  2. Hi I have a concern about a store in Woodlake on Hull st. in Richmond VA. The manager allows the workers to take money from the store for car repairs and to pay there bills. How is this possible? Are they allowed to take store money like that for just anything? The owner lets under age girls run the store and most time he isn't even there. I had ordered pizza before and its cold and you call them they laugh at you. Please give me advice on what to do. Thanks so much the number to this store i am talking about is 804-739-2444

  5. Well the Domino's Franchise in our area decided it's a good idea to hold our paychecks that are due on Monday until Wednesday. Thanks to this many of our 60+ employees that have worked for their money are gonna incur late fees on bills miss rent and not have the money to buy groceries for their families. Our franchise is in Northwest Ga and our franchise, while he can't meet payroll on time, can take multiple get away throughout the year and claim that he "gives until it hurts."

  9. My girlfriend had called and ordered a large one topping pepperoni, parmesan bites and a 2 literal coke. We went to pick it up and went through the drive-thru and honked the car horn three times and knocked on the window to get someone to come help us. The gentlemen looked at us turned around and walked away. So we parked the car went in and the car that was behind us in the drive-thru got his food before us and the pizza looked horrible. The reason of going to drive-thru is because I am on crutches and didn't want to go in and get it and try to walk out with it all.

  12. My husband works for Dominos in McMinnville Tennessee 37110. I have wrote to corporate before and when they found out they had been turned in to corporate, they got worse & harrassed the girl they thought done it fo weeks!!! Well I'm here to complain again! This is the worst work enviroment ever. 2 weeks ago my husband was sitting outside getting ready for his shift when one of the employees stuck her head out the window and asked him if he wanted to come in early. Note: they didn't telk him they were busy so he assumed someone just wanted to go home early

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. so he didn't go in. Jeff Hall came out in the public eye in front of everyone and verbally attacked my husband. told him that if he wasn't going to come in early that he could "get the fuck off the property". THE schedule made following this altercation my husbands hours have been cut drastically. Sunday July 28th one of the managers began to harass my husband again. HE KEPT telling him he needed to just leave. he needed to just quit. My husband has sat back and took this kind of treatment for far too long. Last night July 31 2012... The inspector was there. ohhhh... this is where it gets really good! My husband was fixing to take a pizza and somehow the box got flipped. he knew it was unacceptable to take it to the customer that way. so he told Charles ( manager) what happened. Well the inspector was standing there and heard my husband say it needed to be remade. After the inspector walked away, Charles got in my husbands ear and said "You fucking idiot what the fuck were you thinking. At this point my husband snaps and gets back in Charles face and says "Call me another name and ill fucking put on a show in front of everybody". then Charles had the nerve to tell my husband not to curse! HAHAHA! At the end of the night my husband was able to talk to the inspector in private and told her the situation. she seamed very appropriate and acted like she was going to take care of it. well, its like this, if it doesn't get fixed, we are on the verge of getting a lawyer for verbal assault and harassment. The inspector said something about bugging the place to get proof. My husband is NOT the only victim. It happens all day every day! Everyone witnesses it. It is beyond my belief that we are the first to come forward. These managers are worse than teenage girls when it comes to name calling, swearing, and drama. My husband loves this job as far as the job goes. he does not love the way he or his coworkers are treated. DO SOMETHING NOW. FIRE THEM. CUT THERE PAY. SOMETHING.

  13. I placed an order online providing my number & a note in the little space provided. I wrote " when arrived called this #"
they never called me. They called my supervisor with an attitude saying my sandwich were here. I work at a call center. so when i was able to get off the phone i clock out for lunch & when downstairs to pay for the food. When i get there, they had said the driver said that he couldn't wait around & left with my food. It didn't took me more than 7min to get there. So i called the store 918 481 6091. & the guy when off on me saying he waited for more than 30 min (which is not true). & if i wanted my food i had to go & pick it up, & i had to pay for the food. When i asked him why didn't your driver called my number i provided he answer " he doesn't have a phone, its not my fault you didn't picked up your food". But he knew everything that had happen so the driver must of had a phone but was to lazy to cal. I personally like your pizza but after this issue i will NEVER EVER GET PIZZA FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! They should know how to treat people better if they want more customers. & its not the first time that this happens to me. I don't do this but i just had enough of this services they have at this store. the location of the CRAPPY store: 6927 South Sheridan Road Tulsa, OK

  16. I was recently in your SNOHOMISH WASHINGTON location and over heard TWO of your "managers" Yelling at one of the drivers because she has asked why they were throwing away food. Doesn't seem very appropriate that your workers are treated so badly by the "managers." I can't believe that's how your managers conduct theirselves in front of customers.

