  5. My name is Carmen C. Willis II and I bought One beefy 5-layer burrito at 4:00pm May 11th, 2012. I sat down at one of the tables in the corner out of the way of all other costumers ate it and then pulled out my laptop to do some work and 30mins later I was told by the store owner or the manager to leave with no reason. The person that told me to leave was Jeri Brown. I have been to this Taco bell many times and i have never been told to leave 30mins after i bought food and got on my laptop to do work that was very disrespectful and i WILL NOT BE BACK TILL SOMETHING IS DONE.   6. I ate at the taco Bell on 1060 E. Van Fleet Dr. in Bartow, Fl. I had a soft taco broke part of my tooth and had to get a crown put on because of the amount of tooth that broke off. I called the 800 number and was told that I would hear from the Q & A whitin 3-5 business days, and I have yet got a call back. Needless to say, I had to pay $320 for my crown and it would have been nice if your company had called back and said you would pay for it. I have a copy of my letter that the manager of the store signed along with me. It would be nice to get a reply or a phone call saying you will reimburse me for my tooth that was broken by the piece of grissle in the hamburger meat in the taco. I too have banned that Taco Bell from my lunch hour and I usually pick up lunch for 4-8 people. If they want Taco Bell, I tell them sorry send someone else I am not ever eating there, or any other Taco Bell until this is resolved!     3. I am sorry to hear about your tooth that was broken, probably from some foreign object. My daughter had a similiar experience with Taco Bell. She bit into a soft taco and bit down on what looks like a human tooth. I called Taco Bell store and an assistant mgr told me to come back to get 2 new taco's. Are you serious? it wasn't about the taco's it was about foreign objects in the meat that they were serving to customers. I called corporate the next day only to be told that someone would get back with me. It's been 6 weeks and I am still waiting. Of course the insurance company called and asked me what I wanted. I told them I wanted someone from corporate to explain to me the process of the food and how something so big could be in their food. I told them that my teenage daughter will never eat there again. What is wrong with corporate America? they do not give a damn about their customers. I do have the tooth like looking object and have and will continue to post the pictures to my friends on social networks so they in turn will post to their friends as well. I will get the word out about Taco Bell...DO NOT EAT THERE..THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD THEY SERVE..AND MOSTLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

    5. It is very difficult to understand HOW anyone could have a tooth break on a piece of meat gristle. First of all, gristle is fibrous, although it may feel hard, it flexes; which means that because it flexes, it does not have the ability to be hard and could not, in any way, cause a tooth to break.

I went to the Taco Bell at 600 Airport Road in Jacksonville at 600 Airport Center Road and I have never seen or heard of a General Manger that was as rude as Lois. i rarely ever go to eat at Taco Bell bu now never again. We ordered four eals and when I got my order the drinks were not added to the bill. I tried to pay the employee for more and she gave us kids cups and said "rather than holding up the line take these cups and use them and put whatever you want in them." As we sat down Lois came over snatched the cups and yelled out in the middle of a full restaurant we were "stealing her drinks". I have gotten a attorney. This is unreal. This Taco Bell needs to do background on their employees and if they do not have enough class teach them to respect customers not that it seems to bother Taco Bell if you shop there or not.

  10. I have to say I'm very dissappointed with your hiring policies. What is a better job for a high school kid than fast food.Sorry, but how many adults truly aspire to work at Taco Bell when they grow up? Then I see that you have a support a foundation group for teens yet you won't hire them! We live in a small town with very few positions available. It is not cost effective for a teen or anyone else to have to drive several miles for a miminum wage job.

  11. My name is Jeffrey and I placed an order at the Taco Bell on Bricher Rd in St Charles, Il. My order was placed inside at the counter and it was for one Baja Chalupa with Steak and no tomatoes. What I got was a Baja Chalupa covered in tomatoes and instead of steak it was filled with refried bean paste. The young (white) gentlemen behind the counter placed my order correctly as it was correct on the receipt. The (Mexican) women in the back who speak no English at all is where the problem occurred. This is the 3rd time in the past year that I have had to go back to this particular Taco Bell to get refunds, each time with the order being correct on the receipt and the problem occurring with the non English speaking employees in the back. One time I was even told by a young Mexican girl at the counter that I could not get my money back and asked me to leave. I came back the next day when a white young man was at the counter who understood and was happy to refund me. I absolutely refuse to ever go back to this taco bell and after today I doubt I will ever eat at Taco Bell again unless something is done.

  12. Store 003669 is a unsafe location. There are all kind of people coming in bothering customers and the employees do nothing about it. Your employee Pedaline locks a door and a man asked to be let in and another customer open the door and when he came in he started calling me racial slurs and when I asked for a manager never got one. And after all that your employee that lock the door in the first place took his damn order

  13. The new Cantina chicken is terrible, I have talked to alot of other people including a taco bell owner who says the old chicken tasted way better. Please get rid of this or just have it as an option at least. Way to go taco bell drive away your loyal customers.

