My son recently came into one of the wendys here in madison,al the one on the blvd and he had an issue with his card that he could not help and the manager completely mad him feel like he was to stupid to do anything was using profanity to the other female cashier told her to give her the fu**ing receipt and snatched it from her hand and said she cant stand ignorant people.SO im really just thrown back by what kind of people you let run your stores.... As far as that goes i will not return to the wendys or any other wendys for that matter just makes me sick how a grown woman can just treat a child this way

  2. Sadly disappointed that your corporate office would tell a franchis owner to take down his sign in support of Chik-Fil-A.
    I have always supported your establishments but now have to reconsider my support because of your lack of support for the traditional family. :( very sad :(

  3. I went to a wendy's in North Platte, Neb while driving through and had a baconador Spelled wrong lol It was real greasey and dripping with oil and had two meat paddy's and just small pieaces of bacon.

  4. I went into Wendy's here in quincy Illinois and wanted to search the Internet so I asked for the key/password for the guest account. I was subsequently told they do not give that out and that they do not allow there wifi to be used as a hotspot. Why transmit the link if your not going to allow anyone to use it. Ther the only Wendy's in town I might add you would think they would want there customers to be happy. I don't blame the girl who told me I blame the manager and owner who told her not to. The food and cleanliness wasn't that great either.

  5. I buy breafast every morning Monday through Friday at the Wendy's on Meadow Church Road. This is the only Wendy's that I know that is open for breakfast. Today I ordered a Panini with bacon combo for breafast. I asked the spanish lady who's name begin's with the letter C for hot sauce she gave me 2 (two) I asked for two more and she said I would have to pay 25 cent for each additional sauce. I then asked her where it say that Wendy's charge 25 cents for additional sauce she just kept replying 25 cents. Mc Donalds used to charge 25 cents but not any more, Burger King and Chik-fil-A they have always been very generous with their sauces.The 25 cents isn't the issue, my problem is I see this women every morning and spend at least $5.00 to $10.00 a day on breakfast at Wendy's. You would think she could have just a little bit more customer service skills and explain then give me the two extra sauces....I mean really....I love the breafast at Wendy's but HATE the cumtomers service at this location everyone including the morning manager ....SOOOO rude and unfriendly. They have completly lost my buisness and I will voice my opion to everyone I know...

Theres a wendys near my house and i pass by it every night and every night i pass by theres kids in side the lobby hanging out now for customers that makes it seem like its open when its not when i try to go inside of it the kids including the manager which i have his name victor has really loud music inside like its a party in there this has been going on for like 3weeks i go by so another night i pass by the drive through with my 9 year old daughter and on the second window the same manager is beeing felt on by a another worker sexually she is crossed eyed i remember that for a fact ..what kind of buisness are u running absolutlly disgcuting i will never go to that wendys again for that

  8. I was visiting the wendys on I-240 and penn in okc,ok on Sept. 6 2012 at 11:28pm. I pulled up to drive-thru and waited for a greeting from inside as i already knew what i wanted. Well, after about 8 minutes of me waiting and occasionally saying hello to speaker i gave up and proceeded around drive-thru to leave and to my surprise the drive-thru worker had the window open and his head down on the sill sleeping. I honked as i drove by and he just raised his head and put it back down with what im assuming was the night manager standing behind him. I used to frequent wendys often but after wrong orders and this incident i think i will not be going back ever again.

In greenfield mass in the last year has gone to crap food is always cold its not offten you get hot food fries are never fresh the staff looks like a joke including managers and i have made several complaints to wendys and nothing has changed the staff gives me additude every time i ask foe fresh food like i have no right to ask and i gave up on this wendys i go to other wendys and its fine this one was god too until reseny and the staff none of thwm look perfeshional dirty stained shirts slopy fit loks like trailer trash and i dont think writing this will help but im hoping this might help in some way to clean this wendys up again

  10. oct.2,2012 The new Wendys that opened up last week in Warrenton,Missouri is one of the most pathectic ones i have ever seen.Very close to someone who works there.Managers making people work there 11 hours without breaks.They are closing at 1am but still not getting out till 4:30 or 5:00am due to all cleaning managers are making them due.needs to be reported to labor relations.I for one am contacting local newspapers and television!

