    1. I agree, they never delivered after saying they were going delivered. my girlfriend didnt get her valentines day gift on either day.

    2. I had the exact same issue. I spoke to a rep this morning and they advised that the flowers were delivered at 1:52 p.m. on Valentine's Day. The flowers were NEVER delivered. I completely lost it on some poor woman.

    3. I agree and placed three orders. The primary order was delivered and the flowers were DEAD, must have been dropped in a BATHTUB and missing the MYLAR balloon I ordered. They are a disgusting company and I spent four hours attempting to get the order corrected. There is a level of expectation, we should expect from each other. I will NEVER use them again. I will be reporting them to the BBB and to CORPORATE. They make me SICK!!!

    4. FTD SUCKS- never delivered flowers to a dead person. fuck this company and hope they all go to hell!! Trash company

    5. Looks like FTD is going down the tubes too. Ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday ( 6/22) . I received a " thank you" for the order and a confirmation number. MY account was promptly debited for $ 70.13. The flowers did not arrive.

I wrote an email to FTD headquarters and have not received a response! Never again FTD

    6. I am still waiting for a response from FTD for 2 WEEKS now, regarding my order discrepancy.
I paid for a MEDIUM size arrangement and received a SMALL. The flowers were delivered very late at night and their customer service is horrible!

      DO NOT USE!!!!!!

    7. FTD is nothing short of unprofessional. The marketing department at their corporate office is horrendous, particularly Nisha Patel. As a consumer, I submitted a great idea to them which went completely ignored by this woman - no acknowledgement, no return of emails and calls for a simple status from A CUSTOMER AND POTENTIAL BUSINESS PARTNER who reached out to them in trust. I will be watching to see if they steal my idea and if I remotely catch wind of such, they are in for a lawsuit. It's pretty unprofessional to invite people to submit business proposals and ideas, to bypass them, leaving them in a position of distrust. As a result, they lost a customer too. I am not giving them a dime.

  2. I agree, they have screwed me on two seperate occasions. They never respond to requests and never keep their promises. Tell all your friends to use 1-800 flowers.

    1. Really? !-800-flowers!?! DO NOT use any of these big companies. Use this little thing called google and find a local florist and call them direct.

    1. Tell that nonsense to the hundreds of disappointed moms on their FB wall who never received flowers from FTD this year. Every sender had a delivery confirmation and they wouldn't have even known the flowers weren't sent if it wasn't for the Moms telling their kids how hurt they were. No emails, no calls, no flowers.

Because of my ill health I probably spent my last mother's day feelin my across the states child didn't give a darn about me.

    2. 2nd year this has happened. No flowers, my husband was sent an email stating the flowers were delivered. We live in a gated Community and the delivery truck would of had to go through security.
It appears that this is standard practice and it is a huge disappointment to have your loved one think they were forgotten.
Plus on top of that you spend an hour or more with"customer service" and they will investigate? Never heard back.
I am putting a post on our business website and boosting it. I will also state the story on our Radio show tomorrow night.

This smacks of fraud in my opinion.

    3. No No NO! They ruined my surprise by delivering it LONG after I had left work. When I came in the next morning, the scrawny arrangement had roses that were wilted & brown around the edges and some of the floral pieces weren't even cut long enough to reach the water in the vase, they were just LAYING in the arrangement. To boot, the arrangement was absolutely UGLY without too much greenery and the colors didn't make for a beautiful arrangement like she picked on line, so NOT worth the $60.00 spent. When I sent a thank you & picture to my partner, I was informed that that isn't even the flowers she order and she was SO disappointed! She also paid an extra fee to have them delivered by noon, and as I stated above, that didn't happen. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and would like to see if they are registered with the BBB. It isn't RIGHT to take peoples hard earned money and not even attempt to make it right, besides offering back $15.00 fee to have it delivered by noon. You OWE her more thn that for this arrangement.
Oh and like Johnathan T. stated, they too blamed it on the driver and not knowing where he was at. Our suggestion is you all FIND reliable drivers so that you may run a reputable and reliable business!

