  1. I recently was a PAYING customer at the new 7 11 store in Vancouver Washington located at East 4th Plain and Norris Road. I asked to use the public restroom and was told that it was closed due to cleaning. I thanked the employees and left. I went back to that same location and again was a PAYING customer and asked to use the PUBLIC restroom, only to be told that it was closed for the evening. The ironic thing is that they current staff at this location are RACIST AND PREJUDICE AGAINST THE HOMELESS PEOPLE IN OUR COMMUNITY. I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON THAT HAS HAD A HORRID AND DAMAGING EXPERIENCE AT THIS STORE. I AM AN EDUCATED PERSON THAT HAS FALLEN ON HARD TIMES AND MY VOICE WILL BE HEARD. I HAVE MADE IT A POINT TO TELL EACH AND EVERY PERSON I KNOW WHAT I EXPERIENCED AND PLEASE TRUST THAT WORD OF MOUTH WILL TRAVEL FAST AND SOON THIS LOCATION WILL HAVE NO BUSINESS AND WHEN I AM DONE SPEAKING TO THE LOCAL NEWS STATIONS AND THEY INVESTIGATE 7 11 WILL SUFFER AS THEY HAVE MADE ALL OF US SUFFER. IT IS A SAD DAY WHEN THE EMPLOYEES SAY THAT TO A PAYING CUSTOMER ONLY TO BE CAUGHT COMING OUT OF THE CLOSED RESTROOM DUE TO THE FACT THEY ARE RACIST AND PREJUGDICE. I WISH THE STORE WELL SINCERLEY JOSEPH L. HASCALL

  2. I am a female who visited your store alone on Central Avenue in Valley Stream NY at 3:00am. To my surprise, the door was locked. This is not the first time this has happened. I thought the employee was in the bathroom. So I continued to wait and knock on the door to make him aware that there was a customer waiting. 20 minutes later, the employee pulled up in a vehicle, when he opened the store for me he started cursing and telling me to go somewhere else. I told him I would like to purchase my items and leave. He contined to curse at me and tell me that he doesn't care. I feel that customers should not be spoken to in this manner. I felt threatened and uncomfortable. He continued by saying that I should wash my face because I am talking sh** after I told him I was waiting for 20 minutes. Many customers approached the location while I was waiting for him to open and left because he was not opening the store. I do not have a drivers license and this is the closest store in walking distance. Because I purchased tobacco items, I showed him my restricted driver's license and he continued the verbal abuse by commenting on my license. I then explained to him that this is why I walked to the store and that I did not feel this was any of his business, or the business of other customers in the store while this abuse was continuing. I also work an overnight shift and would NEVER leave my store unattended and would NEVER speak to customers in this way or announce their business to the whole store. I would like the owner of the store to be made aware of the actions of this employee and have this employee penalized. I felt so threatened by him, that I was very close to calling the authorities on him.

  3. I purchased gas at a 7-11 in Rowlett, Tx on Sunday. They debited my checking account for the amount of the gas PLUS an additional $100, which I am told is used to secure there is enough money in the account for the gas purchase. Fine. I understand that. I've had that happen at other gas stations when you pay at the pump with a credit card. But the money was always transferred back in the same day. It has been 5 days and the $100 still has not been credited to my checking account! I have been on the phone with the Rowlett 7-11 and my bank for the past 2 days trying to get this cleared and get my money returned to my account. I was told it would take 24-48 hours for the "deposit" to be returned but it's been 5 days. I live on a single income and because of this loss of the 100 I have not been able to buy groceries this week. I will NEVER buy anything from a 7-11 again if this is how they treat their customers. I have been telling my family, friends, and co-workers what has happened and they are appalled.

    2. 711 is a muti million dollar a year corporation. Unfortunately, 711 corporations is not concerned with a few or numerous complaints.
711 Executives and store owners know that people will contiue to purchase from their stores. If you notice most 711 entry ways and parking areas are filthy. For as much money that 711 stores make on a daily basis the store managers/owners should a least have some pride in their establishments.

