The service we receive at 7-Eleven every night is everything but service

People I know along with myself come to the store Havana and 40th Ave in Denver Colorado quite regularly. This being said, the late-night gentleman (far from a gentleman) not only accuses people and me of stealing (I can only recall stealing 2 things as an adult on purpose and I am 41 years old) he always has some lie of and accuses about why he can’t cook a pizza for us and many others. 7-11 Why don’t you want to have all the money we want to give you? I mean it’s not like any other customers are even present. Do you hire people that they do the job they are paid to do.?

7-11 Mobile App

I frequent two 7-11 l locations in New Jersey, one in Wallington and the other in Lodi. I stopped there every day and was using the app every day which is great because of the free offers they have. I started to have trouble with the app loading and the employee told me I don’t have the updated version. I removed the old version and tried to install the newer one. the newer version will not load on my phone because of my operating system which is Andriod. I have emailed 7-11 customer support and have gotten no results. Not everybody has an IPhone so that means if you don’t have one you are out of luck. Can’t believe a huge company like 7-11 can’t figure out how to resolve this problem.

I lost my wallet and contacted Store Manager Clayton Wolfe had it in his Lost items. He asked all the questions needed to verify the items. I asked him if he could have it mailed to me. I live about two hours from there in Vineland, NJ. He did this and my wallet was received by me yesterday. What a relief as it contained my insurance cards, a couple of credit cards, and of course my driver’s license. I appreciated this especially since I am 78. Thank you for employing such a fantastic individual. He is a credit to your company!

7-11 Headquarters - No manager support

Corporate Hiring – hiring kids with degrees and zero sense of how a store operates. Area leaders have zero skill set to run, manage, or handle a store for a store manager who has an emergency. Accountability is laid on the managers to do the store but the area leader, area supervisor, on up are out of touch with managers and expectations are ridiculous.

7-11 Headquarters: I was called names by a store employee in San Diego

I was just at one of the locations in downtown San Diego, the location at the city college trolly station, I believe the address is 1150 Broadway San Diego California 92101, a location that I go to often as I own 3 businesses just two blocks away. I have to give the store credit because there is a lot of rubbish that hangs out outside the store. today was different, as I was waiting to cash out I had to wait for the store employee to finish her personal call, I could tell it was a personal call because she was on her cell phone first of all and secondly, she ended the call with “I Love you”. when I asked the employee her name, she got defensive and said” I don’t have to tell you crap at this point I did get upset and told her she was not acting unbecoming and that I was going to be sure to speak with store management about it. she then stepped up at me like she wanted to fight. please keep in mind she was about 6 inches taller than me and probably had 100 LB if not more on me.