(FYI: MY REVIEW WAS DELETED SOMEHOW....hmm. Also, I phoned them to speak to a manager. I was told the manager was out and would call me back on Friday 3/7/14. That did NOT happen and when I called them today, the manager still isn't available.)
I will continue to post this same post, since I have it saved to my desktop, until someone makes this wrong, right. I also have a screen shot of what was ordered and the garbage that was send.

Finally, This Business is not BBB Accredited Flowers-N-More (281) 495-8386
BUT they still have an "F" rating.

  4. I can not understand why the customer service department is so rude. They represent the company, and should be lucky to HAVE a job.

I will never use this service again, overcharged and they offered nothing.

  5. I have had the absolute worst experience with FTD, the only reason I used them was because I bought a groupon. I got a call yesterday saying they would have to substitute the flowers I ordered which wasnt a problem, and they would also have to move my delivery date to Wednesday which wasnt a big deal. They then proceed to tell me they will have to charge me again to accomplish this, I told them I used a groupon and the customer service rep said ok well I will tag this order and have a supervisor look at it and they would get back to me. Not 2 minutes after I hung up I got a call from another customer service rep telling me my requested date of wednesday would not work I needed to move it, I said I was told I had to have this date by the last customer service rep I was talking to. She said, oh I see there is a supervisor in your account I will hang up with you and let them figure it out. I didnt recieve a call back at all so I called back again to see what was going on, I was told by this representative that it was fixed and my order would be delivered on Wednesday. Well of course the order didnt get delivered and on top of that I got charged AGAIN and I got charged double what I originally paid. when I called to find out what was going on I was told that the flowers I wanted were sold out and someone SHOULD have called me. I asked to speak to a supervisor who then just offered me an upgrade for no additional charge. no additional charge???? are you serious Ive already paid for this twice!! and I wont get my refund of the second charge for 3-5 days, a charge I did not authorize! and the supervisor isnt even sure what will be delivered because the florist is closed. ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. If I didnt have that groupon I would have saved myself the frustration and canceled this order on my second phone call with these people.

  7. As we all know, Mother's Day is probably the most important, if not the most emotional of all Holiday's to have flowers delivered. So then, why were flowers not delivered by a company that has had at least 100 years to get it right? I got 3 confirmations that the delivery would happen, and on Mother's Day I get an email that states that due to a high volume they would not be able to deliver until the next day. How does that help me? It is no longer Mother's Day -- "the next day". What a slap in the face to consumers to advertise Mother's Day delivery the next day. A "deal" that makes up for their corporate incompetence.
I'm sure Michael Soenen, the President of FTD, doesn't read any of the adverse press, complaints, or investigate any of the shortcomings of the operations because he's too busy enjoying his 30 million dollar salary and all of the accolades of his ass-kissers because he somehow has been able to juke consumers out of an extra 450 million dollars annually for each of the last 8 years. He's a real 'Golden Boy' for FTD -- or should I say THIEF?
The only way to get things to change is to cease our patronage of this company at large. Otherwise, they get the message that it's alright to treat customers badly and get paid to do so.
Let's face it. They don't actually deliver flowers. They contract with local florists to do all of their dirty work and they reap the benefit. So, they are actually 'Pimps and Panderers', and they should all be jailed.

AVAS FLOWERS NO DELIVERY OF MOTHERS DAY

SHE MAY NEVER SEE A MOTHERS DAY AGAIN!!!!

  9. My daughter sent flowers for Mother's Day we were out of town so the florist left them on the front porch in 90 degree heat. I got the message from the florist and they had tried sever times and called once and said it is FTD"S policy to just leave them!! This has happened before with different florist and they always bring a fresh bouquet, I can't beieve this is FTD's policy!! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM FTD AGAIN and I will tell everyone the same.

