    DONT EVEN UPDATE TRACKING INFORMATION ON PACKAGES YOU SHIP THROUGH THEM !! THIS POST OFFICE ALSO REQUIRES YOU TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR PASSPORTS BUT THEN AGAIN HOW ?! IF THEY DONT EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE ?!!!!! UGH!!!

    1. Yep, I was on hold for nearly 40 minutues today and she hung up. I ordered stamps on 12/20/13 and as of today 1/3//2014 I have not received them. I guess postal workers did not get a raise and are taking our stamps and packages to make up the difference or something like that. I wonder if they can strike - I would - and we need to pay 3 more cents per stamp for this! Just who is approving these raises. Congress? They have been out to lunch for some time!

I would like to make a complaint against USPS, I have a package that got loss I sent it to Germany on 06/13/12 for some reason the package was sent it back to USA on 09/06/12 right now it’s in New York I have been calling every single day to 18002758777 the don’t have a clue where my package is the USPS phone customer service employees are rude, careless, I am so upset I have been talking with A service rep her name is Jaime the most rude person ever, I am customer of click and ship since 2009 making shipping for $2000 per week. Now if this package is not send it back to us on time we will lost $580 (value of the dress), and we have another case like this without a response neither As a big company we are thinking to get service at UPS. Please could somebody do something about it? WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! My email address

  3. I would like to make a complaint against USPS, ANNAPOLIS JUNCTION, MARYLAND. I was forced to walk all way back to my car because the window clerk told me she couldn't let me use her tape to tape the label to the box, also clerk leaned the whole time she was dealing with me had one hand own her hip like she really didn't care to help me. Also spoke about my information to another clerk, and while I was standing there she said to the other clerk, I told him we can't upgrade the box, but he won't listen.... Really poor customer service. I pay to send things USPS all the time and never had an issue until today. I will never visit that Post Office again.

  4. I am in the process of trying to find out where a package is that was supposed to be delivered to me on 10/26/12. I am not having much luck with the local offices. My next step will be contacting the corporate offices, but from what I have read, I can probably kiss the package and the money I paid for the item good-bye. And the post office is crying because they are not making money and will have to close offices. Really?????? Seems they don't want to work anyway. I can see the suits sitting in meetings asking what they can do to stop the bleeding. Maybe deliver the mail???

  5. I would like to file a complaint against Paul Braxton, a"delivery guy" at the USPS on Broad St. in Richmond, VA (23220). He refuses to actually deliver my package, has NEVER left a notice at my door to notify me that he "attempted" to deliver my package. Even when I did the request a delivery date, he never showed. This is not the first time this has happened to me with USPS. I have to check online to see the "attempted" delivery date but have never ACTUALLY had a package DELIVERED! I still have yet to receive my package and it has been OVER TWO MONTHS!! I have no means of getting to the USPS Office due to a disability. All I'm asking is for you guys to make sure that your employees are actually doing their job! This is ridiculous, I always hate getting "services" through you guys because this always happens! Just deliver the freakin mail!

  6. I'm in FL I sent a package to OK priority mail. They told me the address was undeliverable. They sent the package back FL so they can sent it back to me,only for them to resend it to OK. The customer service representatives are EXTREMELY rude, they don't have a clue about what they're doing, they don't update their system; until now I don't know where the package is and they can't tell me where it is either. I have spoke to at least 5 representative, 1 of them hung up on me. This is the worst shipping company in the face of the planet, no wonder why they're not doing well. I need my package back or else I will take you to small claim court.

  7. I'm in Florida I sent a package to Tulsa OK priority mail on 11/16/12. On 11/19/12 they said the address was undeliverable, they sent it back to FL, instead of sending the package back to me (the sender) they resent it to OK. I've contacted you people a number of times, all of your representatives are extremely rude, they don't know how to treat customers. It is now 11/28/12 I don't know where the package it, and they can't tell me where it is either. This package should have been there because it contains time sensitive materials. Your representatives don't care, and the tracking information is not updated. Your company has cause me great damage! I need the package back, and you people need to fire your rude employees and hire people who actually have customer service skills and know how to treat people. It is o wonder why your company is not doing well like UPS or FedEx. Where is my package and why none of your associates can't seem to know what's going on?

