I just had to post a comment about the new commercial I witnessed on TV last night, I was sitting with my daughter, who is 22 and my husband, and before I new it soft porn was showing with a girl undressing at a drive-in. It really suprised me, even though I realize Hardee's has resorted to this kind of advertisement it still amazes me when they stoop so low. My daughter made the comment that she couldn't believe that the commercial was showing and especially at prime time. This should be removed, and I'm just glad my grandchildren were not with me when it was on! There are families that stuggle now with the home being torn apart due to the porn industry and I think it is of very poor taste, that Hardee's believes they must resort to being part of the destruction of family. DeleteI agree. One thing we can rest assure is that Hardee's will be extinct soon. Whoever is approving these ads is showing the lack of quality that starts at the top and infiltrates the company as a whole.

DeleteYou know, I think it was about 8 years or so ago that your first sleezy commercial came out. What in the world does sex have to do with selling hamburgers. After the first sleezy commercial, I vowed to NEVER to step foot in another Hardees until they clean up their commercials. I am happy to say that I no longer patronize Hardees. It has been at least 8 years since I have stepped foot in one and I have told everyone that I know why I won't patronize the place. I really am embarrassed for you. We live in a world where anything goes and Hardees is chiming right in. It is such a sad state of affairs when a hamburger joint's commercials look like ads for Playboy. I am so happy that my grandchildren aren't allowed to watch much t.v. Can't even trust a stupid hamburger commercial!

This commercial needs to be REMOVED IMMEDIATELY!!! I find it hard to believe that a burger chain, for that matter any business, would insult the general public, and even more children that have seen it. Remove this commercial immediately!!! If not next step would be to file class action lawsuits. Concerned, you bet, outraged even more. REMOVE IT!
DeleteYes I've worked here for months and I get treated like crap. The manager has a hired a handful of new people after me and they work day after day and I'm lucky if I get put on the schedule and when I do I get yelled at for the smalleest things that the others are doing. When I'm off I walk in and seen people out of uniform and I know that if it was me I would have gotten wrriten up. Also twice now I have only gotten payed half of what I have earned and they have done anything thing about it so now I'm contacting corporate.
DeleteMy granddaughter works there for 2 weeks and is going to start looking for another job. The manager berates the employees and calls them stupid in front of customers. This is no different than verbal abuse. Wake up Hardees before the word spreads or you will be flipping your own burgers. Well that same of treatment is getting done in Hardee's of Holly Hill and nothing has been done but employees get transferred or fired and the General Manager still there doing unacceptable behaviors, but I guess Hardee's is all for that type of behavior. The employees there now are scared to say anything because they do not want their jos place on the line. It should not be like that but Hardee's allow it.

DeleteThis is not an isolated incident, this from what I gather is a policy in most Hardees, and that is to treat employees as number not human beings. There are also discrimination with older employees. If you cannot keep up with the younger employees we loose hours. I for example went from 30 to 35 hrs. to 14 hrs. There are employees that complain that they do not want many hrs. and instead of giving them to the people that need them they hire new people.I have managed and owned my own business and have never felt so unwanted an out of place. I have been trained as a manager that you set the mood for other employees at the beginning of the day with a positive attitude. It makes everyones day run so much smoother and they enjoy working as a team and they really like there job. Less turn over and they are more productive.Great commoratory amongst all employees. There will be no favortism everyone is an equal. Well I have not experienced any of that at this certain Hardees , quite the opposite. I feel that management is not happy at his job and I believe that you must enjoy your job . It will definitly show in your attitude. Im not the only person who sees this!! I hope that this will set a standard for all Hardees they have a great product but need to reevaluate training procedures and treat people with kindness not a number!!!

ReplyDeleteI am a dependable customer for Hardees(the one next to the court house in Christiansburg Virginia). I am there everyday at different times of the day. I have become very fond of the employees there but I have noticed a few things that I have found unacceptable. For one, on 3 different occasions I have witnessed one of the managers bringing her daughter to work with her. The reason I find it unacceptable is because it is not a day-care and not a place to spend time with your child. She ignores her employees and only steps in to help when they are so busy they are practicly running around the store. She sits and talks with her daughter while needed to help the employees to struggle on their own. I believe there is a time and a place for work and family, and bringing your family to work is not helping your workers. Also on all 3 of those occasions I have seen the manager walk outside with her daughter and leave the store unattended for 30 minutes if not longer and it is not just once but 2 or 3 times that I have seen within the hour or 2 that I am there. While I am on the subject of her I can say that she may seem nice to us customers and thats fine but I have seen how rude she is to her employees and how she has her picks. It is unfair to the others. I hope that me speaking up for the employees there will help and that they will find someone that will treat them with more respect and will treat it as a work enviroment instead of a day-care.
ReplyDeleteI know a lady that works for hardees on ridgewood rd in daytona beach florida that has been selling drugs and i dont think that is right. her name is cindy the lady that got her hired is named shanta. i am a loyal custermer of hardees an it just is not right for her to be working there.
ReplyDeleteYes I know her. Her name is Cindy Ponte and she is a very big drug user. After smoking all night she gets headaches goes into work sick while cooking peoples food.I thought Hardees was a family place but to allow a drug user to work there. I also heard she is wanted for theft in Florida.

ReplyDeleteI was watching a movie with my mother and the new Hardee's commercial with two women came on. First of all let me say, reducing itself to porn now to get customers to buy hamburgers? Anyone who is a Christian should not support Hardees any longer. America needs to get a clue and get back to values and clear morals!! I will never eat at Hardee's again!!
ReplyDeleteHave anyone seen the commets about the employee Named Cindy that works at the Hardees on Ridgewood Rd in Daytona Beach Florida. The thing written about her on facebook are really bad. My kids have facebook pages and I donnot want them around anyone like that.

Then I over heard her talking to her friend on the phone and she thought it was great that you could work at hardees and smoke drugs and not lose your job. There are too many of our kids using drugs and this is saying that you can work there and get high and keep your job.

ReplyDeleteBorderline illegal. Judy the head maneger at the East Ridge TN store talks to her employee's like they are trash I have witnessed this on several occasions. It is not a nice thing to witness. Her actions should be recorded and taking to the Labor board.

Evidently they have never been threw a verbal abuse law suit. A local T.V. station has a crew that loves this stuff. Too bad Hardee’s don’t spend more time training managers. Giving you guys a chance to fix this so please pay attention to this post.

DeleteI absolutely LOVE the charbroiled cod sandwich!!!!! I have waited 20 years for a fastfood joint to offer a fish sandwich either baked or charbroiled on a wheat bun... Hardees has done it! Thank you so much, please keep this on your menu as it means alot for many of us who cannot eat fried foods, thank you whoever made this call. A happy Hoosier from Indiana.
ReplyDeletehardees in Jeffersonville Indiana gives bums free food they pretty much house them they let them set in the dinner room all day and all night they beg the customers in the drive for money and food little old ladies that stop and eat there are so scared to leave they have ask one of the employees to walk them out they let them park old broke down cars there if they don't care that the bums are there you know they don't care about the food such a sad place to eat