  11. I just purchased the 1/4 single cheeseburger meal from the Grand Forks, North Dakota restaurant(32nd ave). I got all the way home and took a bite of the burger and it was so pink, it was disgusting. I was so sick to think that they would serve raw meat like this. I took pictures and complained to the restaurant all they offered was a coupon for another burger, what makes them think that it would be better next time, or that I would even go there again. When I was on the phone with her she was complaining that the machine that cooks the burgers would cost a couple hundred dollars. That's all she was tallking about. I am not happy!

On Monday October 22, 2012 I was in Wendys in Anna Ohio at dinner time and gave the clerk a $20 bill to pay for my order.She called the manager over and they both looked at it and told me it was conterfit and they could not talk it. I preceded to give her another one to which they said the same thing.I had 5 in my billfold and they said they were all counterfit so I dug out other change. They were very busy at this time of day so the line behind me saw all this and heard what the clerk said to me at the end of the transaction which was "next time to a better job of printing". I took these 20's to the bank on leaving and ask them to check them for me and they said there was no problem with them and then I told them what had just happened to me. They suggested I call Wendy's and tell them they were not using the pen to check right. I thought I would let you know of my embarassment. We used to go there quite often but after that I am not sure if we will be going back. thank you for letting me vent my displesure with what was said to me.

  13. At 6:32, 12-26-12 I pulled into the drive thru at the local Wendy's. I placed my order (1-#6, no lettuce, no tomato and a small sweet tea). The girl taking the order gave me a total of $13!!! I explained that I only wanted one #6, she audibly sighed over the mic and told me to "Just pull around." Like she was annoyed at having misheard me in the first place! Then I pull around, she opens the window and says "You did say two, not one." (I did say sweet tea, so I don't know if she heard tea and thought two or what.) She did not give me a new total, she did not smile, nothing, just a snide nasty comment and nothing else. HOW RUDE!!! Customer service does not mean call the customer a liar, pretend that they were in the wrong, and act like you are the queen of all drive thru windows! She took my money, luckily I order the same thing a lot, so I new what to hand her, then she tosses my change at my hand and slams the window closed in my face while I am trying to request a receipt and some ketchup. Once upon a time, I worked in the fast food industry doing what this girl does for a living. I NEVER would have even thought about behaving in the manner that this girl did while at work, especially not in front of or toward a customer!!! I am NOT pleased with this Wendy's branch. I usually go to this location a minimum of 12 times a week, or more, because my schedule does not allow me to eat at home often. I spend nearly $100 per week at this restaurant and my grandmother and her friends have social time there every other day, and these ladies spend money there also. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK and tomorrow morning, before grandma heads out for her daily breakfast with the ladies, I will be relaying this experience to her and her friends. I am going to recommend they go elsewhere from now on. Otherwise they will probably be disrespected and belittled too.

  14. went in wendys by the empire state building on 3/12/2012.just got in to nyc from uk.first time been usa and a wendys is one thing allways wanted.well the store was realy grimy and dirty.toilets were down stairs.but smell was coming upstairs.the place needs a complete overhaul.realy diserpointed in the store.its a prime spot there you,d think they would make an effort to that store.an one else been in that one.

I recently visited wendys at 825 pm and ordered a honey mustard flat bread sub homestyle chicken and they told me I couldnt get it like that cuz they didn't have a button for it...so I said why not I work at wendys and we do it we dnt have a button for either...pissed I drove off because they could avoided a complaint and just satisfied the customer pkease fix yur problem wendys on Jefferson by patrick henrey mall neeport news va.

  16. My husband and I went to the Wendy's on Republic Rd. in Springfield, MO on Sunday, Sept. 8. We ordered two two hambugers with no cheese and no ketsup, but with everything else. Two single hamburgers were $7.58. When they came immediately while I was standing there, we proceeded to eat them. Mine did not have any pickle on it, the onion slice was as small as a quarter, the tomatoe slice did not cover the meat as it was thin and small. The meat was tough and not hot. We got home and a few hours later and all night long my husband was throwing up. He said he didn't think the meat was hot enough. It was cooked thru though. He was sick on into the next day and we feel he got food poisening. I called Wendy's store #23 today and one of the managers said no one else complained about the food and there is no way the food there made him sick. He laughed and seemed upset with me. He said if I came in today he would give me two more hamburgers or a coupon for some. I just wanted to report that the meat must have stood too long at room temperature as it was not made fresh. There were only a few people in the store at that time, I would say about three or four. The hamburger could not have just been made or it would have taken a few minutes and it would have been hot. We visited the store at 6:23 PM.