  8. I want to make a complaint about USPS period! You people are unorganized & each time I have called and spoke to a representative with customer service I have received different information EACH TIME about a package that I have been waiting to receive for 3WEEKS already. I have changed my address & unfortunately, the package was mailed before I was able to give the person my new address & now it has been going through hell for the past 3 WEEKS! Come to realize that this whole time it is because the person who sent it misspelled my last name by ONE letter. Now they have expressed to me that there is NO WAY they can personally change the name on my package, which I understand and I also understand it is the senders fault for misspelling my last name & not calling to check my address information, however, how is there not a single way for you people to go into the system & make note that the name is misspelled & which address it needs to be sent to? Each package has a code given to let the mail person know where to deliver it. The code uses four of the letters from my last name & im guessing some sort of numbers! But because ONE letter is in my last name that shouldn’t be the code on my package is entered and now shows that there is no address for it to be delievered to because there is not forwarding address under that “code”. However ive called for the past fucking 3 WEEKS & spoke to numerous people & you mean to tell me that after almost a month of a hassle I have to risk it being sent back to Japan because there is NO WAY you people can go into the system & put my change of address under that code even though the name is misspelled ? its almost 2013 Step your fucking game up USPS & work toward COSTUMER SATISFACTION because im pissed & you people have helped not one damn bit !

  9. I been waiting for a package to come from NY to NJ that was expected to receive by 12-21-12. The package went to another part of NY then to Conn. and then to Mass. Why no one can explain my package is now in N. Dakota. I purchased an item online for a family member for X'Mas that lives out of the country and is leaving on 12-30-12. I'm so upset with USPS. The automated system is THE WORST!!!! Still to this day No one cant explain this and this was an priority package that shouldve made it to NJ no later than 12-22-12.

  10. Not sure if anyone in corporate reads this, but I want to let USPS know that the quality of customer service has been lacking over the years at the site location. I called 16 Thomas Patten Dr, Randolph, MA 02368 today at noon inquiring if there was a way USPS can track a letter or see if the letter is sitting in their site location. I had a letter mailed twice to me within the last one month and still haven't received it yet. Triple check the address with the sender and they do have the correct address. The letter was sent regular mail from Alabama to Mass. it doesn't take a month to deliver that. But my complaint is with the service when I called to inquire about my mail. The man who answered the phone (didn'y get his name) was very rude to me. He couldn't hear me, but instead of asking me nicely to repeat what I said, he said "stop. right there. Repeat what you said" in a very rude tone. He was not helpful with my inquiry and gave me an attitude about how would they have my mail and for me to check the address. I understand it was regular mail and USPS can't track that if lost since there is no tracking number, but he can at least make an effort to try to help or explain that to me nicely. This is not the first time an employee there is rude. Corporate needs to do something about their employees lack of customer service. Since I don't really mail out letters and just packages, I will no longer give that business to USPS.

  11. I would like to make a complaint against the Tracy Annexe postal service located at 4025 COMMERCIAL DR STE B,California. They delivered my package to a wrong address on November 19,2012. I have been following up with the post office supervisor for the past few weeks. She said that she would call back but has not called up regarding my package. I am trying to call the post office but the person on the phone is very rude and does not want to listen to my problem.He hung up on me. IS this the kind of service I get from USPS. The corporate needs to do something about these employees who cannot provide good customer service. I am very disappointed with USPS.