  5. Hello

I bought a prepaid paypal card at your store in Walpole MA Store #32433. I bought this card because I wanted to put some money into my paypal account. I put $100.00 on the card. Plus $4.95 for the card After buying the card I realized it was a paypal prepaid debt MasterCard. This is not what I needed. I already have a debit MasterCard.

I called paypal and they told me to return the card to the store.

Your store manager refuses to let me return the card and refund the $104.95

Please inform your store manager that I have the right to return this.

    Thank you

  6. In 2007 I was an employee of yours. I was injured at work and I am now permanently disabled. My lawyer was in contact with your lawyer and I was told there was a settlement offer and I accepted it and I was told that I would have the settlement today, April 11, 2013. It never came and I learned earlier this afternoon that there was no settlement and rather then settling you wanted me to sue you. Thought you would like to check out the Lets tell 7-11 enough is enough facebook page. All I wanted was a peaceful settlement and conclusion.

  8. Today is 7-11's free slurpee day, right? I live in Riverside, CA. I took my kids to the nearest three 7-11s. They all somehow had their machines broken, so they couldn't honor the free slurpee. I told the employee that i was willing to pay for it, he stuck to his story about the machine being broken. They were rude in all of the stores. Why would you advertise something if you won't honor it? I will never go to ANY 7-11 EVER again! Why put up with this kind of cheap behavior? I can easily go to the neighborhood Circle K where they are polite, and greet you upon entry.

I frequent the 7-11 located in Bayonne, NJ at 34th street and Broadway. My concern is that there are small fruit flies or gnats constantly flying around the place. The store has to cover with plastic wrap the open donuts and pastries. I refuse to buy them because when i open the door these small flies come flying out. By the coffee stand the same is true. I can't understand why this isn't dealt with and as a customer I am subjected to this on a daily basis. How about using an exterminator?

  10. I was recently in your 7-11 at 2800 Mountain Road, in Pasadena, Maryland, which is about .5 miles from my home. I was horrified to find the following product: http://www.amazon.com/S-W-A-G-With-Grudge-SWAG-Enhancement/dp/B0089WKFHO being sold AT THE FRONT COUNTER! I asked the attendant on duty if he thought that it was appropriate to sell this item on the front counter where children could see it, and if he would like to explain to his OWN CHILDREN what these figures were doing, and he responded that he would not. I asked him why he was selling it then in the area he was. He explained that he had only gotten on duty two hours prior. He admitted that he thought it was inappropriate. I told him that if people knew about what the product was, that he could probably sell it without selling it from a place that was viewable by ouor young kids. He removed the product and said that he would talk to his store manager/owner about it. I told him that I would be in on occasion, and if I saw it again, I would contact the owner first, District Manager next, and then the news media. Please review all of the materials that your stores are selling! 7-11 has always been a great family store...don't give it a bad name! Thank you!

  11. Also, unrelated...My daughter was recently pumping gas at the same store, and when she was done, she started to remove the nozzle from the gas port. The gas continued to flow, however, because the safety latch malfunctioned and did not cut the flow off. She got gasoline all over her legs and car. The store manager DID ask if she was okay, but only after telling her to move the vehicle so that she could put down the cat litter or whatever it is to soak up the gas. They did no offer to call a paramedic or the fire department. My daughter came home and told me about this, and then she said that her legs were red where the gasoline got on them. She went to the doctor and was given some medication that seemed to help. That doctor visit cost $35. Just yesterday, my wife somehow wound up at the same pump at that store, and she told me that the same thing happened to her. I think that the pump # is 6. PLEASE have someone look at this pump so that a tragedy does not occur!

  15. ok it looks like this company just does not give a rat's ass if there are complaints about it's stores and employees but thought I would include my 7-11 experience in China Grove Texas outside of San Antonio. Pulled in to the store to get gas and use their restroom. The store looked as though it had not been cleaned in years!!!! I would not let my dog use the restroom which looked and smelled like a large petri dish of germs and bad stuff! Floors were dirty with trash everywhere. I was afraid to touch anything and I mean anything due to the filth. Thankgod I had anit-bacterial wipes in my truck. Do people like manager's and their employess have any pride in were they work or spend the majority of their day? Just wondering because this 7-11 was absolutely disgusting....