  19. I ordered a pizza with white sauce and pineapple this evening for pickup from the Ellicott City store at 9469 Baltimore Natl Pike and was told 20-25 mins. I arrived at store in 20 minutes and was told it would be another 10-15 minutes. I finally got my pizza, paid and left. When I got home I had a marinara pizza, but the box had my name on it. I called to complain and the person on the phone started yelling at me and asked mebifni was going to complain all night or if I was going to give him a chance to explain what might have happened. I was astonished that he would speak to a customer and asked to speak to the manager and he told me he WAS the assistant manager. He said they were busy and had new people and perhaps orders had gotten switched and asked me if I had ever stopped to consider that. I told him I would never order from Dominos ever again and he HUNG up on me. I am also going to relay this story to my friends and family. There are so many pizza establishments out there, to be talked to that way was unforgivable after they couldn't even give me what I ordered. I couldn't even eat the pizza because I can't eat tomato sauce. I paid almost 14.00 for one pizza and waited for over 30 minutes to have this person be rude and insulting. Dominos needs to hire nicer people!!!

  24. Just ordered 3 (that's right THREE) pizzas on the phone for delivery. It was from the local dominos in Warrenton, Va.
The driver got here with 2 pizzas. He called the manager 'Kevin' and explained there was an issue with the order. I actually talked to 'Kevin' and I can say he was curt and rude. He was unwilling to correct or explain the mixup in the order.
I had a bad enough experience that I will NEVER order from dominos again! Furthermore, I will make every effort to tell all my friends and family to do the same and NEVER call dominos again. I would think with all the pizza competition out there a business such as dominos would make every effort to retain their loyal customer. But they would rather be rude and not only trash two pizzas but trash my relationship with them as well.
    One very disappointed FORMER customer.

  26. i started working at domino's pizza under the impression that i was going to be making minimum wage for training and for days when i made less than minimum wage in tips and at a rate of $5.50 an hour. there were several nights i made under minimum wage in tips plus my $5.50hr. also when i started delivering for domino's, their was an other employee(Alex) who had been there longer than me and knew the system. Alex would without the manager knowing, take delivery's from me. i told the manager and she spoke to them about it. within a few days of that i was intimated and threatened by Alex for telling the Becky about what was going on. then i noticed that the Team leader and acting manger, Clarissa was on Alex side and making false accusations to Becky about my productivity & cleanliness because they both and others knew what was going on about Alex stealing my delivery. Therefore, my hours started to lessen, and every employee that worked for domino's started calling me name like "Snitch". Clarissa, one day, when there was a costumers in the store, yelled at me at the top of her voice and made me feel belittled. Another day soon after, Alex got in my face and wanted to fight me in the store and the team leader Glen, who was in charge at the time and in the store promoted his conduct and made it look to Becky that i was the one who started it. That same night, Clarissa, before she clocked out said i could go home early because i was unable to closes. the next day i call to see if the seclude was posted and Becky said that i was no longer needed cause i didn't fit in, and that i was always calling off when i never called out.

  40. Our order was cancelled because after waiting 40 minutes, I called to find out the status of this order and was told it would be "a while before it was ready". When I asked what was considered to be "a while", I was told that it would be about another 2 hours. I asked how long it would be if I was to pick up my order and was told that it would still be at least 2 hours. Since Domino's had my phone number, I find it puzzling as to why a courtesy call was not made to notify me of the rather extensive wait.

I look forward to your response.

