  1. I enjoy your food until I have to remind the people to put on gloves. What they want to do now in assembleble biscuits with one gloved hand. Most of the time they end up touching food with their bare hand.

    4. Do you think that cooks in restaurants wear gloves? You're not required to wear gloves as long as your hands have been washed. If you have a problem with people touching your food, then you should stay home and cook.

    5. My girlfriend works at Bojangles 135 N Main St, Cedartown Ga 30125. She works in the back handling the chicken, marinating it and dropping it. Her manager told her today to marinate chicken that expired 10 days ago. The manager told her that if she didn't marinate the chicken she would be fired for subordination. This is not the first time it has happened. We need help to get rid of this manager please!

  2. I love Bojangles!!! My Bojangles has a buffet every Wednesday!!! But when I am insulted and told I cannot take my left overs home with me, then that is certainly the most selfish thing I have ever seen anyone do. Inturrupting me, telling me I am not allowed to have a box for my LEFT OVER BISCUITS is 1.) Ridiculous in all point of views and 2.) Very rude. "it is all you can eat while you are here, and you're not allowed to take food home" WOW.
The restaurant is in Aberdeen NC

    1. You are an idiot. Think this through. No buffet allows you to take home left overs.

    2. No place allows that and stays in business.

    4. its called "ALL YOU CAN EAT" not "ALL YOU CAN CARRY"

    5. Obviously you don't get the concept of "all you can eat". It means at the restaurant...not at home

    6. I have been to all the buffet type restaurants even in Aberdeen NC. Raleigh, NC Wilmington NC Jacksonville NC of all types steak houses and others and they will allow you to get a doggy bag for items if you ask, not another meal just what is in your plate, no one is an idiot.

  3. Appauled is all I have to say about Bojangles and I now will go back to KFC. I ordered a chicken sandwich and ask for honey mustard and they informed me that it would cost me and additional 27 cents per honey mustard as they only provide honey mustard for chicken strips. I cannot eat mayo so I now assumed they want you to eat a dry sandwich. I have never been told this nor have I ever been charged in the past for this at any other Bojangles. Needless to say I asked for my money back and I would go elsewhere and then the attitude and rudeness sure started. All need to watch because they want you to pay for there food then nickel and dime you to death.

The restaurant is in Tightsqueeze, VA in between Chatham and Danville

    3. NOT all stores charge you for extra dipping sauce, mostly it was a franchise store that charge you. They can charger whatever price they want and put every special they want.

      Delete
    4. You are a moron. The attitude you received for pitching a temper tantrum over a quarter for sauce is probably due to the fact they were biting their tongues to tell you what a complete idiot you are. Head on over to any other fast food chain and ask for mayofree honey mustard and see if you don't get the same response.

    5. You should have ordered the combo and got the honey mustard for free

  4. Hey first off I would like to say that I enjoy Bojangles food it is really good. But the reason i am contacting The corporate offices is A few days ago I filled out an application to the Bojangles In Granite Falls NC near Walmart and Today I went back to check in and see that the manager had checked it out and could speak to me about it. Well i went in and spoke to her but that was one of the rudest ladies i've spoken to in a while to have been a manager. She told me that "First you're hurting my business coming in here and Second if I would've wanted You or Your application I would've called and asked You for it." Will you guys speak to this manager because i feel she is making the company look bad and losing customers for the company.

I very much appreciate it, Thank you

    1. wow I wouldn't want to work for someone like that in the first place. Some people act like they are doing you a favor just by breathing. Maybe that store will realize that someone like that is costing them to lose a lot of money... or at least not make its full potential!

  5. Today, was just another disappointing experience at Bojangles. Over the past few months I have stopped by various locations during lunch. With each visit it's always been an issue, from bad customer service, leaving items out of my order, giving me the wrong side items, burnt food and today an employee failed to give me my change back or a receipt. When I called the location and asked to speak to the manager they hung up on me. The food is good and I'm not writing for free items; just want someone out there to know the problems at several of your locations in Charlotte NC. I know I'll never see the $5.00 The Plaza Road location owes me but hopefully someone will take notice.

    1. What I notice is that you are the only constant in every equation. How can it be that every employee is a moron and every location sucks? Seems to me more like you are just a miserable person that has to find faults in everything. A constant complainer. "The food is good" as you said yet in the same breath it sucks? If its always an issue get your chicken from KFC but chances are you have already complained about how much they suck too ;)

    2. Well you are crazy for not standing there and get your change back. Anybody in their right mind would have waited duh.

