocket of the jacket it had a rubber in it. The jacket was obviously not properly cleaned. The shoes were cheep with rubber soles that made it impossible to dance in. One of the other members of the wedding party had to return his suit because of a rip in the jacket. You would expect this from some cheep company but not MW we paid top dollar for these tux, we could have gotten them a lot cheaper at some schlock rental company and after this little experience I wish we had. When I brought the suit back I voiced my complaint to a very accommodating store manager ( I slapped the rubber in his hand) and told him where I found it, he of course was as mad as I was but all he could do is offer a 50% refund, better than nothing, I guess. I will not only never rent there again, but after years of using this haberdashery, I will never purchase anything there again, as it almost ruined the wedding.

  47. Well after reading the comments and reviews of other customers, it is perfectly understandable why K&G Fashions has such GOD AWFUL customer service!!!!!!!!!!! The parent company is just as bad if not worse!!!!! I challenge the CEO of Men's Warehouse and the parent of K&G Fashion to improve customer service for all of the organizations companies. Or maybe the company should be looking into replacing the CEO as he/she has extremely poor knowledge of customer service if this type of behavior is allowed. I had a complaint representative waste my time for over an hour trying to talk me out of wanting the parent company address as opposed to giving me the address. His explanation was that his department was more than capable of handling my complaint yet this was 9th complaint in two months. The only thing this company complaint resolution department is capable of handling is lying to consumers and displaying just how ignorant they are in communication and how poor their customer service skills are! What did the HR department do draw individuals names from a hat and hire them. Both stores have such horrible service it is a wonder they are still in business. But then this is becoming the way of America, hire the ignorant idiots and ignore the smart educated and experienced, REAL smart Mens Warehouse! Tauren and Brad advised that Men's Warehouse shut the K&G Fashion website down because I filed too many complaints, well complaints would not be needed if they could be honest or poses the skills and ability to maintain their inventory! Yet to my understanding hundreds of individuals filed complaints many many times, because the webmaster and IT department had no clue as to how to update the online inventory. REALLY? My 3 year old grandson would run circles around the idiots at both K&G Fashion and Men's Warehouse! Don't just shut one aspect of the company down...............SHUT THE WHOLE COMPANY DOWN!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THE WORST EMPLOYEES ON EARTH. There is a such thing as mystery shopping and this organization could definitely benefit from the services provided by mystery shopping companies if they are seriously concerned about their image, which appears they are not! However, they definitely need to be at the top of the NARMS, SASSIE, and ICC Designs list just to name a few.

Men's Wear house... When ever we are to purchase a suit for my husband, no other place could match this place. This WAS the PAST....Would not have thought of any other place. However, a loyal customer we are, with a recent unpleasant experience on today. Not only to have just left a funeral, we were purchasing this suit for the second family funeral on Saturday. Walked in, stated to the young man, after he greeted us, that we are here to purchase a black suit. He directed us to a female by the name Kimberly Howard. To add... she should be WAS, again we will find out after I blast her on here and corporate. Stated.. here to purchase a black suit, she replied ok and directed us to the area. If this is how Men's wear house have to sell a suit by having your sales associate wear skits with a split nearly to see her private, and flirting with your husband in my presence, the company must correct this ASAP. Not only did she walk like her darn hips was broken, she knew he was behind her, and bend over as he stated her rear end touching his private. Racks were close while looking I knew she was a little too darn close. As a professional lady in the community, I nearly unglued, however, I held it. As well, she seemed to not get the color we asked for and kept trying to push other colors or a sale that we did not want. Injecting herself into a conversation my husband and I were discussing about the color for the funeral. My statement to her was after being upset of her misconduct, was I truly don't understand why you are not understand we stated Black. Not blue, grey etc....Black. With all said, We have purchased from this store several times. If this is the tactic to sell a suit, directing your associate to make a sale by rubbing their ASS on men..... to make the sale, well someone needs to change this selling point. After my husband and I discussed the situation, we returned the items, and asked that the 810.94 sale be refunded. I'm not in business to pay a commission for a particle lap dance, from any of your associates. Even after him stating to her in the fitting area, I only need the suit, no tie or shirt, she commence to throw the measuring tape around his neck to measure for a shirt. She's either INCOMPETENT, SLOW TO UNDERSTAND A CUSTOMER, OR I JUST KNOW NO OTHER WORDS TO PLACE ON HER ABILITIES. The Men's wear house has fallen and truly not up to the standards that it once considered their customers as first. Respect needs order to the company for it to continue to survive. After today March 19, 2014, this will be the last time we will ever walk into this store, or any Men's wear house for a purchase. I agree with Carol........SHUT THE WHOLE COMPANY DOWN!!!!!!!!! WORST EMPLOYEES ON EARTH. Surly not caring for the customers NEEDS, AS WELL VERY INAPPORATATE, to allow female HOES to work in the industry just to make a buck. Lake Charles Store # 1406.