  41. Today I ordere an oven baked sub from domino's and I was very unsatisfied with what I got. The sub was barely warm and it had an outrageously small amount of meat and mushrooms in it. Id say 85% of the sub was pure bread. I called back and spoke with the first employee who answered the phone and told him that I was unsatisfied with my order. I informed him that I understood that they are usually stingy with thier meat and extras that they put in the sub, but that never had I had a sub so skimp in my life. It was ridiculously skimp. There were about 4 small 2 inch pieces of meat and 3 mushrooms in my sub. After I let him know that he immediately put me on hold without asking me to hold. Im assuming that he transfered me to a manager because a new person answered the phone after a couple of minutes of being on hold. I re-explained the situation and the manager gave me and attitude' paused for a while and then told me that they were going to deliver me a mew sub. I responded back and I thanked him and shortly after he just hung up the phone on me. After a shorr while the sub was delivered to me, and the delivery guy also had an attitude. I told him that I would give him acouple of bucks for him delivering the new sub and I did, he took the money from me, and instead of saying thank you or showing me that he was thankful, he eudely said to me: are you happy now?? And then he walked away. I was very angry and unsatiafied withe my order and the way that I was treated by the employees and manager. Especially bc I was being generous humble and reasonable with them and they were ridiculously rude to me. This is by far the worst that I have been treated customer service wise and I will not be ordering from this location again. They werent even a slight bit apologetic. VERY DISAPPOINTED. The workers at domino's above are the most rude, antagonizing and racist people in the business. They hardly ever pick up their phone. when they do are rude to me. I order in person and they still mess up my orders. There have been other customers in the store that has been treated with a little bit of decency. I should not be treated so wrongly for trying to support your chain. I have enjoyed the food and have returned because i'm limited on options near my house. But I will no longer be patronized by your company worker's until this is rectified.

Worst. Domino's. Ever. We previously ordered 3 pizzas for delivery. Delivery was late. All 3 pizzas were burnt and inedible. 1 of the 3 pizzas was completely wrong from what we ordered. When we called to complain about the order, they were very rude on the phone. We were sent a gift certificate for a one medium, one topping pizza. When we called to use this gift certificate, the girl on the phone at first told us that this location would not deliver to us, even though we have used this location for delivery on multiple occasions. The girl then asked us if the gift certificate was for a 'mess up' order, which it was. She then said very rudely that they would have to honor the gift certificate however we would have to pick it up and they would not deliver it. When we pushed the situation, saying that it was their mistake with the first order, she then said that they WOULD deliver it however if we wanted the free pizza we would have to order something else from the menu. She also said we would have to pay a delivery fee even though it was their mistake in the first place. Needless to say, we did not order anything. This is a horrible Domino's location with very rude people. We have ordered from other Domino Pizza locations and have been very happy with service and quality. It is a shame that this specific Domino's has such rude workers and bad quality.

    Very Dissatisfied

I have been working for Dominos for about 7 yrs as a store manager in Dallas. I know that I can't fix what has occurred at your individual stores but I do encourage for you to call or email Corporate with your concerns. Customer care @ Dominos website. As a manager, I respond to all of my concerns with 24-48 hrs and we as a team do not let this unacceptable behavior exist ever. Again, I am very sorry and absolutely embarrassed you all have had horrible, horrible experiences because my team and I would never treat you that way. The way they were burned was not so great. We have ordered from there before and never received burned pizzas before this time. The driver came in a timely manner and was very nice. Just not sure we will ever order anymore pizzas if they are going to be burned. The place is Collinsville, IL.

  49. I had the worst experience the other day. I pass 2 other pizza joints to get to Dominos, why because my wife loves Dominos. I go to pick up the sandwiches and yes this is our first time trying these out. I was with a buddy he goes in and I see the baker or the cook, what ever he is called step to the back exit door he didn't go up but what does he do he lights up a cigarette and starts smoking. I could not believe it. Then I see the other 2 works texting and just talking to the guy in the back. He was a manager because I asked the delivery guy. I have video of this as well. What is the best number to call and talk to someone about this?