    I recently visited taco bell resurant, located at88th and wadsworth street,colo
    I noted that the eating area was not clean,the staff were in kitchen area shoting the breeze.
    The children had caked on food particals.
    I know it takes more then one visit for the food parcticaials to be caked, this is sheer neglet. My son note, the problem to the manager butnot seem to care or think it was a problem.There was a Senior Citizon walking around, drinking softdrinks, don't know if he was employed at this station. Maybe they can do someof the cleaning to eating area.
    Just a conerned customer, I think you should be also!

  15. Estes Park Taco Bell is the worst! Nasty dirty, and their employees are thiefs. One bean burrito & one crunchy taco is $2.35, but the Mexicans that work there tried to charge me $2.99. I told him he must not've gotten my order right, and he repeated it, and I said "it's not $2.99". He says, "oh, OK, $2.35. WHAT THE HELL IS THAT ABOUT? They NEVER, NEVER get the order right anyway, even if you only order 2 tacos, they just can't get an order right. The Mexicans that work there are very rude, dirty, and cannot, or pretend they cannot, speak English!! GET A CLUE; I also will be contacting the BBB about this Taco Bell. They should not be open, and I've begun to take photos of the employees smoking pot at the back door. TERRIBLE PLACE ...DON'T TAKE THE CHANCE OF GETTING SICK, OR WORSE.

    1. We are locals at the same location and every time we go we have a horrible experience. The order is never right, the employees are horribly rude, and they often close early. We go back once and a while because we love Taco Bell hoping it will get better. I work as a waitress, I understand difficult costumers but if I ever treated people the way these employees do, I'd be fired in a NY minute! I wish I could find our receipt to file a formal complaint from the store and order number...but they never give us one.

  17. Please bring back the beefy cruch burrito or the beefy nacho burrito. I am so disappointed that taco bell got rid of both. I hate the "limited time only" excuse. I use to go to taco bell many times every week and I would bring my friends too, but I refuse to go anymore. There's nothing I like there anymore. Say goodbye to many customers.

  19. My Complaint is with the Taco Bell in Moanalua Shopping Center in Honolulu, Hi. Two weeks ago I went inside and ordered 4 pepperoni pizzas. When I arrived home I found 4 cheese pizzas and did nothing about it.
    This week I decided to go thru the drive thru and I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas. The line was long and getting longer by the minute. There were 9 cars in the drive thru and we were all waiting and I am not exaggerating for ten minutes for this one car to get their food. Of course we could not get out of line since there was no way out. I was irritated as well as all the other people in line blowing horns. As I approached the windo I asked for the mgr. Eveline and explained to her that they should have a car waiting for a big order wait on the "side" and have someone bring it out to the person as do other fasdt food places. She scowled and I left with my pizzas. On my way home, as I was driving, I decided to check my pizzas. SURE ENOUGH, the WRONG pizzas again, after waiting all that time. I turned my car around and went back and walked in and asked for the mgr. and said they were cheese pizzas and not pepperoni and this was not the first time this had happened. She actually laughed and had someone give me two pepperoni pizzas. She actually went behind the counter and laughed. I may NEVER go back to a Taco Bell again if this is the way they choose to wait on patrons. I will write a letter to Taco Bell Corp. or perhaps call them and also complain in that way, because I am not sure that venting on email gets my point across. Two disgusting experiences in a matter of two weeks,,,,,,not exactly how I would run a business. She should be fired as there are too many people looking for work that may actually "care" about their patrons.

  20. at the taco bell in forest city, nc the employees get high in the parking lot, my order is always wrong and when you ask for the store manager he is never there. There are mostly blacks in the store who dont mind cursing in front of customers. one of the managers has a earring in the side of her face.

  21. Hello, I could not find an email in order to address my complaint(s) on behalf of the service at TWO Taco Bell businesses, located in the same area (near Little Rock, Arkansas). At the first Taco Bell, the service was ridiculous. There were approximately 20 people waiting patiently on their food as were we, which we waited for over 40 mintues for and never got. After speaking with the head manager and asking kindly for a refund she proceeded to tell us that she was not required to help where help was needed as she continued to prep stacks of food for "future needs" as her employees (a grand total of two)worked hard in order to please all of the now impatient customers. After this encounter we went to a nearby Taco Bell (less than 10 minutes away) and when we got there one of the employees proceeded to inform us that they were out of taco meat which is in my opinion completely unacceptable considering that it is the main element in a taco. In all we waited over an hour at the two Taco Bells in which we never recieved food. I love Taco Bell, and enojoy the food there, and after this encounter I was highly disappointed in the service, and lack of concern for the pleasing of the customers.   22. I was at Taco Bell in Monticello, In the other night and once again they were without meat. For the life of me I cant figure out how a company that is based on there meat can just run out! This is not the first time this is happened. I posted on facebook and was shocked at how many people in town have been threw the same thing. Now I see there is an issue here and wonder how the company will fix there issue maybe you should fire all and start all over!

