    I some what like your product but everone I talk to tell me that I'am Breaking up they can't understand what I'm saying I get droped calls I've changed phones 3 different times the same thing each time I'm really getting tired I think you need to get some more bugs out of it befor uou put anything else out on the market

This is exactly what happened to me..I called customer service, explained to them what IS happening, the problems..I was disconnected...they don't want to address the problem, they only want to take your money.....every call I now make gets disconnected within 2 minutes, there is NO such thing as customer service....IF you decide to go ahead with them anyway...you had better NOT pay a few years in advance....you have been warned!!!

  2. Even after you subscribe to magic jack you still get 100's of email solititaions. Magic jack says they cannot control these marketers even though they autorized the solicitation for these commission or fee agents.

  3. saw Magic Jack on TV and thought it might be just what we needed to cut our phone costs with AT&T, but it was $81.64 NOT $19.95 as advertized.We gave a Magic jack agent our credit card information and were suppose to be billed in 30 days. Magic Jack took the entire amount out of our account immediately, they could wait 30 days.So we informed Magic Jack via Email that we wanted to cancle to purchase and they Emailed us back saying that a refund would be made at once. That was over 10 days ago and no refund yet, Tonight we got a call from Magic Jack and were told to call (561)594-9925 which is suppose to be their billing department in West Palm Beach, Florida at 570 Georgia Avenue. We were also given 6 other phone numbers to call, none of which were in order (not working). Todate there has been no refund so we're turning the matter over to our bank for follow-up and a refund. Since we are lawyers, we could being a lawsuit, but what lawyer in his/her right mind would being a lawsuit over $81.64, Certainly not us, we've already got enough lawsuits go to say grace over.

    6. I think Magic should be put out of business because they are stealing and committing fraud. Any lawyer willing to take this on could probably get enough case together of fraud. I myself am looking into engaging the authorized and see what my rights are as they are holding my account hostage after shipping two order due to their website issue. How is it legal to have a website glitch and charge someone twice.

  4. They misrepresented the product to me as being able to have more than one number active at the same time on the same unit. I asked these questions before I purchased. Now I tried to hook up the unit and they informed me that is not possible. This was after 4 customer service reps and over 2 hours on-line. The last rep (Abraham) got smart with me and shut the chat down before any resolution. Now I have one of my numbers ported over they have my VISA number and no resolution. Darn info commercials. Now they sell it at Radio Shack.

I purchased this product without knowing all of the tricks this company has for customers after you purchase their product such as when there is an offer for a new or upgraded product you have to pay the full price for the new one with no provisions for the existing one you have that you won't or can't use with just one computer. You could almost or put this in the scam/fraud catagory. i suggest you check all of the background on this company before you purchase anything. not like i did. did not look thoroughly.

  6. To date I have not been able to find where this company is actually located. It is so well hidden that you would think it is located at area 51. Who are these people and who am I doing business with. Am I sending money to a terrorist organization? I have tried to locate the actual server in an effort to discover who these people are. Most companies are very forth coming about who they are. These people get you a non existent Corporate Headquarters in Israel followed by an empty lot in Florida. I think these people are just one guy working out of his garage some place in the United States. It this is the case, why all the deception. I do business with one man companies all the time with no problems.

  7. I had many problem with the magic jack since I had purchased it. The called continue to break up. Every time I call in for repair they send me through the same process repeatedly and constantly ignore feedback where I inform them these actions were done already. This time I received a email from the doctor office claiming that the number is blocking her calls from being able to go through. I called from a different number and it told me the number 214-230-0439 is disconnected. I paid for a service in which is diconnected from caller to be able to contact me. Not even the voicemail picks up. I have repeatedly had concerns involving the operations involved in the magic jack due to the device not working as promised. I feel you should send me the wall jack for free considering the amount of problem I have had with the original magic jack. Also considering that I had received much faller in it's performance. Connection has been less than satisfactory. I even had to pay for a change of my internet speed. I also have had complaints stating that a women been answering my phone number from a Manager friend of mind whom work at the bank of America.

  9. Be thankful if your system works. Mine did for more than a year, but as of two days ago, they disconnected my phone number although I have a pre-paid 5 year plan. They told me that the phone number costs an additional $10 a year and I am willing to pay it. But... they can't seem to process payments - no... let me correct that. They processed 7 payments for 10.48 (I don't know why $10.00 equals $10.48), however they do not have the ability to undo the problem they created by expiring my number.

