  1. is there a way i can email the corporate headquarters? i see alot of people asking for this type of contact information yet ive not come across of it . i have a complaint about one of the kfc locations in florida and i want to make sure im getting ahold of the right persons.

  2. The service at store #23139 in North Manchester, Indiana is always very slow. I sometimes go inside and sometimes drive thru. Every time my wait after I order is at least15 minutes. Today I went inside and ordered a four piece dinner with the usual no wing. About 20 minutes later a lady came to the dining area with my food and explained that they put an extra piece of chicken in because of the wait. She handed me this huge party pack. I told her I only ordered 4 pieces and she said she was told a 12 piece is what I wanted and just take it as I didn't pay for it anyway. While I was eating other people came in and ordered, not many so there wasn't a huge rush or anything. They were getting very impatient and was making comments about the wait. This is normal for this location. It's a small town so they aren't usually very busy. The food prep area was very dirty in full view of the customer. Not good. All employees were very confused as to what was going on. Nobody was able to step up and take control of the situation. Definite chaos was going on. I have always loved your product and will continue to go there. Is there anything anybody can do from the corporate level to correct this ongoing problem? Something really should be done. I'm very tired of this.

  3. i have tried for two hrs to get through the phone line at the kfc on vernon avenue in kinston n.c. it just rings and rings and nobody bothers to answer. i know they may be busy but come on how many employees are there working there. this is poor service that they can't answer the phone

Ive been eating at KFC for years, The USA stores are great, the Canadian stores taste terrible, and bland, it doesnt even taste like chicken, and your right you cant talk to any one at head office or any one who will talk to you on a phone, there is no email address any where, is this the biggest kiss off or what, you would think they would want to know what there food tastes like,

  6. the store at 520 main street Lewisville TX is the worst. If this is who KFC wants as there partner they should investigate this store. This store gives KFC a bad rep. I grew up on KFC from Chula Vista CA. Iv always enjoyed the meal. But the one i speak of in TX is well they are always out of things no matter what time of day they treat you like your one of there friends on the street. yo hey that's the way it is. iv talked with the workers and they are very nice it's they have no work ethic. It seems like they have no upper management to show them how to run the place. I highly encourage you to look at this place if this is who you want representing you then you have lost site of what your company was built on.   7. Its hard to believe that a corporate would run a company the way they do. The kfc at Macon Mo is so bad that I wish they would just shut it down and start over. The manager at that store has no ideal of what she is doning. Ive been there twice to eat and the food was bad and the inside was nasty. The floors looked like they havent been cleaned and there was food still on some of the tables. I had to ask for the food since we had ordered the buffet...its was hard to believe that when you order the buffet you shouldn't have to ask for the food. The people where to envolved in what they did instead of the customers. I have read most of the comments of others and i do agree with them. Customers come first not the all mighty dollar. If you have a clean place and happy workers then you will have happy customers. No company should loose that insight of there company.

  9. I am a little upset to say the least. I was in St Vincent and the Grenadines about a week ago and was appalled to know that your company is into slave labor. The employees of KFC in ST Vincent make approximately 25 EC (Eastern Caribbean dollars) a day which equal to about $9.29 (US) a day no matter how long they work. I have a family member that worked from 8am to after midnight during the Christmas season with any overtime. The bad part about the whole thing is they can’t even afford three pieces of chicken because it cost more than their days pay. I was shocked. I will never eat at your restaurant again and I will make it my life work to let everyone know what is going on.

    12 piece chicken bought and arrive home with legs and thighs.Go back to store and it's corrected with no problem.

    12 piece chicken bought 2 weeks later,got to my truck and counted 8 pieces.Went back in store where person that waited on me told me that he had counted them as he put them in the bucket and assured me there where 12 pieces in the bucket.Got home,dumped bucket out and counted EIGHT(8) pieces of chicken.Go back to the store and the manager walks up wanting to help me and the boy who waited on me telling her"Ohhhhhhhhh it's my fault,I'll take care of it".