  12. All of you on here are attacking the wrong monster. You have to get off your butts and start writing letters and petitioning congress. The average postal worker today works for 11/hourly and has two double splits shifts a day 6 days a week. Thats in for two hours, out for two, in for two, out for two, in for two, with no schedule. They work hour to hour and are treated like crap by the remaining regular employees and by their postmasters. They get no benefits or even a schedule. The distribution centers closing has slowed mail down considerably, while the corporate managers wont give up an ounce of the pork. They are trying to fix the problem at the lowest level, so we need congress to address corporate which is making all the death blows. If you don't get off your duffs and speak to your congressmen, then kiss your private mail goodbye. It will cost 80 bucks to ship something across the country, usps will be privatized, and said goodbye to sending grampa a letter for 46 cents in a crap economy where the fuel price keeps rising. Youll be lucky if 70 percent of mail isnt stolen with no customer service even offered like in certain other countries. So if you're going to complain, remember USPS is not paid for by your tax dollars. But politicians are. So talk to them, so the problem can be fixed.

He likes to delay things so he gets maximum face time even for the negative - then he likes to spin and I bet he gets away with it because most citizens are ill-informed of the shenanigans of Congress.

  13. This is the second time I have had an issue with USPS any other time I order online they are fine. This is the second time that my packages has either been lost or not delivered to me during the period of time its suppose to be delivered. DHL Global Mail tendered the package to you guys and I see that you guys received the information electronically but never received the package yet. That update was March the 14th, It is now March the 19th. The first time I had this issue USPS didn't accept the package because they couldn't match up my address or confirm it. This is ridiculous I have never had a problem with USPS until this year ordering online. I am very upset and enrage with USPS. They need to get it together. My next step after this is to write a letter to the Corporate office because this is getting out of hand. Get it together USPS!!

  15. Many people complain about the service provided by the USPS but they don't realize that for the size and complexity of this operation, its actually an impressive organization. If you want validation of this point compare it with the postal systems in other industrialized nations. And while you are at it, compare the costs of the services provided. If you only consider the ability of the USPS to maintain and share an accurate database of mailing addresses for the people and businesses of the US you have to be impressed. People need to stop banging on the USPS. Have a little pride in an organization that works hard to make a large and complex system work. No, they are not perfect but who is?

  16. @ the 30th street location you stand in a line to the side if your there for a package pick up. I stand in line behind two people and watch them get helped. When it comes to be my turn the Supervisor/Manager by the name of Crystal Brown walks away from the desk and goes to do other things. I stand at the front waiting to be helped and she looks at me and than walks by me and out the service door and yells if anyone needs help with anything. She than helps a lady in the line with her packages and goes back behind the service desk. When she walks by me again I than ask will I be helped because I'm standing in the package pick up line. She cuts me off and tells me to get in line or I won't be be helped. I begin to walk to get in line or than she asks me do I have a slip and to walk back up to her and give her the slip. I explain to her that I put in a request for Change Of Address weeks prior and my mail is coming to my new address but some mail still goes to my old address. I show her tracking and it says Moved, Left No Address. I spoke with a supervisor on the 1-800-275-8777 and they told me to go to my local post office and pick up the package before it gets sent back. My whole reason for going into the location. She tells me to write my info on a piece of paper and she will check. From there she drops a pen on the desk and walks away. I write my info on the paper and hand her the paper. She walks away and not even a minute later of her telling me she is going downstairs to check she comes back put the paper on the desk and says it got sent back. I find it hard to believe that she went downstairs and searched for my packages. I tried to explain to her what the rep said on the phone and she pointed to the paper and said it's sent back and yelled who is next in line. I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional in my life. I am contacting you guys as well as a couple other people high up that will handle my matter. This is ridiculous. Both packages were updated to Moved No Address at 4:19, I go to the post office at 6:30 and my packages were supposedly sent away.


    I want to speak with someone who is apart of USPS corporate. I also want something done about this. This is absolutely ridiculous. I was seriously inconvenienced and my packages are being sent back for no reason. What is the point of filling out a request and what is the point of dealing with a Supervisor if they are going to be incompetent, abuse their power and be unprofessional. Who do I go to than. I am a paying customer....Now what. Why am I paying for service like this.

