  1. This is a $65 bouquet I just received from my son and his family for Mother’s Day.
    1-800-flowers you did it again!!!! You are a rip off and should not be in business. Two years in a row I received dead flowers. They sat in the hot sun most of the day. No phone call to tell me they had been delivered and the delivery person didn’t have the sense to put them in a shady spot. I could have gone to the local grocery store and gotten a beautiful arrangement for $15. Or less. So I am sending them back to you C.O.D. Where is the Undercover Boss? I guess the T.V. show didn’t make a difference. Shame, shame, shame on 1-800-flowers.

    I will say one thing, they re-delivered three times last year, but with the same results, DEAD flowers. Now they are going to re-deliver again this year and to tell the truth I really don’t care to receive them. You’ve wasted my son’s money and spoiled something that was meant to be special.

  2. I just spoke with a customer service representative from your call center in the Philippines.

    I would like to tell you how dissatisfied I am not only with the non-delivery of the Mother's Day flowers, but with the INSULTING attempt to resolve the problem.

    The automated "apology" is a joke--you offer to send the flowers, at full price to me, TWO DAYS after Mother's Day. For a company that specializes in "gifting," you must know that this is just wrong.

    I tried to speak to a supervisor to express my dissatisfaction, but after waiting on hold simply asked for a FULL REFUND.

    I intend post your sad apology and lame attempt at customer service to FACEBOOK. In fact, I intend to start a FACEBOOK page dedicated to all 1-800-FLOWERS customers who have had the same lack of respect from this company.

    I will obviously NEVER use 1-800-FLOWERS again, and spread the word as widely as possible. I understand that a company might drop the ball on an order. But here you added insult to injury by trying to keep my original payment and offer next-to-nothing in return. Now you have lost a customer (and likely many others) for good.

  4. 5 years ago 1-800 FLOWERS screwed up an order of mine. The problem probably stemmed from the 1-800 employee's poor command of the English language. There are lots of folks on Long Island (your headquarters) that are way better at the English language.
    In any event, last week I gave them another try and the flowers that I sent for a funeral arrived 8 hours after the funeral. The offer to send them to the person's house now a week later just is not the same. Order#100123850

Hi my order was canceled by you guys not very happy what guarantee is that im not very happy I received a call and the number I was given wouldn't let me talk to anyone and just hung up was told about so 30$ credit and delivery on another day but you guys don't pick up your phone as of right now I have bin on hold for 40min and still waiting im very upset with your service and so called guarantee I expect a call since I was canceled but yet no money was returned like really what's with that please call me and give me a reason it wasn't delivered and why you don't answer your phone or return my money this is not very good and totally wrecked my wife's day and mine was supposed to be a happy day and all it did was make her very upset thanks for wrecking such a special day.......I expect something for this and destroying her day thanks AGAIN FOR NOTHING AND MAKING HER CRY NOT VERY NICE.... order number w00652303460750

  6. 1800flowers is the worst flower business i have ever dealt with. They charged my boyfriends card who us in the military but never shipped the flowers to me and he paid for express delivery. Here i am at working expecting to receive flowers and NOTHING!! So i called customer service and was told that they deleted the order because his payment never went through but yet his bank statement said he paid for the flowers. I am in the process of writing to Corporate expressing my disgust. So i have no flowers for mothers day when i am the mother of his beautiful 1 year old son.

  7. We will never will use you again.. I was promised delivery on monthers day and you didnt deliver.. I was told you would deliver today and never did.. then said maybe tomorrow... ridiculous. . Disgust is what I think about youe company..

  8. ALL CALL CENTER ARE OUT SIDE USA THEY DONT KNOW TIME REFERNCE ETC ETC ETC YOU REQUEST SPEAK WITH MANNAGE OR SUPERVISER THEY PUT IN HOLD AND SPEACK THE SAME PERSON BAD BAD BAD AFTER MANY HOLD A CHANGE TO FIELS FLOWER THE CALL CENTER IS O USA WE NEVER USE 1800 F YOU

  9. I am done with 1800flowers. I dealt with this company for 15 years. this is the worst year ever. I order the "wow" arrangement" that they are showcasing on their website. it is the first arrangement you see when you sign on to their website. now, you would think that they would have sent a letter or fax or email to every florist and have told them to make sure they have more than tons of all the flowers they need to take of this huge arrangement so people like me who were impressed with it would be satisfied with their purchase. did that happen? of course not? it was supposed to be 23" H and 21" W. they sent a flower that was 12" high in total and about the same width. I was livid. now, the same florist, is supposed to deliver the correct arrangement at the correct dimensions. I emailed the company this is their last chance. if it is not perfect, I am done with 1800flowers. I am going on angie's list and my wife will go on facebook and we will tell ALL. I HAVE GIVEN THEM 1000'S OF DOLLARS OVER THE YEARS. some new corporate ceo must be in charge who is a hatchet man and he is sinking the ship. well, they ain't getting any more of my money.

