Barrington Place in Oviedo, Florida is poorly run. You have no privacy. Maintenance walks in on you without reason several times a month and these guys are creepy. No one ever calls back or handles complaints. The staff all have left and been replaced more times than we can count. The rent is high, the accommodations are very low income level and the noise is off the charts.