      Same thing happened to my wife. She sent a package to her mother in New Orleans. She received an empty box for Mothers Day. The current government has turned the USA into a Third World County.

  20. Bowie, MD. Having just read all of the complaints filed against the United States Postal Service, I wondered if it would make any difference sending one more. Probably not, but it might make me feel better. I mailed a fragile package to California using the Bowie,MD Post Office. I should have known this would become a headache. The woman who serviced me (Asian) gave me the impression that she was not interested in what I was saying as I tried to ensure the box was properly covered. There were all kinds of "Fragile" signs on the box so why was it necessary for her to ask me if there was anything fragile in the box??? I pointed out the words F R A G I L E on the box to the woman. She had such a mean look on her face that it forced me to ask her...."Are you angry about something?" To which she shook her head "No." I realize that the people working in the Post Office are just humans who have issues just as we all do however, working with the public (and I have), one should at least try to be pleasant and helpful. She was none of that. Well,l shipped the package to California and received a call that it had arrived today....in a MILLION PIECES. I really did not think it needed more packaging because it was sufficiently wrapped. So, not only is the woman at the Bowie, MD station "non-caring." It appears that this is the attitude of many of your employees. Why don't you guys just close shop and let the other folkS (UPS/FEDIX) do the SHIPPING. YOU ARE THE MOST UNCARING PEOPLE AND IT IS JUST TOO BAD BECAUSE I USED TO THINK THAT WHEN ALL ELSE FAILED, YOU COULD COUNT ON OUR US POSTAL SERVICE. NOT ANY MORE.   23. First off I am disabled. On 10/12 I moved into a house. I knew that I probably would get mail from previous tenants. I put the names on the mail box for the ppl who now live at this address AS REQUIRED by post office. After 3 mnths of writing on the previous tenants mail that they no longer live there I called the office and asked that this mail be stopped from coming to my home. It's not my fault that previous tenants didn't put in change address form. Finally 9 mnth later and making 3 phone calls and going twice in person to office I finally got it stopped. Then a mnth later the postal guy says out steps are dangerous and he felt unsafe walking up them and the mail box was too high, (mailbox has hung there for 25yrs). I called supervisor and he said he would come to look at them. He wanted to come that day, but had dr's appointment that day and told him to that fact I wouldn't be home. But he came anyway and later told me he agreed w/postal carrier. So I never got to talk to them. So I moved the box down to the staircase to shut the cry babies up. Then one day he says my grass is too tall and won't deliver. He's not supposed to walk on the grass, what a moron. Now he says my flowers are in the way of the mail box and refusing to deliver mail again. I am to talk w/supervisor tomorrow and will see how it goes. Talk about going postal, this customer is ready to go postal on this carrier. I never knew just how immature some of these ppl are. If this doesn't stop I will go sit in my walker w/my cane, in front of post office with a sign that lets ppl know just of rude some of these postal workers are, and supervisors don't care how they act or treat ppl just as long the mail get delivered. Know I understand why ppl are going to other delivery companies to deliver mail and packages. I think this guy was weened too early or something. Maybe his branch in the food change didn't evolve as fast as mine did. Gotta have pity on those types of ppl. Actually you could get your dog to deliver or pickup mail easier than the postal service, and will only cost you a treat and a pat on the head.

I want to make a complaint about the Post Office located in Lake City , SC they have the most incompent workers, they give me the run around about my mail, the Post master is rude and very impatient. I have had this problem several times and about their forwarding process, they really need some type of guidance when it comes to procedures and protocol.

