I was at west town mall last week with my grandaughter getting her some things that she had been wanting for some time and what seemed to be a huge fight in the stock room,the words me and my 8 yo grandaugter had to hear that day and come to find out it was the store asst manager a young red headed girl she was saying the F word and many more over some guy she had a order of protection on?? We were really upset we set out stuff down and so did about 4 others cause all the workers ran to the back to calm her down! This person should not be working in a kids store!!!!

  3. I worked for Justice for about a month, but I couldn't stand the way the managers talked about all employees behind their backs. Very childish behavior, if you ask me. I would not recommend working for the company.

  4. I went to Justice in Algonquin on Thursday. Since it was my day off I decided to go comfortable. Let me tell you they looked at me like I was going to steal them blind. I was doing early Christmas shopping for my daughter. Not only did they look down their noses at me and watch my every move through the store,when I went to the. front to pay the girl yawned in my face. Great customer experience,not.

I am OUTRAGED that JUSTICE,which caters strictly to girls would NOT be participating in breast-cancer awareness month at the Tanger Outlet Center in Riverhead N.ew York.....What kind of message does this send our girls regarding the importance of supporting this cause !! Large pink ribbons and promotional signs, proudly displayed by almost all other stores, were blatanty missing from Justuce , and the attitude of the salesperson was one of disinterest and annoyance. when I politely expressed my concern and disappointment for Justice's non-participation. Obviously, the focus of JUSTICE is profits only!.....Disgraceful to waste what should be an exemplary forum for all women, beginning with their young customers As a parent, grandparent, and breast-cancer survivor,I suggest that you re-evaluate your policy.

  6. When looking to purchase clothing for my preteen granddaughter I thought I would check out The Justice Store. I had seen magazines with what appeared to be adorable affordable prices. I guess the nagazines I had seen were old. I just about Passes out.. alomost $45 for a pair of jean's I do not spend that much on jeans for myself. I digreas when we walked into the store located in The Mills Outlet Mall in Ontaro CA We my 71 year old mother and I were greated with "Hey Guys" Welcome to Justice....when explaining to the young women who looked bored veyond words " I have never been nor never will be a guy. She stated its a general term. AGeneral term would be addresses us a people or customers. Then another sales associate akso agreed. I wandered through the store becoming more angry. I decided my hard earned miney will be better spent else were. I will NEVER go into or spend money in a Justice store ever. And I will tell anyone who listens not to shop there either

    2. This is a dumb complaint! I used to work in retail and people like yo get so crotchety about the most trivial things that you make store sales reps have such a bad day. She was just trying to be nice. This isn't even something serious enough that you needed to talk to her about. "Hey guys" isn't that bad. People like you need to stay out of stores becuase you get all high and mighty and you know that there is nothing the sales rep. will say back to you. Go shop online!

  7. I recently visited the Justice in Lawton, OK. I was VERY disappointed when the associcate (Katie) followed me around the entire store, but didn't offer any assistance. Just to reassure her and the company, I will never return to that store again. AND, for the record, I am a PHD Pharmacist; therefore, I could afford ANY & EVERYthing in that store! Not all Africian Americans steal!! Most of us money to afford the things we want!

    2. Also...did you notice that they block your phone number so you can't make any return phone calls to customer service after your first call asking for help. I have had to use multiple cell phones to get through to their customer service for follow up calls. I'll be blogging about my experience.

    4. oh no don't bother with the customer service or corporate lol they wont help you. I am a former Assistant manager of an Oklahoma Justice and they even treat there employees like crap! I have been waiting on a check from them for almost 4 months and have called corporate several times and got no where. I am trying to have a lawsuit against them for that and numerous other things they did to me while I was employed there.

  9. I went Christmas shopping at Justice over the weekend 2 hrs from my house. I came home and started wrapping the gift and noticed the left the security tag on a pair of pants called the store and the girl said use chicken wire to remove it well in the process it tore a hole in the pants so I called the number online and they said sorry you have to drive 2 hrs back to the store to get any help. Never again will I buy justice.

