Highway Robbery! Wish I could give ZERO stars!!

I bought a pair of jeans from Dress Barn when it was brick and mortar. I went to the online store to buy two more identical pairs. When I received the items, I quickly realized that they did not match the description AND that (although they were exactly the same as my brick and mortar pair) they were entirely different jeans. I returned the items and requested a refund to the original method of payment. I noticed that they had received my items on December 21st but only responded to my emailed requests after the 5th email. The response was that they had given me a store credit. What kind of shady business has a return policy of store credit. I feel like Dressbarn stole my money and is keeping it hostage as I do not want anything else on their site. Subsequently, I have sent Dressbarn support 15 unanswered emails requesting the return of my money. I have made attempts to call the following phone numbers associated with Dressbarn: Dressbarn’s “Corporate Office” (1-877-879-3561) but an emergency alert opAnother Dressbarn “Corporate” number: (1-845-369-4500) which is actually some random fax machine. I simply want my $130 sent back to my original method of payment. I DO NOT recommend anyone purchasing anything from this shady company. I have reported them to USA.gov and BBB for scamming me out of my money since I continue not to receive a response from support@dressbarn.com or all of their fraudlent phone numbers.

Dress Barn Online is Terrible

This goes back to October 2022. I order two pairs of pants, liked one, and wanted to return the other. No paperwork came with my order so I emailed your customer service. They were currently busy and will get back to me soon. After several times that I emailed them, I got a replacement in December. By this time the 30-day return policy had passed. I received an email last week saying I have a credit of $28.31. Sorry, but I would not order from you again because your customer service is too terrible. So therefor I would like a refund sent to me for the $28.31. I loved shopping in your store, but your online is terrible.