  26. Need a phone number to a human USPS Customer Service officer as the main Automated CS officer loops when you tell it you want to speak to an Operater.... I'm so pissed off with the PO stateside and internationally .. Actually today Im just damn livid...... I've lived in Moodus CT for 4 years now, can't get a package delivered to my door because I live on a private road PO personel told me it was because the town doesn't plow my street.. Well 8 months out of the year they don't need to but the other 4 months they do! Totally flumuxed with that answer. Only 70 % of my Christmas cards ever arrive at there. Destination. Only once in 4 years has a package reached its destination in one try.. But today took the cake.. Sent a very urgent letter yesterday express priority overnight to arrive in CO. Springs by midday today.. Get a message it hasn't arrived! So I go online and check " MISSDIRECTED" was the message to Columbus OH.. seriously.. I paid $20 postage and once again pathetic service.. No wonder the USPS is going out of business you've forgotten the fundamentals SERVICE it's in the title of your business and to be honest the service sucks..

  27. The Post Office in Annapolis Junction, Maryland needs Management! Currently they are holding my street addressed mail. I have had a large P.O. Box for approx. 28 years. I fall under the Grandfather clause. Now all mail address to my street address is not being given to me or put in my mail box. They use to claim the mail had to be put up by 9:30 AM. Today the mail may get up by 10AM, 10:30 AM or 11:00 AM. When our Post Master went on vacation, originally they had no replacement, one person was out with a broken ankle, another just retired, etc. So they chose to open at 11:00 AM.

Our dad opened up two p.o.boxes from his mailing not properly being transfered due too these mail frauders who are unauthorized to transfer his mail anywhere forage his signatures onto documents. Alexis Hurd, and Erica Shelton, has been participating in blackmailing our dad since the discrepancy that he had to support 9 children. I've worked for USPS for 15years as non-career.Worked productively,accurate, and respectful my attendance overall was great.Took the test to become career since I was employed(1998)passed every test.But was never hired as career.But in April of 2013 was laid off with others that was PSE Clerk.Some people that came off the street that had less years and no experience was called back.I know is who you know and not what you know in lafayette,la.That's a shame that a good worker that want to work like I.Just won't get the opportunity because I'm not in the click.

I have written letters to the postmaster, to main payroll office in Degan and to NY office. NOBODY EVER REPLIES TO ME! I WANT THE MONEY THAT I EARNED!

The USPS needs to get their act together mailed out 4 boxes all on the same day to Las Vegas 2 boxes to one address and the other 2 to another address in Las Vegas said delivered date 10/29/13 , I went to check online with the tracking numbers that they gave 3 boxes were out for delivery in Las Vegas and one box went to Shreveport, Lousiana . Called customer service they were very rude so I got rude back when I asked to speak to a manager she said none was available I told her that I work on retail and our managers tells us the same thing when they don't want to be bothered ,then they hung up on me called back and I was already in a bad mood from the previous call and they just made it worst by not even giving answers on why and where the package is now the tracking was not even updated . My nephew need the items in the box for a project that is due Thursday 10/31 so now he'll get an F and incomplete because of incompentent workers . When ever I need to mail out boxes I'm never going through USPS I'll spend a few dollars more for UPS or FED EX and I'll be guaranteed my package will get there with a tracking number that tells me everything scan in scan out at every port with text or email.

I went to the local post office today and told the supervisor at the San Ramon, CA location all the problems we have been having with the current mail carrier and he responds with "what would you like me to do?" Seriously?! I told him to fix the problems, either replace our carrier or get him to do his job right. I truly do not believe our local post office is going to fix the problems listed below because they have been made aware of these issues several months ago and those exact same problems have only become worse over the months.

    So here is what has been happening over the past year with our mail. We live in an apartment complex in Dublin, CA where all the mail boxes are in one location. The mail carrier on the weekly basis is mixing up EVERYONE's mail, we get our neighbor's and they get ours. Letters every week are posted to the top of the mailboxes so that the neighbors get their mail because its winding up in everyone else's boxes. In the previous months this year either my packages delivered through the USPS has been either delivered to a vacant unit, arrived torn open (more than once) and one was forwarded to our new address in San Diego, but never arrived and now the post office doesn't know where it is. We have also received opened letters in our mailbox.