    From my perspective, the technology is good. It worked most of the time for me and it even worked in strange internet cafe's where I just plugged it in and used the microphone and headset. What some people say about the choppy calls only happens rarely for me when the connection is wired and a bit more often when using wifi.

    The support system, accounting system, live-help and management are the problems. These are weak, error prone, unskilled and absent respectively. Forget contacting the company or its mangement. They are vapour and make a living from flim-flam. Only use a good bank's credit card that can repudiate any over charges and DON'T make this your primary phone.

  10. One of the worst companies in the world. No one to talk to and a chatting service that is doing nothing but frustrate you more. While they rae paid for 2 years and account is showing that, you keep receiving annoying messages that your phone subscription is expired because you have not paid the fees. They have created a very annoying phrase that is:"Your account is under review". You can not do anything until review has done and any attemp you make will only delay this review. By other words they are telling customers to stay at their mercy. I am wondering how these people can do business in US without paying any attention to any US business laws, and they can keep going and going and ripping off the people. Imagine the millions numbers of jacks they have sold, millions frustrated customers that have paid them at least $19.95 for 1 year service, and they have or feel no obligation to respond. Something somewhere is wrong big.

  11. I believe this company shall be sued for at least $100 million based on mulpractice and business frauds. They have sold millions of jacks first for $49.95, now the jack plus for 69.95 plus annual service fees and then with bad customer relations, hassles and caused frustration for customers force them to leave the service and get no money back. Additionally their system is established on some tricky way that barely anybody can talk with a person, and this is one of the reason that customers quit the service and they make more money.
    I am ready to provide any law firm all my experiences and records and I am sure millions of others to sue this company

  12. Be advised that Magic Jack has changed their terms of service and any money you put into an international calling account with them now expires in 6 months.

    Yes they added it to the TOS but they never bothered to contact customers to tell them that it had been added and instead seem to expect customers to read their TOS every month to see what changes might take place.

    Having just added money to my account, I was amazed that even the receipt did not specify that the money in the account would expire in 6 months.

    While I am otherwise happy with my Magic Jack, I feel they should tell customers ahead of time before just taking their unused money out of their accounts.

    1. Do you know when they changed that aspect of their TOS? I put $40 on at the end of last year only to learn today that it expired (I used under $5). It isn't anywhere on their web-page, nor in the confirmation email.

    I'm unable to speak to corporate office in 5700 Georgia Ave.
    West Palm Beach, Fl 33405 Corporate Phone Number: 1-561-722-0433, I get routed to a Magicjack voice mail stating "this mailbox is full". After 45 minutes with the MJ Customer Service Department, I was told "they have met my contract" and they can fix this problem by issuing a new phone number." They then dropped the connection and they will not speak any longer and disconnect. The Live Chat does the same call center script!!. I have had my original number since 2008 and Have paid in advance for services til 2015. I have hundreds of dollars in advertising of business cards, flyers and a internet site. As they advertise a internet service and number you select!! I have paid for this, I am not receiving this, is this not a violation of their contract with me?

  14. It seems that there are thousands of customers who have been fooled or wronged by this scam VOIP provider called MagicJack. I have visited a number of websites and blogs in which disgruntled commentators are voicing their anger and relating all types of horrific stories as a result of being cheated and lied to by magicJack. Rhetoric, however, does not lead anywhere, but if we embark on a collective endeavor, the company will succumb. I have been contacted by a number of dissatisfied customers of MagicJack who are willing to sign a petition and to join any kind of concrete action against the company. I think we need to initiate a BBB complaint to be followed by a collective lawsuit. The company is headquartered in Florida:

    1. I will join with you. They advertise that you can upgrade from your current subscription. What they DON'T tell you is that you LOSE whatever remaining service you have - I should have had 19 months credit as I just renewed in April, but their chat tech #1 told me to go to hell, #2 hung up on me, #3 disconnected without responding, #4 refused to let me speak with her supervisor. They are CROOKS and should be convicted of FRAUD.

  15. Like other commnentators, I have no faith in MJ. They are untrustworthy, they have no scruples and they should be boycotted. When they promise something, it is their way of lying to customers. Have you heard of this company http://www.nettalk.com/en? I have read some positive comments about their services and I think you might consider paying their website a visit. This might be a better alternative to MJ.