First of all I did not wait till the last minute to get gifts I ordered December 14 and I still do not have all of my items because they left out one of my items and oh yeah its Dec 23. Then someone half ass did the shipping information so fed ex does not have a pick up location to get the item that they forgot to give me in the first place. You can not get through to speak to anyone to help you. I will never order anything from this place online again they are disorganized they do not know what they are doing and need to cut out online ordering if they can not do it successfully.   15. Ordered for my Goddaughter online on the 15th of December. Confirmation email said it would arrive by the 23rd...nothing came...I have now called their customer service only to hold 30-40 minutes per call. Fist call I was told their tracking system was down and someone would call me back within 2-3 hrs. Never happened. Second call same B.S., again, no call returned. Just called for the third time, waited a total of 36:52 to speak to someone only for her to try and tell me I cancelled the order. When I said that was untrue and to give me the date I supposedly cancelled she immediately became irritable. I then told her if that was the case I wanted a refund and she claimed I was never charged. So, when I gave her the date, time, and amount from my bank statement....she replied with dead air...yup...she hung up on me.Tried to then call corporate and that was a freaking joke.....you'll never speak to anyone there. This is what you get from overpriced Justice. Never ever shop there online or in the store for that matter. Stop putting money in these greedy corporate idiots pockets! I am so not done with this...I WILL drive to Ohio. Justice....I HOPE YOU GO BANKRUPT AND I HOPE YOUR FAMILIES DO AS WELL...cause that's what you deserve. What goes around come around.

  17. I have about had all I can take from what is constantly happening to my daughter, its actual verbal abuse that has got to be put to an end. My duaghter always asks the customers for their email and phone# but the customers get mad and won't give them to her so she is being threatened by her Manager that she will be written up for the fact that in this day and age people want their privacy with all the scams out there no information is safe. So she is being threatened after she has had 100% till lately. I don't even get info from my customers at my work site. They are even rude about it when you ask. So she is even being told she won't get a promotion that everyone else is going to get. She come home in tears in fact her hair has even been falling out due to the stress. I will not stop till I get restitution for this abuse and aggrovation you can count on it.

  20. The cooperate for justice sucks ass they don't do what their suppose to they're liars and lazy. That took my money off my card and didn't want to do nothing about it but tell me they can't get my money back they took $475 from my card unauthorized and had so many excuses why they couldn't send a letter to my bank so I can receive my money. They're a horrible company and I will never buy anything from them ever.

  21. My wife works for a Justice store in the LA County area of California, and she has the worst DSM, a guy named Jack! This Jerk cares nothing for his employees and couldn't even do the jobs he asks his employees to do. All he does is barks orders and takes calls when he goes into the stores, and never lends a hand. A leader must lead by example, and this guy couldn't lead a thirsty man to water. If you're a manager and you go to check on a store, you should be expected help out if it gets busy, or even cover a shift if you cant get coverage. Jack would rather stress his employees out to find coverage on their own, instead of doing what a manager should be doing and get it covered for them, by ether having another store help out or doing it himself! What really stinks is corporate could care less, they would rather have a person quit and hire a new one, instead of fixing the problem, which is upper management! If a company doesn't care about their employees, which make them money, then it's only a matter of time before that company goes under!

  25. I am soooo LIVID! I ordered from Justice For Girls on 11-26-2014...all of my 17 ITEMS were IN STOCK...I have been checking my receipt to see on delivery, which was supposed to be on Dec. 8-2014...my CC has been charged and PAID, but guess what JUSTICE screwed up and SO did FED EX....IF i wouldn't have called today to follow up I would not be receiving my package at all.....the best news...over 1/2 of my ITEMS are now OUT OF STOCK! And to top it off, the customer service was sub par, and the overall manager of the call center REUSED to talk to me! Way to keep your customers "Happy" JUSTICE----NOT!!!! ONE ANGRY CUSTOMER!!!!!
    BTW--- I have called your customer service call ceters..they suck your supervisor REFUSED to talk with me after I had been on the phone for 55 minutes! I have sent 3 e-mails....NO RESPONSE!