  10. I agree - no more FTD for us - Guaranteed delivery for Mothers Day - then nothing - called and found out they couldn't deliver so they threw the order on the "DEAD" pile - no email or phone call telling me they couldn't do the order - just ignored it. NOt the way to run a company - 1-800-FLOWERS for me from now on. Too bad FTD - you blew it

  11. FTD moved my Mother's Day delivery date from May 11 to May 18...1 full week later! Then tried to compensate me with a % off my next order! Customer service kept repeating the same thing...Your delivery date is May 18, there is nothing we can do! I'm going up the corporate ladder! Cherise employee id# 2ChFL11 was NO help!

  12. I was charged double for one order when I checked my credit card and the flowers I ordered for my mother never arrived (yet I was still charged for them, too). I can't get anyone to answer the phone. I think they should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

  13. Good to know I'm not the only one that got screwed over on Mother's Day orders. 2 of the 4 orders were messed up and one was never delivered. Of course, to make matters worse, I am a deployed service member and my only way to show my mom, wife, mother in law, and sister in law, that I care on mothers day, was screwed up by FTD. All I can do is email repeatedly and hope they refund something.

  14. If you want ti be LIED to, then this is the company for you. Their managers and respresentatives lie throught their teeth. They falsly advertise you will receive mileage on my airline account but that never came through either. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD. Do not use FTD - ever - period. Real jerks.

  15. Ordered flowers for a viewing. Was assured by representative it would make it. Received an email three days later, cancelling the order and refunding me. How sad. Sending flowers for my office to a colleague who lost his beloved mother - no flowers and a very impersonal email. FTD was a leader at one time. Not anymore.

  17. They did not even deliver the correct flowers; even the vase was not correct. And, since I learned about it and called back on the 8th day after delivery, they are unwilling to correct the situation in any way. Why? They only guarantee freshness for 7 days, even though that is not what I am complaining about.

  18. Flowers for my mother's funeral. Didn't arrive for the funeral and came without a name of who sent the flowers. Despite 2 weeks of phone calls to the local florist (who can only email FTD and is being ignored) and repeated calls to FTD customer service (that's a joke), I am told they must call the sender to see if it is okay to release their name (NOBODY sends anonymous funeral flowers so my assumption is FTD service is lying). . . so someone is expecting a thank-you acknowledgement note from me and I appear to be rude by not thanking them. Don't ever use FTD. Also, service is out-sourced in some country that, of course, has trouble with pronouncing English letters correctly. DC in Lubbock, Texas

  22. For the first time, I used and FTD florist. I ordered the FTD Thoughtful Fruit Basket - Deluxe for $ 79.99 plus all your fees for a total of $ 99.13 on Tuesday 12-11-12 for my mom's 85th birthday.

When I called on Wednesday 12-12-12 to confirm delivery was made, I spoke with Ashley at 800-848-5510 and she was EXTREMELY rude to me then she hung up on me and when I tried calling her back no one would answer and it went to the answering service.

At the time of ordering I had an advertisement - "use code number CH1212 and save $ 10 on your order" which I told the girl and she said it would be deducted by her manager before they charged my card.

Well needless to say it wasn't deducted from my total order and my debit card was charged the full $ 99.13.

I order flowers and fruit baskets many times for all my relatives BUT I will never order from your www.11flowers.com or any FTD florist affliated company ever again.

  23. DO NOT EVER USE FTD OR WESLEY BERRY FLOWER COMPANY!!!! I am another severely pissed off customer. We ordered funeral flowers well in advance and were assured several times that the flowers would be delivered and would be exactly what we wanted. Guess What! At the funeral there were no flowers from us. I called the Wesley-Berry Co where I had placed the order and was told they experienced "a glitch". There was no phone message or email left telling us of this. And they were "sorry". Sorry doesn't get it!. I then called the credit card company I had used and they said there was a charge, but it should be taken off. However, they cautioned me to check my statements for a few months just incase the FTD company tried to collect! If we hadn't been at the funeral, we wouldn't have known the flowers hadn't been delivered and would have been robbed of almost $200! We will NEVER use this service again. How sad that this scam is bilking honest, trusting Americans.