  16. My son which is 19 years old, was walking in Las Vegas Nevada as the bus he normally takes stopped running, so he was walking for about two hours when he comes across 7-11 at 3275 S Eastern Ave. Las Vegas, Nevada 89109, where he sees outside the store there is two picnic benches, he thought it would be ok to sit for a little bit, so he goes over there and sits not even 30 seconds, The 7-11 employee is outside smoking and immediately starts to be foul mouth to my son, My son tells him I am disabled and just need to rest, The employee tells my son please you are going to pull that one on me, my son shows that he is a below the knee bi lateral amputee wearing prosthetics. The Employee was so rude and started to threaten my son, screaming and swearing, and threatening to call the police on my son. I am in Colorado and call the store and explain this situation and that I am in Colorado, I get told I have to come in at 6am to speak with the morning manager.

  17. Dunns avenue 711 is unbelievable

i have been a loyal 711 customers for over 10 years. I would like to start off by saying that if the quality of service fromcertain individuals is extrodinary one of the associate i come back to see id jamel he is helpful, relible, understanding, and he offers premiere quality service. he is always do his job he is not like most of the employees there mean rude and when i come in the store in the morning they do not greet you as soon as you walk in the door but i would expect at ten o'clock at night jamel would be the grouch but he is not he goes above and beyond to show he want his job, loves his job, and care for his customers. when i come into 711 he knows i get a large coffee, a newspaper, two glazed donuts, and $50 dollars in scratch offs. i just cant believe that he has to got through all of this he is in 711 for a whole hour by himself and i have came to 711 six times and he was alone till his next co-worker came in and if its not kim or monica the others usually come in late. why is there not police officers or some sort of sercurity around being alone is scary in the dunns avenue area is even scarier. i have came in to 711 and heard his manager come in and say it look like crap in there i can say that since he has came to 711 i have seen a huge improvement because at first i wouldnt even think about using the restroom now i will. He sweeps the lot at 47 degrees or when its raining. he changes the filthy smelly trash cans. he is amazing i just can't believe he is being treated like this. i believe the only manager that i believe is willing to help is candy.everytime i come in my husband and i do not want to leave.i come and check on him atleast three times a week. the morning shift suck everytime i come in this 711 needs some changing.

  18. I was a current employee of 7 Eleven for 3 weeks until they closed the doors. I enjoyed where I was working and the employees I worked with. I got to know the regular customers in a short time. It would of been nice if they would of told me that the store was shutting down. The other employees were told to keep it quiet. Now I'm back to looking again. That is no way to run a business. Thanks for nothing.

  19. Regarding Store # 21067. I spend approximately $200 in gas at this 7-11 location as well as coffee usually twice a day and I also buy other products there. This Sunday morning about 10:00 I decided I wanted a cup of brazilian coffee from my 7-11. Unfortunately, when I went in there was no brazillian coffee made. The employee told me that it was being cleaned. I would happily have waited for him to finish washing the pot and make a pot of brazilian but he insisted the pot was being cleaned. I was very disappointed so I told him this was a bunch of crap and I could really go to WaWa and get coffee and he said Fine go ahead. Usually I receive good service...if the kind of coffee that I want isn't there the employees are usually glad to make some. This guy was just rude so I won't be making my daily trip or two to this 7-11 anymore. I go out of my way to this 7-11 but no more..,Back to WaWa again.

  20. Recently this passed Sunday on the 27th I was visiting 711, 4715 SW Murray Blvd (at SW Farmington Rd), Beaverton, OR 97005. When I over heard a employee by the name of "JODI" screaming in front of all the customers to a young lady disrespectfully. I felt disrespected as well because I had 2 young children with me. I put all my things down and left the store. I really hope she re evaluated herself after the situation simply because its a place of work and dealing with the public. I'm glad she wasn't talking to me like that....there would have been a BIG PROBLEM!!!!! -the 711 on Murray and Farmington.