I think that everyone should begin banding together and making official complaints to the Attorney General's office of the state in which they are located, and also to the Florida Attorney General's office, if that is indeed where they are located. I am not giving up. This company is making millions of dollars off of American consumers and there is no kind of recourse for their actions.

  17. I went on line to renew my account and used a prepaid debit card and was told that transaction failed. They took the money off mt debit card and when I called to see why my account as not accepted, I was told a prepaid debt card was not acceptable. Why then did the deduct from card.

  22. This company is in Israel... I had the service last year it was working fine then all of a sudden they cancelled our service and claimed our account was being reviewed and NEVER got back to us. That of course was AFTER they charged us $90. My father in law requested we purchase a MagicJack for him and wouldn't you know it... they won't activate it claiming it is under review but that was AFTER they took our money. When I requested a number to speak with someone they give us the run around. I researched this company it is an Israeli company. They say they have an office in Palm Beach, Florida. I contacted that number and a recording comes on saying to go online and go through this bullshit all over again. This company is a fraud and should be shut down. I will be sending a letter to the attorney general and will join any class action lawsuit as well.

I am trying to renew my number and have been doing so for several weeks, I have talked to their chat representatives 4 times with the same canned answer, the account is under review, just what the hell is there to review??? Just let me pay the damn bill for $10 and be done with it but all the jerking around they have caused me and for what? I also have a nettalk account and have had no issues what so ever, unfortunately I purchased the MJ first and nettalk second, what a error that was. I suggest that anyone in the future shop around as there are number of alternatives to MJ without the hassle.

  29. This evening, I spent over two hours with customer service LIVE CHAT trying to solve a situation with a mistake that I made in renewing my subscription to Magic Jack. It's a long story but in a nut shell...I had a device that broke (one name) it was replace and it has a similar name v2.0. I renewed my subscription to the one that was broken and MJ cannot or will not give credit or transfer to THE SAME account. This doesn't make any sense.
    To make matters worse, I spoke to one LIVE CHAT representative who hung up on me when I asked for manager. The supervisor (FRANCINE) was NO help and offered NO solutions minus reading my service contract and SHE TOO hung up on me.

  30. Number one about every statement MJ makes in advertising and on their website is either false misleading or a down right lie. I had my MJ hooked up for ten minutes before it started costing me more than advertised. I couldn't even call my own land line from in my house without a pre paid card. It was disconnected in 15 minutes and after two days with LIVECHAT which I printed out, will be file Credit Card Fraud and interstate internet fraud with the Kansas Attorney General. I am also filing FCC and Federal Trade Commission complaints. I be damned if this company will get away with trying to rip me off.

  31. I have spent many hours on "live chat," most of the time waiting for a reply.. The tech support people are always courteous, but they appear to be doing something other than live chatting with me. Also, they appear to have a standard set of trouble shooting steps to go through each time, e.g. unplug and replug the device, reinstall the software, etc., regardless of the nature of the problem. The most ridiculous, though, was to reverse the ends of the phone cord! As if the phone cord could be installed backwards! When asked for a refund, they said one is not possible outside of the 30 days, so the year of patience I have had with them has cost me the fee for 5 years of premium service. I will explore legal options and am willing to support a class action suit.

  33. I have been TRYING for 3 days to register my magicJack Plus. I live in Canada and have to pay an extra $10 for a Canadian number. The credit card information section tells me that the credit card number is invalid which, obviously, it is not! I too, have had staff hang up on me? One minute there, next minute gone...and more than once. This is really, really bad. I am so angry as this phone would have been perfect for my needs. Anyway, let's hope the store will take it back.

  34. I am extremely frustrated with Magic Jack and its terrible customer service. When I purchased my product in April 2012, MJ had told me that this phone number/device was previously purchased and activated in December 2011 and they could not back track the additional months on my MJ.. hence rather than having 12 months I had 8 months. There was a "no return" policy at the store I purchased my MJ, so the error was on MJ's side. All I got from the online customer service was "there is nothing they can do..." and a 'tough luck' kind of an attitude. Now, even though I got ripped off... I decided to renew my year, and like many of you, it is not allowing me to. I was also online with the Customer Service for at least 2 hours, and nothing was resolved. It is just so frustrating how- I am an individual willing and ready to spend my hard earned money for a service provided is being dinked around and not being helped FOR THE SECOND TIME IN A ROW. I am disgusted and will get to the bottom of this- This comes as close to a scam as I can see....