  24. NEVER AGAIN. At the end of Dec 2012 I paid almost $60 for a sympathy arrangement beautiful on the picture BUT. The women who received them sent me a picture NOTHING at all like I ordered. Thankfully she thought they were still beautiful and knew nothing about it. I wrote and complained to their customer service. As well as sending them the pictures of both. Their solution: To go back AFTER the funeral..take the flowers back and give me a full refund. CAN YOU imagine going after someone has passed, AND THIS WAS HER mother who had died and saying sorry lady we F'd up and gave you the wrong flowers. We have to take them back now so we can give the purchaser her refund! I couldn't believe they would even suggest that. Heartless bastards. NEVER AGAIN! So I sucked it up because I would NEVER hurt my friend like that or even imagine someone would suggest such a thing!

  25. My wife is a florist. This makes me sad. She works very hard to get your orders for your special occasions and the only payment we recieve is your thanks. A flower shop is like any other local business, it's reputation is only as good as the satisfaction of it's customers. When a corporate person doesn't take care of you, you're mad! The florist doesn't know what your experience has been until they stumble on this website. Call your florist direct and then the bond begins. 1-800 is just another corporate. They all skim 25 to 30% off the top of an order and leave us with a pissed off customer to start with. Florists are closing everywhere and this is also sad. If you had to work as a delivery person in school, you would see first hand how much happiness you can spread.Don't abandon the flowers, force the coporate to be more responsible. That's how I ended up here, looking for someone to hold accountable for my wife's bad experience.

  26. Sent flowers to my mother in law never once thinking the arrangement would be different than what I ordered. I just happened to be there when they arrived and it had an ugly hurricane lamp and a tea candle...not the lovely crystal hurriane lamp and long red taper as I ordered. I called to complain and they promised to send out a replacement the next day. They never returned and emailed complaints were not answered. I am telling all my FB friends not to order from FTD and plan to report this to the BBB.

  27. I have owned a retail flower shop for over 28 years now. If you just call your local florist directly, or order on line directly with the actual florist, you will have much better results. The online middlemen services for flowers are just using local florists like myself to deliver the flowers. The help that takes your order is not trained like the professionals that you get when you order directly with an actual flower shop. We are experienced and know how to handle your order so that you get your flowers delivered fresh and on time.

I CALLED BACK AND THEY CANNOT FIND MY ORDER BUT MY CREDIT CARD WAS BILLED. NO ENGLISH SPEAKING PERSON AVAILABLE AND THE ORDER GOT MESSED UP. THEY ARE TOTAL IDIOTS AND I PLAN TO USE ALL SOCIAL NETWORKS TO MAKE THIS KNOWN, PLEASE DO THE SAME. IF YOU PAY FOR A SERVICE IT SHOULD BE PROVIDED. 29. Second time in a year that FTD has screwed my mother. Last year they delivered her Mothers Day flowers on April 17th. After raising hell THEN, they delivered correctly, and sent me a credit to use. So, I ordered a locally created arrangement on FEBRUARY 7th to be delivered on February 12th--two days before Valentines Day. Obviously, flowers were never delivered. I am now on my 5th third world, English as a fourth language CSR who after 64 minutes just disconnected me. Her story was that the "local florists system was down all day yesterday(Feb.12th) and they never got the order". (Yeah, right.) When I asked when they WERE going to deliver, she said she would have to call them back, left me on hold for 44 minutes, and then disconnected me. I hope that every employee of FTD, starting with Michael Soenen, and extending to the lowliest third word, $1 an hour employee has a shitty Valentines Day, that their mother gets NOTHING except their incompetent presence, and that their company burns in hell for their absurd practices and broken promises left in the wreckage of their shoddy and incompetent workforce. What a bunch of freaking idiots.