  21. I patronize the 7-11 faithfully ever morning, on this particular morning I didn't go to my normal 7-11, i went to the one close to my friends house. As always I bring in my own cup for a refill and refill my cup and paided $1.22 for a refill and I told the manager that I thought all refills was .99 regardless of the size of the cup. He insisted that refills cost $1.22 and I told him at other 7-11 stores, they just cost .99. I payed the 1.22, but he was very rude and a attitude. The next couple of days I visited the same 7-11, got to the counter and he charged me again 1.22, I said I only pay .99 for my refill at other stores. He was rude and said, "he charges 1.22 and he will not be changing his prices just for me. He was foreigner with a very nasty attitude to me. It would make sense to hire all Americans in your stores, at least they are fair and can speak good English!

Your Mr. Andrechuk just turned down a proposal I made to 7-11 that would increase future incoming revenues by hundreds of millions each year because my proposal did not meet with your company’s guidelines and there are no set protocols for me to present my proposal directly to you for your consideration. I would appreciate that on some future date, when you find out just how much revenue you just lost out on, if you did not fire him.

    Sincerely,

  30. Since you have opened a new store @ 403 Grand St., New York City I have gone in to purchase any number of items. I also get my morning coffee (6-7AM) they do not put out the various selections this early ( I guess) in the morning or sometimes in the late afternoon. Since your manager has left and a new one has replaced him I find that the service has changed. You had a very good manager in Terry I do not know what his correct name is but I am sure you have it in your corporation records. Bring him back he see's that the store is well stock and he takes care of the customers request. AS an example Sat I went in again to get coffee I called to the attention of the manager that the sugar free French Vanilla Syrup had to be replace since it was empty. In the afternoon they still had not replaced the empty item I use this when you do not have French Vanilla Coffee which is often I add the syrup instead. This morning again the same empty bottle was still sitting there. This time I asked for it again and it was replaced. I see that there are many more issues with your company that are more important
    do you listen to anyone?

  32. I work at one of the stores and have had nothing but disrespect since day one from my manager. When there are issues she sends group messages to everyone, cursing at them, calling them names, one time calling us all worthless assholes. When we ask her questions, of any sort she acts like its a problem and tells us to leave her the hell alone. she has no people skills and lies to everyone. She tells everyone buisness and talks crap about all the employees. She told the assistant manager today that she was gonna find a rason to hurt my feelings and go off on me. She even threathened me. Ofcourse we had words about that. I was raised to be a respectful person, but I am on edge because I didn't do a thing to be treated like shit. she even sleeps around with the customers. To make matters worse after talking to the owner about how she speaks to me and about threathening me, he said she cares about u...blah blah. He wouldn't even let me finish telling him. Only reason I started working there was because I was laid off and needed a job and still there because I need to pay my bills and haven't found anything else yet. I don't care how she feels about me or how she tries to hurt my feelings. I just want corporate to learn the type of managers and owners they have in their franchise.

  34. I agree with the previous complaints. Some people should not be dealing with the public. I feel like if you are not a people person retail is not your occupation. I visit the 7-11 in Hampton, VA, 1769 West Pembroke Ave. There is a cashier that works there, that shouldn't even have a job, it's beyond me how she has kept her position thus far. She is rude, she never smiles and is very arrogant. I have had several experiences with her and I feel that she should have been fired a long time ago. She has attitude when I asked for freshly cooked egg rolls and she has went as far as to knocking my money off the counter because I have O.C.D. and I don't like touching, other people's hands. Regardless of whether I put it on the counter or not, it was rude for her to knock it off the counter. I was proud of myself because the old me would have whipped her Apple snack, snack, if you know what I mean.