When I looked to the right of my computer page and saw it all in SPANISH; that became the last time I'll use Dominos. In the USA, we speak English. Let spanish speaking people click on website and switch to spanish! I would expect to have to switch to English if I were in a spanish speaking country. Good bye Dominos!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  50. I will never order from Dominos again! Today I ordered two subs, a medium pizza and an order of breadstix, they told me it would be twenty mins for my pick up order, when I arrived the young man at the register told me it would be another three mins.. and walked away without even acknowledging the gentleman behind me who had yet to place an order. The young man that took my money came back to the store front a few times to answer the phone and chat with someone from another store about lettuce, still not acknowledging the man behind me or the woman who had entered in the meantime, after ten mins (mind you I was supposed to get my order in three minutes), the young man finally acknowledges the other two customers in the store, takes their order and tells me mine should be up any moment. After waiting 25 minutes in store for my order I began to get frustrated, I do not have all day to wait for pizza that should have been ready 25 minutes ago. The young man assured me that it would be just another three minutes, as he walked away again, a third customer came in, at which time the manager came up to the store front, handed her a pizza and told her her large three topping pizza would only be $4.77 and she would see her later tonight. At this point my blood is boiling, I am waiting for almost half an hour for my order which I paid full price for because the young man didn't know how to ring the coupons in, and a friend of the manager gets to walk in, get a pizza for under $5 and be in and out in under two minutes. On top of that, I finally get my order and to the managers credit she appologizes for the wait and tells us all that she can't find people to work there. I take my order to the car and check it because I have had other orders come out wrong from this location, and once again my order was wrong, I took the items that were wrong back in and was told I could wait while the manager made new ones, after already being in the store for 45 minutes I told her I did not have time to wait any longer, and I would never be ordering from this location or another Dominos again, and I will not. The idea that the customer service is so horribly off at this location has lost dominos a lot of money as we order pizza weekly. Someone should seriously look into the store at 35785 Harper Ave Clinton Township, MI 48035

I'm never ordering from that store again, and probably will take me a while to order from Dominos again, until I forget the nasty taste and smell of this uncooked food.
I really hope you guys contact this store.

  57. I just quit my position with Domino's in Las Cruces, NM for lack of hours and for being demoted for "refusing to deliver an order" to someone at the local university, and for only working 2 hours and making $10.55 in tips, plus only working 3 days a week.

I was just fine with working the three days at a rate of $5.55 per hour + tip, but after an incident with a customer claiming that I "refused" to deliver an order to them, I explained to the customer, that there aren't any places to park on the university's campus for delivery driver and said that I was sorry for the trouble. Close to the end of my shift, I was calling into the GM's office and was given a write-up for the incident and told that I would be demoted from the pay rate of: $5.55 per hour to: $4.75 an hour and if I wanted to be moved back, then I would have to retrain everything that I had already learned and if I passed, then...I might be moved back up.

Tonight, I went in at the time I was scheduled and was then yelled at by the GM, told that I was late and that he needed me to take a double run, then.

If you terminate Holly I will not pursue legal action. I love Domino's and have been a long time customer. Since it's been so long, it would have been a new experience for me and definitely for the kids. I walked in Store #4145, located on Roosevelt Hwy in Atlanta GA, and asked employee Ingrid what specials did they have and she very lazily pointed to the door and said, "look on the door". I advised her that I had looked on the door before walking in, but wanted to know if there was any other specials. She looked at me as if I had just slapped her mother and I immediately took offense to her unwilligness to help a potential new customer and thanked her, walked out and drove to PaPa Johns. All I have to say is if Domino's is hiring that type of staff with no customer service training, they will never gain new customers!

I have never ever worked in the store like the one in skyline area king st- recently under the new manager, the work turned into hell. he make it difficult to all drivers. he asked them to slap the pizza answering the phone, in general they asked them to do somethings is not listed in the jib contract or you will be punished d by firing you or push you to quite. No one feels comfortable anymore in this job. the manager has attitude, just give example, driver call for family or emergency issue, instead of asking what happened he starts bein smart and complaining about the emergency, he tries to evaluate you emergency situation instead of hoping you will and consolidate you. Also he give some tasks that normally for insider to drivers. driver can help but can not be used. asked any driver and you will see how they are frustrated. they can not express themselves but you can feel it.

