What a nightmare. I gave it one star because Elida was helpful with getting me set up. My loan was paid off on 3/23/23 and the title to the vehicle is now missing. Does TitleMax want to help? They say they do, but don’t.

An incredibly important document was mailed out like an invitation to a wedding that no one wants to go to. Snail mail? Really? This is 2023 – update your processes to keep up with the times, guy. No way to track the TITLE to a $20k truck because it was mailed out without any tracking info and now.. guess what – it’s in the wind, missing, gone, forgotten. The next step is for TitleMax to request a duplicate copy from the DMV. I was told last week that would be taken care of on Monday, 4/10. Was it, nah – of course not. I confirmed that today with David, who hung up on me – super professional, and if you can’t take slight anger from a customer who desperately needs your help, you certainly can’t handle a woman at her wit’s end. BE BETTER.

TitleMax Degrading Experience

I took out a loan with TitleMax on Riverdale Rd. I paid my loan off back in March of this year. I have received phone calls from TitleMax telling me that my title was in office and I could come pick it up. I go this morning to pick my title up and it’s not there. The manager of the store accused me of already coming to pick it up. He said he remembered seeing my name but couldn’t find my title. I told him I haven’t been in the store since receiving the loan. So as he is still accusing me of pick my title up already I’m getting mad because I would know that I’ve already picked it up. It would be no need for me to be in the office trying to pick it up now. I want to know where is my title since the manager at the store was clueless to the situation. It was a very insulting and degrading experience for me. And I am not pleased with these actions. Please Help!

I pawned my title six years ago and the vehicle is still in my driveway. Do you want it or not?