  31. Decided to call FTD this morning thinking it would be nice to surprise my wife at work with a dozen roses and mylar balloon arrangement. Got a "rep" named Bill who, when asked said he was in CT. I ordered the 12 roses and ballon arrangement and was excited to do something nice for the gal who puts up with me all the time for the last 20+ years.
I live in Coquitlam,BC,Canada and Bill said I could get them delivered to her today.
So, gave him the card number for $113.00 and was excited until around noon when I thought to see if the tracking email had come to my Phone.
Yup, there was the order confirmation, with numerous mistakes for the delivery instructions. Wrongly spelled street name, incomplete postal code...even though I corrected him on what I thought sounded like the incorrect pronunciation of the street,he still spelled it incorrectly.(seemed like a nice fella though)
Then,a bit of panic set in ,so I try phoning customer service to see if they can track it or correct it. No dice, can't get through.
Well, maybe I should wait till I get home and see if sh joyously carries in an arrangement with a big hug to come next.
Nope, comes home with nothing, but bread.
I worried about this all through my 9 hour shift at work, all the way home and am still wondering what to do.
Apparently,it sounds like thousands and thousands of people were let down today on their orders from FTD because their associate companies weren't able to fulfill the orders in time.
I just wonder if I'll ever be made whole.
It's almost 7 pm and the wife left her work at 3 pm without any flowers.
Does FTD consider it ok to process your fee if nothing even came?
Am I stiffed,Did my wife not get her gift...Is FTD going to come through with a total refund?
    regards

  34. This is absolutely the worst company in the world to do business with. I really hope that they either get bought or put out of business. I cannot stand nothing more than spending my hard earned money on something and then being treated so rudely for my patronage. What a total disappointment and a waste of time. Furthermore, after speaking to four representatives, that mind you, I can barely understand because they are all Hindi and I mean ALL I end up giving up on getting any sort of compensation. Now I just want to speak to someone who actually cares about the, "GOLD" that funds their business. The, "GOLD" being the paying customer!!!!! I hope someone who really cares reads this! I place an order online for same day delivery at about 7:30 a.m. Called at 5:00 p.m. to check on the status of delivery and was informed that the florist forgot to make the delivery. I was told that the arrangement would be delivered the next day with an upgrade and that they would refund the $2.00 same day fee. Even though the florist was still working no one made an effort to have the arrangement delivered as promised. My grandmother is over 90 years old and the arrangement needed to be delivered on her birthday. Who knows if she'll have another. I cancelled the order and am waiting for my refund. AND Customer Service rep spoke English so badly I could not understand her. Her supervisor spoke better English, but lied to me about the 10% credit & local florist credit. Never heard back from FTD.

  39. To Whom It May Concern:     I am writing FTD Corporate office to express my extreme disappointment with your service. I purchased two offers on Groupon, and turned around and used them right away placing two orders on FTD for Mothers Day. The deliveries were for my Grandmother and stepmother and meant a great deal to me that they received them on that special day. A day that I wanted to honor them in this small way of sending them flowers, to make them feel special and loved and  for being such amazing mothers to me. If I would have known then what I know now, that they were not going to receive these flowers until Wednesday which is 3 days after Mothers Day I would have not used FTD services. Plus I paid $23 extra for each of them to be delivered on that day.    When I called in to FTD after finding out they were not delivered I spoke with Nereida C. in customer service and she was far from what her title states. She absolutely seemed as if she did not care one bit about anything that I was saying. I hope you guys record these messages so that you can hear for yourself how unprofessional, not helpful, and most importantly just didn't seem to care. She advised me that I can either cancel my orders or my deliveries will be delivered either Wednesday. I asked if there was anyway for them to be delivered today and she said no, with no reason on why it was just a no. When I asked what happened she stated that the first deliver they were too busy on orders and where not able to get them out. I could not believe that was what I was being told… The second order she put me on hold and called the florist, when she got back on the line she said no one was answering at the florist and that someone would call me back today to let me know why that ordered was not delivered.  I politely asked if I could speak to a manager at this point, I had already been on the phone with her for an extensive amount of time as is and then she put me on hold again. She got back on the phone said that if I would like to talk to a manager that I would have to wait another 25 minutes. Beyond frustrated with this whole situation I asked if I could get the HQ's phone number and address in hopes that there may be some kind of implementation on FTD's part to better your system and prepare for busier days such as Mothers Day. It may be a small order of over $100 out of my pocket and into yours but the meaning of what those flowers where suppose to be to my stepmom and grandmother have been lost. I hope this letter is read with eagerness to want to make your company a better company with better customer service and better delivery. Going forward I'm sorry to say I will no longer be using FTD.