Mind you am pregnant and my two sons have been waiting for the food for a while now. The worst of it wasn't even at that point, it was when we spoke to the supervisor who was even ruder then the driver. He even put my husband on hold and never came back to the line. 73. In the early 1980's hurricane "Andrew" devastated Florida. the people couldn't get to their money or food because the bank buildings and the food buildings were gone! all of the major food companies drove semi-trailers to Florida and donated food and other services, FOR FREE. when DOMONO'S got there the people lined up for food and they were turned away to STARVE because DOMINO'S charged $3.00, knowing that the people could not get any money or food. this was on NBC, CBS and local stations. check it out.
I used to buy 2 LARGE pizzas about 2 times a month from DOMINOE'S. from that day foreword I have never bought a pizza from DOMINOE'S, AND NEVER WILL. I have told all my friends since the 1980's not to buy from DOMINO'S.
    4 pizzas a month @ $15.00 = $60.00 X 12 months a year = $720.00, X 25 years = $18.000.00. and counting.
And don’t tell me “oh these are independently owned franchises”. Employees are only the extension of management.
Besides DOMINO’S LARGE pizza is the same size as everybody else's small pizza.

  74. This is for Dominos Pizza #8491 First of all, I wanna say sorry but I wanna keep myself anonymous. I'm not the complaining type of person but in this case I had to. So I walked in [11-6-13] and a guy named Aaron helped me. First of all I couldn't talk to him face to face, because he smelled like marijuana. Second, he was very rude, he couldn't put words together to talk. He talked with a bad attitude. Who hires someone who smokes marijuana? and even worse with a bad attitude? I want him drug tested A.S.A P. Hope this gets resolved. Here's the story, I ordered online for pick-up. He slammed the phone on me did not say goodbye or thanks none of that. I let it go then I came to the store, same attitude. Looks like he hates his job, I did not comment to him or anything, I just took his name. Such a rude person and no place in the customer service industry. So this is my personal complaint to the corporate office. They have to do something about this person. Marijuana smokers should NOT be working with food!!! Their phone number is 818-247-9500 and located on 1428 E Colorado Blvd, Glendale, Ca 91205

Something needs to be done about it. Corporate needs to get on to the Hall road/Van Dyke Dominos and tell them to STAY out of Lakeside Mall and STAY out of that other Domino's delivery area. A lot of people at my work told me not to order from you guys because it would take too long, I disagreed and went along with my order. after waiting for over an hour for my food the delivery driver calls me to rudely ask where I am. When I told him the building was not closed and we were located off exit 49 on sunrise he said he was on veterans hwy, he just said okay and hung up. at an hour and 40 minute wait, the driver comes inside and first brings me a water not the soda I ordered, so he went back to the car and switched it out. after that he tells me that I should have ordered from the Sayville store and not the one in Holbrook. First of all how am I supposed to know that when online the website picks it for me? After that I was so frustrated. I still gave him a 1.00 tip and he didn't even say thank you. The food was cold as can be and this was a horrible experience. I feel robbed of the money I paid for this food. I will never be ordering from dominos again, and I will tell everyone of my family and friends about this horrible experience...then I call the manger of 967 Main Street Holbrook, NY 11741

after explaining my whole story they put me on hold then the gm got on the phone I start to explain to him what happened and he said he would credit me to the Sayville store I told him no I wanted my money back because on the website it says Our Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your Domino's Pizza experience, we will make it right or refund your money. well its a lie. I wanted my money back and the gm said your not getting your money back and hung up on me! 81. On March 2, 2014, I placed an order around 7:00 p.m. for delivery from Domino’s located at 9535a Westheimer Rd., Houston, Texas 77063, (713) 266-0660. I ordered it online through my phone application and tracked the order using their Tracker program. When 8:00 p.m. came around, I still had not received my order. When I tracked it online, it said that it was delivered shortly after 8:00 p.m., but I never received the order. I called the number listed for that Domino’s location and the phone continued to ring with no one ever answering the phone. I continued to do this for 10 minutes. The next day, March 3, 2014, I checked my credit card statement online and it said that the charge for the delivery was pending. I then got online to the Domino’s website and filed a complaint. A representative emailed me on March 4, 2014 stating his name as “Alan.” He said the Corporate Supervisor responsible for the Houston location, Noe Abeja, would be emailing me within three days, but if not, Alan gave me Noe Abeja’s email address, noe.abeja@dominos.com. I had not heard anything by March 7, 2014 so I emailed Noe Abeja and to this date, March 13, 2014, I have not received an email from him concerning this complaint. As of now, the charge has gone through on my card. Legally Domino’s has stolen money from me and should be charged with theft. I have tried to get this resolved on my own, but Domino’s has left me no choice but to file a complaint with the BBB. Please let me know if anyone else has had money stolen from them!