  17. Wendy's! Wendy's, I have worked for 17 years and didn't even get any respect from others local brand store. I was layoff and told my Human Resource Corp that i can transfer to another store and continues work for Wendy's "NO" local brand store wants to hire me. they all denied me when i applied. I have put my heart and sole to this company. I don't have problem with anythings. I always there and work hard for them, days in, days out. Is this how you treat harding mom. ect.ect

  18. Today I went to Wendy`s as I usually do on payday. I ordered the same food as always and asked the cashier to "press" my burgers. I do this because of another problem with another visit and the manager told me to order this way. After I asked her to do so, she turns and says to another employee, "he wants his burger fresh." I said again, I would like it pressed and she proceeds to the back. About a minute later a different employee says to me, "I don`t know how to press a burger, why don`t you hold it sideways and let the grease run out." My jaw about dropped when she said this!     Visited at 11:19 am for a quick lunch on drive thru , received the WRONG order. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo, got a burger instead. So much for my quick lunch. I had no time to go back and complain, so I did online to no effect. Not a single e-mail, call or any type of communication effort. I warn anyone in DeSoto Texas to stay as far away from this Wendy's as possible. Never have I been disappointed with a Wendy's restaurant before, nor their service. I WILL NEVER EVERRRRRR go back to this franchise again , and I will also have a bad taste for fast food quick lunches through fast thrus at Wendy's.

  21. Complaint about Wendys in Tallahassee florida on Apalachee parkway. I have a friend that was diag. with the Flu Friday from the hospital she was placed to Tamiflu and Tylenol 3. took paperwork to her job that same day(Friday) the Manager had the nerves to ask her if she could come to work the next day, then called her Sunday wanting her to come in. She finally got enough energy to go in Monday and work a full day. When she got home she was woren out and sweating like a fat person, and she is thin. My concern is do you think it is fair to rush her back to work so spread the germs to other employees and not to mention the hundreds of customers they serve, or are you more concern about making a dollar. I think head manager is very not concerned about Health issue for Wendys and the store she manages

    However, I am concerned, as a stock holder, about the lack of service that Wendy's seemed to have in the past. I fear this chain is losing ground by their many errors and rude behaviors.

You guys need to stop that Waffle cone don't look nothing like the picture on two different times I went to get one the Ice cream was so runny I just told them to keep the cone and put in a cup. The cashier or front counter lady was trying to hand it to me fast because it las leaking all over her hands it looked disgusting and you think after seeing that I wanted to eat that. I dont think so.

  25. the wendys on 2720 N Reserve St, Missoula Mt. There are employees smoking weed on their breaks in their cars on the property and then again when they get off work. ive even know of some management joining in on it. I have complained as a concerned customers but it seems nothing is being done about it. Two of the employees one name is dean main and the other one goes by JJ are two people I know are smoking weed on the property and nothing is being done about it but I would not want my children at an establishment where I have to worry about them seeing something like that or coming in contact with it so please since the store will not take care of the problem can corporate do something about this issue.

  26. Wendy's Restaurant on Mt Lebanon Blvd in Castle Shannon : Worst, most ignorant employees who ignore customers waiting in line. The restaurant is dirty, needs a good cleaning with lots of soap,the tables are so sticky. Ketchup dispenser is permanently broken. Food, napkins, etc all over the carpet. Employees constanyly complain to one another and aggravate the customers. However, there is one employee who really seems to care about the customer and the restaurant - I think her name is Eileen. Sorry to complain but more and moe of your customers are not returning to the restaurant and are going to Subway. Thank you.

Hello and the reason for the comment to main office ,,,We visited the Wendys at 2534 Bert Kouns and placed a order for two items and needed to ask about a 3rd item that was the free jr frosty promotion that offers a free jr frosty with any purcahase ...Long story short we were charged 75 cents more than the original price given ,,,No ticket given ,We had to ask for our frosty key chain back, The second lady at window wasnt friendly neither ..Maybe remind them once a customer gets bad service they choose another location ,,and also tell others about the poor service ,,,Thanks for a respond back in advance ,