    My husband filled out the forms online through the USPS website to have all of the family's mail forwarded to our San Diego address in mid-October of this year. Some mail reaches our San Diego address, some still goes to our Dublin address and some are being returned to sender as "undeliverable". When this started happening, my husband personally called the USPS 800 number to verify the form he filled out had all of our names on it and they verified that was true. The local post office supervisor said only my husband's name is on the forwarding form. If that was true then why is some mail addressed in my name being forwarded to San Diego while other letters in my name are still going to our Dublin address? Some letters in my husband's name are also arriving in Dublin still.
    Earlier this week I called the main phone number to the San Ramon location and got an automated system that gave the business hours (which by the way I was calling in the afternoon on a weekday) and then transfered me to another phone line. After I was transfered I got the automated system again saying I can't leave a message because the mailbox is full and was transfered again to encounter the same result. Then the system told me to call back during regular business hours. I was calling during regular business hours. This is not the first time I ran into this problem when I call that post office.

    A couple of days ago my husband received a letter that was forwarded from the San Ramon post office to San Diego, but the name and address on the letter is for someone living in San Rafael, CA which is hundreds of miles away in northern Californa. The San Ramon post office could not explain this.

I would like to make a complaint on the post office on 47th and Cottage Grove Chicago Illinois the postal carrier never brings the mail never dropped off the mail on November 26 he never showed up at all when I was scheduled for redelivery was given a confirmation number for the redelivery and he just never showed up never delivered the mail on my block at all to deliver the mail and I called the post office number doing bussiness hours abs for about 2hr. And no one answered the phone and

  45. The Grafton, Ohio P. O. did not put the US Flag at half mass in honor of Mandela. I asked them why. They told me that it was STUCK. I asked why it wasn't fixed. No response. Cannot the US Post Office fix it? Is it too expensive to honor our country? Also, the flag etiquette is poor. The flag is NEVER taken down and there is no light on the flag at night. Does not the post masters get any training on etiquette?

    USPS should go out of business - as far as being asked time and time again - any business that uses the USPS should have their head examined - they are UNRELIABLE. The old saying just does not hold up anymore - probably because their employees are NOT unionized!

They are unreliable. they are smug when you complain - even hanging up on you after you wait for over a half-hour, and then when you FINALLY get routed to the correct place they hold your money for another 3-5 biz days blaming it on either the credit card company or the bank. They blame anyone and everyone but themselves. As a person with a disability I tried to save myself some energy and the experience of an inaccessible post office but I guess USPS can't even follow the law regarding such not so arcane implementations. You do not deserve the $.03 raise in stamp price or any rise. Do your job and you might have a better profit!

Our mailman here is a very snobby small town guy who has no understanding of other customers besidss the native ones from the town here in hornell ny. Im from the city we dont tolerate packages being late because you have a half hour conversation with rose smith next door! Very disorganized.

  50. Contents of Letter Mailed to Corporate Headquarters: " Dear USPS; I am fully aware and I do understand the Financial Issues that the United States Postal Services face. BUT there is one Major issues being implimented that I Do Not understand. I have maintained an "In-house-Personal" POST OFFICE BOX in two Cities and Two States [Orlando, Florida & Albany, N.Y.] for 35 Years. I chose this method for the main reason of Security. Talk has been floating around that curtailing OR Ending Door to Door Home Mail Delivery as one step to help eliviate it's Financial woes and one day Congress may consider this. So then WHY would the Postmaster issue Another Price Increase for Post Office Box Rentals as of January 26th, 2014? [and the Box Rental rates have slowly increased almost yearly for quite a while]. ***What DOES NOT make sense is that Mail being delivered @ the Post Office Post greatly Cuts-Out the use of a STREET MAIL DELIVERY PERSON, the use of Individual Delivery Trucks, etc. etc. etc. It seems logical that the Postal Service would ENCOURAGE the use of Post Office 'In-House' Mail Rental Boxes NOT DISCOURAGE it! *I would seriously consider using a 'Private' Mail Box Service as the Prices are Competitive. Doing this would then INCREASE the Delivery Expenses of the USPS as additional man power and delivery truck expenses would be needed to deliver to those private Mail Service Box Services.
    ***Some things make No sense; this is Definitely one of those 'Things'. "