  86. It is about the store on white lane and huge. We ordered a large hand tosted pizza around 7:30pm. and my husband pick it up around 7:45pm. He was tired from his work. So, he just gave a look and did not pay attention properly. My kids were waiting for pizza so they just eat it right away. So, after refershing, when my husband was going to eat it , there was no sauce on it. He called the store and store incharge said that we need to bring that pizza backk to them to get a new one. My husbad said it's only half left because our kids eat it and she said to bring the half. He was drunk, so he asked him for home delivery. She was so rude and said we have to go there. My husband said it is really far so He will come tomorrow. But she insist to come on the same day. I was studying and I had to leave the study in between to get the pizza. When I reached there she started showing me attitude and was so rude and said you should bring the full pizza. She had another black girl the cook with her and she argued with me too that she maid the pizza and she maid it right and showed me some little bit sauce on the corners and said why we call them 1our later? I said becauise we were eating it now that's why.then she gave me another pizza and said she is going to write down on the side of my name about it so next time we won't get free pizza. And said go away. bye. I said you can not talk to me like that and she again said go away. bye.
I asked her name and she said it is Alisia. I wanna ask is this the customer service Domino's providing to the customers and how dare she talked to me like that? If you guys have cameras on, I would suggest you to watch it and look at Alisia's customer service.

  88. I have been ordering now for the past several months via your phone application from your store #6589 located at 3659 Nasa Road 1 Seabrook TX, 77586 which is managed by a very rude, incompetent, and yes arrogant manager by the name of Kathleen for example when I order a Large (14") Hand Tossed Pizza 3 topping for carry out only I never get double Pepperoni and when I say something all I get from her is we do not control the computer so last week it happened again ( at least the seventh time)and the older gentleman who was the cashier suggested that after I place the order call the store and verify the receipt of the correct order.
So today 06/12/2014 I order my pizza via my cell phone application followed up by a phone call which was answered by “TOM” And I had him check and he stated it came in as only extra Pepperoni I told him that it should be double and heard him call out to Kathleen the same statement.
When got to the store I asked if they corrected it and was assured it was and saw Kathleen hiding and know why ….because when I arrived home it was wrong and had only extra Pepperoni and when I called back I was rudely told we only do what our computer prints out.. So I say to you goodbye Dominos and will tell all of my friends and I am going to post this message on every web site I can think of there are several better places in the Clear Lake City area.

  89. My name is Miles Manetta, I have worked for Domino's Pizza 7.5 years with multiple awards for different achievements. Recently Domino's Pizza in Timmins( store # 10456) was sold to a Kevin Barber who has held numerous franchises in USA, Since Kevin came to this store he has picked on workers to the point where they were crying and finally under duress have left their position here. He has in front of witnesses implied I didn't know what I was doing that every thing that was at fault with the store was my fault, and generally degraded me I have tried talking to Kevin but he has no respect with people below his stature and will not talk to me. ( his words like disgusting, useless, also I was the slowest one there at making pizza. my average time for a pepperoni 28 sec. my fastest 21 sec.) since he has taken over this unit we have lost many good employees through his unprofessional behavior. He is not very often there and when he is, it is only to pick on me and other employees. I worked there with enthusiasm and zest, and enjoyed my time there and in all stores, in London Ontario. The managers, csr and drivers are all talking about quitting now. Because of this last confrontation with Kevin I took a stand with great regret and finished my employment with Domino's After talking with the labour board about his attitude and insulting behavior they have advised me to try talking with him again, this I certainly will not do, On the web you can find different blogs relating to Kevin Barber and his temperament from all his ex employees in USA.I know from experience working over the years for Domino's that the Corporate office looks after their co-workers and are thankful for useful information.