  38. WTF ?? Why does this store keep denying respect to Military and Law Enforcement. Please Utah friends read all of this!!!! This happened to a female marine vet today!
This morning of the way to equine therapy I did what I do every Thursday at 8am. I stop at 7/11 on 4500 s. Redwood Rd. I do it knowing the race of people behind the counter, this helping me therapeutically to know not all people of this race will hurt me. (if you don't know what this is about please don't ask or assume) This morning I went in and grabbed my drinks and went to pay. The man in front of me got a huge smile from the employee and a have a nice day as he walked out. He greeted me with the same smile, until he saw my Gatorade cap size EGA ON MY HOODIE!!! He then stared me down as he rung me up. I paid as it hit me what he saw. I was pissed!!!! He then in his native language said "*** MARINE"!!! I went into flashbacks and all I could hear in my head was a voice saying "leave, don't say anything or you'll kill him". I couldn't say a word as I stared him down and left. I was so angry, flashing, shaking so hard I could barely drive, had tears in my eyes. I called an amazing buddy and told him my thoughts, feelings, and needed an ear. He was all of that. I had to talk at therapy, ball my eyes out several times today, driving, in the shower, and while just sitting petting my puppies. Between all that and a happy blue pill I can finally write this with facts only to ask all of you to PLEASE DO NOT GO PURCHASE ANYTHING AT THAT 7/11 EVER AGAIN!!! I ask this as my one way to have justice on what this guy said to me. I know some won't get this, some will, and I beg you to please allow this to be my justice. No one should ever be able to say that to another over a shirt they wear in the USA, because where they came from. I did him no harm except buy something from him. ( Her Hoodie had a Marine Emblem on it ). I am in California in a town know for it's Marine Base and I will spread the word to STOP Shopping at all 7-11's....Semper Fi.

Charlie, an a-hole cashier at the 711 didnt know how to work the register and let me pay with my ebt card and then the rest on my debit card. n ive had probs b4 with this guy getting very hostile n angry very fast and he cursed at me twice, open and slammed the cash register, told me i swiped my ebt card twice which i didnt, told me i swiped my debit card, which i didnt bc the ebt never went thru first to pay for the food, and i have my receipt from walgreens like 15 min b4 i went to the 711 that tells me how much i have left on my ebt card so i KNOW theres money on it, he just doesnt know how to work the cash register. so he told me to go to the ATM and i was like no, theres no reason for me to do that? i dont get it. and he was like "THIS IS THE LAST TIME IM DOING THIS!" yelling. and he couldnt get it to work. idk why. bc know for a fact that i have money on that card i have proof on the receipt from walgreens. and his computer was printing out receipts of how much i have left on my ebt card and i asked him if i could see those receipts and he said "NO, IM NOT DIGGING IN THE TRASH!" and he told me to either go to the ATM or buy a piece of candy to get cash back or get out. and i was like, but i dont want to do that? I want to pay with my ebt card, and then the rest on my debit card and I dont want to buy any candy it makes me sick. And he said "Really, u cant afford to spend 20 cents on a candy??" n i said 'well, no not really, cuz every penny counts when you are disabled and have no income." so i said "um ok then i guess?" and walked out the door. and i got back to the car and realized i forgot to ask about what time the manager will be in and what the managers name is, and rather than going back in there and subjecting myself to that guy's anger, i sat in my car at the pump and just called the store and the guy, charlie answered, and i said, 'hi can you please tell me when the manager will be in?' And he goes, " You're the girl that was just in here! NO! I DONT KNOW!" n hung up the fone n i was like ...what?? so i called back n he answered and i said "sir, can u please tell me when the manager will be in so I can come back and buy my food and drink?" and he goes "STOP PRANK CALLING ME!" n hangs up!!!? i couldnt believe it. what a liar! so i called back and recorded it so i could show the 711 manager and again same thing, i asked him my question and he said i was harassing him and hung up. so im just like 'wow, how unbelievably unprofessional, and i cant believe this is eve n happening right now?' so then im trying to tell my friend all about what just happened. and the cashier chatlie comes out of the 711 and up to my car at the pump and says hes calling the police on me???? n im like sir im trying to look up the next closest 711 b4 i start driving?? and i need to see if i need to put gas in my car first!? so i finally find the next nearest 711 on my phone and start my car and then this huge police SUV pulls up directly facing my drivers side window with its bright lights on, and I will spare you the details of this part, however, I will say that the police officer, Conyers, was very unprofessional as well, and when I asked him for his card before I drove off, he yelled at me, "NO! Don't threaten me by asking for my card!!!" And as a police officer he should know the difference between an actual threat and someone kindly asking for your card so they can remember who they spoke to. And by law they are required to tell you their name, but Officer Conyers refused to do so, and I'm assuming it's bc he knew what he was doing was wrong and unprofessional.

