Horrible. This whole situation with the PEELING PAINT on a car that is garage kept with 50,000 miles (Hyundai Santa Fe) We have, for generations, been a Hyundai family if I’m not mistaken it adds up to about 13 vehicles. I have called every local service manager, and guess what? They are out of the office & NEVER a return call and it’s been 5 months. I have been patient and had every intention to stay that way…we have been bamboozled by your company and your CHEAP Korean paint.

Hyundai Design Flaw

Design flaw! I have a 2010 Huyndai Sonata with 230K miles I have always loved. I have talked others into buying Huyndai. My 2023 Sonata has a problem with water in the rear doors. I was shocked a new car would have this problem when cars for the last 50 years have not. The car is apparently designed to allow water to drain around the seal and drain out the bottom of the door. The reality the water stays in the bottom and pours out in a gush when you open the rear door. Huyndai says it is the design and is not fixable. I googled the problem and saw Tuscan owners complaining in 2022 and even I10 owners complaining back in 2013. Why would Huyndai continue such a bad concept instead of returning to seals that actually kept the water out. I hope to see Huyndai return to exellence moving forward.

Hyundai Genesis Issue

I would give them a 0 if I could! dealer, service center, corporate, Genesis I feel like I bought a car from Walmart ! 2019 Hyundai Genesis G80 JUNK! Engine wants to stall; something is seriously wrong with the backend. Everyone that has been in my car has heard the noise from the back end but the GM from Hyundai. Car only has 44,000 miles. The sunroof makes so much noise been in the shop for 2 months said they fixed it found out all they do for Hyundai sunroofs is grease it up and that came from the GM and was told they have alot of problems with there sunroofs. Hyundai headquarters said they put a new one in LIE. Hyundai shut down majority of all their service centers. Now everyone in town goes to one and it’s like going to an amusement park. No one will call you back from service center and now the option for you to text them but the never get back to you. Even the lady answering the phone said they have so many complaints.

Hyundai BlueLink Maps Issue

BlueLink Sucks! I recently bought a 2024 Palisade Caligraphy. The Bluelink functionality is dramatically less than it was in my 2018 Santa Fe. I spend 1/2 my life in Mexico. But with the NEW DEMINISHED USELESS BLUELINK when I go to Mexico I can not even use ANY HANDS FREE FUNCTIONALITY IN MY CAR because the idiotic choice to change from Satelite to Verizon does not work in ANY AND ALL DEAD SPOTS IN THE US AND ALL OF MEXICO. For 6 years with my 2018 Santa Fe I updated my navigation twice a year from Map N Soft, These updates always included Mexico, the NEW REDUCED map updates only include US and is useless when I cross into Mexico. Because the Bluelink app operates on USELESS VERIZON instead of satelite the app is also non functional.

I have repeated asked CUSTOM “I DON’T” CARE if there is any way to get the map updates I have always had and the idiot engineers response was follow the direction to update the system. But not a single word about the specific question. They sell Hyundais in Mexico, with BlueLink and with Mexico Navigation, but can not figure out how to make features work in my new car. My rating would be less if the option were available.