I am going to make a scene at every store that carries their product and track down the CEO like a dog and give him a piece of my mind, personally. Also, I am going to small claims court and sue them for doing this. They have just made an enemy for life. People in this country need to start confronting this kind of treatment, Magic Jack (Offs) should be put OUT of Business?

  37. So far my Majic Jack is working very well. I only have it for around 4 days or so. My phone number was transported in one day. I am very frustrated with "chat" help. They are useless. If you request a senior tech support agent they can help. I think the "chat" people are not in this country and do not understand English and just refer to someone else and then get back to you. Also I refused the first MajicJack I purchased online because I went to Best Buy and was able to set it up quickly. Majic Jack promised me a full refund including the postage if I refuse the package and send it back. We'll see. I bought it with my American Express Card and they will credit me back what I paid and go after Majic Jack for the money if they don't refund my money.

    2. My service on the MJ+ has improved since I got it in 2013.

      It works as well as a cell phone in quality of voice and a few rare (1 in 100) odd glitches but $30 a year instead of per month is fine. As good a service as circa 1970's AT&T house phones.

      Yeah, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. But $30 a YEAR...
      I guess Magic Jack has improved since 2012 and some people seem to expect a lot more from a company that is charging 1/12th the cost of other home phone numbers.

    Then I seemed to be on a perpetual two-three hour chat,once,twice,three times per month, with the dumbest ignorant POS,israel can hire!I am fixing to sue them,so that they will have to send some human form to a courtroom.i do not take lightly the crap being done to me. I have to have a phone that works(medical reasons).
    They seem deliberate in their phone problems and they can fix the problem and week or less repeat the whole thing,phone is crap,worked great first year been a pos ever sense.My MJ will not call their corporate office.So,small claims court is next step.I have plenty of time to pursue this and have started to do just that!
    This is an outrage and my elected representatives had better get involved or the next election they will not like my speaking at their gathering for VOTES!!!

    but can't send a replacement without getting my name and address by US Mail. In this day and age ,how stupid is that? A guy named BILLY wouldn't take my address on live chat! Besides when I gave him my Magic Jack phone number, my name and email address, shouldn't he be able to get my address?

  42. I have been "under Review" for 18 months. I don't think there is a "Review Department", just a word to steal your money and your service. Talked to corporate and they never heard of a Review Department nor could they tell me the NAME of anyone that work there. It started one day when plugging in MJ, showed my number as *010064835* and since then, only promises and excuses and more promises and excuses. A pox on them. I am sure that they are waiting for my subscription to run out and keep my money. They need to be sued!

  43. I ordered the 2014 magicjack on 10.13.13 and paid extra dollars to have it rushed. The device was shipped 10.14.13 . I'm assuming rush/express is 3 business days. Well, this is the 4th day so chat with the agent on live chat. Some of my questions she couldn't even answer. I had to find the answers via online and send it to her. Then she agreed that I was correct that for rush or express it will 2 to four business days per their policy. However, when I told her I should receive the device today only to be told that I should receive the device on 10.21.13. It made me very furious so she said, 'one moment please' and then she transferred me to one their best agent. What is he or she's gonnay say, sorry when in fact they've already debited my account for $67.75.

  44. I am so upset I could scream. I spent 10 hours on the telephone with 7 different representatives, attempting to fix my service. LTK11153018374541X is one of the ticket numbers, and there are many more. I spent almost 10 hours going through the same thing over and over again. On one occasion I was just flat out disrespected by one of your representatives. If you will look at the transmissions from all day and night you will see that I was more than patient with your people. I hold a Dr. of Divinity, I missed two classes teaching, waiting for a resolution. Everything I looked around a different person was sending me through the exact same procedure that I felt was written down and for them to follow, if this then that. I am extremely disappointed. I was told I could get a replacement device, that was a nice jesture, but than I was told an additional shipping charge was going to be tacked on. After spending all day and all night with countless reps who could not solve my problem. someone should have said that they woyuld send a new unit to me free of charge. In stead the arrogance and just down right rudeness really bothers me. I cancelledmy subscription with Time Warner to be treated in this fashion. I could just forget about this whole thing and renew my subscription with Time Warner and forget the $32.00 I have already spent. I just wanted someone to know how the customer is being treated. I know you did not become a leader in your field with personnel treating customers as unimportant. If you will look at all the transmissions from all day and night you will see my reason for being upset.