  6. Today WILL BE THE LAST TIME I visit Your Bojangles In Yadkinville NC..I am DISGUSTED & IRRITATED With Them, They NEED A REFRESHER COURSE In Completing Customers orders.. The Last 5 Times I have ORDERED A Steak On A Bun With Extra Mayo & Tomateo, I end up with a PLAIN Steak On A Bun, You tell Them That is NOT Right,They Will Give You a Tomateo in A Piece Of Paper Or In A Box, for you to put on the sandwich,If I Wanted To FIX the sandwich myself ,I Would Have STAYED AT HOME...
I Feel You Need To Have Someone Go In And RE-TRAIN Your Employees, It Is COSTING You to Lose Customers...Thank You

    1. They do that because they aren't allowed to take food back, and you aren't about to Get another sandwich for free ahole..

      Delete
    2. Then maybe they should take the wrong sandwich back and give the customer a fresh one that's made properly. I doubt the original poster was looking for a free sandwich simply one made as it was ordered. And really.... "ahole" ??? What's the point of that? (Or are you the manager of that particular location? Which would speak volumes.)

    3. Really Anonymous replier #1.... you're gonna call the consumer an ahole because a sandwhich maker couldn't make a sandwhich right!! That's their job!!! IF THEY CAN'T MAKE IT RIGHT THEY SHOULD HAVE TO MAKE IT OVER... AND OVER AGAIN UNTIL IT IS RIGHT. Isn't that why you order it the way you want it? Maybe if it cost the company extra, or even the employee, every time they got it wrong they'd learn to get it right!.... I bet I'd get a new one!!!

    4. They take sandwiches back at the Bojangles in Ooltewah ,Tn and the will take back bo rounds too. I ordered a steak biscuit with tomato and wanted seasoned fries. The biscuit didn't have tomato and I got bo rounds. They took the whole order back and gave me what I ordered.....Most resturants, around here, will tell you to keep it because they will just throw it in the trash...not bojangles...

    1. The person referring to someone as ahole needs a lesson in civility, manners and maturity. Why because someone has a differing opinion must you lower yourself to calling people names. It is evidence of an immature individual. Time to grow up.

    2. Just because Tennessee violates federal health codes doesn't make it right. Technically they can be shut down for taking food you opened or touched back through that window. Its not about lazy people not wanting to throw your trash away. Its about obeying the law

    3. as a bojangles employee, at none of these locations thankfully, my local health department has instructed us to not take any type of food item back over that counter. we can provide you with another tray or bag with the correct food in it, but we have to let the customer throw it away, not because of our policy, but because that is the local health departments rules. i dont know if that differs county or state wide, but my store will not take your food back, because we would throw it away anyway.

  8. I've been to numerous Bojangles restaurants from Charleston, SC, to Boone, NC, but I have NEVER seen one that needs a complete house-cleaning of the staff as the one in Murrells Inlet, SC.....and BTW, that is NOT Murrells Inlet, but actually the community of BURGESS.

I'm not sure what the problem is at this particular Bojangle's, but EVERY TIME I go there, it's some sort of problem with something. The tea crocks are either empty, or one of the lazy employees just added a bunch of water to it, because they didn't feel like making tea. Go through the drive through, and you may not get napkins, straws, or a spork....I guess they expect you to gnaw on a cup of macaroni or green beans like some kind of neanderthal. Maybe that's what these employees do at home, but that ain't the way to run a Bojangles drive-through.

On my most recent visit, this past Sunday, I noted that there were a total of 10 people seated in the restaurant. I counted a total of SEVENTEEN DIRTY TABLES, with no one sitting at them. I had to sit at one of these dirty tables, as there were no clean ones. There was no one in line at the counter, so, it's not like they were so slammed that someone couldn't go onto the floor and wipe down a few tables.

Again, I'm not sure what the problem is. We've complained to the so-called manager at this store, not that it does any good, as she appears to be part of the problem....slack and lazy.

Complaining to the lazy manager about the lousy conditions of their store, is about the equivalent of complaining to a crackhead about drugs in the community.

So, instead, I'm posting it in a public forum, and if necessary, I'll make a call to the folks at corporate HQ, if they had any idea about the way the Bojangle's in Murrells Inlet was being run, they'd personally drive down here and jerk a knot in these slobs.

So, from here on out, I'm done with trying to give them a chance at the MI Faux-jangles, I will do as I have always done, drive farther to the 'real' Bojangles at Surfside, where they have a real manager, and they know how to run the joint.