    Thanks-D.A.from California

  40. I also had a horrible Mother's Day experience with FTD. The person who took my order on Sat before noon was great but never said "there's a chance they may not be delivered as guaranteed on the website". The flowers never made it to the recipient on Mother's Day so I called on Monday and spoke to a customer service rep that I could barely understand. She said they could either cancel the order or fill it, give me 20% off and it would be delivered Tuesday. I explained to her that this gift was meant as a Mother's Day gift not a 'Tuesday after Mother's Day' gift and I did not feel 20% was enough. I asked if she could waive the $22+ fee and she said no they could give me a $20 coupon off my next order however. I told her that if they don't make this right....the coupon won't be necessary. I went back and forth with her for almost 15 mins and I just couldn't get through to her. I explained that those flowers were the only gift the recipient was receiving and since she lived so far away I felt that I was stuck and had to go through with the order. She would not budge at all and I told her to fill the order and keep the coupon. I then went online and completed a complaint on the website. I did get a call back that same night but I missed the call and got the message the following day. I called back and to my complete surprise I GOT THE SAME REP FROM THE DAY BEFORE!! I had to do it all over again with her and finally just hung up on her. I am completely dissatisfied with the service I have received from FTD. They made it very clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority within their company. They have made me feel totally UNIMPORTANT as a customer and for that reason I will never use them again nor will ever recommend them....EVER!

  41. I wish I had read all the above posts prior to placing an order with FTD. NEVER again will I use them, and I will tell everyone I know to NEVER use them. They are a fraudelent company! FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! Do you hear me? They will give you a confirmation number and assure you that the order will be delivered at the time you request; however, order is never delivered, AND they take your money. What a shame! We ordered flowers for our aunt's funeral service and were assured that the order would be delivered by 9:00 a.m. prior to the service. At 8:30 a.m. an e-mail was sent stating that the flowers could not be delivered within the time frame. Well, do you think we were at a computer watching for e-mail at the time when we were at the church prior the services? No way! How on earth do they think we could know that the flowers wouldn't be delivered? Besides the fact that what would we do for flowers at that late time? Even though they sent the e-mail at 8:30 a.m. stating the flowers would not be delivered, they still charged our account. If that isn't fraud I don't know what is. When we called we were told that they would refund the money but that it would take up to six or seven days BEFORE we could get the money. How many times do they assure the customer and give a confirmation number, yet never deliver the flowers and yet keep the money? NEVER NEVER NEVER do business with this FRAUDLENT company. M. Mizell

  42. Listen people....I work for a florist. Have been in the business for 30 years, and will tell you that you should NEVER order flowers through FTD, Teleflora, Just Flowers, 1-800 flowers or any online flower vendor. Call your LOCAL florist, or Google a florist in the town you wish to send your arrangement to, and talk to someone in the LOCAL shop. Only they know what they can do, and what is available and how much the cost is....

  45. I thought I was ordering from a local florist in Littleton, CO. I live in FL. The arrangement was NOT Pretty as delivered from Avas Flowers. She stated that it looked like it had been frozen. I called them for an exchange, which never occurred. She is now in transit to a hospital in another city and I am out $72++. I will never use Avas again. What a bunch of CRAP! Order #331720

  46. READ READ READ

This is how you get things done.
A rep told me that the flowers for my wife's B-Day would be delivered between 9-1pm at her work.
I asked the rep before hanging up after payment was made and he said he confirmed that they would be delivered
in that time frame. I called back at 1:15pm and FTD said they couldn't guarantee a time, but that it would be before 5pm. her work was closed and she had to sit in the SUV waiting, so much for the suprise, it was 5:20 when she finally received them
AFTER Calling Corporate I spoke with
AIMEE BALDASSARO VP Customer Ser. 1-860-767-6222 (Direct Line) She was sympathetic
I can see how she made VP of Customer Service
They refunded my money and sent my wife a bouquet of Red Roses as an apology
    Thank you Aimee

  47. NEVER USE FTD AGAIN..........they have 3 categories (regular, better, best). We ordere the BEST FOR $250 for a funeral service. When we saw the flowers, if that is the BEST I'd hate to see their other categories. The spray looked nothing like the picture from FTD. It looked like the florist ran out of flowers and just left gapping wholes. It looked terrible and CHEAP.