I hold a Dr. of Divinity, I missed two classes teaching, waiting for a resolution. Everything I looked around a different person was sending me through the exact same procedure that I felt was written down and for them to follow, if this then that. I am extremely disappointed. I was told I could get a replacement device, that was a nice jesture, but than I was told an additional shipping charge was going to be tacked on. After spending all day and all night with countless reps who could not solve my problem. someone should have said that they woyuld send a new unit to me free of charge. In stead the arrogance and just down right rudeness really bothers me. I cancelledmy subscription with Time Warner to be treated in this fashion. I could just forget about this whole thing and renew my subscription with Time Warner and forget the $32.00 I have already spent. I just wanted someone to know how the customer is being treated. I know you did not become a leader in your field with personnel treating customers as unimportant. If you will look at all the transmissions from all day and night you will see my reason for being upset.

  46. How can MagicJack call what they refer to as CUSTOMER SERVICE anything like that. Now that I see they are located in Isreal realize they are able to hide and do not have to really be anything like customer service.

    MJ wants to gyp people out of time and money. I allowed my account to expire at the end of the year in September 2013. Today I decided to start an account and MJ Customer Service wants to start the account from September altho I haven't used the service in over a month since it expired.

    How sleazy is that for customer service?

  47. MJ is just just as the above the above stated. I was on chat and told my phone would in the family room would
    work, because my router in in my office. So my husband and I went to Wall Mart and bought a MJ plus.
    Spent most of the morning trying to contact customer service. We are Senior Citizen and can't have a jackass
    co. dibbling in our account. I discovered no customer service and can't get a hold of anyone, so MJ goes back to Wall Mart. I hope someone is smarter than me PLEASE check!!!!

I'm not trying to save MJ, since I experienced some challenges in the past, but I can convey that I'm one of the early users of MJ- it is by far the cheapest and most reliable source of communication if you know how to use it, I'm constantly calling internationally, and I mean daily-for only $20/mo or less, how can any other phone company beat that price?. not Skype since its UK money, I'm using every free communication app/software out there in the market including OOMA.
    try CHAT to resolve issues with MJ, they are very good at assisting you with any issues, sometimes they will send you to the top 10% but that is okay, a little patience pays a bundle.

  50. This is the most horrible company I have dealt with. I started having issues when I got a new magic jack and registered it to replace the old one which did not happen and I started getting billed for both. I had to complain to the credit card company to get my money back because magic jack just kept running me around and that started the issue which has now gone on for months. My account is under review so I cannot renew my phone number or my magic jack and have gotten every excuse in the world with no true answer as to what is going on. Corporate customer service has hung up on me and I am done with this company and am changing phone service as it all works fine till you have an issue then wtch out.....

  51. I have never seen a company like this. They high jacked my home phone line, causing all incoming calls to be stopped at one ring, followed by a message to the caller: "Magic Jack says the recipient is not available....".
    I have never even looked at getting Magic Jack - I have no need.
    I have killed numerous hours the past 3 days, trying to actually talk to someone other than a billing person,
    without success. I spent 2 hours online with their supposed Tech Support, with them saying it is my carrier who is at fault. How can they be responsible for what Magic Jack has done???
    In the meantime, I can't receive calls on my home line.
    When I again called the so-called customer service, after waiting 45 minutes to have someone actually answer the phone, was told that the only way I could talk to anyone besides her was online chat.
    All they have to do is call my number to hear the message - they refuse.
    Even though this is apparently a company in Israel, I have to believe that the FCC is going to be interested - my next call.

    1. Sounds like someone identify thefted your home phone. Someone that wanted to cause you grief as I don't see how it would be of help to a random person to grab your phone number. They still have to pay Magic Jack.

  52. In December I bought a MJ for my office to handle my incoming faxes. At the time, I was informed by MJ that eFax had frozen my account and I had to call them. I did. They told me they didn't own the number. The port request had to be sent to:

    port@j2.com

    The folks in Ireland own the numbers and porting requests MUST go through them.