And as far as that dump in Murrells Inlet, if that's the best you can do, you might as well close up shop.

    1. OMG - This is exactly what I came here to say. ALl of the SC BJs are disgusting. I stopped once just to get some iced tea and immediately turned around to leave. I was that grossed out. Flies everywhere. However - Here in Charlotte, at the Midtown BJ (one of the cleanest around) an older gentelman decided to check the tea bins to see if they were full by dipping his finger in each bin. I was so grossed out!! I just called them to make them aware but I'm done. BJ really needs to clean up its act.

  9. I have never had such a bad experience with a Bojangles! I visited this bojangles on my way to work one morning and bought a cajun fillet biscuit. The chicken in the biscuit was not cooked completely so I turned around (almost 10 minutes out and almost at work) and returned to the store asking for another biscuit and my money refunded for the inconvenience I had experience. The managers here were HORRIBLE!!!! Helen and Sarah were there names and they were the rudest people I have ever experienced in any restaurant or much less anywhere! They returned my money but refused to give me another biscuit! They then threw the receipt in my face and informed me to call corporate if I had a problem with it. I am disgusted by the way I was treated when I simply was just asking for them to FIX their MISTAKE in the first place. I will NEVER visit this particular bojangles again as I do not think anyone deserves to have someone throw a receipt in their face.

    3. I used to be an employee of Bojangles,1st at the franchise in Hudson NC, my experience there was s fun one . All thru our training we had fun. After the store opened, we enjoyed coming to work. The only reason I left was I was needing insurance, I was told I could not get insurance.I worked out a two week notice .I went down to the Lenoir ,N.C.,a corporate
store. My experience there was nice. I am a very good worker, always on time .worked whenever needed.I found that after I fell due to the stock(flour and other items left on the floor). I did not go then to the er at that time, but waited a day or two. Well ,long story short,I lose my job ,my good for nothing insurance, any unemployment benefits I might would've gotten from working three years in the Hudson NC store.I love the food the teas, an the employees I personally know .Lost my job when I finally went to the doctor for the pain I was in due to the fall I had at work.My family has never had any money to speak of. We try to keep our bills paid and food on our table. Seems like when a company has good employees, the company should at least try to keep them !!

  12. I am currently an employee in the Bristol area. I have recently had to miss serval days work due to my daughter contracting a virus. All days that I have missed, I have had a doctor's excuse. I have even worked days that were covered by my excuse. Now, all of a sudden my drawer is coming up short. I am not ever allowed to validate my till prior to beginng my shift or after completion of my shift. I have now been suspended for two days because of this issue. In conjuction with being suspened I was written up for two offenses in the same day. I am not the only assocaite that was running that till. It is unclear to me how I am being held accountable for someone else accepting money on my till. The second write up was for the till being short $3.00. I feel that my current employer is attempting to get rid of me due to my recent absences. I am often left by myself running several aspect of the business. The turn over rate at my store is appalling. I feel the management staff is cause for concern as well. I enjoy working for Bojangles' and have no desire to terminate my employment, but I am afraid that I will have no choice in the matter. I feel discriminated againt and you have the right to know how the local branches are running your company and treating your employees.

    2. When an employee has a problem, who do they (the employees) have to to tell grievance's to ?Especially when the so-called manager,a punk who thinks he knows more than people who have been there three or more years. This "manager",comes to work drunk from his birthday celebration. There is one poor child, I think her name is Eden Richey, when she is working ,this creton fusses her out in front of customers and the employees.I don't know how she keeps her cool, I would have slapped him across the face if he talked to me like that . I think anyone there in your offices would have done the same thing. I and several people in my church come in every day. I can't be a good christian an let bad things to happened good people . I think corporate should send someone to the Lenoir NC store,as a mystery diner or something to see for themselves . I don't know his last name, but his first name is Matt. If anyone can get rid of him, your store in LenoirNC ;would run more efficiently, less animosity, and less stress for everyone that works there

  15. Bojangles is the absolute worst place I have ever worked for. Needless to say I only worked for 5 hours and then quit... The staff you guys habe in Jefferson, GA is awful. In orientation they talked about how its all about the customers and how they're trying to do all they can to make bojangles BIG... Well i'll tell you one thing, when you treat your staff like crap you won't have anyone to work to be able to make it all about the customers. On top of all that I still haven't gotten paid for the little time I did work. They gave me a global cash card and they haven't activated it yet. They didn't tell me anything about how I would be paid.. I'm very disapointed. They also don't have a phone number on the website to contact them. I'll never eat there again and I sure won't recommend it.