  26. I have had really awful customer service on the phone and online with Justice about an order I placed. There is no other company that I know who as ever offered such horrible customer service, and I shop online all the time. Here is the chat:

This is 12-19 and I have called customer service everyday and no one knows why fed ex has not picked up my order!!! they say they have a couple orders waiting at warehouse for pickup and probably one is mine!!!   29. I work at Justice at Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove NY and my manager Ann Marie Rooney is a psycho!!! She lets customers use the bathroom located in the stockroom and instead of talking to her employees in normal manner when she has an issue with them, she has full blown confrontations in front of the customers yelling and all. She is so unprofessional! She also looks like she hasn't showered in days and her breath smells like absolute dog shit. She is the main representation of this store it's going downhill fast.

    I have had a Justice credit card for over five years and never have I had so many issues with a company. I tried to place an order online for almost two weeks and it wouldn’t go through saying my card was bad. I called justice and they tried to place the order and could not. They asked me to call capital one and see why it wouldn’t go through so I did. Capital one said the card was fine and my order went through. Then I called justice back and they said there is no order and so began my 2 hours of calling both places back and forth because no one could tell me why the card would not work and if the order was real or not. I ordered over $400 in Christmas presents and nothing went through. I was told I could not dispute an order that I really did place and I would not get any merchandise because there was no order! I know this all sounds crazy because it is! I will make sure everyone knows what kind of company this is!

  34. I have a daughter who works for Justice in Roseville, Minnesota. She was hired before Thanksgiving and the sales for Black Friday. It was her first time doing retail not only did they not show her what to do they sent her to the front to Hosting at the door. Luckily she does have a beautiful smile and is kind. Of course they had her working on the register a few days before Thanksgiving and then had her work on Thanksgiving and had her work till closing. I'm sure it was so that they could enjoy their Thanksgiving Day at home while giving the new Worker's the Thanksgiving job.
    While doing full time in college my daughter can only work 4 days out of the week, they continue to cancel her hours everyday that she was to work except for one of those days and sometimes all the time. From the very beginning my daughter kept saying how badly the girls that work there keep treating each other and how they talk to each other and also how one manager is being very rude and acting like she's better than anybody else. It seems all the girl employees there say that to her. Sadly enough I told my daughter to stick in for the experience of retail. But now he is upset, she worked 10 hours and only got paid for 3!!! Not happening on my watch we're going to solve this problem!
    She will be giving a two weeks notice! Normally tell her to quit if that's what she wants to do but we're going out the right way. It's not as if they're going to give her any work to do anyhow. I'm sure the workplace is so bad because so many girls keep leaving and they keep rehiring then nobody keeps gets a chance to bond. Plus I hear that they have four managers in the store that's too many when you keep getting told different ways to do different things from each of the managers. And obviously I'm not about to waste my time with corporate because... on this thing I can said that nobody is getting any help. Even worse, she turned down other job offers before and while working at JUSTICE.

  35. I have twin 6 year old girls. One is the sterotypical size 6 while the other is in a size 16-18. Both like to dress in cute fashionable clothes.I am so thankful Justice offers larger sizes that are still age appropriate and cute. My daughter just wants to feel pretty and look like her peers. I wish more stores would recognize the need for these kids. Thank you from one grateful mom.

My granddaughter went into justice store portage Michigan, Feb 18 2016, to purchase items, she was given a credit card invite, she accepted the offer, it was accepted, she purchased items almost 300.00 ,she paid in cash, she was given a 200.00 credit limit.nothing had to be returned, she destroyed the receipt, she now receives bill from justice and late fees for the credit card because theta charged it to her card, when she paid cash. She called many times to ask what happened to the cash, since it was charged. Management said there is nothing that can be done. And they can't look anything up. In this electronic age, I don't believe this. She would like your help. WHAT. HAPPENED TO THE CASH!!!!!!!!!!(((THIS THE PORTAGE JUSTICE STORE............

  37. The worst customer service EVER! I just made six call to six different locations and They either hung up on me or were extremely rude. All I was inquiring about was the back to school catalog. The only decent respectful employee they have is Chris at the Stamford location. Forget about calling the corporate office, they sound like they all hate their job and will pass you around from one extension to another. Will not ever buy from this company and will advise others to do the same!