  10. I just wanted to let you know how disgusted i am with my experience. I placed an order a week in advance and on the 21st it was supposed to arrive. Now please read carefully because no one else could get it through their head. The afternoon of the 21st, I attempted to track the order and it stated DELIVERY N/A ORDER PENDING.
    I CALLED AND ASKED WHAT WAS GOING ON AND I WAS ASSURED THE ORDER WOULD BE DELIVERED BUT IN NO POINT IN TIME DID ANYONE EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT THIS MEANT. FAST FORWARD TO 8pm and my recipient hadn't gotten the flowers. I call over and I'm told that they sent the order to a florist who's number had been DISCONNECTED. I was offered a 20 dollar voucher which by the way I haven't gotten, and a shipping refund.
    The next day, at 2 pm I track the order AGAIN only to see the SAME TRACKING INFO. I call again and I'm told they can't reach the florist so they're going to put the order into another florist and my delivery may be delayed AGAIN. keep in mind this persons birthday was the day before. I ask at this point to speak to a supervisor. The representative puts me on hold for 10 minutes and then informs me that the supervisor REFUSES TO SPEAK TO ME BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO BUSY. So at this point I ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK. at which point I am denied. I am then told they will email me as soon as a florist is reached and again told the delivery will arrive that day, and when or if it doesn't, ONLY THEN CAN I HAVE A REFUND. DESPITE THE FACT THAT YOU PEOPLE SCREWED UP THE DAY BEFORE.
    So 4pm rolls around an no emails have been received so I call AGAIN and I'm then told THE FLORIST YOU SENT IT TO FOR THE THIRD TIME IS A CLOSED BUSINESS. AS THIS POINT I AM FINALLY GRANTED A REFUND. I TELL THE REPRESENTATIVE THAT I FIND IT RIDICULOUS THAT AS A COMPANY YOU CANT KEEP TRACK OF WHAT FLORISTS ARE IN BUSINESS BEFORE YOU SEND AN ORDER AND THAT I WILL NEVER USE 1800 flowers ever again.
    They didn't care. They honestly had no explanation and there was also a language barrier. Worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life and you need to know you treat your customers like garbage.
    So thanks to you I had to pay an extra 25 dollars over at pro flowers for a rush delivery and that's YOUR FAULT.
    I WILL FORWARD THIS TO CORPORATE TOO. DONT THINK IM STOPPING AT THIS EMAIL THAT WILL PROBABLY BE RECEIVED BY THE SAME PERSON WHO DIDNT CARE ABOUT MY ORDER.

  11. Pointless to say anymore, everyone who posted before me said it all! THe CEO of this company doesn't look at these comments; if he did he would be appalled. The only way I got around the overly gratuitous operator in Manila was to call the local 516 number. I spoke with Scott and he was most helpful!

  12. I the worst company ever.. I place an order on 5/5 for my sister and on 5/6 I get a call at 12 noon from some guy names Ian to tell me that they had cancelled my order..what?? You take my money and now it have to wait 3-5 days to get my money back seriously I ask to speak to a manager and then he tells me oh wait all of the managers are on the phone what kind of crap is this ..and you want us to use your company are you fricken kidding me. Worst service ever,,

  13. Ordered two weeks Head of Mothers Day for a Friday before delivery. Mom sent me a picture. It we supposed to be the sugar and spice bouquet. Peach, fuchsia and purple were supposed to be the colors. Only the roses were right. The florist substituted everything else. Pale yellow carnations, cheap and ugly, white small flowers for what should be deep purple, red flowers, and something lilac. Horrible color and flower group. They could not even tie a proper bow. Looked like a shoe lace. My Mom was a good sport and kept telling me how nice the roses were. I am incredibly disappointed in this company. The area where these flowers were sent to was the Coral Springs-Margate Florida border. The flowers were not dead, they just looked like something a three year old may put together.

  14. I ordered Flowers for Mother's Day. Being thoughtfut to the high peak I wanted to have them delivered on Saturday 5/7. Saturday came and no flowers. No email. No Call. I called on Saturday and they told me the florist said they could not honor the order for that day. Upset already because there was no communication of this, the rep. called the florist and said that I would have a delivery on Mother's Day now. Sunday came and still no flowers. No Email. No call. Call customer service on Sunday. No Answers to why I didn't get the flowers. The rep said she would call me back. No one called and No email. So now it's Monday 5/9. No Flowers still. Called customer service and still no answers as to why I have no flowers and no call or email. They offered a $20 coupon for next use. I declined because ihave now spent 3 days trying to get the flowers that I order and they debited my account for. Very disappointed and I have used 1800-flowers a number of times. At the minimum I said keep my money and send flowers to my wife for the next 3 months to make this right. They declined that offer , so now i will decline them moving forward. Goodbye