The toco bell in Garfield heights ohio has very bad service. the people are very rude. plus i have went there many of times and the doors are lock at eight nine oclock wen the hours are clean as day dinning room closes at 10. I think u need to get a different manager at this toco bell. they suck at drive threw. horriable service. I will not go to this toco bell anymore. fix the problem

  24. The general mgr Keith Jackson came to work on 08/31/12 and left around 10am to get a hair cut aand left all his employees in the store until 3pm. We had a hard time serving lunch. This incident happened at store# 024672 in baker Louisiana

  27. Me and my bf were traveling home this afternoon and stopped by one of ur "fast food" joints in ks and we went through the drive through got out food and went on. We wernt that far outta town when I took a couple bites and on my quesadillas the cheese sauce has mold in it and it was on every single one of them. So I called ur 800 number and they said I should receive a call in 3 days but yet no refund I dont c y no refund when the food was bad plus the service I hope this issue gets resolved quickly cause me nor anyone else should get food posioning

    On Saturday October 1st, 2012, I was going to a Royals baseball game with 3 of my friends in Kansas City at 7 PM (well after your dinner rush). We met at the Taco Bell across from Kaufman Stadium and decided to take one car instead of 2 because we were going to go back to Taco Bell anyway after the game for food. I parked my car in the very back of the parking lot, out of the way of any potential customers, and we went to the game. We were at the game for only 2 hours, and when we came back, my car was gone. The tow company that YOU hired was going around and asking the customers about their cars, and any cars that had no customers inside were towed away to Belton, about a 20 minute drive out of my way to get back to my dorm on campus. One employee was very kind as he explained the situation and who to call. This is VERY absurd. You guys are towing cars away from a parking lot that is NEVER full to the last parking space because why? (80% of the people use the drive through anyway.) This shows me that you don't care about anyone but the people that are bringing you money. Greedy and unkind. To get my car out of the towing lot cost me $200. I'm a college student at William Jewell, and I for one, among many people in this world, DO NOT have the extra money lying around to pay for this. How dare you do that to people! Especially the ones who are out of the way and coming back to buy from you! May I suggest that you put a BIG sign that's visible to all in front of this Taco Bell? Or better yet, stop your rude and senseless behavior and STOP TOWING CARS. America's economy is bad enough as it is, and people don't have $200 to spend so you can have a more empty parking lot. I will NEVER eat at Taco Bell again, and I will make sure to let everyone I know know of TACO BELL'S CORPORATE actions.

  29. Who in the world designed the new taco bell on 53nd street in Kenosha Wis. If you are a size 16 or more you can not get between the tables where booth is on one side and chairs on the other if the table in a row. The bench chairs at the little snack tables are so far from the table you have to sit on the end of the chair to reach the table. And a huge sitting area with two long benches and a long stainless coffee table between them is really stupid. Eating your food at a coffee table is very messy and while I was there a little kid was laying all over the table so who would want to eat off that. There were 12 people in there and 9 of them were seniors. What an unfriendly for seating for seniors. And if more than one group of 4 are in there it is very hard to get to sit together. You have lots of one or two people seating and a lot of open space--- and the stupid conversation pit {do you want people to come in and eat or just sit around and put their feet up on the coffee table} I must say the colors a beautiful.
    Now the employees. There is a little old lady at the front who is so sweet. I hope you are taking good care of her because she is wonderful. But! While there the 15 minutes I spent eating the employees where YELLING in the back--beating a metal spatula on the stainless counters--and made two things in our order wrong! The yelling and banging of the spatula was constant the whole 15 minutes, I complained but and excuse was they are getting drive thu orders out fast. {The conversation had nothing to do with orders} I guess our group of 6 that always met there twice a week for lunch will continue to go to the other place we went to while this one was torn down and rebuilt. It does have a really nice restroom!

  30. I went to the location on 4000 nolensville road in nashville, tn @about 8:38pm and a shift manager took my order at the drive thru. I ordered a nacho bell grande and three soft shell tacos I looked in my bag like always do to make sure I have some make sure I have some mild sauce(thats the usual). I noticed I did not have any sauce so I asked for 10-15 packs of mild sauce. She told me that she cant give me but 4 and I would have to pay for extra sauce. She said its a corporate decision. I was very unsatisfied. This incident has made me not want to eat taco bell anymore. I thought to myself,"taco bell would rather lose customers rather than sauce". WOW!

  31. I used to be able to feed my family with a 12 pack of hard tacos and a 12 pack of soft tacos for under $20.00. Last friday I was treated to a price increase of 10% for hard tacos and 20% for soft tacos. That is pushing almost $25.00. I can buy 5 pizzas a Little Ceasars for that price. I will not be coming back.