  49. Im very disappointed with all the service I received when I visited the store and when I tried to find out where my tux was. The lady that wrote everything down was very unfriendly and kept rolling her eyes at my girlfriend when all my girlfriend was doing was trying to make sure everything was correct. That same lady told me and my girlfriend that the tux should arrive a couple weeks before the date of prom and to come in as soon as possible because the week of the event is very busy. After a month of nothing and the date two weeks away I started a live chat online who continued to tell me that I was misinformed and the tux would arrive two days before the deadline. She said the tux still has not been shipped and when I asked where it was being shipped from she said "I do not know the location of the warehouse" This didnt make sense because she works for mens warehouse how does she not know where it is. So I googled it and found all these bad reviews on the website. Now im stressing out because people are constantly saying how things were wrong, wrong sizes and wrong accesories, and then bad costumer service when they were brought back to the store. I dont agree with that behavior especially from a major corporation. Very disappointed.

  50. I just left the Brighton Ma store for round two of picking up a tux for my sons prom. Just like last year the jacket didnt fit, last year the sleeves were too short this year there was a small rip in the jacket that I was was told was not a big deal. After asking for another jacket to be ordered and apparently completly annoying the manager named Tony he agreed to order it. I was told to come in anytime after 12:00 so we arrived at 1:15 to find the jacket still in the box and wrinkled. Once agan I irritated Tony by asking him to steam the jacket becasue I didnt think it should be given to us in that condition. He went out back for a few minutes came back with the jacket in a travel bag and said we were all set. I asked to see the jacket that clearly was not steamed so being the annoying customer that I am I asked Tony to resteam the jacket which be did with his rotten attitude! After deciding to just take the jacket and leave not once did he apologize for us having to come back a secongd time or for us having to wait while he pretended to steam the jacket. This man is so rude and condescending he needs to learn how to deal with the public. He is a poor frontiline person for your company. If poor service and ignorance is what Mens Wearhouse is going for then you have the right person as the manager if not then you should really visit this store especially during the busy prom season to see how he treats customers. Every now and then please and thank you might work for Tony as well.

  51. The Mens Warehouse in Melbourne, Fl. has the worse customer service of any mens store. My husband went in a few months ago to get measured for our sons wedding. They got to the front door and TWO EMPLOYEES were out front smoking, which was very unprofessional, They told my husband they were on their 15 minute break and that he could leave and come back after they break. He was so surprised that they said that, he told them no he would wait for them to finish their cigarettes and they could than go into the store and wait on him. We own a business and we know how employees should treat customers and what they said is not right. WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. A locally owned business in Brevard County.

I bought 2 suits from the kalamazoo michigan. The service the was poor. t was as though I was wasting his time. At the wedding on one suite all of the buttons started to fall off. One pair of pants was never taken in and the other was taken in to far. Now when we picked them up I asked to try them on before we left. The man there said that there was no room to try them on. I brouht the suites back the next day after trying them on and they said it would be about an hour or two before someone could help me. came back later and then it was it will take 4 weeks to fix the pants. I didn't have that much time. I had to go home call someone to take the pants in and pay for it. I wouldn't suggest them to anyone
