  2. Went to dunkin donuts on Newton road plaistow nh about a week ago to grab my morning coffee first of all my hot coffee was cold and tasted like it was sitting there for a while. Than while I was about to leave a lady came in witch I believe is the owner and started yelling at her employees because there were to many of them at once. How embarrassing (and as that I mean for hour self) I will not return to this location!

  7. I go into the DD by my house quite often since i moved there. I'ts location is on Centervill rd West Warwick. The manager there is unexplainably rude. Always has a very angry looking face on. I have seen her call her employes stupid, dumb, re-tarted, and an idiot right in front of lines of customers its uncalled for and not manager quality at all. I feel it needs to be taken care of it make me and im sure other customers especially ones my age uncomfortable when we hear people getting treated like that.

  9. Hello, I am sending a complaint because no one seems to know how to make the coffee coolattas anymore. I been drinking this drink evryday for the last 7 years and everytime I get one its always watery and taste like a hershey milkshake. I am tired of this and when I went to store on Washington and Franklin they have new people there and dont make my coolatta right or someone is cleaning the machine when they have customers coming in. I dont think its right to spend $4 on a coolatta and its never made right. The people seem to have nice attitudes but they need to be trained properly on how to make them because I will be taking my money somewhere else. These stores also need to be trained the store on Madison and franklin, Roosevelt and Menard as well. Thank you!

  11. Dunkin donuts on Lagrange road sucks whenever I go there they always screw something up it never fails, I should not have to pay for something I didn't order and don't even like. I will never recommend it to anyone.

  12. I was in Milford, CT and I noticed that they had posters with the New England Patriots on it. CT is in the New York City area and CT's own region (Hartford/New Haven - but really Hartford) neither of which are in the Boston area. CT is not in metro Boston or in any MA region. Contrary to the BS, there is no such thing as a New England region, TV market or metro area, so why do they have the Patriots up in CT? That, along with Boston sports are out of market teams to us. Our only teams are the NY and NJ teams - period. MA companies always try to spread Boston and their teams in our states via the Trojan Horse method - their businesses. WHen I call them on it, they get mad and act like their made-up markets exist when they don't.

Boston and MA - stay out of CT! You can bring your businesses here, but stop trying to act like we are in the Boston region when we are not. So keep your Marshall/TJ Maxx, Dunkin Donuts, Hood, Sealtest, Colony Tools, People's Bank (which they brought only to spread New England propaganda), Stop &Shop (well, they are doing better as they know that the Giants are our team, so maybe they are cool now), Big Y and anything else that you use for the sole purpose of Trojan Horsing Boston to CT since that is the only way that you can sell yourselves into a market that is not yours!

Now, in Fairfield County,CT, they do put the NY teams on their places since that is undisputed NY territory, but they act like the rest of the state is Boston territory when it is not.

    1. ~ This seems to be the opinion of many including myself and my family. They need to get professional trainers in that go around to the stores and hire people that are workers and not just stand around with an attitude. We just returned a dozen-- not proofed correctly again; literally 3 bites. The owner of our two in our area just can't get it together after many years. Then if you have a problem they ask you to come back and they replace it with exactly what you purchased instead of comping for your time and gas by giving you more. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

      Delete
    2. They don't get much training. A couple girls get hired one month, the next month they are training more newer girls while not being properly trained themselves. It is such a weak system. WAY Too Many Chiefs Not Enough Indians!!

  17. This will make Dunkin Donuts the best coffee producer in the universe. Go back to your old coffee taste. It was the best of all coffee. Stop trying to compete with the other sorry coffee makers and stick to the coffee that made Dunkin donuts what it is today. Take it from some serious coffee drinkers.

    1. Your donuts are half the size they used to be. And you also did a really dumb thing - you discontinued the donut that gave your place the name - it was called a cruller (not the one you have today), it was long and twisted, with heavy cake that had a wonderful taste, and the outside was crunchy - perfect for "DUNKING". Soon your donuts will be the size of a small cookie, and so will your business.

  23. I am currently an employee at Dunkin Donuts, the owner of the Dunkin I work at suspended me for four days because he claimed to see a post on facebook. When I asked him to pull the post up he said he didnt have a facebook account and he wasnt going to do that. Now when I called to find a human resource number they told me they dont get involved with the store. What is the point of having a corporation that doesnt help the employees? I can say I will never get another job at Dunkin Donuts again. Probably one of the worst job experience I have had.

  25. I live in Hernando county Fl. The Dunkin Donuts on 50 has horrendous owners. They are rude, have fits in front of customers and are disrespectful as can be to their employees. The one young man on the drive thru window has no personality and clearly is NOT people friendly. While I was ordering a cup of coffee they yelled at the young lady numerous times to help with something nevermind the paying customer right in front of her. I personally don't know how the employees do it. Truthfully someone needs to go visit from corporate but be incognito they have NO business running a store the way they act. It's giving Dunkin a bad name.

  27. Unreal...Went to Dunkin Donuts @ 211 West Adams, Chicago, IL. Ordered a Turkey, Bacon & Cheese sandwich on crossiant, hashbrowns and small ice tea. I was given an english muffin. I waited hash browns now cold and smashed. I get back to work and look and my sandwich is a sausage, egg & cheese on crossiant. I call the store. Go back and the guy assures me that it is the correct sandwich! I do not look in the bag...not smart. Get back to work and no hashbrowns and the sandwich is the same except he threw bacon on it. I call the store again and they now act like they cannot speak English. WOW. I will NEVER go there again! NEVER

  28. Went to the Dunkin Donuts on 183rd in Tinley Park, IL and purchased a gift card for my dad on Fathers Day. Went to put it in the card later and found out I didn't have it so I took the receipt back and told the manager. She said she had to review the camera film....after 15 minutes she returned and said the customer after me took the card. She said loudly and rudely "nothing I can do" drawing attention to me thruout the store and drive thru. Very embarrassing for $20.00...not very good customer service and loss of a good customer as well as family will cost the store a lot more than that.

  36. Went to shell Dunkin Donuts on Hartford Turnpike In Connecticut and am getting more upset by the day. Ive been getting the best service coffee and food every day for the past 5 years from the girl that closes the store. She is the best Dunkin Donuts employee I've seen. I am upset because the new Manager their finds it acceptable to let this gir who just became newly in charge on the morning shift bad mouth the closer in front of the other workers and customers. Not to mention she lies alot about what she says about the closer. The two of them find this kind of conversation about her acceptable. The closer is the one who tought her everything she knows. Wont ever go to Dunkin Donuts again. The closer should have been in Management by now but everyone is to busy listening to the jealous crap talk about her that her chance to effectively succeed has been dampered. To bad I will miss the best Dunkin Donuts worker ever. Shes a great and honest person who cares about others and the store.