    1. But anyways,
bottom line, Charlie needs to be terminated from 7-11 immediately. He is an angry, old, white male, gray hair, fang necklace, irrate, hostile, quick tempered, complete liar, aggressive, manipulator, drug addict, and files false police reports, verbally abusive, curses, slams the cash register, throws my food into the bag, doesnt know how to take payments correctly, overall just rude, misogynistic, harassing, mean, unprofessional, tries to make me buy items I dont want and then tells me I'm cheap, no, I'm disabled and have no income. Tells me to go to the ATM when my card works perfectly fine and I have a current print out receipt of my balance, and he wouldnt show me the receipts it was printing out showing my ebt card balance and when I asked him he said "No I'M NOT DIGGING THRU THE TRASH!" He should NOT be working in customer service, let alone representing the 7-11 which i am a frequent customer of, and every other employee knows me and is very nice to me. He called the cops on me because I was sitting at the pump explaining to my friend why i came back with no food or drinks. And he refused to tell me when the manager would be in, and when I called the store to ask when the manager would be in he hung up on me 3 times after I simply said "Sir can you please tell me when the manager will be in so I can come back to buy my food and drink?" And he would say "No. Stop prank calling me!" And hang up. I even recorded the call. He lied to the police, since when is asking for the time a manager will be available, considered a prank call? Complete liar and a disgusting human being.

  42. Today, while at the 7-11 on the corner of N. Great Neck and Mill Dam Rd.in Virginia Beach, VA, the owner approached a customer paying for a news paper with change and "scolded" him for doing so. What makes this appalling is the customer was a very senior citizen. The owner told this gentlemen [do not come in and pay with change, this is a convenience store and you are holding up the line]. This happened in front of 2 other customers and the clerk. When I called the store owner to discuss, I told him all money spends the same, it may have been the only money this man had, how would he feel if someone spoke to his parent this way...his reply was basically " no exceptions, it is a convenience store and if someone has to pay with change it should be counted out". I understand his "convenience theory", I am just so disgusted by the treatment and embarassment this elderly man must have felt! Sooooo...if you feel the urge for a slurpee, find another 7-11...there is one on every corner and hopefully they know how to treat seniors!

  43. A few weeks ago I called another 7-11 store and they assured me 3 times they had shark straws for the slurpees. Apparently it was a huge promotion and I had told my kids prior to the call that if they had them, we would go get them as a treat/reward for being so good. Come to find out we got there and they DID NOT HAVE THEM. I was very upset because I drove about 30 minutes one way to get there only to be let down. It angered me because as a parent I make every effort to keep my word and my promised to my children. I called the corp office and filed a complaint because of what happened. They had Ann from the Lem Turner store call me back. She stated she didn't have any of the shark straws but was trying to see if there was anything else I would like that she still had. Some of the items and straws she had were from previous promotions and my family loved. We agreed to come in and buy them that Monday which just so happened to be my sons 10th birthday (7-11). When we showed up Ann and JJ (the regional director/field consultant) were standing there with the shark straws that we had been trying to get! He apparently found them in St. Augustine and drove them all the way to this side of town just to make me happy (which I was!). I'm sorry this is so late but I wanted to let Ann and JJ know that my family really appreciates what you both have done for us! My son got his 7-11 birthday slurpee, his birthday cookie, a Star Wars cup and his shark straw that he uses with all of his slurpee's! Thank you both again!