I called in a order for 5 and a order of the chicken bites it was around 8:44 p.m. the pizza the pizza still hadn't arrived so my husband called back and was put on hold for 25 mins then the guys gets on the phone and was very rude he hung up on my husband my nephew called in reguards to the pizza taking so long and the guy hung up on him that is when my husband decided to call again the guy was so rude when we asked for corporate number he gave us the number 6369472211 it was to a fire alarm company I've done business for many years and never had such poor service if this is how your employees treat customers then they need to find another job. if there is not any action taken then I will call all the news channels and go to the attorney general to get this matter taken care of the store that has the poor people skills is located in St. Peters Mo, 63303 store number 1618 the person who worked the night shift didn't want to give his name that is very sad that Dominos hires people like that I will never order a pizza from there again. Your commercials say that you care for your customers. I'm looking forward to a follow up letter from corporate about this matter.

  92. my mother in law orders from the Domino's Pizza in Katy, Tx at least twice a month and spends about $60 each time. Tonight she ordered Pizza and 4 bowls 2 of alfredo and two Italian with meat and cinnamon dippers. We were very unhappy with 2 of the bowls that were alfredo they both were under sized in the container and she had asked for extra chicken which she did not get and the sauce was dry. there was no care in making them. she immediately called to tell them what it looked liked and no extra chicken added. the response was ok will make another.
that's not good customer service, it should of been handled where they said how can we make it better for you today? given a coupon or something please practice on your customer service skills or train your management personal better to handle customers to come back to Domino's instead going to Papa Johns

  93. I am a employee at a dominos at 1183 summit ave Jersey City, NJ 07304. I have few concerns first is about how we get paid, hourly rate in nj is $8.15 but we get paid $7.25 per hour and we get $1 per delivery. Store manager says if we are to get the minimum wage required by the state of NJ, drivers will stop getting $1 per delivery. Even though store charges $1.90 to customers as delivery charge and we only get $1. I just want to find out if what they are doing is legal or drivers can stand up and fight this because as drivers we do more then just deliveries we make boxes, wash dishes, sweep, mop, take orders on phone prepare our order as it comes out from the oven meanwhile people working the make line only prep food while we bring them everything from freezer all they do is stay on make line and scream out loud what ever they need at the end of the night we also clean make line sometime and people who were prepping food clock out and leave if drivers refuse he gets suspended and get on bad side of his manager. Is it fair that they ger state minimum wage and we get dollar less and our mileage reimbursement is considered part of the hourly rate as i mentioned before either we get state minimum and lose the mileage or get milage and not get state minimum. Second is that whenever we are to take a replacement item for customer we are told to bring the old one back i don't think this domino's policy. Third sometimes when we go to a customer and they don't reply and we come back to store and later they want us to go back to same customer when they get in touch with store we mostly get $1 for milage why is that when driver went there twice. Fourth is that when customer orders with card online or by phone and when we go to drop off delivery manager asks us to check customers card and imprint the numbers on to card receipt. I do not see such policy on dominos website. Some customers suspect that drivers are trying to steal their card number when we are only imprinting because we are asked by our store manager if customer do not have card we are to notify our manager and if manager agrees we can give customer their food otherwise we have to bring it back some customers do not tip drivers due to the fact that we asked them for their card they think that drivers are thinking that customer stole the card. wwhen customer places order by card it needs to approve at that time and when it does order goes through and when we deliver pizza to that customer and we don't imprint their card number on to receipt and if ever after few days any card comes back declined and the number of the card is not imprinted on to receipt drivers are asked to pay that amount. Why does the card comes back after few days when it went through at the time when order was placed and also at the end of shift when all card payment were finalized. Should the drivers ask customer for their card to imprint number on to receipt and if not presented take the food back to store or ask them to pay cash because by not showing me their card number i have to assume that its a stolen card or customer is a thief, only this dominos i work at does this and the other store that is also under the same owner. Why is the driver liable for the card coming back after few days of purchase when everything went smoothly at the time when customer placed an order until the end of that business day.