    I Anthony Montgomery sent a registered letter on from what I see on my bank statement on 3/19/13 or 3/25/13. I win these tiffany gift cards and I sell them at Abc gift cards.com or they also go buy the name Cardcash.com I mailed 3 tiffany gift cards with a value of 2475.00. I sent them either on March 1,2013 or March 25, 2013. The Company said, " The did not receive the gift cards. I usually mail them these cards 3 to 4 times a year. I know to send them registered mail because tha is like sending money. I just happened to look at my back account for March 2013 and April 2013. I noticed they the Company did not deposit my money for the gift cards. I called Abc gift cards and they said, " They never received the tiffany gift cards valued at 2475.00. I called the oldmar post office and talked with a supervisor named Ed at the oldmar post office. He said, " He searched for the registered receipt and could not find anything. I have a charge where I went into the Post Office on 3/19/13 and spent 12.90 then on 3/25/13 I see where I spend 27.98. I think that is the day I mailed the registered box. I think I also bought some stamps that day. I see you have cameras in there you would think they could go back to those two days and see what i mailed. It was a grey headed lady working the desk that assist me when I mail my packages. The supervisor Ed said, " He only found one receipt for me! I assured him that this receipt has to be in that box. He did say they keep the receipts for 1 year. He was very rude every time I talked to him the past two weeks. Like he did not want to take the time to find my receipt. I told him I'm out $2475.00 if they can not find this receipt for me where I sent this registered letter on this day. The Company Abc gift cards is saying, " They never recieved the register letter. When I would ask him to please assist me on this he just would say things like, " I TOLD YOU I COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING!" Then today when I called him- I asked did he find the registered letter reciept where I mailed this pacakage. He said, " Really rude and do you need to write down what I say, " So you can remember what he says!" This is so unproffesional for a so called , "SUPERVISOR at the Post Office to act to a customer. I told him you would want someone help you find this reciept if you mailed a package valued at $2475.00 that your were going to lose money if you could not find receipt for this registerd letter that I mailed. I lost my copy of the receipt. I went on to tell him I know people file things wrong at time and could he get some clerk to go thru the box to find this for me. He just laughed.. I asked him for his last name he then said, " I don't have to give you my last name!" I then told him I will call back to get your last name. Phone rang 20 times and no one answered." He seems to answer phone every time I called." I think he saw it was my number calling and would not answer it!" My Daughter heard these conversations and is my witness that he was rude and not wanting to help me with this matter. I would like you have someone please go thru this box that has all these registered mail receipts to help me find this so I can get my money back from this company. I still requested from him his last name again and he would not give it to me. He just said, " Ed the supervisor is all you need!" I told him I was going to file a complaint against him! He said, " GO AHEAD!" like he could care less.. I will go to Fex Ex next time if Im going to be treated like this. I know the Post Office has always been a helpful place and friendly courteous to people.

  52. I was waiting for a package to be delivered on 1/25/14 and it never arrived. The driver scanned the item stating customer not available at 6:04 pm. I had three other people looking for this package. two days later I contacted the postal service and they just gave my package to the carrier and was trying to blame him for the package not being delivered.

  53. Hello! Please help me find my priority mail package that contains my legal documents. The package was mailed by USCIS on January 23rd and was scheduled to be delievered in Springfield, MO, on Jan 27. It has been more than a week. I need the docoment that was mailed to me to resume work at the hospital. I was off work for almost too months and cant work without the document that was mailed to me on that envelope. Along with the work authorization, the envelope also contained my travel parole document that allows me to travel outside the country. I have not seen my Mom in the past 10 years because of the risk of not being able to re-enter the country and finish my Master's degree. I have compied with all the government laws, maintained my status, paid for my education and all the taxes. I cant afford being without a job again and dont have another $1000 to re-apply for these documents that were lost in the mail by us postal service. My case number is CA116450712. Thank you! Hope I dont need to write President Obama with this issue. What happened to the Secure Mail Initiative anyways?! I really hope you help me with this. Thank you!