  44. I went to a 711 today as in matter in fact the address there is 1023 S Hampton Rd Dallas Tx 75208. There was two cashiera a lady and a guy. I went to the cash register and the ladys cashier froze and asked the guy nicely if he could check me out. He got a very bad attitude and snatched my things from my hand as well as my money. I had ordered a large pizza for my kids. When the oizza was ready he rudely told the lady to get it out using profanity. I asked if it was ok if I added jalapenos. He curssed me out grabbed a handful of jalapenos pushed the lady out of the way and threw the jalapenos onto the pizza. Never in my life have I experienced this at a 711. That is so rude and so unprofessional. Not to mention he didnt even use gloves when adding the jalapenos. The lady looked at him and said that was not the right thing to do. He started saying he didnt care. So when the lady gave me the oizza i asked for his name Martin. He started laughing tremendously loud and screaming bye bye bye. I did mention to the lady cashier I was going to report this issue because this is no the appropiate way to attend a customer. He once again laughed so loud, not to mention while he was cussing I had my 2 kids with me. He just doesnt care at all. I tried calling corporate and all 5 times tgat I called was the 5 times they hung up on me. This is the issue with the employees that you have working there. This was and would be the last and final time I shop at that 7111.

  45. I would like to start by saying I'm a big fan of the "undercover boss" show. many months ago I watched when 7-11 was on. I understand that customer service is very important in the success of the overall 7-11 experience--so that's why I am here to bring to your attention a location that is not in your good reputations best interest! the location is 150 French road in Cheektowaga, New York 14227. many many times I have shopped at this location and have dealt with a man who couldn't be more miserable if he tried- I do believe he is the owner unfortunately! they do have one outstanding employee that sticks out because hes always very friendly and helpful all the time- he has a very long ponytail so when I see him when I'm walking in I'm relieved. contrary to this store there is another store 2 miles down the road on French and Kelly drive 14227 that have all outstanding people behind the counter that location is always pleasure to stop in!!I do live right in the neighborhood of both stores and have for 40 years so its very obvious which one I will stop at-- given the choice I don't know if this short complaint will be caught on your radar but I do think its worth while to be looked into. thank you for your time. suzie

  46. There is a 7\11 store in my neighborhood on Suitland Rd. in Morningside, Md. that I frequent because it is close. I find the worker's to be unprofessional. The Manager is very rude when you ask him a question. He never smile and give you a look of disdain and hatred when answering your question. Once. I went in to purchase a dozen of eggs during a rain storm. I noticed that a piece of cardboard was placed at the door. When I exited after my purchase. I tripped over the cardboard causing my eggs to fall out outside the door. I brought the broken eggs back to the counter and requested a refund. I was told that since the eggs fell on the ground outside. I could not get a refund. Another time, I was in the line with six other people and there was only one cashier. There was a female patron in front of me whom the cashier was helping. The transaction took approx. 10 minutes. After the transaction was complete the cashier continued to talk to the woman in African language for another 2 minutes, a female patron questioned why only 1 cahier was present and ask if he could help the 6 people who were waiting in line. The cashier and the woman became agitated and started to speak loud in African dialect again. I told the cashier that he was wrong and to show a little professionalism and to not let the situation escalate. H started to yell at me and told me that he was not wrong. I told him to be quiet and just ring my items up and to take a look at the line which had grew in number. Another African person came out and started talking to me loudly. I told them that I would be contacting corporate and I was told to "Do what you gotta do" nd to get the "fuck" out of here.

  47. Just left the 7-11 on 1595 E. Vista Way Vista, CA. I live near that location, so i visit quite often. When i was about to pay tonight. A new cashier was asking if i was paying by credit, or debit? And if i was paying by credit Company Policy would require an ID. Really, i said! Where is the sign,i am in the business, you can not require an ID for that. Kid was giving me attitude and called me dude! I will just call 7-11 Corporate Offices. One more thing...get rid of that pallet of cardboard and trash that has been cluttering up the front of your store for the past 2 months!! Does your Manager, DM, or even 7-11 care?? looks like a dump and trashy!!! I will go back and take pictures!!!