  38. I gave up on this company long ago. Of course my 9 year old was sad about it, but she understands. For one their cloths are WAY OVERPRICED for their quality, and for 2, their customer service sucks in stores PERIOD!!! Last time I made a very large purchase with them, APPROXIMATELY $400, and received quite a few justice bucks. So I took a chance and went to spend them without her. I did well only 1 thing she didn't like. So in my HONEST attempt to exchange the skirt, I asked if it would void out the justice bucks. The girl at the register said, "NO!" Well all said and done, IT DID!! And guess what?? Conveniently NO ONE that worked there could reverse the transaction!!! So my skirt that originally I paid, $3.50 for, they wanted me to pay FULL PRICE FOR, $27.00!! Nope, not happening! I told them after an hour of them wasting our time, and them being money hungry JERKS,they could take their skirt and shove it. Had they been honest from the get go, I'd have kept the skirt and given it as a gift! I didn't even want my lousy $3.50 back, they could shove that TOO!!! They don't care about their customers, ONE DARN BIT. And since then, JC Penny's has started carrying SUPER CUTE girls cloths for a QUARTER of the PRICE, and they are a much BETTER QUALITY!!!

I called customer service,they said they cannot do anything about it. I am really mad because it is a 200.00 order! Where will it go. They should help retrieve this package because it is their website that is messed up!! Any suggestions.

  40. Just left one of your stores and there is a pretty unfriendly clerk there ... I stood at register for a little bit and she was within eye shot, finally stopped what she was doing, looked over and said, are you ready ?? After spending $372.00, that she stuffed mostly in 1 bag, I had to ask her to use another bag !!! Really ??? And as I turned to leave she said have a nice day !!! A simple and expected thank you would have been the correct answer ....will not shop at this location again, or possibly any of the other locations. I can buy my granddaughter cute clothes other places !!!! This clerk had blond hair, name began with an H !!!

  41. I am HORRIFIED from the employees at STORE 37 in the Destin commons in Destin fl.

    First of all I am not a person to complain or write complaints but to me this is a serious issue if you want THAT HORRIBLE STORE to stay open.I took my daughter who is 9 into the DESTIN LOCATION and will not be returning because of the employees who work there.

    It stresses me to even explain how mean, bratty, and disrespectful they were. LONG STORY SHORT I took my daughter to get some clothes well I ended up leaving with an upset daughter and I WAS DISGUSTED. The 2 girls working were behind the register the whole time . One with red hair named kenzy (if spelled correct) screamed " welcome to Justice" across the room at us and kept talking to the other girl who said her name was Jordan .

    I MADE SURE TO GET THIR NAMES!! I walked towards them to ask for help with jeans. The Kenzy girl said "all the sizes are on the floor" and she just kept talking to the other girl. So I asked if they could help me find a certain size in one I REALLY NEEDED she said "well that's all we have sorry" in a childish could care less voice.

    I kept looking around with my little girl and could hear the girls talking about their boyfriends and things that should not be talked about at work. Let alone A CHILDRENS STORE. Unfortunately my daughter and myself have just left my husband and to hear this employee who looked 19 say "ya his ex wife thinks I'm the nanny haha" and "I can't stand when he leaves his kids with their mom I don't like her with them I want to keep them with me" WHAT?????????? then she led to saying she was going to watch fifty shades of gray with him that night because " he's not into chains like her" I took my daughter walked over and asked their names they said kenzy and Jordan.

    The Jordan girl looked nervous the red headed girl who said she goes by kenzy looked like she couldn't wait for us to leave. She said have a nice day turned her head and kept talking. YOU NEED TO FIRE YOUR FILTHY MOUTH EMPLOYEES AND HIRE GIRLS WHO UNDERSTAND CHILDREN ARE PRESENT. She talked about an entire sexual affair in front of me and my baby!!

    I called to ask for a manager yet was told there wasn't one there. I asked for an assistant and was given the same answer . MY GOD WHO RUNS YOUR STORE?????? I will NEVER GO TO THAT STORE AGAIN IT SHOULD BE NAMED "INJUSTICE" definitely not a store who is all about the girls like it is said to be.

    Sex talk and affairs in front of children ???

    That's all.I'm disgusted.

  42. My on line order is incorrect and the customer service is terrible. They are counting on us eating the order due to how busy we are. I will stick with Mini Boden and Hannah Anderson. This was my first and last time dealing with this company. I order on line to save time. Not the case here.