    377South off I20 for 7 years now and had been spending round 25 dollars every week are so.Been extatic with the service up untill 2 weeks ago when the first blooper hit,but after this second time he deliberately lie to me and that is unacceptable.It doesn't take a third with me.I WILL find another kind of chicken to eat and I dought you will ever see another penny out of my pocket in one of your stores again.

  13. This is in regards to store # G135075 at 5681 Memorial Dr, Stone Mountain, GA. First of all, the service is extremely slow, absolutely unbelievable. There was only two people ahead of me and I waited almost 30 minutes before getting my order taken. I asked for a ten piece (Drumstick legs and thighs) original recipe for $9.99. It occurred to me after they were suspiciously unable to accommodate my order, that they were almost out of original recipe chicken. This was not the first time I had experienced mess at this at this particular store. It was 6:30PM EST and I requested more thighs than legs this time, since most times I'm given more legs than thighs.They told me that they could only give me five thighs and five legs, but strangely inquired if I would like to get a ten piece mix for $16.99 instead. I replied with no thanks and asked why? There was silence and oddly no suggestion that they would cook more if I would wait. I was disappointed! When I left my house I had been told to pick up ten pieces chicken and a two piece fish combo meal for the family. However, after the poor service, I decides to get only the two piece original recipe special with mash potatoes for $5.49. AND I only got this because I had buildup a taste for KFC chicken and it was the closest KFC store near my home. I left unsatisfied and headed for Popeye's Chicken. Please stay tuned, because I'm sure there will be more from me about this particular store.

  15. I have a major complaint with the KFC in McMinnville TN. I was in the store and couldn't believe what I was wittnessing. A customer came in from the drive thru and asked who the manager was and why someone was getting smart with him. She spoke up and said I'm the store manager and I will find out who did. Well the guy in drive thru said he called me a smartass and she called the boys name out
    Tucker. Well Tucker then became loud and asking the customer if he wanted to take it outside and the man told him he didn't want to do that. I'm surprise to see the boy didn't get fired and we left and won't be back . Is this how kfc treats the customers? I will make sure to let everyone I know what's going on at the KFC when employees treaten customers and the store manager let's this happen. Maybe if it was on utube or facebook someone will do something about it.

  17. We stopped going to KFC because the stores here in northern Virginia were always dirty and not kept up. The chicken always left us wanting chicken from the other big chain chicken stor, and on a few occasions the employees were hard to understand.

    Today we decided to try a different KFC store in Chantilly VA, and their new skinless chicken. 1. We didn't get what we ordered and 2. We paid more than the advertised sign outside the dive in window promised. We tried talking to the lady at the window, but could not understand what she was trying to explain to us because her accent was so strong.

    The chicken was a joke...really. The chicken had skin on it (we ordered boneless and skinless). To make matters worse it was overcooked to the point the breading was almost black.

    Say "Good Bye" forever KFC......I hope other customers will join me in our move to the other real southern chicken store...Popeyes is the best!

  18. I live in Arvada,Co and one of your stores has the worst customer service that I have ever seen in a KFC. We have 2 other stores that are awesome. Sometimes there is no one out front, and then they get an attitude if they have to wait on you. I was there for the new boneless chicken special for $4.99 last week and the manager took the order. I ask for all white, and I knew that there would be an extra charge. However she charged me $5.50 plus 50cents more and when her co-worker questioned it the manager started yelling at her in Mexican then I get the order which wasn't original and it was thigh meat. I grew up in deep south Texas only 7 miles from Mexico and knew what she was saying. I am 70 years old and not into fighting, so I will NEVER go into that store again, and they may be losing some more business to the Chik-fil-A that is opening up just down the street from them, this month.

  20. I have been in the KFC in Smiths Falls, Ontario and was mortified by the way the supervisor was speaking to an employee. I later spoke to the employee and was told this was the way she was treated on a regular basis. It is horrible that employees have to take this kind of abuse in order to keep their jobs. The bitch should be fired!!!

