Long John Silvers store 70101 Bryan, Texas

This store needs major repairs. The lobby has been closed for two years now because someone ran into the building and its been boarded up but not repaired. You have to order your food in the drive thru then park in their parking lot and wait for your food. The exterior of the building needs to be painted and repaired, also the lights on the building are just hanging almost falling off. If this is a franchisee, they are not meeting up with requirements to do business as Long John Silvers. The only resolution is fix this problem or close the store down.

We had dinner at Long John Silvers Thursday in Moline IL on 16th St. The place was filthy, had to ask to have a table wiped off, they ran out of ketchup, instead of re-filling the ketchup, the young woman set some packets of ketchup out, witch needed to be wiped down due to being sticky. My wife’s cup had a small hole in the bottom and was leaking on the table, we asked for another cup and 10 minutes later I had to walk up and get another cup. It wasn’t as though they were extremely busy as they had time to talk to a young woman that enterd the restaurant. I certainly will not recommend this place to anyone.

Long John Silvers Totally Dissatisfied

I have been a Long John Silver (LGS) customer 1 to 2 times a month for many years. I live about 20 miles from the LGS so it takes time and effort to frequent LGS.

I am TOTALLY DISSATISFIED with the 2 meals my daughter received on 15 May 2023 at 4:12 PM at the LGS in St Peters, MO. Trans #: 2349, Sequence #: 034743.

I called and complained and the LGS restaurant representative told me that the practice of putting the shrimp, coleslaw, and vegetables into a single container was directed by the corporate office unless a customer specifically asked for the ingredients to be put in separate containers. As we were disconnecting, I heard her obviously laughing.

The containers were not tipped on the way home but in both meals; quite a lot of the coleslaw and vegetable ended up in the others section. Worst still was the shrimp and hush puppies in both meals were wet/soggy.

Your attempt to cut pennies upset me and probably many customers.

First I cannot locate a store number, even though I asked for a receipt they did not give me one

Very few options of food. I wanted 2 fish and shrimp they would not do it. Never asked what sides or drink

They gave me one piece fish burnt and 6 shrimp, 2 hush puppies, fries

Food was burnt and not edible

They handed me my food but no drink and never asked what I would like to drink

I called the store and no one answered. Rang for 15 minutes

I enjoy Long John Silvers very much. But, here lately the quality is not very good. Especially at the Liberty, Missouri location. Service is horrible,rude employees. The floors are beyond greasy and the overall experience is not good,Place is filthy. The cleanest and nicest one I’ve been to was the one in Belton, Missouri where I used to live. Clean and overall nice experience. Service there was very good.