    Do you think - after almost 5 months - I can get Magic Jack to do this?

    I don't care anymore. My home MJ no longer works and my office MJ NEVER worked. I would like to return the items - both of them - and get a full refund, but guess what?

    So let me know if there's a class action suit. I'll be happy to join.

  53. MJ Technical Support Problem
    I have been using Majic Jack for a couple of years. Lasst week my caller ID stopped working. I contacted technical support and used live chat to explain my problem. They will only provide support through live chat. I was told they were working on technical issues to correct the problem but after giving them access to my computer they then told me that my computer was hacked and needed to be fixed in order for the MJ to start working again when their technical issues were fixed. They then switched me over to another support group and they proceeded to "fix" my computer and charged my $300. I waited 5 days for the MJ technical issues to be fixed, seeing no caller ID I then contacted technical support again. They then checked my computer and told me that I needed to have my computer "fixed" because it was hacked. I thanked them for letting me know that the computer fix was never done and that I would deny the charge when the bill comes in. The experience that I had appears to be a scam. If MJ wants to check this out and correct the problem I welcome them to do so. They can find my contact information by looking at a recent service contact number LTK111530121538878X.

  54. It's sad that MJ has a good product but horrific customer service. They put you on hold for eternity. Every time you try the online help they say let me put you on with one of our top ten associates. This means you just got screwed and they are jerking your chain. MJ stole my credit card info and made charges on the card that even they couldn't account for. I denied the $100 charge and now they put my account under review which means I can't add service. After noticing the last comment, I see this customer had the same issue with their account getting hacked. MJ gives foreigners a bad name with their shady customer service. BEWARE!!

  55. i have had a magicjack for about 3yrs and service has been ok. i got a magicjack plus, and that's when things changed. i have been trying to get it connect for about a year. i called 1888-304-3449 to help again and got a man name abby id#4205 who came in on my computer and said he would fix it. he controled the computer saiding he was finding out what was wrong with it. he was all over my screen turning the computer on and off. after about 15min he said my computer needed fixing andhe could fix it and them my magicjack would work. i told him if my computer needed work i would get outside help all i needed him to do was get the magicjack working. he double talked me for about 5 more minutes before i hung. i am writing the corporate office at: MagicJack USA YMAX Corp. 5700 Georgia Ave, West Palm Beach Fl. 33405 and if they do not help me i am calling the attorney general

  56. I have been using 2 Magic Jacks for 3 years now. 1 is plugged in my wired router. The other 1 is plugged in my computer. Of course I have 2 different phone numbers. The time or 2 when i used live chat, my problem were fixed very quick. I recommend Magic Jack to everyone. I myself couldn't be happier with Magic Jack.
    For the people who say that they get "dropped" OR "calls breaking up" This happened to me for 1 day, until I updated my modem drivers. After updating these drivers. I'm good to go.
    Great product! Great service Magic Jack. I also like the new updated look.

  57. It's true some people have never had the problems that many people cite. I've had a couple MJ's for years even using a third one for my spouse who was living in a foreign country and it worked pretty well although at time the connection was choppy and unacceptable, so we resorted to on-line texting. It was an OK way to let the other person know I was in the mood to chat.
    My first "red flag" about the slimy ethics of the MJ (Ymax) Corporation was when they offered me an MJplus for a discounted. I was interested until I learned that I would only get the 1 year's service that came with the MJplus and I couldn't keep the almost 4 additional years I had paid for.
    After hearing the complaints of people being ripped off by MJ, I prayed to god, I didn't develop an issue with them and get my account "under review" ... which never gets resolved. I have some theories about MJ corporate policy: 1) there really is no group of agents known as the "Top Ten" they just hand you off to another equally untrained and inept agent, 2) There is nobody dealing with "accounts under review" that's just a phrase to get you to shut up and get off the chat. 3) The expression "our engineers are working on it" means nothing is being done to resolve the issue, but hopefully you'll accept that lie and get off the phone/chat. 4) as long as their ripping off a certain portion of their customer base $100.00 or less apiece, nobody is going to file a class action suit (which they totally deserve) because people have been threatening it since 2010 and as far as I can tell no one has done it, so I'm sure Dan Borislow is content to continue "business as usual". I actually lost any remaining respect I may have had for Dan B when he was quoted as calling his nearest competitor (NETTALK) a piece of $#!+