  22. Help! I just ordered 20 $5 gift cards online and after entering my credit card and other info, the order appeared to go through. Then, a message popped up saying I had not entered my state and gave me a link to go back to my order. The link didn't work. Now, I don't know if the order went through, charged me, and now they don't know where to send it and I can't find a corporate phone number on any websites to ask them. Scarey. And, I need them for Christmas stockings!

  24. Mansfield Pa KFC has the absolute worst service I have ever seen in my life. They argue about honoring customers requests, the chicken tastes terrible, the service is poor until you tell them you are going to contact corporate office and file a complaint which I have been trying to do since I have been home looking for a way to do so. I will never get food from there again

    covered with MUD and the food was rotten as well as the service. All employees there
    need to be fired...there is no excuse including the manager. I am going to call the state
    health inspectors and make sure they are aware of this.....Close this store

  28. Entered the store located at W. Bell Road and N. Reems Road in Surprise, AZ. Ordered 2 grilled chicken meals. One breast only after a 20 min wait was told they didn't have any grilled breast. Wife cannot eat breaded food and doesn't like dark meat so requested a refund of our purchase. Found out we were charged a $0.39 charge to our meal and they weren't going to refund that amount. The store seemed in a disarray, perhaps shorthanded I don't know what but the staff was definitely stressed. What has happened to Col. Harlan's baby.   30. I am from Thailand. Today I've ordered some delivery food through the internet and I got a notice said " will be 45 minutes because there is a problem with rain". I've waited for over an hour for my order to arrived but nothing, so I call the call center "1150" they said the internet server is down there will be "no more than another 45 minute for the delivery" I said "fine". BUT the delivery took another 1 hour and 10 minute SO ALL TOGETHER I'VE WAITED 2 HOURS AND 35 MINUTES WHICH I WOULD SAID IT IS A TERRIBLE MANAGING AN INTERNATIONAL BRAND. PLEASE DO NOT OVER LOOK AT THE PROBLEM OF THE OVERSEA BRANCH!!! I need your response back

  31. We spend about $200 per month at KFC store # J625072 at 2240 W. Galena Blvd. in Aurora, Il. On 7/10/14 we were in the drive up at 8:36pm and told it would be 10 minutes for the 20 hot wings. It's always 5 or 10 minutes longer than they claim but my biggest complaint is the lack of napkins. According to the receipt the cashier's name is Shirae. She said she'd bring it out to the parking lot (as is customary) and offered us a small drink for the wait. when she brought it out to the car there were no napkins in the bag. So now I've got to get out and go inside for napkins. When I went back in she asked, "May I help you?" I said, "How much do napkins cost? We bought 20 hot wings and you put no napkins in the bag!" She said, "Okay, sorry", with a tone and facial expression as if she couldn't believe I was being so petty. It appeared to me she was trying to downgrade the situation for the benefit and amusement of the 4 or 5 customers in the restaurant. I went to the self-help counter and got some napkins, and as I was exiting she yelled out, "Have a nice day!" (in a facetious tone). I've complained about the lack of napkins many times. On the occasions when they do give you napkins there are rarely enough napkins for the order. For example: you order (8) pieces of chicken, maybe to share with 2 or 3 other people in your car. You discover there's 2 napkins in the bag. It's okay to share the chicken but I don't want to have to share a napkin. This is chicken, for God's sake! Who among us doesn't need at least 1 napkin per piece of chicken? Maybe you can get by with 1 napkin per 2 pieces if you're extra careful, and you don't have a mustache.
    I know $200 per month doesn't seem like a lot of money, but customers are valuable. All successful companies know that a customer in hand is probably worth 10 customers in a bush somewhere (so to speak). I'll be contacting KFC's corporate office to complain and monitor what happens. To be fair to the company, I know these changes might not happen overnight. But if this continues for 2 or 3 more months I'll discontinue doing business with ANY and ALL KFCs. In fact, I don't really need them. I'm a pretty good chicken cook myself.
