HORRIBLE !!! THEY CANCELED MY AND NO ONE OFFERED TO GIVE MONEY BACK I HAD TO GO AFTER IT !!!

I placed an almost $3000.00 order and an employee canceled it! I had to reorder which will cause me a expense and delay and basically was was told oh well thats sad for you but we can’t do any thing but reorder. Its messed up my rebate and will cost me more of my time which is money. I will not place a order with them ever again and I hope folks check these bad reveiws before they do too. Also, you can’t seem to call corporate to tell them. They say put in writing and wait 30 days . and when they canceled my order they never returned my money. I guess they were hoping I’m just giving it to them.

UNREAL !!!!HORRIBLE I would give negitvie 5 stars or 0 stars but they force you to give them at least a star and they don’t even deserve that!

No customer service in Oshkosh Menards

I am a 66-year-old woman who is 5’6″ and weighs 122. I went to the Oshkosh Menards since I had some other shopping to do elsewhere to get 4 bags of concrete for my husband. I asked for assistance when I purchased and Justin at the gate also called for assistance. I drove in the yard and had to stop a couple of times asking where it was since I wasn’t sure where I could drive to. I was told to go to the side door. I went in to see exactly where it was and waited for a while. No one came. I went to ask for a cart and help and was told where I could get a cart from the forklift guy. I got a cart and there were like 5 people standing by the order pick up. I waited again, but no one came. It was bad enough that I had to lift 60# bags onto the cart, and then into the pickup, but almost all the bags had rips in so I had to dig and move for good ones. I have never in my life been so disgusted with Menards in Oshkosh. I don’t know who runs the yard, but they should be fired or trained. Thanks for my straining and sore body today. The only nice part was upon leaving, Justin asked if I received assistance and I said no. Then the poor kid had to go to the backup of vehicles explaining that the scanner wasn’t working. It took a while for THAT person to assist him in getting it working. Does Menards even care any longer? You get enough money off of people and you think you are saving money, but you aren’t – how many people don’t bother to send in those stupid 11% “rebates” that you wait forever for? Next time we go, since we have money left on a card, we will go to Plover. Once that is gone, we will go to Lowe’s-at least there they have great customer service and they will load items into your vehicle. I want a response to see if anything was done. Bet I won’t and nothing will be done. PS-they did respond with DuckDuckGo did not detect any trackers. I’m very sorry we let you down. We need and appreciate your business. I have to say that I am very disappointed!! We ordered 15000 dollars’ worth of materials and the associate messed up our order. Even though they admitted to it, the process wasn’t very friendly. When I contacted management, they had no idea of what was going on. Although they did give me a 200-dollar refund. When ordering the replacement cabinets, they told me it would be expedited and it took the same amount of time that the original order did. On top of that, I had to drive to Detroit to pick up my cabinets otherwise I’d have to wait 2 weeks. Which technically wouldn’t be delivered till the 22nd of this month. The upper management was a little more cooperative than the employees who admitted to the screw-up. then I received my counters… Wow, warped, and damaged. I understand business and customer satisfaction. I decided to work with what I had and no call to complain because I knew it wouldn’t go anywhere even if I did. The service and customer satisfaction are definitely out the window on this one. I’m sure nothing is going to be done about this but it’s worth a shot. I have family that works at Menards and was told that the owner is about customer satisfaction. I spent $15000 that should have been beautiful but instead, I had to settle with what I received. Guess we shall see. Thank you for your time!!

Anyone can use your rebate. Even if it’s theft! They don’t ask for ID? Even though your name is on it? So you spend your hard-earned money on a product and someone else can use your money? The even said they were too busy to worry about all the customer’s rebate checks? Who do they think keeps them in business??? There customer?? it had to be a millennial that said that to me. I no longer shop in Menards. I shop at Home Depot and Lowe’s and I’m telling everybody I know about the situation or the mouth goes a long way.

Menards - Charged a 25% Restock Fee For An Error The Store Made

My daughter went in Poplar Bluff, Missouri location for electrical wiring. Showed the clerk a picture of what she was to buy. He sold her electrical wire that was twice the size of what was needed, not to mention double the price. Upon her arriving home, We immediately drove back to the store (30 miles again) but they didn’t want to do refund or exchange. Finally they refunded all but 25% which was a “restocking fee”. Since the price was almost $600 it cost us $150.00 and they would not budge on the fee. It was not our fault the clerk sold her the wrong electrical wiring!