Everyone at the usps at 2522 W Lawrence Jefferson park Chicago Illinois 60630 everyone but one person very rude the manger had the nerves to tell me that all she needs to do is scan my package and go not type in numbers if its not scanning but from I know isn't that there job!!! and not us the other scanner that she shoudlnt be getting up walking 5 feet to the back to get the other scanner always having problems there and call to make a complain but she passes the phone to other people !!

  62. I had a package sent to me and it had the wrong address on it. The customer service people on the phone were very nice and sweet to help me but it was 3255 NW 94th Ave, Pompano Beach Florida 33065 (FL)that was very rude. I called them 3 times to speak with the manager and another person who worked there I told them my problem and they said they would fix it and then call me back. They never called back and every time I called them the phone either kept ringing or the manager would give me the run around about what to do. My last attempt to talk to him I actually hung up on me and when I tried to call back the phone just kept ringing. In my opinion I don't think he knew what he was doing and instead of trying to fix the problem he just kept putting it off this is very infuriating to me because where the package was sent I live 3 hours away. I also tried to get in touch with 550 Fisherman St Opa-Locka. I don't know what is going on at this facility but I promise you I tried to call them about 15 times and no one picked up the phone. The phone just kept beeping whenever I called. I told everyone I talked to that this package keeps flip flopping between these two facilities but yet nothing was being done. These two facilities has horrible customer service. I usually don't take the time to do complaints because I understand everyone has a bad day but I have been really patient and now my patience has run out. I have been waiting 1 month for my package and still I am waiting. Pompano told my it takes 17 days for my package to arrive when I told him I needed it by next week he told me "Oh well nothing I can do." These facilities need to work together this is very infuriating to me that I spent money on something and it's not here yet. Also the 10450 Turkey Lake Rd
    Orlando, FL 32819 post office is where the package is suppose to be sent. I did get a phone call from them and instead of them investigate and ensure the package gets to Orlando they told me to call instead. I have always loved using USPS but now as a customer this has left a sour taste in my mouth and I don't hold USPS up to a high standard anymore. I am doing this complaint so this does not happen to anyone else and in hopes that you please talk to these facilities about communication.

  63. HORRIBLE!!! is the only word that comes to my mind when I hear USPS. The thing is that I think corporate does not really care about customers, workers get paid low rate so no one wants to work, no one cares. I was on line for 23 minutes in one of the facilites on Benson Ave, Brooklyn NY, the wait was long not because there were not enough workers, because when I start yelling that I have work and I'm late and probably everyone here as well, all of the sudden supervisor and another worker appeared on the window and I was out in in less than a minute. No one wants to work there because no one cares, corporate office probably does not give a damn about it. They make their share, they are rich why should they :) So yes, horrible!!! is the only things I can think of when it comes to upsp

    Don't change a thing, USPS. You have something truly extraordinary here, an astonishing negative monument to bad customer service, an example so extreme in its ineffectiveness that no one, not even Beelzebub, could design something comparable, or so capable of inducing stress in anyone who has the misfortune of encountering it.

  65. This is the most incompetent company I have ever had to deal with. It has been almost 2 months now since I made a forwarding address for my mails. I got a confirmatory notice and yet not a single forwarded mail. My sister went to Atlanta hence asked to follow up on the issue for me. she was told i got a number of mails. yet till today i have not received it. I called all week this week just to be told a load of BS. No one seems to be able to help. telling me they don't have access and stuff. Up till now no one is able to tell me what is happening to my mails. they out me on hold for hours the first time. Seriously? Where is the CEO? What is he doing? Do you realize how useless and incompetent your employees are?