  48. If I were to EVER use a wire service it would be with FLOWER SHOP NETWORK. They are the ONLY wire service that actually looks out for the florist. ESPECIALLY small town florist. They are EXCELLENT on correspondence with the customer AND florist. ALWAYS, ALWAYS, and ONLY use FLOWER SHOP NETWORK.com

  49. I use FTD all the time and the last 3 arrangements have been terrible, When I call FTD they state that they "FARM" orders out to florists nearest to where we are ordering from. My arrangements that are normally ordered are well over $100.00. This past order, I ordered a beautiful arrangement and expecting it to be delivered on the date requested, it never happened, with having said all this, I am a Gold Member which means I should not have been charged for delivery, which they charged me for and to top of that, they charged me a morning delivery fee. I called FTD repeatedly and they left me on hold for 5+ minutes - Not gracious or good customer service. They can have the money I spent for the Gold Member Service and they can kiss my business good-bye, I will work with florists directly or call Pro-Flowers, FTD is going down hill and I hope they lose a lot of business since they are not service or business oriented

    1. I couldn't agree with you more. If you find a way to put them out of business, let me know. They have totally screwed me, not once, but twice. Won't do it again. These guys need to go out of business and stay out.

  51. I order my flowers online by sight. Apparently the picture Shown on line and the actually arrangement item number do not correlate. I received a bouquet filled with carnations which I loathe. Again I ordered by sight a lovely arrangement of roses and daisies, with and upgrade to truly admire their beauty. The Bouquet I originally received was indeed the correct arrangement unfortunately the flowers were not nearly fresh. As they arrived withering, with black spots. The second bouquet apparently according to my order number, and the less than empathic young lady who I spoke to after the second delivery not so eloquently conveyed "THAT IS WHAT YOU ORDER!"
Because the first flourish delivered the exact replica of what I had seen on line I wonder if they to had seen the same image as I; if only their flowers had not been wilting I would not have been subject to the HORRIBLE customer service FTD provides.

    1. I ordered the Raspberry Sensation for a friend for her birthday. The picture of what she sent me looks NOTHING like what I ordered. It's really a tacky looking arrangement and I am totally dissatisfied. I called customer service to let them know it looked nothing like what I ordered. I was on hold for 20 mins for them to come back and offer me a 5% credit. WHAT IN THE HELL? 5% of the total is like $3. That is just INSULTING. I have ordered from FTD before, but I will not be ordering every again. I am completely and totally insulted by the petty offer to make this right. I will be contacting corporate. I cannot believe I was put on hold for 20 mins to get an offer of $3 credit. Completely and totally laughable!

  52. Just found out that someone stole my credit card number and actually ordered flowers to someone. To top it off FTD would not even give me any information on the order or anything. Next call to the FBI and Securities Dept to look into FTD and their history of accepting stolen cards without verifying the card holders information.

  53. After two attempts using FTD Florists, and getting HORRIBLE service, and late or no delivery as ordered, I figured it out. FTD stands for "Failed To Deliver" Guess there is truth in advertising, they are just sneaky snakes. Never again.

  54. I ordered 3 arrangements to be delivered to the same address on the same day. Each arrangement went to a different florist. Two arrangements arrived but the important one, the one for my mother's 85th birthday celebration, well it might get there by 3:30. I don't understand how 3 ordered placed at the same time and delivered to the same address get sent to three different florists with different delivery times. And customer service says they can send me a gift card after I told them I wouldn't you you any more. I asked if they can refund the money to the card and was told "that would be difficult" Excuse me, I know how merchants accounts work, easy to process a refund. But not easy to fix this mess. Daughters in Florida and Washington can't get their centerpiece to the party location until after the party is over. Not a good way to run a business FTD. Very disappointed.
